We went there and unfortunately my dish was hot but my boyfriends was cold. We mentioned it to the waiter and he was exceptionally kind and attentive (his name is Cheo): great service and so pleasant! A big thank you for the great service! If you come across him, you will be very well served!

First and last time for me at this place...A very simple order on this Sunday morning: 2 medium poached eggs with sausage bacon. I received 2 eggs in a ramekin with water at the bottom...so I take 1 of the eggs and put it on my plate...it is runny...ouach..I take the 2nd, it is cooked hard!!! Not very good 2 different cooking methods on the same plate and not the one I asked for!!! My toast is white and soft too... I point out the cooking of my eggs to the waitress who comes to see us after 20 minutes... I tell her the cooking problem... she comes back with the coupon for my order by telling me: I ordered medium, the cooking is well written, apologizing...ok its not your fault, but I didnt receive what I asked you when same...problem in the kitchen so...no one offered me anything, even though I left my eggs half-eaten and that because I was really hungry!!! At $18 a plate for regular eggs, its really cheap!!

On the positive side, the plates arrived relatively quickly and the contents were of good quality. It was very good. Waitress also very friendly and smiling. However, in terms of service, while the restaurant is not even full, it took a long time (for everything except the plates). The ordered drinks arrived after the meals. The water and coffee refills were non-existent, we had to ask the waitress 2-3 times to bring us these essential drinks for a good lunch. Also, the price of the plates is slightly higher than the prices of other competitors for a quality equal to them. As this is a new restaurant in this franchise, I am hopeful that these shortcomings will disappear soon.

We were welcomed and served without a smile, from the hostess to the waitress...we had the impression of disturbing them by coming for lunch. And then when served, the toasts were not toasted and soft... and very little Hollandaise sauce on my Benedictines... I love Allô mon coco, but not this restaurant!

Update : I have been back several times since my comment and it is night and day, the new manager is no longer there, there no longer seems to be any cohesion or efficiency in the dining room. There is a shady man who appears to be the owner who is always lurking around and seems to make the employees very uncomfortable. He is clearly overwhelmed by the situation. In my opinion it should focus on cooking which does not provide. When I go there with my family, our plates are NEVER served at the same time, half of the table receives their plate and the other half can wait up to 20 minutes. Very disappointing, I dont plan to set foot there again. Original comment: Beyond the new administration, the new manager makes all the difference. I often go there for lunch and for several weeks the quality of service has not been comparable to what we were unfortunately used to. The new manager is smiling, professional and very efficient. There is much more cohesion in the dining room and the employees seem to enjoy working together. Best service from everyone, we are offered the extras available depending on the type of dish we order.

The waitress always asks me if I want the menu that doesnt happen the waitress is supposed to give the menu to the customer without asking and it wasnt her who served me it was the cook lol

We left as a family (couple with two children) today at 11:45 a.m., an express and expeditious meal, the waiter was very eager to serve us, he cleared the plates before they were even empty, he asked me to take the plate of fruit so he can clear it, he brought us the bill to pay before we even finished eating, we remarked that usually we are offered coffee and the amenities (jam and others) THE waiter replied that this is no longer a habit but you must always ask for further instructions from the franchisor. We subsequently confirmed that the service was expeditious because the waiter who took care of us finished at 1 p.m. , we passed a bad time even though the food was really good. We reluctantly left a tip and the waiter did not hesitate to point out to us that he should leave 15% min. Much remains to be done following changes in shareholders.

