I only ordered fries and was very disappointed. They were really greasy and quite expensive.
I had the poutine, the fries were so fresh and the perfect amount of sauce! A small, is huge in comparison to what I’m used to but I still managed to eat all of it 🤣
Finally a Belle Province where everything is clean. From the food to the floors. Food was good, the atmosphere is pleasant, and is actually a bit cheaper in cost than other places.

The cashier was very nice ! We got a poutine, family size … 25$ for a half full container with watered down poutine sauce. If you are craving la belle province I would try a different one.

Look, this is a fast food restaurant. Therefore cannot get too many stars. La Belle Province is popular amongst the québécois. But, honestly, it shouldn't be, as none of any other fast food should be. The people, especially the hardworking people whom after 12 hours of effort, often in harsh conditions, stopping in their way back home, tired, late in the night, drained of energy... they're juste asking for quick hot-dogs, fries and coke... Imagine how much they hurting themselves with all these carbs, grease, with burnedto saturationcooking oil...? Eating this menu everyday...? In my opinion, it is the restaurants role as well to help people staying healthy. Offering healthy menu. Anyways, I put some extra stars because, as much as I criticize the fast food, I enjoy it from time to time. And, the chicken burger I took was good testing. I feel guilty... Good service. The place clean with good but standard furniture stuck in last century design, but the atmosphere, I cannot say for what reason, is not too worm. And don't make mistakes, the lady cashier is friendly, but somehow the atmosphere is not inviting: just in-eat-out! Thus is not specific to this location, but to the chain as a whole. And, as every where these days after pandemic, I find it dxcesively expensive. From 3$ for 10-12 sausages they can be purchased at the grocery, to pay 16.70$ plus tip for 2 hot dogs with some sauce, a few fries and a coke... to me seems too much. But, what can you buy with 20$ nowadays...? 2 x 🌭 !!! 😀
Good fries. Bad hot dogs. Flat Pepsi. Charge you 0.50$ for each tiny portion of ketchup. Save your time. Go somewhere else

Poutine with melted cheese instead of cheese curds, sauce that tasted like crisco and fries so soft they were almost mash. $12 for oil changes.

I only go to La Belle Province for their fries. Most of the time its good. I cant say the same for this branch: the fries were tasteless, unappealing and old. Its a shame.
Prices are high for eating fast food . There is a lot of food waste because the portions are huge. A small fries is the same as a large fries at another restaurant.
We ask for another fries because ours are not fresh. They persist with us, categorically refusing to make us a new one even though it is the only item in our order, until their colleague arrives. Refuses to let customers sit down to eat when they close in 30 minutes. The girl is clearly eager to finish her shift, looking stupid and unpleasant.

I came 11 minutes before closing, when we entered the restaurant the person who worked there refused to serve us and told us that they close beforehand to tidy up, knowing that the restaurant only closes 11 minutes after we arrived. That is to say in 5 minutes she could serve us and we would have already been out. Very bad experience, I do not recommend at all.

WOW! The new cashier, long brown hair around 16-17 years old: HYPERRRR splitting. ! Didnt want to give away a non-delivered fry 3 weeks ago, regular customers. Was ready to call the police!

3 times I go there during their covid opening hours. Having a restaurant myself, it is unacceptable not to respect the hours. You have just lost 7 customers, who simply wanted a fries. No professionalism
Ive been there a few times like its close to home but Ive always been disappointed. I ordered an onion ring that had no onion in it (just the fried dough) and a Michigan hot dog. The Michigan sauce looked like canned tomatoes. Very disappointing. The steamed hot dogs are okay. Now I prefer to drive 15 minutes to eat a good poutine elsewhere.
Cook doesnt want to put on his mask, insults me in his language and throws the food. I will never return to this place and I will file a complaint with public health.

The cooks and cashiers do an excellent job. They are fast, social, courteous, they wont charge you extra if you ask them for an extra shot of sauce. The food is always good. I highly recommend it. Not for those who have there are often queues. Dont worry because with their speed, even if you have to wait, it will never be very long.

I had to ask the cook to make my poutine again. When I arrived at the restaurant, no customers. The cashier and the cook were in the back store and chatting. The cashier washed her hands, the cook never did. He scratched his arm twice, scratched his big beard, fiddled with the cash register, wiped his hands on it... To make my poutine with his hands, take the cheese and mash it all over my fries... I I kindly asked to redo my poutine and wash my hands first. SEEMS TO ME that it should be mandatory for every employee to wash their hands before touching anything... ESPECIALLY since in this chain of restaurants, they do everything with their hands and fiddle with our food.....
