Wild Wing in Bolton

Update: Removing 1 Star. Always like this place but last 2 visits wings have been smaller and overcooked. Still tasty but not same quality as always before. Also less fries still enough. I wish they would regularly clean the ketchup bottles and salt and peppers. Nothing like going to use condiments and they are sticky & messy. Still one of best places to eat in Bolton. Always delicious. Always a lovely waitress. The fries and wings are always done perfectly. Beer is super cold. Never disappoints. And the tables and booths are well spaced which is a plus during the pandemic.

Disgusting service by the staff. Came for order pick up . First they told me 2 min and after 15 minutes still i was waiting for an order.

I thought the restaurant was nice, but I noticed it was empty and not many people were there. And I think I know why - which can be explained by two essential yet critical errors made by management. First thing I noticed was the beer was flat. The waitress brought me a pint and it was awful. I asked her for another pint, which wasnt a problem, but this was my first impression - flat beer. The second, and even more critical error made by this restaurant was the wings. The wings came quickly, that was great. And the sauce tasted nice. But they werent cooked. They were hot on the outside and cold on the inside. What a failure. The two things I came here for they couldnt do right. The beer, understandable, that happens. But the wings? Come on, this is Wild Wing. Wings are your raison dêtre, and I dont think that the Wild as an adjective is supposed to be interpreted as inferior quality but is meant to mean exceptional. But, my experience was far from exceptional. I dont think I will come back soon. I would want to know they do their beer and wings right, but how will I ever know? I was not impressed, this was a disappointment. If I were to return it would require a sign posted outside saying, Our beer is fresh And our wings are hot Cheers

Ambience and food both are best

My boyfriend and I went to eat at this location of wild wings and we were served by a indian girl with short hair and blonde highlights (this is the only way i can describe her since she didn t tell us her name). My boyfriend found a hair in his wings and she fought with us to take it off our bill and make new ones for us. She reheated the original wings we had because it came 16 pieces and when the new wings came back their was 4 missing and that s how many my boyfriend ate until he came across the hair in his food. The service is absolutely disgusting do not recommend.

There was hardly any sauce on my wings plus they were missing 2 pounds of wings the Onion rings were cold. Overall it was horrible. When we called, the lady said the manager would call us right back and never did. I called 3 days later and the manager was just making excuses. Ive eaten at a lot of Wild wings. The one in Bolton is the worst one and I would never recommend eating there.

Amazing service as well as food. No other wild wing compared to this location. Wings are fresh & meaty, fries are fresh & well seasoned, service is warm & kind as it is a family business. I had the pleasure of being served by the wonderful betty and she was so sweet that I decided to leave my first ever review. If you haven t been to this location you have to visit it is SO GOOD!

Perhaps the worst food I ve ever eaten. The oil used to fry the wings must have been extremely dirty . Completely inedible . Stay away unless you want some serious stomache issues . That must explain why the restaurant was so empty on a Saturday night . I am on verge of calling whatever health authority in Caledon governs food quality . Shame on the management . You could make someone very sick with your shortcuts .

Ordered from skip the dishes, there was barely any sauce on the wings. They were like dry nuggets. Ordered a double order and received 2 carrots and 2 PCs of celery. Won t be ordering again

They literally left some hair in my wings which really threw me off. When we informed them of the hair they only replaced the wings that had the hair on them.

wings terrible never going back

This was such a good experience! The food came out fast and it was so hot and fresh. Boneless Chicken poutine was to die for. Tried 2 different wing flavours both were so flavourful and the wings were SO CRUNCHY. Very attentive service, can t wait to be back.

Had take out and was very disappointed with the food and the portions, ordered through Uber. It looked like it had been sat for some time especially the calamari fries and potato skins , was cold which i blame uber for that, but not the dryness of all the food including shrunken wings . $100 meal was not worth half that. Will not be ordering from this location again.

We came in tonight before a movie. The spinach and artichoke dip seemed like it was microwaved, the calamari was okay. The service was mediocre, took the servers a while to serve us, and make the one drink we ordered. Which is suprising as the building was mostly empty. They spent most of their time talking to each other rather then looking after the tables.

Best wings I have ever tried. Pick honey garlic, BBQ Maple, Thai and pineapple curry my best and first choice flavours.

Nice joint. Wings are a decent size and priced fairly.

Never ever visit this location again, we ordered Buffalo wings and they brought us Barbecue. We asked to replace the order they brought us less wings because manager ( Barthie) said you already took 2 pieces from previous one which we never ordered. Now I understand why they are always empty.

All of the food was soggy including fries, onion rings and wings. Fries and onion rings undercooked. Ordered sauce on the side, came with no sauce provided and wrong sauce provided for others ordered. Such an expensive meal was ruined.

I would give this place five stars BUT the hours are wack! Such a random assortment of operating hours. Can never get wings on days I want them. The one time I did though they were amazing and staff was very friendly!

