Far too expensive for the products, the fries are far too salty to the point where it is rather unpleasant to eat. More than $80.00 for 2 people for very ordinary fast food; first and last time for us its not worth the price. P.S. It would be a good idea to update your online menu, because there is a $6.00 difference per plate vs. the restaurant menu.

Quite disappointing as a dish. For a sandwich thats supposed to have brie, goat cheese, bacon and basil leaf, its damn tough. The plate was returned due to the lack of 3/4 of the ingredients and it was brought back with lots of tomatoes to give a look like there are more ingredients now. . Do we look like IQ 2s? Frankly for the price of $20+ its not much. It should change the name from fondant to disappointing See photo.

Its rare that Im so disappointed after a visit to a restaurant, but this experience was nothing short of pitiful. Not only was the lack of transparency glaring, but the exorbitant prices for poor quality and very ordinary service left me with a bitter taste much worse than that of their tasteless burger. From the start, the hidden fees turned this meal into a real scam. An extra $5.95 to replace fries with onion rings supposedly for a little extra, as the waitress put it? Result: overcooked rounds. Add to that $1.50 for a red hot sauce and $2 for a tiny cup of spicy mayonnaise and none of that was mentioned in advance. These practices give a deplorable impression of pure and simple dishonesty. And to top it off, the tip was calculated on the total tax included. A petty and undignified practice, especially when the bill reaches $65.60 for a bland burger and a passable poutine. At this price, we expect at least a transparent and quality experience. But here? None of that. My attempt to resolve the issue with the manager only made the situation worse. His excuse? It s written on the menu. » A pitiful response. Like I expect to get charged for hot sauce and mayo!! Then the waitress and another employee joined in to bombard me with excuses, each more absurd than the last. At that moment, I understood that this place did not deserve more of my time, and even less of my money. I will never set foot there again, and I advise anyone not to venture there. A dishonest restaurant that hides fees, lacks transparency and provides such poor service has nothing to offer its customers. Its a shame. Look at the photo of my invoice, you be the judge and above all look at your invoice before leaving! English: I recently visited this restaurant and was deeply disappointed by the lack of transparency and value for the price. Its no surprise that the St-Sauveur location closed and that the chain links on large billboards to promote $25+ burgers it feels like a desperate attempt to offset a developing reputation. During my visit, I encountered numerous unexpected charges that were not communicated clearly, I go with clients to different restaurants 4 to 6 times a month and this is a first for me. For example, a $5.95 upcharge for substituting fries with onion rings for a small premium as the server mentioned, way overcooked also. $1.50 for hot sauce, and $2 for specifying mayo. None of these charges were mentioned in advance, all this which gave the impression of dishonesty. To add insult to injury, the tip was calculated on the total including taxes, which feels like an underhanded practice. Paying $65.60 for a bland burger and a poutine would be acceptable if the service and transparency matched the price point but that was far from the case. This kind of approach doesn t align with the level of quality and integrity expected from a burger restaurant in this price range. It s the principle of hidden charges and unclear communication that left a lasting negative impression. Went back to talk to Manager, and all he could say was its written in the menu, then the server and some other guy came to gang up and come up with a bag of excuses, thats when I decided to leave and not bother anymore I won t be stepping foot or returning and cannot recommend this cheap and very blend burger joint to anyone

The dishes were beautifully presented and every bite was a pure delight. The freshness of the ingredients and the creativity of the chef are felt in each plate. I ordered a classic Burger and the cooking was execrable. He was burned. In addition, the restaurant was not full and the service was very long, probably due to the fact that they forgot my buger on the oven.

The mushroom burger from La Belle et la B uf is an absolute delight! Grilled mushroom and juicy beef complement each other perfectly. The flavors are incredible and the bread is soft and flavorful. One of the best burgers I have tasted. I highly recommend it !

The waitress Annabelle was very patient with our group of girls and we really enjoyed having her at our table. She easily changed places for us when it started to get cold on the terrace. Very kind and understanding. Super courteous too.

Good burgers, great choice of cocktails, great music and good retro decor atmosphere, the prices are quite expensive and the music is much too loud if you want to chat inside, outside the volume is loud too but you can ask for a little further away from the speakers!!! the super Pac Mac is very good replacing the bread with grilled mac and cheese pancakes which are killer.

Its La Belle Province. You should not expect much. After all, its fast food. A step up from McDonalds but not a big step. We stopped in for a quick bite. Two all dressed hotdogs, not bad. One hamburger, all dressed as well. Not great. The beef was so small for the $5 charge. The fries were great. Yes, I know we are in Quebec, but those in service should be able to take an order in English.

