We came to a quiz night and had a lot of fun!!!! There are few different types of beers (lots of fruity beers but almost none of different colors like red) which is a bit of a shame but they are developing new ones which are well appreciated.

Fantastic birthday evening. Delicious beer and good tasty pub food. Our waitress Kim was very friendly and knew her beers well.

Very very noisy. Friendly service. Very high price for the little on the plate. European hot dog ($17.50) ok but nothing more (not much topping). The fries are good. Regular bloody, the beer is good (12 ounces for $6.50). The type of restaurant that appeals to a clientele between 25 and 40 years old, Parking: Restaurant located in a shopping center so plenty of room for parking.

Very ordinary first experience, anonymous and very very slow service (2 waitresses for bar and tables), decent food but not hot. I found it dishonest that we were offered pints when the glasses were 16 oz instead of the traditional 20 oz. Finished for me.

Excellent experience! The food was very, very good (salmon tartare, poutine, burger, artichoke dip) and the service was very good! The place was full, despite everything we received our meal really quickly! I loved the beer, there was a lot of choice, I fell in love with their many IPAs. I highly recommend the place, whether as a family with children, in a group for a happy hour or simply to have a good beer with a friend. 10/10 for my part, it becomes a classic.

It was really good. We were a group of about 10 people and the service was really efficient. The presentation of my poutine was pitiful, but the flavors were there. My burger was also very good. The quantities satisfied me and I would return without hesitation. Perfect for small groups with space available at the back of the restaurant and near the kitchen.

Very nice evening at Gaspard. Dinner was excellent. The menu is quite diverse and interesting for a microbrewery. The choice of beer from the Gaspard microbrewery is good. I took the tasting of 4 glasses. The IPAs are particularly good there. In addition, at 8:00 p.m. last Thursday, Toca Dance gave an introductory Bachata class followed by an evening of free dance (Bachata and Salsa).

Best beers Ive had in a long time!! Great atmosphere and even a little play area for our children! A big WoW for Gaspard! We took a case of 24 on the way out! This is the 2nd time weve been here and were going to come back even if we have an hours drive to get there. (We come from Drummondville)

I didnt like the service, I visited this place for a work party, everything was included. When the dessert arrived I loved it, so I asked the waitress for a second one (the company paid for everything), she told me there were no more. So I got up and saw the waitress at the bar and I asked for 2 and I had to pay out of my pocket to get some, even though we had the bar open and everything included. For this I leave the rating of 2 stars. The meat and cheese starter is very small. the main meal: maple salmon, it was very good and tasty Dessert: the tartlet with raspberry coulis I would eat it every day. The beers are good, even the non-alcoholic ones are good. Its a shame that the service wasnt good because I really would have gone back there with friends and families but the situation took away my desire to go back.

During my visit, it was the opening. We could see that everything was still running smoothly in terms of service. Im sure it will be better very soon. My server knew the beers and described the beers available well. The place is really well decorated and the atmosphere is good. When I visited, 4 beers brewed on site were available. They were all very good and I immediately noticed the knowledge of the brewer. The beers are sophisticated and balanced on the palate. I particularly liked the dry stout. A place that deserves to stop and come back.

We went last night, my husband and I, for the first time. The decor is magnificent and the atmosphere is very pleasant. My husband had the Simple beer and he loved it, and I must admit that I never drink beer and this one was very tasty. What about the Gaspard Burger?? What a delight!! The best burger Ive eaten in a restaurant, the meat seasoned to perfection. Their homemade chips were very good and crispy. The only downside, the waiting time is a little long to receive the meal but otherwise, the service was good and our waitress (Dorothée, I think) was very nice. We will return there soon.

The beers brewed on site are excellent, I particularly liked the Thiol which is perfect for summer in my opinion. The Gaspard burger and mac and cheese were excellent. I was really surprised by the value for money! The atmosphere and service were perfect and we received our dishes quite quickly!

The beer is really excellent, we took the tasting tray. The childrens play area allowed us to stay a good 1 hour longer and the brewers are really friendly. The Gaspard burger was very good with a really nice big juicy patty. Kid-friendliness: There is a little play area with baskets of magnetic blocks that they can take to the table :) It made their evening.