The server is extremely rude. I ordered a Greek salad and their was close to no feta on it and so I asked for a Caesar salad and the server came back and told me she picked off the bad leaf and I told her I don t want to eat a salad the bad leaf was picked off and I asked for a refund she went into her wallet and counted quarters and dimes to give me my refund for the salad. I still asked for my side and she said well I have two salads and I told her I didn t want them because there s no feta and the lettuce had the bad parts picked off and she told me not to eat at their store and told me to go somewhere else next time. I said I could eat wherever I want and she s like well I won t serve you. She does not know how to talk, she had no patience and she was extremely tide. As I was leaving this review she started to offer me both the salads for free and the ice cream for free (not sure if it had anything to do with the fact that I was leaving a review) and she apologized. As I was waiting for my sides (fries) instead another customer came in and instead of politely asking me to move over she said um can you like. This place has extremely bad service.

Gar par fries with no sauce and they dont accept cash because they dont have change , please just shut down so someone else can manage this place how they should !

My experience of wild wing so far has been absolutely fantastic. The staff was polite and quick to respond to any queries that I might have had. The food was hot, fresh and drink were cold and tasty. I was impressed by the fact of how fast my order was delivered to my seat. My favorites at the time are the boneless chicken poutine, the inferno burger and the black white lava cake. At my time of visit, the restaurant was kept quite clean which, for a clean freak like me, is a huge plus, Especially during a time like this where the last thing anyone would want is an another breakout of covid-19. Im glad that restaurant like such are doing their best to keep things clean and healthy for us while still trying to provide their best service even after the impact covid-19 had on them.

First day of dine in. I went in with my friends and this place has an amazing vibe. We got great service and the food was the best. Highly recommended!!

Wild wing is a great idea...I love the assortment of wing flavors and preps...but the wings are way too tiny!! They did not live up to their expectations

Around 7pm tonight I was at your Wild Wings location in Bolton Ontario. I came in after graduating nursing school. Being a full time student I finally graduated and in the hope To celebrate I brought myself and my best friend to your restaurant. It is important for me to point out that the pandemic hit me and my family financially like it did multiple family s. I had a young Caucasian girl as my server. After I paid for my meal and thanked her. She walked back to our table and asked me why I didn t tip her ? She said that it would cost her money just to Waite our table. She proceeds to raise her voice at me and told me if I could not afford to tip servers I shouldn t be here. Trust me, I won t. I CAN NOT EAT AT YOUR RESTURANT IF I DO NOT TIP YOUR SERVERS ? I am the last person to write to a head office about any experience at a restaurant. But I was so humiliated and realized if she had said behaved like that with anyone else in the restaurant I would not tolerate that. I didn t know I was obligated to tip your serves to eat at your restaurants ? And while peacefully Leaving being yelled at her as she stood by the register to tip servers next time . I know she waited until everyone left the restaurant to say that to me so that nobody could witness her disrespectful behavior. I work hard for my money, I choose to eat at your restaurant and pay the bill. I should not be mocked and ridiculed by a server about why I wasn t didn t tip her ? The issue was her behavior and speech. You have no idea what people go threw, just because are able to afford for our meals bill does not mean we all can afford to tip your servers. I have never in my life been so disgusted. I m sorry I couldn t afford to tip your server but does that mean I deserve to be embarrassed ? I have loved your food since I was a kid, but I will never step foot into that Wild wings or any Wild Wings ever again. We all have been impacted by CoVID, if we are expected to support local businesses we should not be humiliated after eating and yelled out the door.

Ive definitely had better. The food had a dirty oil after taste. But the wings were fine...I dont think their worth the price they charge though.

The new owners are fabulous. The food is always fresh and hot. Co-workers, friends and family attend regularly. See you Tuesdays for half price... Wings are always good size.

I would like to say I will NEVER eat at wild wing ever again. Such a horrible experience and a waste of money. My husband and I ordered the boneless wings Monday deal, and the lady on the phone who took our order made us buy 4 bottles of pop and said we had to buy them if we wanted the deal. Nowhere on your website does it say you need to buy a drink in order to get the deal. When we got our order the vegetables that came with it were rotten (as well we were only given 4 celery and 3 carrots for 2 double orders), the fries were cold and needed reheating and the chicken was dry and tasted horrible. We spent $60 on this meal and I wouldn t even pay $5 to eat this again. I know this is a hard time for everyone and restaurants are struggling but I still would expect some sort of quality when spending our money.

As far as wings go , great sauces and flavour profiles . The disappointment for me not only with this place but with many ,is the general malaise when it comes to service and product knowledge. We ordered the maverick for takeout , the person answering the phone said we would get 50 wings , when in actuality its 5 lbs or 45 wings . once home it was actually 36 wings , and two broken wing tips which should have never been fried or added to order. Went back and the problem was rectified , however with attention to detail the problem should never have occurred .

It honestly depends on the server/staff that day in terms of how good your food will taste but the poutine was amazing. I literally was shocked at how delicious it tasted. Their wings are really good but I would not at all recommend their chicken flat bread. The prices are really cheap and it s right beside landmark.

Great portions, its always empty here so Ive never waited to be seated. Staff is friendly too. There is a landmark theater right across it which is nice. Love this place.