Service to be deplored! I said maybe I have ideas, but in the end I confirmed all my intuitions. We arrive, we sit at a table, the waiter arrives after about 15 minutes, takes our order while looking elsewhere, he asks if we want a drink! We respond with water only for the moment (usually the waiters come by with the coffee makers and offer coffee), then on the table there are no jams so we ask the waiter for the coffee and the jams and that we are used to having them available! He answers us word for word that here it is not usual with a sarcastic sir (he brings us some all the same). The dishes arrive, we eat quietly... at the end of the meal the waiter arrives and wants to remove the dishes even though our fruit was still there (he seemed to be in a hurry to clear the table), we say that We havent finished yet, so he takes what he has and comes back a few minutes later. Im still chewing my fruit when he brings back the bill and the terminal for us to pay, he was so rude and his service is so mediocre that I dont tip (but he asks for it, I end up giving only 2 $ given his service has 2 balls)! Sand cheek he asks for a 15% min from now on, to believe that it is an obligation notified by law! Even with its service which spoiled our little family moment. In short, I just wanted to leave this area. We go out and thats when I confirm my intuitions, the waiter runs out, throws his apron in the trunk of his white Audi, puts on a t-shirt (takes off the work one) and leaves at high speed! So basically he spoils my family meal which I pay for with my money because the man was in a hurry. You just had to take the day off and not work sir! The kitchen has a very broad definition of what egg bread is... Apparently a tortilla fits! Luckily our waitress was on our side and we were able to order something else. Besides the delay caused by this incomprehensible problem, the food was quite good and the service very good.

To our great surprise and considering the visit of several other Hello my coco, the cleanliness was not there. Dirty window filled with dust, poorly maintained blind and seat, not to mention the very unwelcoming exterior of the building, parking and dirty flowerbed that needs weeding. We had no service and waited a very long time for any coffee/food/bill convenience.

Big difference between the photo on the menu and what I had on my plate. I ordered a smoked meat omelette. In the photo, it is well stocked. I get 2 mini pieces of tasteless smoked meat. There was whole-grain mustard in the photo and on the menu. I received French mustard paid $25 but it was worth $10 max

The only vegan item on the menu, the acai smoothie bowl, was not available. No vegetable milk for coffee either. So I take fruit and potatoes. The bill? $28 before tip it s a total steal. Please review your prices, it makes no sense... My fruit and potatoes arrived after several minutes when the rest of the table of 10 had already received their plates for a while.

We go there on Friday mornings, The cook is excellent! Everything is always good, Best breakfast chain restaurant in Longueuil!

The food and service was great, no complaints. The building however... all the leather seats were cracked like the desert ground and the mens washrooms doors were either missing a lock or youd have to lift the door an inch so it could close, even the legs of the stools were coming apart.

She replies youre going to leave me 15%, thats the minimum and throws my change on the table in front of her there take my money dont leave her a tip because of her attitude and she followed us into the parking lot while yelling at us for stupid things...

Original and very good menus with good value for money

Extraordinarily slow service. 90 minutes of waiting (yes, yes!) between the moment we entered the restaurant and receiving the dishes. Lunches ok but not exceptional. Very dirty toilets with sticky floors. I only recommend weekend days.

I will start by saying that it is in no way the fault of the hostess who did her best in the circumstances... That being said... When you do not have the necessary staff/resources to fulfill a commitment you dont have to commit! I spent almost an hour in the lobby of your restaurant this morning waiting for an Uber order that I was told was ready. When I arrived (at the appointed time) I was told that it had not started... first disappointment. More than 40 minutes later I was given an incorrect order (the eggs and potatoes were not those requested) and one of the dishes was missing in its entirety (my daughters order)! Fortunately I decided to open the bag before leaving with it... I am one of those who have continued to encourage restaurants for the last two years and I am bitterly disappointed with my experience with you this morning. Several of your employees were busy chatting in the corridor near the kitchens during the almost hour that I spent in the lobby. Several waiting customers deplored the obvious lack of coordination in the way tables were allocated. Even Skips delivery guy (I think) was also frustrated with his experience. I had my order canceled with Uber without any problems, and thank goodness, but once again, if you dont have the staff for online orders dont show yourself available and open for this type of order. The Fathers Day picnic brunch that I organized for my daughter was ruined, thats what I particularly regret. *** Updated 2023 *** After having me fill out a form and assuring me that I would be contacted, I never received any further news from the establishment.

Good but a lot of waiting and not for all budgets

My grandmother went to lunch and had to wait 30 minutes to get a coffee (while 3 couples arrived afterwards and were served) after another half hour (the couples also received their food) she was finally able to order your food. When she received her waffles the toppings were missing! Really disappointing. An old person alone is already stressful going to a restaurant alone, now she wont go because of the service.