Absolutely excellent beers (5 ) but unfortunately very average food (3 ). Still worth a detour if youre thirsty. As for the food, the beef tartare and cod accras are good but the rest leaves something to be desired. The mac and cheese sauce lacks seasoning and tastes little like cheese, the Gaspar burger toppings are too liquid/not tasty enough and accompany a patty that is not juicy enough, finally the fries taste like frozen fries and are too thick/not enough crispy.

Unfortunately no one in our group liked their beers. Regarding the food it is very very average they should review their menu. The service leaves something to be desired, there are 4 of them behind a counter and despite all that, they forget a lot of things.

Despite a beautiful presentation on the plate, the tartars (beef and salmon) lacked taste, as did the accompanying salad, which lacked character (oil and water). No white wine since the day before according to the waiter! The SAQ was open today! Not sure well go back there to eat.

Beautiful, brand new microbrewery. Beautiful premises. Super good beer. (Especially their NEIPA). I tasted the 3 NEIPAs and the Stout. The pineapple one was my favorite. The tartare was good. Not exceptional but good for a microbrewery. I recommend it for all lovers of good beer.

The beer is very good but the food really leaves something to be desired. The waiter told us that there was one employee missing in the kitchen and the place was full for a Friday at 6 p.m. The fish & chips and burgers were really dry and came with some reheated fries. Unfortunately it wasnt worth the $20. Well go back there for the beer but well eat elsewhere.

Fairly new, the place is friendly and very beautiful with its rustic & industrial style. They make their own beer, my husband tasted 5 in total, they passed the taste test well. As I dont drink beer, I had the choice between 2 cocktails (bloody/gin and tonic) or 1 type of white wine, and 1 red wine. The drink service went well. Menu side: You have to go there in the spirit of enjoying a good beer, since the menu is pretty standard. After making our choices, the waiter took a good 20 minutes before coming back to take our food order. When I received it I noticed no salt or ketchup on the tables. I asked for salt, which I got at the end of my meal . Apart from a few shortcomings I give an overall rating of 3.5 for the good beers and the decor and the taste of the food which is good. I think that for the rest there is room for improvement in terms of variety and service. The service depends on the server obviously, I would definitely give the place a 2nd chance eventually. New establishment (since a few months), lets try it! At the end of the afternoon, the establishment was very busy and the servers seemed to be running everywhere. Once the order was placed, we waited for our drinks (long enough wait for us to notice, in my case it was for a Coke). Our two dishes of beef tartare finally arrived at the end of... Long after we had finished our beers and Coke.. But they were missing the fries, so another wait... quite a long wait for us to finish our tartars. We said to ourselves that we must be cursed... Even if it means being cursed, we might as well have dessert, yes were not afraid! In fact we should have. Our profiteroles arrived all tiny and frozen (but really frozen there) so the caramel which covered it too, in short, it wasnt easy to eat. And finally, my cutlery was dirty. Twice, once upon arrival (the waiter apologized and changed them) and at dessert, the same thing (the waiter apologized... yes, you understand) I would be lying to you if I told you that my experience was Wooow! Actually no, the experience was Wooow indeed but not in a good way. So was everything really bad? No, we have to be honest though, the tartars did the job, although there was something missing... Its never easy to do a bad review, especially for an industry thats struggling and even more so for a new restaurant thats opening and trying to find its feet. Lets say we had a bad day.

Great experience at Gaspard! On the South Shore, its hard to find a place that offers both quality craft beers and interesting food. Gaspard finally solved this problem. For a thirst-quenching beer (their pilsners are excellent!), a creamy stout or a super juicy NEIPA (Original Gravity is THE brewerys signature beer), Gaspard delivers the goods. We see that they brew seriously. The food menu also offers several interesting options, and at reasonable prices. The fried chicken burger is definitely a must try. The service was fast, efficient and super courteous. Thanks to our server Mathieu who took good care of us during our visit. Special mention to the terrace style corner which is also perfect for children.

I celebrated my partners 65th birthday last Sunday with our children and grandchildren and I admit that it was the best birthday he had thanks to the impeccable service that Olivier promised us, the Waiters were very efficient and always smiling, the food was very good thanks to the chef and the beer was delicious. Very good food, my salmon tartare was fresh and delicious, my friends liked their poutine. The beer is good. Only the service left something to be desired. The waitress was in a hurry and didnt take the time to take everyones orders before leaving. And we went a good hour during the meal without anything to drink. But I would go back, it s so good!
