Alfredo (Shrimp and Scallop) Pasta and Fish Tacos were good

everytime i order spaghetti and meatballs (about 4 times now) for delivery i have never ever gotten the meatballs im sure that the price of this meal includes meatballs in which i have never been able to experience them. i m sure they re delish but ive never gotten them with my meal pretty disappointed

No one came to take my food order, just brought a glass of water, left, and completely forgot about it.

This is a cheap-ish pub that I could see you visiting with a few friend to drink and have some apps. We went here for a family dinner and unfortunately it disappointed. We waited over an hour for any food and the food ended up not tasting the best. Our server was phenomenal and very friendly. I would not eat here again due to this and the lacking atmosphere.

Honestly, I have been here 3 times and its always good! Wings are great and Ive had their fish tacos twice and always love them! Fresh food and the fries are so good!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and staying at the hotel in the plaza next door and needed accommodations for 40+ people that included 18 kids under 10. We called the day of and the staff moved things around to make tables available for us. They took our order ahead of time using player numbers to keep everything organized. The food came out hot and delicious and the service was exceptional. The owners went back into the kitchen to cook with the staff to make sure we were all fed hot fresh food. Drinks were always filled and the servers were very friendly, Highly recommend brining any size group to this bar.

Extremely slow service

Just had my first visit to Bolton Jacks, and it was fantastic! The Nachos were absolutely superb, and the atmosphere had a quaint charm. Our server, Alexis, was outstanding attentive and on point throughout the evening. Cant wait to come back!

Not really kid friendly - (yes technically have kids menu & highchairs with complimentary crayons) - But kids menu basically entree half portions with juice/milk in disposable coffee cup.. Quick dine-in service always available at this Pub, majority of crowd sits bar-side, (compliments to the restaurant layout successfully dividing the areas for Dine-in / Sports Bar so you are not afflicted on either side) ..But clear staff focus on BAR side quality of service really dampens positive dine-in experience

They have really good deals. The customer service is outstanding! Servers are quick, and the food comes out instantly! Prices are good, drinks are amazing. Overall 10/10 would recommend!

Bolton Jacks is a go-to for my family for either eat in with their chill atmosphere and friendly staff, but also for pickup. The food is always made well and tastes fresh and delicious!

Ventured into Bolton for the first time and tried out Bolton Jacks the other night and had a wonderful experience! The menu was extensive but I stuck with my go-tos: the cheesy bread took me on a journey to cheesy paradise, and the chicken tenders were a standout flawlessly cooked, tender on the inside, and just the right amount of crispiness on the outside. The fries were perfectly crispy, adding a satisfying crunch to every bite. Beyond the outstanding food, the service was exceptional. The waitress and owners were incredibly attentive and friendly, making the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. Definitely will be returning for the delicious food, cozy ambiance, and phenomenal service the next time I am in Bolton!

Honestly the waitresses are nice but issue is your meals are always missing something and you can t get their attention when you need something My biggest issue is when you go to tip it forces lowest tip at 18% but they never clean the tables after your meal so when you eat your desert the table is a mess just feels like they are always too busy for you

We had an incredible experience at Bolton Jacks. It was a stop in last minute decision, and we made the best choice. Went there Saturday for the first time for lunch with some friends. And we all agreed that we would definitely be back often. The food was first class we had steak, pasta, rib and wing combo, drinks. And everything was great. The service was second to none and the food I cant say enough just that fall off the bone ribs bbq wings heck even the fries were great. Want to do yourself a favor go and see for yourself what Im talking about and I bet you wont be disappointed.

Food was awful chicken wings served raw inside

This used to be our go to for Wings and I really should listen to everyone else when they say there are better wings available. Supposedly 1lb with fries plus you need to purchase a dip is over $20 and you only get five wings?! Not acceptable!

Decent pub food nothing crazy here food wise, but they do a lot of things decently. The wings were breaded well and had lots of sauce. Nachos had lettuce on them and it threw off the taste for me personally and kind of made them a soggy mess. Pizza was a little thick for our likely but did taste super fresh.

My family and I (there are lots of us) went here for good Friday dinner. Took a while for our drinks to come but once they did the staff were on top of it. They took all of our food orders at once. All of our food orders came out at once in a quick and timely fashion. I had the Jacks burger (sorry not sorry) and it was absolutely amazing. 2 nice beef patties and all the toppings youd expect on a burger. Did I forget to mention the real cheddar and 6 bacon strips? CANT GO WRONG. Everyones portions were large and amazing. No kids complained about what they ordered off the kids menu either. Only thing is the atmosphere. It looks like a bit of an old hole in the wall. A little on the dark side inside, but dont judge a book by its cover. Very friendly and professional staff and the kitchen rock and rolled. Overall!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? I highly recommend. Enjoy

We have been coming here consistently as their wings are great. Yesterday, we were there for the Leafs game and wanted to get wings, we asked if there were and deals and the server told us no. We got three pounds for $41 and then went on their Instagram story today to see that they were offering $8 per pound of wings during the game. This would have come out to $24 instead of $41. They have lost us as a regular customer.