Everything went great: The staff acted in a prompt and friendly manner (although it s true that the restaurant was almost empty, since we sat down in the afternoon on a rainy day), the food arrived at the table just right and the prices were decent. For a table of two adults and one child, we ended up paying 119.32 CAD (taxes and tips included) for two fantastic burgers with home-made fries and sauce, four beers, and a poutine from the children s menu plus one juice. Thank you and keep going like this!

Very nice vintage decor. Nothing to say about the service. On the other hand, the burgers! Wow, what a disappointment! Where is the qualitative side? Even its better in the big fast food chains. We are in North America. We should see the best burgers in the world with homemade breads, quality meat no! Pure frozen meat overcooked to hide the taste. But people seem to like it. Best wishes.

Nice place to find friends and have some fun . The food is excellent, and comes out well stocked. The only low points: space and service. The space is very limited, the tables are so close together that I could pick from my neighbors plate at arms length, not to mention that it makes the task very difficult for the waiters. For the service, without directly blaming the waiters/waitresses, we feel the exhaustion, they are running everywhere. Knowing that catering is a difficult and stressful job, I hope that the manager knows how to take care of and motivate his employees.

Normally the beautiful and the beefy never disappoint me, except here. The drink looked like 1L of ice cream, my burger, meat and bread were dry. Dont talk to me about the waitress, 3 times I had to turn her around because she really wanted us to finish. Very disappointed, go to St-Jérôme, Laval or Repen instead.

Wow! We stopped for a burger at lunch and ordered the Cheese Classic, Two Draught Beers. Service was really good, relaxed atmosphere, burgers arrived and boy we were not disappointed. Delicious and perfectly grilled, I loved the creamy coleslaw that was served, my wife didnt, so i had two helpings to myself. The fries were good. Bravo La Belle

The food is excellent. But the service is ordinary. Our waitress (Catherine) passed by and came to see us. Taking the order took a long time, she looked at us but acted like we werent there!, She filled all the tables, the people after us were served before us. She was going to follow up on everyone except our table. My mother-in-law knows how to get up by herself to get her condiments, because she totally ignored our signs. In short, we were disappointed to see how you could be ignored. Parking: We easily found a place to park.

Went too go eat for a nice night out with my girlfriend and we go there to arrive in full chaos people screaming and yelling waited 20 mins for a drink that never came could never get ahold of our waitress the ginger one had too ask 3 other waitresses that were too busy drinking with there friends and taking shots like super unprofessional and as a business owner I d be so embarrassed too have this as a staff makes the boss look like a joke a real zoo in there DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL there s so many other beautiful and better places around that area you won t be missing out not going here

A friendly atmosphere suitable for meals with family or friends, if youre in the mood for a party. Its good, but nothing more. We were disappointed by the Nuclear burger which claims to be ultra spicy, with habanero sauce and even offers to sign a waiver. However, after receiving the plate, we were told that a discharge is no longer necessary, and no longer contains habanero. It was a simple burger with a redhot sauce. Good service!

I am not the kind of person that leaves a bad review, but i absolutely have to this time. This is the third time i give this place a chance on uber, and this is the third time i get bad food. Burnt and dry meat, or chicken, stale fries, bad salade etc etc. I gave it several chances because i like eating a the other branches, which are great, but this one, its extremely bad. To the managers and owners of this place, get your things in order. This is unacceptable.

Surprise, milk is not included in his meal and is charged an extra $4 on our receipt! The waitress never informed us when taking our order. I found the service a little bit slow for the quantity of people on the Restaurant at the time that I went. And there was a girl, I dont really know if she was a waitress or just the girl that just cleans the table. I called her to take my order and she just ignore me, then after a while we got another waitress that sent us the person who took the order.

The tartare was gray brown!!! The meat was in no way fresh, a tartare is red and not brown/gray. I tasted it all the same but the meat tasted and smelled like the bottom of the fridge. I find this deplorable for a Beef restaurant . I returned the plate and ordered something else (burger in my opinion quick) but the second choice was served later so people had almost finished their plates and my dinner time was over.

Great food and friendly staff. Waiters are perfectly bilingual so you can be served in the language of your choice! Very good meat, bbq meat sauce too... But the sauce under the cheap, empty and tasteless polled pork is warm enough to support the height of the depth of the top... Small dinner chosen last minute. Poutine and delicious burger. The Mrs. Pac Mac was excellent! The drinks, very good!

We were a small group of 4 for my boyfriends party, on a Friday evening (12/15/23). The music was at the perfect volume, we didnt have to shout to hear each other, which was much appreciated. The portions are generous and I highly recommend the nachos, they are well stocked. Shawns service was impeccable, he was smiling, very funny and we didnt miss anything at all during our meal.
