Pizza Milano in Boisbriand

We did business with them for a sporting event, ordered around 34 pizzas. The pizza was always ready at the requested time. I had great service and the food was excellent. Nothing negative to say.

We stopped here by chance. We ordered 1 chicken pita trio, an onion ring and 2 pogos. Firstly, apart from diet coke and regular Pepsi, there were no other beverage choices. Then I was probably charged a double pita instead of a single but its not listed on my bill. When we picked up the order we sat down to eat there and the onion ring was missing. Subsequently I realized that my chicken pita was a gyros but again I cannot confirm it since the gentleman threw away my original invoice. Anyway, the fries were good but that s it. Bad service full of errors and taken inflated I do not recommend this place at all.

Too expensive

Not edible we ordered 2 large and I think the peperonni was no longer good the pizza tasted weird and smelled funny. We didnt dare to deliver food like this to the really ordinary drain.

I will give one star for lousy customer service not to mention the most disgusting pizza I have ever eaten in the area the cheese smells like mold $37 in the trash Parking: Available

Bad service, too expensive (small garlic pizza $23.99 +tx), few people even eat there even though there is plenty of room. Very disappointed. Doesnt deserve his tip.

I tried pizza, pita, submarine and meal plate. Everything is good and quickly ready. Never more than 20 minutes of waiting to pick it up, plus the staff is very pleasant. Those who complain about delivery times, submit your CV as a delivery person, or come to the store.

I just put $47 in the trash and had a damaged peperoni cheese pizza delivered with a nasty smell. Zero respect for the customer. I no longer order there

The food is very good. I fell in love with the fries and they are excellent!! The pizza is good. But, Im a fan of poutine. They are delicious! Delivery is fast. The team is always friendly and smiling. I highly recommend this restaurant.

If only extra large could be a standard, the pizzas were more like large VS other pizzerias and the family poutine was really not sufficient regular size earlier

Terrible reaction (aggressive, insulting, go elsewhere, dont come back here again) from the owner after I came back the next day to show him the dry smoked meat... I mean dry... that I had in my sandwich that I had bought and eaten the day before for my dinner... Unworthy of being a restaurateur...

Cold, long wait, no water and served on delivery plates

There is a promotion for free food with a bill over $25. The employee didnt even offer it to me even though my bill was over $25 and when I reminded him, he sighed. This clearly upset him. Why have this promo then?

Above all, do not encourage a company like this. The last time, after showing up in the store and having Gino (store manager) not respect his commitment and wanting to pass on the amount of his error to me on my invoice (I left empty-handed refusing to pay 30% of more than the amount that should have been paid). Seeing that he had made a mistake, I even offered him a 50/50 arrangement and he refused. The next day I received a call from the owner who wanted to know what had happened. I tell her, she confirms that I was right and offers me $15 off my next order. This evening, December 23 at 7:30 p.m., I called to place an order and simply replace one vegetable for another on each of my 2 pizzas (lets remember here that they are 2/1), they confirm to me that everything is correct and when I tell Gino that I should have the promised discount of $15, in agreement with the owner, he tells me that ultimately its $10. I therefore ask that the owner call me back to resolve the dispute. Seeing that after 30 minutes I still havent received a call, I call back and he tells me that she doesnt have time to talk to me and that its $10. She herself therefore went back on her word. Result of the discussion I simply ask that the owner calls me back the next day when she will not be in the juice. For this evening, this Gino bluntly told me: I refuse to serve you and not call back here again, (I always remained very calm and polite by the way). I find that really special for customer service. I guess their pizza is a poor reflection of their service. Fortunately for me, I cant tell you honestly what it tastes like since the two times I tried to order it, I ended up in another pizzeria in the neighborhood.

I called at noon because my lunch at work is from 12:30 to 1:10 and he told me 40 minute wait I said ok but I had to call back 3 times after an hour to have me say your order is leaving right now to wait for another 15 minutes and they tell me your order arrives in 5 minutes which was still wrong I will never call again there no discount was offered nothing to correct the error if I could give a zero I would thank you I missed my lunch because of you

Why have delivery menus in neighborhoods that are a little further away? if we are not able to deliver on a Sunday evening within an hour. probably very good in the area if you live nearby. For me, rubber fries are so cold and I had to reheat my dinner....Very sad.

First and last time 1h10 for delivery, yet we live about 5km from this restaurant. Lukewarm food, limp fries. I made a complaint to the owner, and no arrangement possible!!! We will no longer recommend this restaurant....too bad!!

Worst place, owner who does not respect his commitments. He notifies the customer of his own error once he gets there and gives him the bill. Employee who does not respect health measures, no mask inside. I strongly advise against the place.
