Ordered through the app with pickup time, the time was respected and the order was right, I was surprised to see that my order was on the back counter when I arrived and not in the refrigerator. When I got home (I live 10-12 minutes away) the sushi was hot-lukewarm. No thanks and off to the trash. Disappointing for $32 per sushi. Also it is VERY unpleasant to hear someone speaking VERY LOUDLY to themselves in another language. Its unpleasant for customers.

I ordered sushi around 10:30 a.m. for the same day at 6:30 p.m. I understand that on this day of celebration, it may be overflowing but everything was very poorly managed. It took me 1 hour just to talk to someone (from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.) and move forward in the queue (behind lots of people who also had paid orders supposedly ready). To be told they lost our order. The young girls behind the cash register seemed overwhelmed by the events and everything was poorly managed. After another 15 minutes, I was finally offered a refund or to wait another 45 minutes.

Placed an order at 17h30.. told us to come pick up at 18h00.. get there at 18h00 and left the store at 19h10 with my order.. this is rediculous and you should be ashamed... Food is okay bit the staff and the service is a joke..

I ordered sushi to go and I arrive home and no ginger and wasabi. It seems to me that I dont have to ask for the ginger and wasabi!!!!

Très mauvaise expérience contrairement aux autres sushis shop, je commande pour ma fille des sushis végétariens qu elle a l habitude de manger et cette fois ils mettent des poivrons forts, les lèvres de fille sont toutes brûlées ainsi que sa main. Le pire c est quand j appelle pour seulement les avertir, au lieu de s excuser on me dit que ça ne peut pas être vrai donc on me fait passer pour une menteuse !!

The prices on site are higher than the prices in the menu received by mail. This is unacceptable and I will not return Sushi Shop! Extra sauces went from $0.50 to $0.75 and then ended up at $1.25 when the restaurant remained open during the pandemic. I left a tip for the cashier, because she had nothing to do with these decisions but she almost suffered for you.

Very disappointed with my order of Pokebowl Unami which I usually order in other branches. The Pokebowl received was a bowl of mixed salad, extra iceberg lettuce with a small layer of rice at the bottom of the bowl. In addition, several ingredients were missing including noori, coriander and sesame seeds. Of the other Pokebowl, I never had Iceberg Lettuce, which in my opinion ruined the taste. I had big pieces of lettuce and cucumber. We should review the preparation or at least notify the person who prepared it because I had the impression of having ordered a more expensive salad than at Mandys!!

By far the best sushi shop out there, they do it well, and they fill the bowl twice as much as ANY other sushi shop, I have stop going to the others cuz I am always disappointed.

Delicious Poke Bowl. The ingredients are fresh. The dishes are easily consumed with chop-sticks for those who are not used to eating with this method. Counter service is good / people at the counter were open to accommodating the request to make separate invoices for a large order when there was only one person ordering/picking up the dishes. The cost of the dishes is a bit high for the ingredients/quantity of food. Parking: The restaurant is located in a shopping center. Several parking spaces are available.

Hello, for several years I have had nothing negative to say about the sushi or the service... But today for two poke bowls, one with chicken and the other with salmon What a disappointment I had when I realized that the filling was very very not generous.... Two small slices of avocado in mine and one in the other.... For the mango of mini mini pieces the equivalent of 1 inch by one inch of mango and two muni slices of cucumbers in mini mini cubes.. Yes Okay Its laughing at the world....rice and iceberg salad Proteins ok.... But the toppings lets see its a pretty good bowl....for 42$$$$

Very good food however, error in the order. We ask for a refund of what we overpaid, the machine malfunctions at one point, we have to pay again for 2 poor little salads -> we are made to wait 35 minutes for that. No commercial gesture, no sorry. In addition, when we arrived home, no baguette, no napkin, and we had to ask for soy sauces, there really wasnt enough. Really disappointed this time. Thats why Im leaving this review.

This was my first time ordering sushi from this branch, so it may not be a common occurrence, but still, I want to share my experience. The staff was courteous, smiling and attentive. However, the rice was dry and had an aftertaste (which is not rice vinegar). The salmon was very pale pink and seemed dull. For the first time, my partner and I did not finish our dish. I am convinced that this was a mistake. We will recommend, hoping that this little awkwardness will be corrected by next time.

Fast and efficient service, the sushi is delicious, the staff is courteous and always smiling. This Sushi Shop is a little further from us, but its worth the detour! We recommend this restaurant.

The staff needs to learn some manners. Your cashiers are completly insane to just snap at people for asking a single question about the menu heh. I am a big fan of sushi and I will be spending elsewhere. Promise

I ordered 100 pieces of sushi and since I am allergic to mango, my only request was to leave it out but the chef didnt listen to my request and added mango to many pieces. Bad service and rude treatment. I dont recommend it.

Il était parfois difficile de bien comprendre la caissière (accent, musique forte et plexiglass qui coupe le son) mais elle faisait vraiment beaucoup deffort pour expliquer les choses. Le service était donc excellent. Manque un peu de place à lintérieur pour lattente et celle-ci peut être un peu longue mais vaut la peine.

We are regular customers and often order 60 piece platters. We placed an order on Friday and when we arrived home we realized that the cashier had given us the wrong order. We called to let them know the situation and were told to come back to the store the next day (as they were closing) to get a refund. We therefore went the next day to obtain our refund and there the employees completely changed their version, saying that there would be no refund of the order, but only an adjustment of the price paid by six dollars. We are extremely disappointed with the quality of customer service. THANKS

Fast service. Fresh food. But still impossible to get the EXACT order. Every time I go there, theres something wrong. Usually its a poke bowl filled with avocado even though I asked for NO. Its not an allergy, so not that much of a problem. But its systematic.

Being told a minimum wait of 40 minutes at the counter and being offered the only sushi dish in the counter instead was a very disappointing experience.

This place should just close. On Google and on the restaurant door it is indicated that they are open until 9 p.m.... But when I showed up around 7:50 p.m. on a Sunday they had already closed their door! Whats the point of indicating opening and closing hours on Google and their restaurant door if they are not able to respect them!!! This is a place that I dont recommend to anyone, because it definitely lacks professionalism!!!

25 minutes before closing, it was no longer possible for us to choose an item on the majority of the menu, because their boards and utensils in the kitchen were already washed. We had to choose another restaurant.

This sushi shop should have a better rating than what it currently has (2.3). However, there are several orders in progress every time I go there and the place seems to be doing well. The quality is consistent, the sushi is prepared with care 90% of the time (example: the black caviar was missing on one of my rolls last time). Every time I went, my sushi was ready on time (I ordered it over the phone). I recommend this sushi shop. There are several others on the north shore that are much worse than this one.

First and last time. We didnt have enough time to pick up our sushi in Deux-Montagnes before the show at the drive-in movie because we had to leave the house later than expected with babysitting. We thought that since the sushi shop in Boisbriand was on our way, it was a good idea to try it. ERROR. We are offered the fresh combos of the day in the refrigerator at 2 for 1 saying that it is practically closing... we hear that there is no more rice so even our poke bowls will be difficult to produce... I brings 4 sesame sauces to the checkout telling the cashier sorry but these are expired... His response: its better before... its still good maam... Who pays for one expired stuff ?!?!?!? In the end, when we ate our plates of the day we threw away more than half... The taste was that of a plate from a grocery counter prepared 2-3 days ago ... not fresh at all. I really dont recommend this shusi shop franchise... This morning, we are afraid of being sick from this lack of freshness.