Great place for wings.

Always a go to spot for wings. Not a very busy location, so you always get quick service. They have a huge selection of wings to choose from, they are also very accommodating with seating arrangements. Relatively new location so the vibe is kinda chic and slick. I recommend the smokey gar par flavour.

Horrible service. I had to wait 20 minutes for a waiter and then after getting drinks, the waiter never came back to ask if we wanted food. I could see her going to other tables asking ehat they wanted but i guess we were forgotten. They only came after i got up and this happen more then twice. Food was also cold. Do not go here there are so many better places and for cheaper too !!

One of the best restaurants you can visit in Bolton. I wandered in with two friends and was immediately greeted by friendly staff. They have amazing menu and all the food items are fantastic and very delicious. The place is lit and it was filling up quickly. The place is ideal for everyone. Excellent services and environment, completely loved it.

With each bite I struggled to judge the food as bad or simply different. Couldnt even finish my plate. I ate just enough to be sated because the flavour left a poor taste in my mouth and Im on a time constraint.

Any rating above 1 star is blatantly fake. The service is absolutely horrid. If you are in the mood for losing an abundance of brain cells, getting food you didn t order, and the worst service known to man, I recommend this place 110%!

Would not recommend at all. It was right beside the theatre we had tickets to and the Leaf game was on so it was convenient... little did we know. Service didn t understand that 5 adults cannot fit in one small booth, so we insisted on putting two tables together. The beers arrived and every pint tasted skunky or metallic, which tells me the kegs are old and the lines haven t been cleaned. We ordered two poutines and the fries, gravy AND the curds were cold. The fries were obviously old and were reheated (does making fresh fries really take too much effort?). The family that was seated beside us sent back 4 orders of their fries right after us. When the wings finally arrived, they too were undercooked and cold. Unbelievable. The staff were unapologetic and indifferent. When the bills came, the waitress stood uncomfortably close as we were asked to enter a tip for the service. Not to mention the fact that during the middle of the game, a staff member was switching the TVs from the game to cp24 constantly. Poor overall. Will not return.

The food is horrible. Everything is microwaved and very stale. Ordered bacon wrap. I couldnt even chew the bacon. My sons hotdog was like cardboard. Absolutely waste of money.

big place for wild wing nice look

Great experience! Told the waitress upon our arrival that we needed to be at our movie in 45 mins. Service was very quick! For such quick service our food was amazing! Can t complain at all. We noticed there was only one waitress and she did amazing job waiting all the tables and getting us in and out!!!!!! Definitely recommend!

Amazing place and location, has a lot of potential. Just kind of upsetting that there is usually only one waitress working there all the time. Other than that its a good place for wings!

Wings were hard like sticks

Wild Wings in general have the best wings. But this one has closed and opened 4x over the years. Thats because of the atmosphere mainly the all Indian waitresses they are not just cheerful and they stand at the back and talk to each other in non English.

I recently dined here this passed Wednesday and the service was great! The server was extremely helpful but I initially ordered a pound of wings which were basic.... medium flavored. As soon as I bit into the chicken wing I could tell something was off. It tasted like the grease in the fryers hadnt been changed in a while. Not thinking I asked for a different flavor and explained that the taste was off. The server brought me the same flavor as my boyfriend and the taste was still off. Friday morning both My boyfriend and I have had horrible food poisoning and severely sick. I do not recommend eating here. Horrible.

Terrible place to bring your family. Not a friendly atmosphere and Service was terrible will definately never go again. Place was empty and i was not surprised.

Well where do I start. They serve Kraft dinner for Mac and cheese. The best part they sell wings in a count of ten. Well every flavour we got was a count of nine. So we ordered 40 wings total and go 36.

Ive been sitting here for an hour and a half waiting for my food, not impressed. Took forever just to get a water. Finished a schooner of beer and still didnt have food in front of us. Watched tables of five come, eat and leave and there is only two of us. Extremely unimpressed with the service of this supposed new management. Will not be coming back here.

Amazing service and best wings in town...

I think everyone elses reviews say it all !!!! My first impressions werent all that bad, I was seated promptly, asked if I wanted a drink, the usual. Unfortunately my draft beer was luke warm, tasted very flat. After much grief and a long story from the waitress about what draft beer is (like Id never had it before) she agreed to exchange it for a bottle. For some reason my order took like what seemed an eternity to arrive. I had finished 2 beers before my wings arrived!! After biting in to the first wing it was evident why my order took so long. It felt like my wings sat in the kitchen for 1/2 an hour after they were done. They werent piping hot as I was expecting them. The veggies were limp and I got 1 celery stick and 2 carrot sticks. Dipping sauces are extra, which I guess is ok, After the beer incident I didnt want an explanation on chicken wings, nor did anyone even come back to ask if I needed anything so I just ate them. Cant say it was the most pleasant experience, seems like everyone who has reviewed has met the owner, I guess I didnt get that opportunity. Anyhow not sure if Id go back, or whether or not I believe this review on excellent service and amazing staff and management.