Celebrated St. Patrick s Day with my husband and friends . While we were expecting typical pub food , we were pleasantly surprised at how delicious the food was ! They have a huge menu. We each ordered something different and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Great prices and really fun atmosphere . A definite must!!

went here yesterday for the leafs game, must say this is a hidden gem. The owner is super nice, and greets all the patrons, and because the leafs won last night, he got everyone a in the bar round of shots. Great prices, excellent food, definitely, very friendly service. Every booth has its own tv inside it, was a true pleasure at this establishment. Will always be coming here from now on to watch any game.

I have lived in bolton for many years and there is no place like Bolton Jacks!! From the service, food , environment and entertainment- everything is incredible. Today I had watched the bi weekly live band and it was amazing. My server Arianna was so polite and is quick and attentive to what everyone wanted. Definitely will be back with the family.

We decided to stop at bolton Jacks for a drink and some appetizers, they have 30% appetizers daily from 2-5pm. Our server, Kristen, offered some great suggestions and we ordered the calamari and bruschetta, both were delicious. Prices were very reasonable, I mean, where can you get two pints and two generous appetizers for $35, tax included. We will definitely be back again!

Came here for dinner today, ordered some wings and a buffalo chicken wrap. The chicken in the wrap was raw, showed it to the server and she said the manager offered 30% off our wings. Ended up getting 25% off 2 of the 3 pounds of wings. The wings were also extremely dry, seemed like they were old. Place has gone downhill over the past few months, well be going to the Chucks in the same plaza from now on.

Just moved to the area a few months and was looking for a place to eat. We like eating late so we usually end up at Chucks Roadhouse because its the only place open late. Tried Bolton Jacks this evening and loved it! The menu is sooo extensive that you just want to try everything! The service is amazing, Arianna who served us is the best!!!! And even the owner came around to say hi and was super friendly and easy going! We are never going to Chucks Roadhouse ever again! Bolton Jacks is the place to be!

Originally from Scarborough but came to Bolton to do an errand. We got hungry and seen this place. Didn t know what to expect but turned out great! We tried the spaghetti bolognese and the grilled chicken penne. Both pastas were very saucy and flavourful. The portion size for the price was really good too. They happened to have their daily specials on their drinks as well!! We also ended up being here on a karaoke night and it was entertaining and fun! If you re in the area and are looking for good music, a fun vibe, and on a a budget, you should check this place out!

Our waitress was very sweet, and worked the floor effortlessly while tending to at least 10 other tables on a midday afternoon by herself. We were all a little hesitant because of the large menu, but happily suprised by the excellent quality of all the food we ordered. The fried pickles were particularly lovely, and there were even some plant based options that rounded out the whole experience as 5 star. The decor could use a little bit of an update and there are some awkward large spaces in the restaurant that seem displaced, but this is a small factor. We will definitely be back.

We tried the cauliflower bites, they were too hard tasted not fully cooked on the inside (tasted like freezer food) Fries were okay but the gravy was watery and salty, clearly from a instant gravy pack . Wings were over cooked, super super chewy and barely enough sauce . Bison burger look and tasted like a frozen patty not home made like described Overall too many food options that you can tell certain items have never been ordered Drink menu was great but had 0 prices on them, you really are risking it when getting a cocktail Overall experience wasn t that great, got hit on by some local/regular while smoking at my truck and didn t take the hint. We were told to pick up our large order in 30-35 minutes. We arrived in 25 minutes and waited a while for someone to serve us. Once we were finally served, we were disappointed to find when we got home (which is a 2 minute drive) that our food was cold and hard. I called the restaurant to express my concerns that our food must have been sitting a while. They refused to do anything about it. Poor customer service and food. We will not be spending our $100+ here again.

We ordered through Uber Eats because we ve been meaning to give it a try - the menu is huge which is a major plus for me who is indecisive and likes to try/split multiple items. The food was fast and warm when it arrived! We got steak, lobster, deep fried cauliflower appy, and pad Thai. Honestly, our expectations for takeout are always lower because you can t expect dine-in experience, but this food exceeded expectations. Steak was perfectly medium rare as ordered. The Uber driver missed a bag (the lobster) and someone from the restaurant personally drove it to our house and apologized. We will definitely order from here again!

We were very skeptical of dinning here due to the reviews. We didn t realize that the reviews were from the previous owners. New owners are very friendly and service was excellent. Our server was very accommodating as we were celebrating a Birthday. Our food came out hot, from the appetizers to the main course, and tasted as good as it looked on the menu. Over all this was a great experience and I do recommend it.
