Be careful when you buy from here I saw the staff using their dirty hands while making burger for me. I right away asked for refund. And they have so much bad attitude when you say them wear gloves and also must wash your hands and they didn t care when I said all this. Very bad staff works here

I am usually very picky when it comes to eating food and had not tried Harvey s this was the closest location near me and it did not disappoint; staff was really friendly and greeted me with a smile the food was above and beyond with bold flavors that you wouldn t get in any other fast food place from my experience. I would recommend any of their chicken options.

Second time ever going to a Harveys in the past two decades, unfortunately the burger came out undercooked and the pop tasted like it was from 20 years ago. I went in and they immediately without any issue whatsoever give me a new burger and fresh pop. Cant complain about that! These things happen. Definitely saved face, and Ill be stopping here again in the future.

Its a Harveys and the staff are great. I rate this a 3/5 as I had a paranormal experience at this location. I called the store and was met with disbelief, understandably. Maybe do the drive thru but I would not want to eat inside.

The plaza is old so you cant fault the restaurant for some of the aged features but simple aesthetic things such as painting the interior would go a long way with improving the atmosphere. The food is usually delicious but often burger toppings are sparse or unevenly applied so I am having to rebuild my burger myself at home. Be sure you ask for things clearly and reiterate special orders or requests. Vegetarian options: The gravy at Harveys has always been vegetarian/vegan so if you dont eat meat you can feel comfortable ordering and enjoying as much gravy as you like. They have a little leaf icon on their menu beside items that are vegetarian-friendly Dietary restrictions: They are good at making food with special request so please be sure to clearly indicate when placing your order what your dietary restrictions are or what items you cannot eat and they are very good about ensuring that your meal does not come in contact with any of those items Parking: This Plaza is very old and the landlord is stingy and lazy and cheap so there is always very little maintenance done so be VERY aware of potholes and other issues around the parking lot. Theres plenty of parking however so finding a spot to park should never be an issue. Kid-friendliness: They have quite a few kid-friendly items on the menu as well as extra-curricular activities for children to enjoy that comes with the meal or that you can ask for

Moldy burger bun. I got sick, and they provided no adequate compensation. When I rolled back into the drive thru they said to take it up with corporate.

Today (Nov. 11th 2023), I went to Harveys in Bolton (hwy 50 and Allan dr.). The server(female) took the costomers ahead of me order wearing clear gloves, then took mine wearing the gloves. Went on to prepare the people ahead of me food, make poutin, get their drinks from the fountain(touched multiple bottons there), punch in something at the cash register, adjusted her sweater sleeve, touched her headsets wearing those same gloves. When she finished with them, she proceeded to grab my burger from the warmer to prepare for me. At this point I had to stop her as I was mortified. I asked her to change her gloves and get me a new burger. She seemed annoyed by this request. May I please ask, what is the purpose of the gloves if your staff wear one set of gloves and never change them? Not only is it disturbing and disgusting, It a health hazard. This is unacceptable. You dont know who youre serving. Improper handling of food can cause serious illness for someone. Mind you, this server placed the burger I didnt want back on to warmer and possibly served it to someone else. Horrible. I will never return to your restaurant. Please provide your staff with training on food handling. Thanks.

Very disappointed tonight. Kids were too busy chatting to care about the food. I order a poutine and they threw old fries back into the fryer instead of making new ones. It was disgusting and FULL of oil. The fries were so hard i actually cut my gums. 615M. Management should make sure staff puts their job before socials

I love to eat buffalo chicken wrap. But when I order it from this store. The quality of chicken was too bad. Even I was unbale to chew the chicken. I didn t eat the wrap and just throw that in Garbage.

Never have an issue when i am able to successfully place an order here! Thank you to all the staff who make the effort to come in to work and deal with us folks at the drive thru. Im sure it can be trying at times. However, the mobile app often doesnt work for this location - it often states this location is closed which makes it problematic to place orders on my way home from work for pickup.

Ordering from the Harveys app was easy and the order was ready and hot at the drive thru in minutes.

These guys close at 10:20 in a drive through as there is 10:30 when I ask them it s 10:20 they ignored me and never answer even another guy came in he said he spoke to manager and he said they will take order if he will be there before 10:30 but the worker said him no too he made a big scene there such a bad service just to get free from work early or maybe company s not paying workers cleaning time one of the reason is sure

We ve been coming here about every other week for a few years and have noticed a steady decline in food quality and customer service in the last few months. But trying to keep supporting local and I know the pandemic has taken a toll. Not looking for perfection but tonight might be our last visit. Right from arrival at the drive through the staff couldn t have cared less and rushed us through ordering like she had somewhere else to be. When we got to the window she snapped out our amount and didn t even attempt to be civil. When she handed me the bag it was COVERED in ketchup which ended up all over my hands. I eventually got her attention to open the window again, asked her for a bag not covered in ketchup. She snatched it from me without a word and returned it a couple minutes later in the same manner; like I was inconveniencing her. No apology, nothing. I wanted to ask for a napkin but she closed the window. Got home to find out burgers absolutely smothered in toppings and mine was stone cold. The pop was pretty much soda water. Like I said, trying to keep supporting local but come on, you have to do better than this!

Terrible .Terrible Terrible . I ordered through app, went for pickup in drive thru. There was two random guys ahead of me. They entered into driveway without placing order. Those boys claimed my order as their order, staff gave it to them, & when I came to the window they said by mistake we delivered your order to someone. Wasted Gas for 30 mins in drive through, eventually no food received. Don t visit this store if you really want your food on time.

Been coming to this Harveys for years, but recently it has not been the burger joint it used to be. Dine in is still closed since covid, and hours have not been update. I arrived at drive thru at 8:55pm and was told they were closed. I asked what time they closed and no response came through the speaker. If Harveys can get back on their game, Ill fix the review in the future

Keep coming by and I am tired of the dine in not being open and I always hear its because of staff. Every other Harvey is fully open!!!!!

Would recommend skipping this location I placed an order through the app today which said it would be ready for pick up via drive thru at 7:02pm. I arrived at Harvey s at 7:10pm, and did not pick up my food until 7:40pm. How is that fast food when you wait a half hour to get it?

me and my friend had walked into Harvey s yesterday and my friend had explained to me we had gotten some dirty looks from two people she said she felt disrespected in that climate and had told me she d never ever walk back into this location

The food is really good and freshly made, however the staff are rude. Some workers gave attitude and dont take their job serious. They get offended when you express your concerns publicly.

Site says open till 10:30pm went there at 9:30pm and they were closed. All lights were off, even tried to go thru the drive thru and no one was there. Very unpleased.

The drive thru is running but they wont allow people in the restaurant. I work construction and came here to grab food and use the washroom. Instead I had to use a gas station washroom and come back. Wont be doing this again

Are they trying to sabotage this location?? The Harvey s app ALWAYS shows the Bolton location as closed. Drive through experience is usually full of attitude and it seems like anytime after about 6:30pm, the milk shake machine is out of service . Honestly it feels like either the employees or management wants this location to do poorly. To be fair, a couple visits have been ok but there s been so many bad experiences in the past year I m not really willing to try them again. I used to love them

Very disappointed, I hate complaining about anything but the last 3 times we ve ordered the fried pickles and we did not get the ranch dip we asked for. I specifically asked when placing the order if they could make sure they put the ranch dip in this time because they forgot the last 2 times and they said no problem sir. I get my stuff and I was thinking because I asked them not to forget and they re assured me that I didn t check and sure enough they did. On top of it I got 3 1/2 pickles instead of 4. For the amount of money it costs for food at these places you should at least get what you ask for. They don t answer their phones either.
