The Greek salad was white onion, a bit of feta, a bit of cucumber, two slices of tomato and two olives over iceberg lettuce. The shawarma was about a 1/4 cup of chicken over plain white rice. The entire meal reeked of how do I get the most out of my customers with the absolute least amount of effort and care. Another reviewer left pictures of their plate and ours looked about the same. Pretty insulting to be honest. 100% will not be back.

I went there last week, Navleen served me very well. She has great communication skills. She helped me in choosing my toppings. Grate place to visit with family. Vegetarian options: Has many vegetarian options, flafels pita and dinner, garlic potatoes, rice, even yummy potato samosas. Parking: Lot of free parking nearby, so convenient. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to wonder.

I was met with a staff member named Nav who was kind enough to not only provide exceptional customer service but did so with kindness. I asked what timem the store closes and she politely told me 8pm. I am grateful that Nav was nice enough to not turn me away and ensured that I will keep returning based off my positive experience. Worth even a hour or hour and half drive for this food. Heya was incredibly nice and patient as we had a hard time picking from all of the different 5 star foods. You have to eat here, it is now on your bucket list!

I ve been coming here for the past 6-7 years now, When I first used to come here the shawarma s were top notch. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the wraps were grilled as they should. But over the years the quality just hasn t been what it used to be.. the chicken is chewy and the wraps are soft even after being grilled. Bon a pita was known for their amazing crispy juicy chicken. The lady it there if lovely, and a great shawarma joint is slowly turning into just an okay spot. Make the chicken crispy again like it used to be and grilled the shawarma s longer so there s a crust on the pita.

Heya service was Awesome

I placed a pickup order today with the restaurant. It was supposed to be 2 vegetarian Falafel Wraps and one Falafel Plate meal. The wraps had chicken instead of falafel. I am a vegetarian and my religion doesnt allow me to eat meat. They destroyed my faith today and made me eat chicken. When we called to complain and ask for our money back they hung up the call and now they are not picking up our calls. I would never go back to the restaurant and I would advise others to be careful what they are ordering.

When this place first opened you could get a nicely portioned wrap that was filling for a good price. Years later the price went up and the wrap is almost half the size! Sad to see, I used to go all the time now it doesn t seem worth it. The flavour is still there but the portions are disappointing.

They offer several topping options, more than most actually, such as feta cheese and olives :) P.S. I just ate Shawarma Box tonight because Bon-A-Pita was closed and it gave me full appreciation. You should eat here!

I bought Falafel wrap twice in a Month and the first time I wasnt sure if the standard fall out the bottom so I tried again and it got worse, absolutely no flavor or real taste to the food. Personally I wont go again, many years ago the food was ok. Besides that the Falafel is smaller today for $9.95. The falafel last time was bitter and this time over cooked

I went in on June 9th in the evening for the first time to try this place out. It would ve been ok if it wasn t for the uncooked rice in the food. I got the chicken platter and as soon as I took my first bite I felt a crunch. I kept eating it to see if the crunching would stop then I realized I m spitting out raw rice and that s what it was. Very disappointing as I have had food poisoning for the last couple days now. How can you charge 2 people $40+ to give them food poisoning? If the rice needed time to cook just say it s gonna take 10-15 minutes. And when we asked for a refund we received an e-transfer not a proper refund to the credit card which is so strange to me. Avoid this place at all costs

Tastes bad and doesn t match the price point. The food was basically raw and the staff is not equipped with the right resources. The lady was spreading sauce with a butter knife over a large container of rice owner needs to do better with providing the right tools for the employees to be successful

The prices didnt match the quantity provided. I ordered a chicken platter, one with rice and one with fries. They charged me extra just for substituting fries with rice, even though the menu didnt mention any additional fees for this change. I wasnt informed about the extra charges beforehand; only found out at checkout. Despite trying to explain to the cashier, she wasnt willing to listen. The taste was okay, but overall, Im disappointed with the experience.

Best shawarma I have had. Fresh tasting and delicious. The staff is very kind and appreciative to their customers. They kindly gave me recommendations for the sauce and spice level. Very happy with the experience. Will return soon.

Just ordered from Bon a Pita for the first time. Was greeted by a very friendly gentleman (may have been the owner). Ordered a chicken shawarma and it was prepared in no time, using fresh ingredients. Very nice tasting, good texture to the shawarma - salad was crunchy and not soggy like other places. Very reasonably priced too! Would definitely return!

Ive tried every Shawarma place in Bolton and after years, Ive finally tried bonapita. I ordered a wrap and a platter. My wife tried the platter and found chunks of chicken skin in it and the chicken in my wrap was tough and chewy. The wrap was tiny and expensive. Im literally starving and ordering food from somewhere else now. Very dissapointed. Wont be back.

Delicious shawarma sandwich. Chicken is juicy and the seasonings are addictive! All the toppings are fresh and wide ranging. Id go for the double meat next time as the standard size is not big enough to fill me up.

Utter disappointment and rip off. The food was tasty, but the portion was so small. Im still hungry. For context, Im a petite lady and weigh 110lbs. I usually cant finish most dishes I order off uber eats. Today, I finally tried bonapita for the first time. I ordered the chicken souvlaki meal thru uber eats and I cannot believe the portion size. I ate the whole meal and feel unfulfilled. I could have eaten 2! The rice was just a scoop enough to cover the bottom of the Styrofoam and it was 2 peices of potatoes. Attached is the photo. Sorry, but rice and potatoes are cheap. I have seen places skip out on the meats as its more expensive, but to put such little potatoes and rice is not acceptable for the price paid. I will not be ordering from here again.

Old Overpriced food with no flavour. I went on july 2nd, 2023 and ordered 2 chicken shawarma plates, beef gyro plate, 8 falafel. Everything tasted old and dry and was clearly reheated. There was no flavour to the food. We have tried all the shawarma places in bolton. I wanted to try this place based on the good reviews on google but we were all exteremly disappointed. La shawarma, Osmos or shawarma box are way better then this place. The only thing that we like about this place is that they are using 100 percent recyclable containers and the service was great.

I m here at least once a week. Amazing staff, amazing food. Highly recommend

The food and atmosphere were incredible. But the most notable part of our experience was their customer service. They really went above and beyond in their service; they even brought an umbrella out for us when the sun came out and were incredibly accommodating of my dog. 10/10 would go again. What a rip off! $21 and the container is half empty. Came right home didnt eat anything yet. 1/2 cup of lettuce, 2 slices of tomato, and 1/4 cup of chicken. Never again. This isnt even a kids meal. How are you in buisness????

Found this place in an industrial area north of Pearson. The atmosphere was great with lots of windows and a sleek interior. The service was top notch! The staff was really nice and patient as we took our time ordering. The food was awesome! My kid crushed his Chicken Shawarma Pita in no time and I really enjoyed taking my time with a delicious Chicken Shawarma meal with rice and salad. The portion was generous and we left extremely satisfied. Ill definitely return when I find myself in the area again!

I recently tried the falafel pita at Bon a Pita and it was amazing! The falafel was crispy and flavorful, and the combination of fresh veggies and delicious sauces made it even better. I highly recommend trying it out!

Without a doubt, my favourite shawarma spot in the GTA. Recently started working in the area and this is the only place I buy lunch from, I literally crave their shawarma! Their food is amazing, chicken is always juicy and flavourful, toppings are fresh, and they make their own hot sauce. The staff are incredibly friendly and warm, always asking customers how they enjoyed their meal and making small talk with regulars. Great small business that deserves tremendous success :)
