If I could leave a 0 star I would. By far the the worst service in Quebec. Avoid this place at all times. Anytime of the day that you go, you wait 30 mins. Pathetic.

This McDonald's is a waste of time they make you Wait at the counter at least 5min with their attention is focused on drive threw they don't even serve the new breakfast wraps they told me they don't have any wraps or even burritos like every time they have something new they don't serve it .

Employees perpetually on cell phones while bathrooms are dirty. Floors are dirty. Tables are sticky. Food was cold. They don't do drink refills. I asked an employee why and he said it was not hygienic. That he talked about hygiene while he was on his cellphone and the entire place was completely filthy is wild.
Ordered a 1/4 lb with cheese, when I got home and started eating it I noticed the meat inside is all raw, I ended up eating just the fries and the bun afterwards... If I end up with food poisoning in the week I know where it came from...
Love the people and the manager sooo nice and cute, my application said item not available but when I asked they said they do have item and my day won’t be good without my McCafe , so finally after I show the manager the application said item not available she give it to me anyway , love you cute manager thank you so much for saving me

À entendre les gens travaillés là, il semblait déjà avoir des erreurs dans les commandes des autres. I dont know who the manager is but I understand that a little briefing on respect for customers is necessary. The young girl with a snake tattoo was stupid with me and my girlfriend and the man after us walked away. is made to say its not me who chooses what you put in your coffee or something like that In short a disaster go to the McDonalds in Varennes the employees are much more courteous and the service much faster

This McDonalds is horrible, the food is just as bad, the smell of cat litter emanating from my (Big Mac) in addition, the chicken (juniors aux chicken) is uncooked or even raw, the lady who serves at the drive-thru does not understand French at all. 3/4 of the price I paid I ate the big mac and threw the two juniors in the garbage. Execrable service, mediocre, waited 25 minutes for a simple order containing 4 items, the lettuce was soft and old (past the date) meat which must have been left for at least 3 hours in the black casiment boullete stove when supposed to be brown. I asked for no pickles and got them anyway despite my dads allergy warning. Kitchen in a pitiful state. I went yesterday and am now sick (bloating, excessive bowel movements and upset stomach) not worth the hassle or the trip. They refunded me everything and I wouldnt go back there again, (very young staff with no sense of organization and ownership of the restaurant. Disgusting dining room. If I could I would give -5 stars

Very slow service, barely a hello at the counter. Application did not take my curbside into account and I waited 25 minutes in my car before having to get back in line. They even insist that my order was never placed. I wonder why I went back, even after several bad experiences. Frankly, if you cant have a curbside pickup, just remove it.

23 minutes at the drive-in for 1 mcflurry and 1 freshness splash. We were alone at the drive in. We used to hide them behind the kitchen and we could hear them singing songs like crazy
Bored employee, even if no one in the restaurant. All the employees behind the counter look at you, but none come to serve you. No straw or hand towel in the service counter and I was not given my bill.
Drive-thru: we waited almost 5 minutes with no one to simply greet us and ask us to wait...we had to ask if the drive-thru was open for the employee to show up. Then when the employee prepared our order: 2 chocolate sundaes, here is what was served to us...we mentioned to this employee to pay attention to customer service and also to ensure that what he prepares and serves to customers is as much as possible as indicated on the advertising posters...he said he didnt understand what we were talking to him about??? We were a small one and it took forever (more than 40 minutes before we could eat) before we could even order even though the line was made up of only 2 people . In addition, our food was cold and the lady completely forgot one of the BigMac trios that we had requested. Plus, one of the BigMacs didnt have any pickles. A McDonalds which is absolutely to be avoided.

Worst McDonalds ever! The waiting time is very very very long even when there is no one there. The employees are not efficient and not helpful. The interior is not at all up to date. Every time I go there my experience gets worse and worse... I think the owner should think about investing a little more in technical and human resources to make customer service more pleasant.

I dont like McDonalds food, but my family loves them when they need quick fast food. The fries are always too salty and their burgers, if you can call that a burger, taste stale. Of course, they will drench their burger with sauce and salad to add flavor and size to their serving, but beyond that, I still wonder why they are still in business. If I had to compare McDonalds to their closest competitors like Burger King, Harveys, A&W, Wendys, or Five Guys, they would be last in my list. The location itself of the McDonalds is always well cleaned, and the employees are very courteous. I just hate the food.

Wait 10 minutes at the drive-thru to order a junior chicken trio with poutine and once you pay, you get a cold sandwich (like its been made for a while) and fries...go back inside to tell me that they dont make no more poutine at this time (7:30 p.m.)! But they made me pay... Another time, ordering 2 coffees via the app, nothing fancy...waiting again and again to finally go inside to be told that the drive-thru has priority

Something is always missing from the bag, the cashiers listen to music, dont care about the customers. And the waiting time is super long.
The service received was excellent, however it took a little time before I was served. I dont know why it took so long, there was no one else waiting and there were 3 employees. I ordered McCroquettes and it looked like there were two that werent cooked/fried well. It was still raw. I also ordered a McFlurry and the large was really small...it seemed like there was no difference between a small and a large.

Every time I come, they dont have chicken poutine and BLT and some wraps. the service inside is extremely long and the drink fountains do not work half the time. On the other hand, the service is good and the employees are friendly.

The worst McDonalds Ive been to... A super nice & professional young blond man (the only good point of my visit), received orders on what to say for the boil water notice then didnt know what to answer me to some of my questions, but I dont hold it against him... He is young, understanding & ensured the accuracy of my burger when he left the kitchen... As for cleanliness, hygiene (room, kitchen, employees, full trash cans, straw/ketchup/salt/pepper station..., bathrooms, etc.) is really to be desired in this restaurant as everything was REALLY room. The arrogance of the employee who I believe is the shift manager (managers shirt); Ishmaël is a rude, disrespectful man, with a haughty tone of superiority & does not want to understand when something is explained to him! I spoke to him with courtesy & respect, until he persisted with me, told me that I am a liar & he clearly believes he is the only one who is right... He even spoke rudely to the other employees asking him questions correctly... You will lose a lot of customers with such sarcasm, poor service and such intense unsanitary conditions... I passed by here since it was more on my way & I had never been there, having known I should have extended my route in order to return to my area where the guests are well treated... P.S. there is no order terminal at this McDonalds so you absolutely have to checkout... There was still an error in my order & I didnt receive my invoice (on top of all my bad experience). For those who will shout loudly that the staff is low; there were more employees than customers sitting/standing during the 30min. that I was there & the drive-thru was barely busy so NO it has no connection... In short, go elsewhere. Friendly advice!

I went to the drive-thru on a Saturday morning at 8:15. There was only one car in front of me. This person waited 5 minutes in front of the intercom for their order to be taken. I placed my order shortly after but then waited 15 minutes for someone to answer the window to charge. The person in front of me stopped talking, honked the horn for someone to answer, 3 minutes later the person in front of me stopped talking and simply left the area. As for me, I had a very simple order: an egg mcmuffin without meat, a muffin and an orange juice. The cashier confirmed that it was meatless when he gave it to me but when I got there, there was a nice slice of ham in my sandwich. I didnt go back because of the crazy wait at the drive-thru. Worst experience to date in a McDonalds, it was my last time at this one.
I received raw kibble and my kids and I were eating it before we knew it . When we returned, there were lots of customers bringing back their raw kibbles. The service was terrible!!
