I definitely recommend this place. Haddock and chips were cooked to perfection. A little pricey which is why I would only eat here once in a while but the food was great and customer service was excellent 👍🏼
I recently dined at Atlantis fish and chips, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The level of service was impeccable; the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed. One of the highlights was the custom food options. We had the opportunity to personalize our dishes, and the kitchen delivered with flawless execution. Every bite was bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors, and the presentation was equally impressive. They clearly take pride in quality, as each ingredient tasted thoughtfully selected and perfectly prepared. Overall, if you’re looking for a place that combines excellent service with delicious, customizable meals, I can’t recommend Atlantis Fish and Chips enough. It’s a true gem, and I look forward to my next visit!
I’ve recently been wanting to try the pescatarian lifestyle so I stopped by today thinking they’d have a fish sandwich but I was wrong & not really disappointed. I had got the lunch special with onion rings and I had looked forward to what I was going to have, I saw everything being fried, the cook was nice & made a little small talk with me. Overall customer service was excellent. Now for the food I wasn’t 100% a fan of the onion rings were crispy and had a beautiful golden brown but what I didn’t like is that it was fried with the same batter as the fish, overtime eating it didn’t taste good to me. Now for the fish my first couple bites into it was very very good especially if you have tartar sauce 100% a delicious delicacy but if you leave the food unattended after some time, it does not taste the time. I personally wasn’t adored by the taste after I had my first couple bites but I will not let this experience be my final experience with Hertiage Fish & Chips.
food is delicious and made to order (freshly fried). get the blue cod special, it is a nice flaky white fish. even fried it isnt too heavy. the staff are really nice too.

Super nice staff! Forgot my mask and they brought one out. Chips are crispy and flavourful and the halibut was light and flakey and fried just right! Was feeling like fish and chips and glad I made the trek here!
The place is so cute inside. Very friendly staff. The food was delicious Top Stars on my Greek Salad. It was a garlicky tasty treat. Definitely going to be a new regular stop for lunch.
Great little fish and chips place in Bolton! Great service and great fish! We had both the halibut and the haddock. Both were amazing. They had a few British items for sale in the store. Large selection of tea's amd beverages. There is a decent size of dining in seats. They seem to have lunch specials everyday! Make sure you check their hours by calling in as it varies and google isn't always right.
I ate here for lunch on Saturday and within 1 hour I got very sick. 4 days of being sick from their food.

Veeeeery rude waitress, we ordered and paid she made us refund the money the with a very rude tone so we can reorder to tip her at the end of our meal... wont be going back there she was the blonde waitress.

The food was done well and the customer service was exceptional. I wasnt over the top happy with the fish. I went on good Friday so this may have affected the outcome of my experience.

Had the fishermans platter with Greek salad. It was excellent. Scallops, shrimp, and fish cooked to perfection! The salad was so good, loved the dressing and the perfect amount for me.

Such a rude owner and staff. I never recommend this restaurant. I came here to pick up an uber order, and the so called owner treated me like a servent .. even she dont know how to talk to customers. Actually i didnt had the bag to pick up the order and she just shouted on me like a angry pig.. atleast you guyz can politely stay that we cant hand order to you... i have nt seen such a rubbish lady in my while 20 years of life....... i dont argue with silly, rude and stupid people because i want BOLTON to be city full of good people,...... i just cancelled the order and came out..... Will never never never pick up any order from this restaurant in future Reply--- mr i have checked the location and then i posted the review... now dont be afraid..let the people know

Very expensive for what we got, I ordered two different types of fish and asked for one well done, nothing labeled and nothing well done. Not happy at all for the price

Just moved to Bolton a little over 2 weeks ago...buried in boxes, so weve been ordering alot of takeout. Inside of 10 days, we ordered fish n chips three times from this location, and it was absolutely delicious each time.

The food is excellent. Great fish, perfectly cooked. Good chips too. Hard to believe in the current economic climate that restaurants are still guilt-recommending 30% tips on take out orders. I suppose they are targeting a clientele above my income bracket.

The lunch special is the draw at the family run fried food mecca. You can not go wrong with the seafood and veggies in that wonderful, light batter. They dont season it, so you can get it to your taste.
We ordered a haddock and halibut. Was so overcooked and dry it was like eating cardboard. Think of a school dinner cooked by the worst school cook in Canada and you re about there. Never again! So overpriced for such a poor quality product
Great service and food! Love the sweet potato fries with its spicy sauce and Greek salad had a generous amount of feta. Definitely satisfied my fish n chips craving! Will come back again for sure.
Best fish and chips in Bolton and the staff are friendly and helpful. They also sell Belfast pasties and Haggi (not sure what the plural of haggis is?? Perhaps haggiss....) I recommend for sure.

