Food 5/5 really excellent but I give 3 stars because service 0/5 . Very slow, the two girls constantly had their hands in their hair, did not know the ingredients of a Tsatdiki and a baklava, did not want to taste the glass of wine by the glass (2 kinds) etc.

Delicious hearty meal...to die for! Possibility of sharing between an adult and a child. I have a big crush on the squid (big plate which is worth the price) and the Greek salad with good fresh vegetables!! yummm I will go back there Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs. The only problem is not a large parking lot but we arrived early so there were not many people around for dinner.

I really like this simple place and the food is excellent.

First of all I want to tell you service side is slow. I very clearly mentioned to the waitress that I want a large salad and 2 chicken skewers. After waiting 30 minutes unfortunately I received a salad with a childs portion. Loading me like a plate of chicken skewers is making people laugh. At $25 Ill pass for good because the portion is really cheap. Regular customers lost.

Ordered our food. Delivery was made. Unfortunately they did not deliver the entire order. They also did not deliver the food as ordered. When I called the store and notified them that they did not include the soft drinks we paid for, the response was that we leave our place and come and get them. When I said that s not appropriate and that we in fact now wanted to cancel the order because of the fact that they did not deliver what was paid for, they said to call DoorDash. Spoke to the driver for DoorDash. He said, without a doubt, that he was not given the soft drinks. Called the store again. Asked to speak to the manager. They put me on hold again and the young lady who answered the phone said call DoorDash. It s not our problem . Customer service is zero.

Everything was perfect

The kitchen is impeccable. The service is great. We are dealing with welcoming, smiling, and above all caring people. The only downside is the proximity of the tables. No real privacy.

Unfortunately, maybe it was bad luck but I received someone elses order and to top it off I had a piece of cardboard in my food. Quite disappointed. There were 2 of us dining for one person.

This place is very nice, the atmosphere is breathtaking. As for the food, it is delicious.

First time I ordered Door Dash delivery from this restaurant (without knowing it because I ordered through the restaurants website) a dessert is missing and the restaurant tells me to come pick it up or apply for credit on DoorDash (impossible to do since I dont use the app.) So paid $8.25 + taxes without even tasting it. Disappointed

Food is really good and full of flavor, nicely cooked Idrecommend paying the extra for the greek salad the portion is perfect, how ever if you are having it delivered it to you, for 27.59 the portion size of the main dish is ok, but if you want more bang for your buck Id say greek town grill gives you a slightly larger portion for what you pay and same size salad that is included with having to pay the extra for greek salad.However I would recommend souvlaki authentic to a friend in any case.

I will never go again! Friday evening 6:30 p.m., I am with my wife, the waiter and the waitress never came to our table to welcome us and serve. This, even if they looked at us several times. We decided to leave after 20 minutes of waiting without a sign that we would be served. The waiter watched us leave without even making a move. And the restaurant wasnt even busy.

Best souvlaki house in town!! I order from here often and I m always impressed. The online ordering process is very user-friendly and efficient. The delivery is fairly quick and the food always arrives hot and beautifully packaged. Their chicken is so juicy and the sauce on their potatoes is even better. We really like your restaurant and order often. All that is missing to give 5 stars in the kitchen is the quality of the tomatoes. They are often mushy...find a supplier who will offer you a beautiful, quality product. Lufa makes very good ones, juicy and sweet, like in Greece!!

Tried Greek potatoes instead of fries, also excellent, with a white sauce on top, it was delicious. Main dishes: souvlaki pita with pork and chicken skewer plate, both were delicious. Highly recommended restaurant. -- Ordered 2 times for takeout so far. Good service, very good souvlaki, deliciously garnished, very good fries but portion a little shy. Highly recommended (apart from the salad which seemed to have been rushed (large pieces of barely sliced tomatoes)).

First time ordering threw their site. It definitely will be the last. My food came on time and delivery guy was nice . The food on the other hand tasted like it was reheaded . The chicken was hard like a rock and husband pita was stale, rice felt like it was over cooked ( hence why I say it felt re headed microwave) fries good , salad ok and we order spanicopita and omg thin and oily .

After eating takeout from here and it being good, we decided to go to the dining room. It was Saturday night around 8:00pm with 4-5 tables filled max. The service was extremely slow and the waitresses spent more time bagging takeout orders and talking behind the counter. The food took 29 minutes to come despite a practically empty restaurant. Service needs much improvement, but luckily food is hot and portions are good.

Mon probleme avec le restaurant nest pas la bouffe en sois,mais plus que litterallement a chaque fois quon se fait livrer ils oublient les boisson. Nous avons appellez a plusieur reprise pour regler la situation avec le restaurant,mais jamais de solution efficace nest offerte, une fois je ne me serai pas plaint. Mais apres 6 fois cest juste rendu une habitude.

Order food through thier website. Missing a part of our order and they cannot figure out a way to deliver our missing items because they dont have any drivers because they use Doordash and uber eats. And the person over the phone was very rude where she tells us its not their problem. Will not be ordering there again!

We are here for the first time today. We loved the food. The pork gyro pita was delicious, and the Greek-style potatoes with the sauce that comes with them was amazing. Well definitely be ordering from there again. Probably the best pitas Ive had outside of Greece.

We just went to this restaurant. We had a starter and a plate of chicken souvlaki on pita WHAT A DELIGHT! potatoes with Greek sauce served with tomato and cucumber salad and rice and pita! We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and service, the portions are generous and tasty and all for an affordable price. We will return there, guaranteed.

I was there on August 3rd for lunch with my wife. Simply awesome. I gave 2 stars for the service because it took 40 minutes to get my food, and I didn t believe the reason was that it took 40 minutes for my pork souvlaki to cook. It wasn t busy at all so it shouldn t have taken so long. Other than that, FANTASTIC!! The food was great, the portion was generous and I m planning to go back for dinner with friends. Clean restaurant. Very good Greek potatoes. Souvlaki with very dry chicken, pork, rubber texture and tirasse. I had to get up twice to get service. Sorry but we wont be going there again and we wont recommend it either.

This restaurant franchise calls itself Authentic Greek.. yet serves no bread with meals, serves not even a small serving of tzaziki on full meal plates, (what kind of a Greek restaurant doesnt put the tzatiki on the plates) and charges extra for pita bread... nothing authenticly Greek about that. As far as service goes you should hire people with a little bit of skill or have a manager on the floor to make sure service is done properly ; not teeny bopper servers coming and asking us if we want our food in doggy bag while were still eating.. Will be sticking to the popular traditional true authentic Greek restaurants weve known..

Very disappointed. The gyros was very good but I asked for a childs meal and they charged me $97 for an adult meal with tips. I find it expensive when competitors have prices for children for the same plate. For 3 meals $97 is expensive in my opinion for the quality of the rice and fries which are very ordinary.

Its been several times that they dont put the order in full when we order for delivery. At this point its either negligence or theft. My recommendation? Eat out. If you cant, go get the order yourself, open the bag of food before leaving the restaurant and make sure they didnt make a mistake. Its a shame, but due to our schedule, our only option was delivery and we didnt have time to go to the restaurant to pick up what was missing. So well order elsewhere next time.