Completely lousy service, I was alone at my table and it took 25 minutes before I just had a coffee and the same thing afterwards for the plate with 2 errors in the order... I dont recommend this place!

We waited 45 minutes at the front without anyone coming to see us. No refilling of water throughout the meal. Some errors in the orders for a table of 5 people. Weve been waiting for the invoices for 16 minutes now. At least the food was good. 17min now. Happy Easter to everyone.

I visited this restaurant for lunch this morning and I must say I was impressed with everything the place offers. The ambiance of the restaurant is welcoming and warm, creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere for the meal. The comfortable seats and tasteful decoration add charm to this experience. The service was exceptional, the employees courteous and attentive and always ready to help. My waitress Éliane took care to ensure that everything was to our tastes and that our dishes were prepared according to our preferences. The meals themselves were tasty and deliciously prepared. They used fresh and very good quality ingredients. From the lunch menus, I chose a berry waffle, and it was incredible with enough toppings to satisfy any stomach. Finally, the value for money was more than satisfactory. The portions were generous and the prices reasonable for a city meal. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for an absolutely delicious breakfast and exceptional service. Thanks to Chef Said

Visit on 05/14/2023. Two people arrive there. No long wait, we were well served by the hostess. Polite, courteous and friendly. The waitress arrives, not even a smile. She takes our orders quickly, but then doesnt order the rest of our meal and even forgets items. We had time to finish our meal. The restaurant isnt even crowded. There is only one large group of people. She spends her time behind the kitchens or serving a single section. That day, many people left frustrated. The excuse is that employees did not show up for work that day. They came to see us when I called out to another waitress to let her know we were still there. We then told him we wanted the bill. The food was good, but when you pay for something you would like to have service as well.

Im hesitating between 3 or 4 stars. Normally hello my friend, you are not wrong. But the one in Boucherville is average. The food is ok, thats not what disappointed me so much. Its more about the service. The place is not full, its barely half, I can see the waitresses talking to each other from afar. Not normal that I have to get up for coffee. Brief average service in general.

Prix assez élevé, cest correct sans plus. Pour le prix on sattend quand même à mieux, dautres Allô mon coco on des assiettes plus généreuses pour le même prix et la sauce hollandaise sur les oeufs bénédictines était très épaise et peu goûteuse. Moins de patates quailleurs et bol de fruits aussi plus petit. Le service était correct.

The service was good, the food was good, but I found that it was unusually hot in the restaurant. I even wondered if the air conditioning was working, it was so unpleasant that I had to eat quickly to enjoy the air conditioning in my car! Good luck to the kitchen staff!

I usually go to the one in St-Bruno which is excellent. Move on here, and go somewhere other than Boucherville. Disappointing food and small portion, non-existent waitress, 1 coffee in 1 hour, and waiting too long in front despite free tables and no one waiting

Very disappointed with my experience. Despite having reserved for a group of 13 people, we arrived at the restaurant to be told that there had been an error and that we would therefore have to wait, that it would not be long. 1 hour of waiting later, with young children, we are still on standby in the entrance watching new customers pass in front of us. After getting a table, we had to get up to get coffee and utensils. In short, we consider the shortage of personnel, but I believe that certain measures must be taken, such as not making a commitment.

My family and I spent the weekend in Boucherville; we stumbled on this place and loved it so much, we returned daily. Amazing breakfast. Amazing service. Would absolutely recommend!!!

Long service Food, disappointment.

This is an excellent option for breakfast or brunch. The food is very good, pancakes, crepes, fried potatoes, waffles etc, but the wait is a bit too long. During our stay we went there three times. The third one, when after waiting for 55 minutes the waitress brought us a wrong order we walked out. The atmosphere is so, so, it has ambiance of a fast food place, ironically.