Onion rings are flavourless. Fries are cold and hard. Fish was okay.
The quality and the size downgraded gradually to the point were asking ourselves if the owners changed. Even the tartar sauce they changed to the lower quality one. Like were idiots that wouldnt notice. Fish is frozen. Fries soaked in oil... They cannot build an order together either, had to wait 10 minutes for one dish, that was advertised as fresh and oh boy... No it wasnt. Over priced frozen veggies they tossed in boiling water (they used to be steamed) basically. Were not coming back. Been costumers since opening day until now.
customer service was horrible i had to ask them to take my order after standing there for 5 10 minutes then she speaks another language to her co workers then i ask for dine in she says no and packed my stuff to go meanwhile other people were dining in and there was plenty of space very rude wont be going back

Used to be amazing. The fish still is. Too Bad it Id served with burnt soggy friesthat tastes like yesterday re fry. People know. Threw out my lunch. I spare you the photo the fries were scary burnt soggy inedible.

Is this place even open?? I ve been by twice now in the past month and both times the restaurant has been closed during it s listed business hours. No sign on the door, no message on the website. I ve been to their Brampton location so I thought I d give this one a try but after strike two I give up lol.

This particular location has the best fish and chips that I have had compared to any other Heritage location. The portions are always huge and the fish is always perfectly cooked.

The food was delicious! Two very nice ladies helped us with our order. It was made hot and fresh! Not to oily and real crispy which was great! No seating right now so we took it to go. Will definitely be back!

The food is fantastic and the staff is always very friendly. You get a great portion so youll have lots to eat. The gravy is also one of my favorites from any takeout place, goes great with the fries.

Only ever get the halibut and chips and scallops and chips. Both are always done within 10 minutes of ordering. Clean restaurant and portions are large. Very friendly staff.

My husband and I ordered the halibut dinners, the so called halibut we ordered was so dry couldn t eat it. This was not halibut it tasted like sole. So disappointed paid lots of $$$$. I do not recommend.

We ordered 3 meals, halibut was tough, fries and sweet potato fries were hard and cold. Though we ordered it and even asked for confirmation on pickup, Mozzarella sticks were not included in the order even though we were charged for it. Nice quaint dine-in area. Menu on chalkboard panels in the take out area. Staff friendly. Portion sizes good. Fish delicious. Fries were decent. Washroom is not handicap accessible, as it is down a set of stairs. Hope to try something else on their menu in the future.
Ive visited their Brampton location before and this was my first visit here. The two locations are very similar. The Brampton location does have a larger dining area but the food is amazing in both. Withoutba doubt, best fish and chips restaurant in town!

Been there plenty of times for pick up but a few times have had staff point out the tip jar for the third time which is bad manners, while I was ordering. The loss of a star is due to the tip jar issue. The food is good but if they want to leave the tip jar out, then do so without actually asking for a tip. Its take-out and there is no personalised service with it. If someone feels like leaving a tip, that should be up to them. I do love this place for the food and the staff there really are nice.

Taste excellent and the couple owner are nice and work so hard. I drove all the way from east to Bolton go for it. Yes, no lies, it worth to go get it, even I eat right the way at my open trunk during Covid-19 , usually they provide dine in service.

Fish was big but dry...same with the chips. Other places in town are a cpl dollars cheaper and taste much better. Riverside best place by far in town. I only went to heritage because Riverside was closed and I had a huge fish n chip craving. Was VERY disappointed

Fresh, made to order, great conversation and very supportive of the other chains. This is one restaurant that is truly a family unit and is consistent with the other restaurants. Slower pace but same great quality I am confident it will be busier best fish and chips in Bolton.

A friend of mine and i go every Friday night for fish and chips. The meals are always awesome and their salads are made just before they serve it to u. The Halibut is delicious with little better so u taste the fish. The staff are wonderful..never rude efficient very friendly always making sure everything is good and if they have time they will have a conversation with anyone. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Hands down the best fish and chips Ive had in town. The fish is perfectly battered, not to much and the flavour amazing. Their homemade coleslaws both creamy and vinegar base are delicious. Highly recommend giving this place a try.
