Very disappointed with meals for some time reheated chicken breast and fries, another order chicken breast and fries not cooked enough. Not regular in cooking.

Unfortunately my chicken and rice soup was not good at all, the rice was stiff and the broth tasted bad, phew, I wont go back there again

Still no delivery received at 12:15 p.m., called the restaurant to be told There is a problem with the computer, we will take your name and call you back when we can . More than ordinary service. I received my club sandwich and it did not look appetizing, unroasted and wet bread as well as very thin slices, salad and wilted tomato. The fries were flavorless, the sauce was also flavorless. Yet I liked to eat a club from Bennys, but now Im going to go elsewhere

The chicken is a good size at Bennys compared to St-Hubert. And the fries are much better. Always fast service. Very competitive prices.

I always order my order online and then pick it up (1/2 chicken meal). Always ready on time, courteous staff. Portion of fries in the box: you cant see the chicken! This is what I expect when I go to Bennys. I got my moneys worth and its very good, not like its cousin in Varennes who counts his fries. In short, Im going back, I recommend.

I ordered a white meat club sandwich. Very little chicken and it was inedible; too dry even my cat didnt want it. It looked like old stock we were trying to sell. The cost of this club exceeds $20 with tax. Benny Boucherville was very good a few years ago but now its disgusting.

As for the atmosphere, how can we evaluate it when the customer area is only accessible to order on site or pick up your order. 2 hour wait for my delivery The whole order is freezing and whats more.... We forget the cheese and chicken in my chicken poutine (everything separately) I call back to the restaurant...the receptionist finds it very funny and laughs on the phone Tells me shes going to credit me for a poutine Finally after several steps with the manager....refund of the complete order because it was totally disgusting and cold Avoid this Boucherville branch...or they will laugh at you and assure you a refund that ultimately I have to go get cash directly from the branch because the manager hopes that you will forget.....

The order took a long time to receive. They forgot about us even though we called to have the order prepared. The chicken thigh was also in poor condition. It looks like it was missing pieces or even dropped on the floor. Benny and Co would have done better.

I am told that they will redo the order and send it quickly. 45 minutes later....finally we were too hungry but what a disappointment. Cold, mini piece of chicken in the wrap for $17, sauce for the fries not even a little warm hot not warm cold. I asked for 6 croquettes... I guess they ran out and replaced them with popcorn chicken. In short, the service and quality/quantity are deteriorating and prices are increasing as well. Its over for us!!

They completely forgot some meals on our order and when we called to get our missing meal (which we had already prepaid for) they were excessively obnoxious (suggesting options that would avoid them having to deliver the missing meal). This made our after sale experience as horrible and distressing as possible. No effort on their part to ensure customer satisfaction.

Mes collègues on commander des boîtes filets et poitrine, trois quatres frite dans le fond de la boite. Il vienne de perdre une très grosse entreprise qui commandais souvent chez eux. I much prefer Benny to St-Hubert (too expensive). The food is hot in a less glamorous restaurant and you get excellent service.

We went to this restaurant on February 14 around 8 p.m., everything was cold and served without bread. We contacted the restaurant in the following minutes to express our dissatisfaction, the attendant did not want to transfer us to the manager and offered us compensation of $15. Although this gesture was commendable, we had doubts about the power of an attendant to compensate us. We therefore called a manager in the following days to verify this credit, and indeed, it did not exist. We contacted the assistant manager who informed us that the manager would contact us later and obviously we received no return call. The service, quality and professionalism of this restaurant is completely non-existent. We will possibly try another restaurant in the chain but certainly not the one in Boucherville. We totally advise against it.

No, but $100 for 3 poutines with no sauce on the bottom of our plates and white fries!!! A low-tasting sauce!! We spent a fortune... Much too much for what its worth!!! At this price, we will opt for sushi or a good Portherhouse steak at 1855 and we will be really satisfied! Very frustrating...

Ive ordered twice in 2 weeks. And every time they forget my sauce. Too late to receive the sauce once we get home with the order. So we ate this dry. However, it is not too difficult to put 4 items in a box.

I forced myself to place an order for over $30 with UBER eats to get a free chocolate éclair and they dont even have it in stock. They just highlighted the item on my bill and never called me to let me know what the problem was. I called the restaurant who referred me to UBER to resolve my problem. No help at all. It would be the least you could do to offer me another product of the same value. Terrible customer service. Had I known, I would have ordered St-Hubert.

On se doute tous de la suite une des sauces ne s est même pas rendue à la maison, elle s est déversée sur le passager pendant le retour à la maison. Assez dégeux merci.

Disaster!!! There were errors in almost all orders this afternoon... Very long waiting time too! In our case, ordered club sandwich with cheese (paid extra by the way!) and received club without cheese, without mayonnaise (nor on the side) and NO utensils (how do you make coleslaw exactly?!! ) You have to see it!!!

Efficace avec la commande sur l application, la boîte était bien montée et prête à l arrivée. Par contre si la photo est le club sandwich que l on s attend c est un désastre à l intérieur malheureusement. On cherchait la salade, les tomates bref on peut sûrement faire mieux. Je sais que c est un bon deal mais ça ne devrait pas diminuer la qualité.

