Even when I said me order twice, they still got it completely wrong two combos and the only thing that was right was ONE drink and the two fries. Called to ask for the manager, on a Monday afternoon, yet they said he already left for the day at 2:30pm Will not visit again, and hopefully others will not either.

The all canadian breakfast special is good here.

Drive through ordering frequently ends up requiring one to park to wait for the whistle dog no relish order. But, the food is hot and delicious.

Ordered mozza burger combo with poutine and a root beer at the drive thru. The root beer was good. Thats it! Burger was all over the place falling apart. Poutine was cold and not edible. Total waste of $18.74. I won t be back.

I visited store and went to washroom first then noticed a sheer swarm of mosquitoes fly away as I washed hands. Then I proceeded not to order from this place as there were so many in eating area and saw some where employees were working too. This is a hygiene issue.

The cashier was very kind and welcoming and the food is great. Highly recommend

Margaret was very friendly and helpful. My mother, who walks with a cane, fell in the hallway by the bathroom. The floor was wet and slippery. Shes ok but it was scary and embarrassing

I had a very bad experience with this location. It show that drive thru is open we tried nobody respond. It happens twice. One day one girl was inside we went to drive thru 3 times and nobody give response we came to front door and trying to contact the girl with sign language the she asked us to come to drive thru again and she served us. Today we again came to drive thru twice nobody responded. I called 10 times nobody picked the call. Going home without breakfast and with frustration.

I originally went to drive-through to quickly go home but then I had to wait 10 minutes in the parking lot to get a BLT crisper There were only two workers, The place was full of smoke because something was burning on the stove, understaffed and dirty. Overall will not be coming back again. Worst service ever.

I went in to the Bolton location on hwy 50 around 12:30 today. I ordered a buddy burger combo. I got home to find a puck like chicken patty...that had obviously been sitting around... instead of a burger. Not only was my order wrong but it was disgusting !! Disappointing !!! Will not return.

Always come in here twice a week for the breakfast. The food is hot and fresh. Eggs made superb. Love this location. Staff is super friendly. Recommend it to Try for sure.

Generally I really like A&W but I was supremely disappointed in the service and quality of food at the Bolton location. Honestly seemed like a lack of staff issue. We had a terribly hard time going through the drive through.

I ordered a grandpa combo burger was so messy dont know how they prepare burger patties were uncooked wastage of money so unprofessional.

Havent been there in a while but had a coupon for Mazza burger fries and root beer. I order a raspberry pie as well. It was fast service.. but the burger had no taste. the bun was really dry. The fries were cold. I brought bk the fries told her they were cold. She then put in fries that were already sitting there into the frier for 30 seconds and gave them to me. I didnt say anything.. but I saw what she did. They were not a new batch. I ate cleaned up and left. Very disappointed.

My friends and I eagerly ordered food from A&W, but our excitement turned to dismay when we discovered a bite had been taken out of one of the burgers. It was only after we finished the other two burgers that we realized this unsettling truth. Now, were overcome with a sense of unease and fear, wondering if the remaining burgers were also tampered with. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and utterly disgusted.

Absolutely terrible experience. They prioritize the drive thru and ignore people who placed mobile orders or are waiting inside. I placed a mobile order and waited 15 min at the front counter before they even acknowledged me. During that time they served 20 cars in the drive thru. I needed to also get a kids meal but couldn t get anyone s attention. My wife got back into the car, drove to McDonalds, got the happy meal and came back to get me and I was still waiting for my burger. To top it off, my burger was cold, and was not what I ordered.

picked up a online order, mind you this is the only A and W in Bolton. its our regular fast food eatery. just today asked for a lolly pop for my screeming kid. I only asked because he usually always get a kids meal so he knows they have lolly pops, well I guess today they couldnt afford to give a lollypop to my crying kid because i didnt buy a happy meal. IM sorry A and W didnt know 1 lolly pop would jepordize your business but hey lets just have the child cry real good tactics . amazing job what a great family happy place . Came to get 2 happy meals for my kids. Get home and the buns were black. Like really burnt buns for a kids happy meal. The kids wouldnt eat them. Do better!

Has been regular from past so many years. But noticed from past year or so, this location has been going downhill steadily. Burnt buns, bad quality of meat, missing ingredients and overall really bad customer service to name few. Better spend money elsewhere.

Just got mozza burger with lettuce wrap. Drive through. Went home and opened it, to my surprise there wasnt much lettuce and it l had to eat the patty separately. Never stepping again and would recommend everyone not to.

We came to get chicken buddy burger and a beyond burger on lettuce wrap at around 10:20pm on 9th jan. the girl who was serving us through drive thru was the only one making the burger with the same hands. She didnt wash her hands after taking the order and kept serving all clients with the same hands after touching tills , which is cross contamination. My friend , after eating the burger said its not fresh , we order both fresh and waited for 20 mins and got late for our work. I have no time to go back now, but I would really like to address this. I hope you guys can prevent is from happening in future . First customer 12/21/23 7am Reach for cutlery after placing order Filthy . Showed cashier , blank look Explained they should remove and wash . I then said when they were not removed I report stuff like this . Nothing yet so... Camera and start complaint by phone. Hurray they removed the disgusting cutlery. I enjoy the food but dirty cutlery reflects the overall enjoyment and left me questioning overall cleanliness. I have great hopes for A&W so I write this in the hope that you use my observations as meant . Please point out to staff that many things make up restaurant enjoyment . Ill look at same thing next time Im in . Second but not third chances. Just started my coffee , the question how do you like was answered 4 milk . It came with sugar , Im diabetic . Two weeks later 9am I post this in hopes to improve your staff. Again this morning Filthy cutlery The sight of it turns my stomach . Took rating from 3to a 1 It seems I care more than staff. NO MORE CHANCES IF FILTH IS WHAT IM GREETED WITH , BYE BYE!

Absolutely awful and rude customer service. They refuse to believe you if you report an order being completely wrong. On top of that the food is subpar at best and the coffee machine is broken 90% of the time. Worst A&W in the country, go to McDonalds or Wendy s down the road.

Great staff, quick service. Wasnt a fan of the burger. For almost $9 before taxes, the chicken burgers leave you wanting. It was a shrivelled up lettuce leaf and a deep fried patty (not fresh chicken) so to me it wasnt worth it. I will not be going back for their chicken sandwiches. Only good things to say about the staff though who made it an enjoyable interaction.

We prefer A&W when we choose a fast food restaurant. We appreciate the hormone free option.

This review is base on my drive thru visit on dec 7 12:10am (mindnight visit) disgusted when i saw the staff preparing the food with bare hands! The other staff bagging the food stated it s normal for them to use bare hands when preparing the food! God knows how often they wash their hands! Im suprise A&w not providing gloves for any food preparation. This is disgusting

Ordered via app. Got to restaurant and was asked for my name. I told her, she said they had no record of my order. The A&W app was frozen on my phone and wouldnt reload but eventually she found my order on the computer and began to prepare it. Meanwhile restaurant got slightly busy and even after my order was prepared she continued taking new orders while my bag sat there. When I was finally handed it I asked for receipt (I needed to claim the meal as a work expense) she said it wasnt possible. In a world of choices this A&W just wasnt worth the hassle.