We went to Montreal for the Labor Day weekend. My family and I went to have breakfast on Labor Day at this restaurant, the service was the worst. We were seated at the table as soon as we got in the restaurant. The waitress which didn t seem to speak any English took like 20 mins to come to take our order. She brought us a cup of tea we ordered which got cold for the longer wait it took for them to bring us the food to the table which ironically was the wrong order and waited for over an hour for the food. We couldn t take it anymore and walked out of that place for the lack of good service. So disappointed of this place as we loved the first two days we visited and there the reason why we came back. Total waste of our time and energy as we are in town to have a good time with such a little time in our hands and got to deal with such an annoying experience.

Excellent food! I give 2 stars for one good reason: the almost non-existent and poor quality service. My partner and I had to ask 3 times for a glass of water that we had ordered from the start. Then we realize we dont have any utensils. We ask for utensils and they give them to us, but without napkins. The plates arrive (they are served by someone other than our waitress from the beginning). We wait with pain and misery for our waitress to come see us to ask us if we are missing something... she stays in the kitchen and talks with her colleagues. I wave to her, but she pretends not to have seen me and laughs with her colleague. The meal almost finished, she comes to see us and we ask for a refill of coffee, cremettes and napkins. I think its important to note that the restaurant was almost empty and it was far from busy, quite the contrary. I saw 2 other tables asking for utensils and one of them even had to get up to get them herself... unfortunately we will not be returning to this branch of Allô mon Coco.

I came here with my family Saturday morning. The main issue was that there were a lot of egg shells in my avocado toast. I showed the waitress the large egg shells and she let us know they would exclude that meal from the bill. However, when the bill came they still charged us and only removed 20% off that specific meal. The chef thought that was a fair compensation. The waitress was very apologetic even though it wasnt her fault at all. I paid. It was awkward. The food was okaie. The atmosphere was nice. The time it took for the food to arrive was ~ 50 mins. So if youre looking for a quick breakfast this is definitely not the place. No cutlery or napkins were provided until the food arrived. This usually isnt an issue however, we spilled water and there was no stirring rod or spoon to mix our coffee with. EDIT: As the owner of the restaurant you would think you would be more professional. Your chef put SEVERAL large eggshells in my food. A 20% off discount on the avocado toast was to accommodate large broken egg shells in the food. However, bacteria can live in eggs, and on their shells. This is a food safety hazard. Do better. Vegetarian options: We were able to find vegetarian options easily. They were able to easily customize our orders by removing any meat. Parking: Theres plenty of parking at the back of the restaurant.

I had the same meal (Mexican casserole and it was unfortunately not as good as the one in Longueuil. Passable but everything was a tick down from the one in Longueuil. The 3 people with me think the same. The problem with the one in Longueuil. Longueuil is that it is in the shopping center Place Longueuil and there is a lot of car theft

They make us wait in the entrance. After ordering bring the coffee but no utensils. Am I supposed to brew my coffee with my fingers? Run after the utensils, ah you have to wait for them to roll them away. Had an egg cheese bacon bagel. Very hard bagel, soft cubed potatoes and taste burnt. Very strong coffee, not very good. Ketchup and mayonnaise in envelope. In Longueuil, Ketchup and mayonnaise in pots. Jhaiii such envelopes. It doesnt open and then it leaks everywhere. Waitresses never came back to see us if it was OK. Conclusion I wouldnt go back there.

At the end of my meal The waitress told me to shut up then ran in the back kitchen. I called manager again they said he was gone. Im so discusting by all this. Horrible service! Went there Tuesday, we were there at 6:00 am when they open. First ones there. Ordered as soon as we got there. At 6:40 still not served breakfast. The waiter got the food out for people that came after us. Finally left at 6:40 with no breakfast and no coffee refills. Horrible horrible service! Very upsetting.

$80 for a lunch for 2 is quite expensive (French toast, casserole and 2 juices) But the service! Worst service ever! First time I went there and its the last. The only consolation was that it was good.

Beware of those who would like to offer a gift card for the holiday season, this will be a very bad investment. I received an Allo mon coco gift card. When I arrived at the Boucherville restaurant, there was a message on the front door stating that this restaurant does not accept gift cards. I asked the reason, was told their payment machine was too outdated to make a payment with a gift card.