Ouin... la COVID a changé beaucoup de choses, cette place me désole de plus en plus, je suis passé et commandé un club sandwich, rien de plus simple, que jajoute moi-même la mayo ça passe, mais quon ny ajoute pas dustensiles et napkins , pas de sel ni de poivre, jai ajouté un petit Coke le tout a quand même coûté plus de $20.00 pour un club sandwich...

1 star because we cannot give 0 stars. We took the trouble to place our order the day before (office lunch) to ensure we could receive our order by a certain time, but they forgot our order. Not strong = Black list. There are many restaurants in Boucherville...

We have been regulars at the Boucherville branch for several years. Unfortunately we are very disappointed since our last 2 orders over the last 2 months. Fewer fries. The garden salad no longer has the good dressing we loved. The coleslaw no longer has the same vinaigrette and is hardly seasoned. During our last order we ordered 2 thigh meals. Back home we had 2 brisket meals. On our penultimate order, they forgot to add the sauces. After these last 2 experiences we are very disappointed and are unfortunately considering changing rotisseries. Let us know if you go back to your old recipes and servings.

Less talking in the kitchen and more focus on getting orders! 20 minutes for filet of chicken and a club sandwich...

Im not in the habit of leaving a bad review, but customer service looked for it. We placed an order online for takeaway, when we got there we were informed that the order was not recorded and the person sat back and ignored me as if nothing had happened. I ask what can be done in this case, by presenting the order confirmation and the payment already made. The person calls the Rotisserie Benny service who replies I don t just have that to do . To me, I am told that I will have to reorder on site and arrange to have the online one reimbursed. I refuse, after all, I dont have that to do either, and I ask if it is possible to place the same order for me free of charge based on the receipt. The person at reception checks with his manager, who accepts on the sole condition that the amount does not exceed one cent that of our online order. I was informed that there were no more kibbles with the childrens meals and I was offered to replace the kibbles with 3 fillets. Thinking that Benny is only going to change kibble for fillets and being a little in a hurry after 45 minutes of wasted time, I accept. Back home, we realized that we were given 3 fillets alone without the meal, because the amount exceeded. I called back the rotisserie because there had been a mistake, and they told me that there was nothing they could do, because with the rest of the meal it exceeded the price. No understanding, no customer gesture to apologize. We contact Benny customer service through the online form to share our experience, and they ignore us royally... This is not the first time we have had problems with Benny, but it is certainly the last. I have never seen such bad service and there are definitely better rotisseries to order from!

Today Thursday September 8 5 p.m. Im going shopping for my usual duo. For the first time in years, I waited 15 minutes, so far so good, the Party was packed in the kitchen and from what I saw there were 4-5 young people laughing and shouting while me and 4-5 other customers were waiting. The young cashier who made a long sigh saying that the time was long when it was quiet... Finally, I sit down at home with my partner to eat our chicken... what a surprise when I opened the box, a small dry leg and a handful of fries for me and a dry breast also and a few fries for my partner... Hiiii I hope it wont be like that next time! Very disappointed with my dinner

I just gave up on Benny de Boucherville!!!! I ordered a club sandwich and a 3 filet meal at the counter. Well the fillet meal we will say that it was not worse, passable. The club we were looking for bread, 1 slice of bacon cut into 4 and tomatoes we will pass. No salad!!!! Usually the fries are in the dish with the club, but no, they were in a waxed bag, why????? Not an inviting meal!!! Benny de Boucherville You have just lost a client! Im giving you one star, and thats too much, I would have given you minus 10!!!!

Back home the order is good this time but almost no chicken??? My wife had a garden salad with chicken and in total because we compared . She has twice as much chicken as me . Im really disappointed... we went back this evening... my wife hardly had any fries in her thigh meal and I following my disappointing experience, I took the poutine without chicken... when we come to Benny its for eating chicken.. no!!

I ordered my chefs choice 1 hour in advance as well as 1 poutine for me and my colleague to be sure that I could eat during my dinner hour, 1 hour later still nothing, I called and was told yes yes thats comes, Im waiting.. Im at 1h30 waiting for a chefs choice and a poutine.. the delivery man arrives after 1h30 and tells me we cant get chicken your chefs choice will be delivered in 1 hour why is the girl on the phone didnt tell me 30 minutes ago? I could have managed to eat something else. In the end 1h30 of waiting to not get my lunch, never could this Benny and its not the first that unreasonable delivery times have happened there, although I was a very good customer.

The Benny chicken salad with iceberg salad and peas was already prepared and delicious now its no more $$ they dont have iceberg its Romaine and make your salad yourself...very disappointed. We were regulars in Boucherville however, since the business was sold, they have changed everything and for the worse unfortunately. Very disappointing, we now prefer to go with Scores, they have around the same prices and the choices are much better.

hello last Friday we called me and my colleague at 11 a.m. between 12:20 and 12:40, we were told that it was going to be beautiful. At 12:30 we called back and were told it s going to happen, it s going to happen . at 1 p.m. it arrives but only a poutine.... and the delivery man tells us we couldnt have chicken... (a Benny no chicken is like a McDonalds no fries) I had to share my poutine with my colleague... . I wrote to the email, they never answered me..

Its a takeaway restaurant, it was quick, delicious and normal in price.
