Translucent chicken, clumpy or overcooked rice.. It was not a good experience.

Great service, but the Pad Thai was oilier than usual and the toilets were off. I told my 5 year old to pee standing up without touching ANYTHING. and for my part I had to wait at home.

They have a big ventilation problem, their hood system is not effective, as soon as you go inside you are left with the smoke that is everywhere in the place..... the egg rolls at the entrance sound awful, it tastes like its pre-made, like frozen... .. I go there for dinner because its not that expensive and the general tao meal is very good!!!

Food safety is not respected, my Steak in my Pad was disgusting. Everything is lying everywhere, the food cutlery non-existent, and chicken on the counter in the kitchen.

Terrible experience! I arrived with my 2 year old daughter at 7:30 p.m. knowing that the restaurant closes at 8 p.m. After placing an order and asking if it would be a problem to order late (the cashier assured me no), a madman comes out of the kitchen to shout at me that the restaurant is closing shortly and that we have to hurry... However, I was offered to eat there... But lets move on. The meat was absolutely not cooked (cooked in a hurry by the madman in the kitchen) and did not have the right sauce... Disappointed, I put 1 star in Google review for the restaurant, the only weapon I have have in my possession to express my dissatisfaction... Barely a few seconds later, the madman comes out of his kitchen, his eyes bloodshot, asking me to leave his restaurant! In English of course because service in French is non-existent in this restaurant. Under the pretext that we give a negative review to our restaurant, we must no longer enter it! Very commercial in approach. In short, after being talked to like a rotten fish in front of my 2 year old daughter, I got a refund and was finally able to escape this hellish lair. To the restaurant manager: you should give this gentleman some sedatives or offer him a relaxing massage. Ashamed !

I have eaten at several Thai-express restaurants and this one is by far the best! The service is always good, we are well received. I always eat the Chili Chili Bangkok and they fill the plate with vegetables.

Ive ordered from Thaï Express in Boisbriand several times now and each time Im disappointed with the Vegetable Pad Thai. I find that for a Pad Thai with vegetables, there are very few. Some Thai express that I went to had small corn and a wide variety of vegetables in it, this is not the case in Boisbriand too bad because as everyone says the staff is super welcoming and the service is good.

This was good. I ordered beef pad thai and pot stickers with peanut sauce. The serving size is big. I am very full and it tasted great. I would eat again.

Although I usually like the Thai Express franchise, my experience with this franchisee was very unpleasant. The tofu of the two pad see ew (total order of 4, the others with vegetables and shrimp) had a bad taste. It is mentioned to replace one with vegetables and another with beef. They refuse to make the beef one under the pretext that it is more expensive and despite the fact that we offer to pay the difference. On top of that, the cook (and owner?) was very unpleasant. Definitely to avoid...

The 2 times I went there my Tom Yum soup was filled with oil and only tasted like oil. However, when I go to the other Thai expresses in St Jerome and Mont Laurier, the soups always taste good. Very disappointing

Very ordinary noodle with beef for me and chicken for my wife, it was fatty and dry meat, my wife looked for the rare piece of chicken in fatty noodles. I didnt remember why it had been a long time since I had been. Now I remember, sorry its going to be a long time before I go back.

Order over Uber Eats, got an array of random foods nothing to do with what was ordered, save for one dish. Fully disgusted by the experience. DO NOT GO THERE!!!! Oh yeah, I forgot to specify: there was a food intolerance item in there, happily ignored, who gives a frog if you suffer for the next two weeks, right? Not frogging Uber, the delivery dweeb or the restaurant, right??? SOOOOOO MAD!!!!!

The cleanliness of the restaurant leaves something to be desired. I was in shorts and I wanted to sit on one of the chairs to eat but they were so dirty that I didnt sit there. They were black with dirt, full of stains of food, the high chair at the entrance was terrible, originally white it was downright gray, as a mother I would never use that. Food leaves something to be desired also for my experience, rice and vegetables not cooked.

Unfortunately, in the past two visits in the past months, our visits have been very disappointing. The food is sloppy. Too much juice in fried rice. The cooks need a vacation, now! They are very rude and seem upset . Also. Why cant they keep a cachier for more than two weeks?

Very long wait for tonights meal (on average 50m wait) due to power outages in a few places in the region. Its not obvious or easy for a single cook to serve so many customers. The girl at the checkout is really disgusting. Doesnt even have a modicum of politeness. And and and she takes care of payment, then in the meantime she helps put the ingredients in the bowl BUT without wearing gloves!!!

Just one thing disappointed me a little there were only 3 shrimps in my shrimp soup however they were very good and very reasonable.
