The closing time on Google on Saturday is at 9 p.m., on site the sign is at 8 p.m. We arrived at 7:20 p.m., the cooks were still there but the doors were already barred!!! Of course no one came to open the door. I understand that times are difficult for everyone, but show some respect to your customers by respecting your opening hours. The one in the suburbs is a little further away, but at least they remain open according to their schedules and the place seems much cleaner.

September 2023, they have been closed for 3 weeks. Sad.

Super warm cooks and staff, good satisfying food & atmosphere and decor typical of a beautiful vintage province! Vegetarian options: Poutine, fries, vegetable submarine, Caesar salad, spaghetti, onion rings, etc. Parking: In front and on the side of the building, quite spacious, there are often business guys with their trailer or pickup and it s still spacious! Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance with small slope to access the door, fairly wide framing & spacious restaurant

Opening hours are incorrect. Supposed to close at 9pm, it s 8:30 and nobody is there.

Wow, wow and REWOW! I was served by 2 young men (14 and 15 years old) who were very professional for their young age! Polite, courteous, attentive to customer requests, clean their work surfaces regularly! Dont sit around doing nothing, make sure everything goes well for the next customer! Congratulations to both and to the boss for hiring... you have two pearls! Thank you for the excellent service, you will see me again for sure!

2 hot dogs & fries. Too many fries and 2 small hot dogs. It must have been the opposite. On the other hand, the fries were perfect. Iced tea without sugar would have made the experience much better. Parking: Large parking lot, clean and functional. Wheelchair accessibility: Doors not practical for wheelchairs.

Unpleasant atmosphere and VERY far from the usual standards found in Belle Province! A smoked meat with 3 slices of meat... (yes I swear!! We couldnt believe it!) we had never seen that before and a poutine with barely 10 small pieces of cheese... VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Question: Is it possible in a La Belle Province restaurant not to make a stimé hot dog? That the bread falls apart? The sausage is cold? That the fries are not cooked? YES to all of these questions in this location. All at noon on a Monday when the restaurant was not very busy, really not very busy. I believe the administration has just changed because this location was equal to the others. Also, they no longer take credit cards. I passed by this Monday, October 3 and not a cat in the parking lot! Its sad.

I used to go to this restaurant which was always crowded. Surprise, it was almost empty, the employees and owner were nice. I understood everything while taking a bite of my hot dog. Bread not heated as if directly served from the bread bag, molassed and lukewarm sausage, fries ok but nothing more. We went there with our 4 children and no one ate 1 full hot dog. Sadly disappointed.

Last time. The man put everything in my hot dog with his hands, even onions. The cashier was rude and grumbled.

the chicken pita was really very good, we stopped by a little late and the place was still open!! Friday evening open until 10:00 p.m.!! We had never tried this brand and we were very satisfied.

We arrive an hour before closing on Saturday February 16 and the doors are barred. Very unfortunate not to respect the posted hours

Nothing is more disgusting than seeing the cashier with very long, untied hair walking around in front of the work areas! I prayed his hair wouldnt end up in our dishes... yuck! Also, the urinal was full of piss and hadnt been washed in a while.

Everything stays the same here. Its fast food from the 00s. If you want to try poutine for the first time, Id suggest you go some place else, but if you dont, youll like it anyway. Just know it can be better than that. ;)

Really unpleasant service! Deplorable. Taste of fries very bad.... I went there with my two children. My daughter and I each had a poutine. The fries had an abnormal moldy taste. We tried to eat thinking maybe it would pass, but no. I went to the counter to tell them we could eat them. I was received so stupidly, as if I was the one who had something wrong. They persisted with me. I left, insulted. It cost me $40 for 3 people. Afterwards, I came back to the restaurant and told them: You will at least reimburse me for a poutine...! » Which they did with a look of hatred. Never again! These people should not be in service. Shame on them!

They made the poutine at the start when my plate was ready the poutine was cold and I was told it was because the rice was Geller... Worst lunch experience. We went with my partner twice, to give them a second chance. Sadly same result. So this second time was the last. We have to ask for the menus, we have to ask twice to bring our forgotten horde of toast, to ask twice for our two glasses of water, to ask for the receipt twice too, not to mention the waiting time while there were two waitresses covering 5 tables. One of the waitresses went around refilling coffee, ignoring us even though our two cups were empty. They dont ask if everything is fine, if something is missing. Very poor customer service. Not to mention the stupid looks of the two waitresses. No smile, no courtesy, nothing. If you dont like your job, no one is forcing you to keep it. P.s: I observed the room to see the service provided to other customers. A table was waiting impatiently for their bill for 10 minutes, a gentleman had to ask for a menu and his order was taken 15 minutes later.. At one point he asked for a refill of coffee which was forgotten, she brought him a voucher moment later when she was doing her tour (tour mentioned above where she didnt offer us a refill). Then the couple next to us also expressed their impatience, the gentleman told the waitress that they will be ready to order... The waitress responds by cleaning a table that it wont take long... The lady accompanying the gentleman tells him while Its because were starting to get hungry... .. The waitress then said: Well yes exactly.... ???? In short, I dont recommend anything.
