One of the dirtiest places Ive seen. Their kitchen is extremely dirty, the same goes for the cash register and drive-thru section. The floor is sticky in the room and no tables have been cleaned. Really unsanitary place that does no honor to the A&W franchise. It shows how I dont care about the employees (2 men at the time)... I wanted to eat in the dining room but I backed out at the sight of the tables... it was abject!!! I finally took it to take away and I even ended up throwing my meal in the trash on the way out. Last time in this restaurant... it should close so as not to taint the whole franchise

Very clean restaurant. The doors do not have buttons to open the automatic doors except that I manage to open them despite my disability. Which is not the same thing with the A&W in Ste-Julie. This one has the buttons but are not activated because according to the manager or boss, when the system breaks, it is very expensive to have it repaired. So I suggested that he undo the mechanism and remove the accessibility stickers, this way the doors would be less difficult to open without having to struggle with the engine off. The nice man told me in front of 5-6 people that he was not going to do anything. So I concluded that he doesnt need my money and I thank him for his frankness, telling myself that he is lucky not to have someone in his family going to meet people like himself .

Vraiment je sais que les temps sont dur mais quand même, ils pourraient mettre le chauffage dans le restaurant car c est vraiment désagréable de manger avec son manteau (les 6 clients présent on leurs manteau) et évidemment la nourriture refroidit très vite ! Si vous n avez pas les moyens de faire fonctionner le restaurant normalement vous devriez tout simplement fermer !

Very good service with Naim who was attentive and polite. However, it is very unpleasant to eat there because it is very cold. Even after several visits it is still not resolved. The waiter even had to lend a jacket to an elderly person who was cold.

*Cooking 4/5; Good food as usual *Service 2/5; I went inside to eat, when I arrived, the restaurant was empty of customers, one in the drive-thru and one Uber. Quick order, on the other hand my root beer was in a cardboard glass, I wanted a *buck* glass glass cooled as usual (reason for wanting to eat inside). I specified to have a window glass and was told that they dont have any. I look at the back of me (trash cans) and there are 3 glass windows on the top. I asked him again and was told that they were short-staffed. In my opinion there are 3 of them and p.s. overflowing, I am the only customer there. *Ambience 3/5 Dirty place/dirty kitchen from what I can see like it just finished an overworked day, its 12:00 on a Sunday and Im the only customer.

A&W fast food is the bomb! Their burgers are delicious, the fries are top notch, and their root beer floats are a pure delight. A safe bet for a quick bite.

Wednesday January 5, 2022 I went to this restaurant. I ordered an uncle burger with a slice and a drink. Wowwww I jumped when they gave me the bill $17.22.. I understand that prices are going up but this is stealing.. Rest assured youll never see me in one of these restaurants again.

Good evening I just passed I ordered 2 chicken burgers and a veggie burger from you and I realize I dont have my veggie burger, I call and she doesnt answer, so the cashier never put it in the bag....

Drive-thru service exclusively. Not easy with a 20 truck I had to make the line on foot breathing car exhaust. It ruins your appetite. Luckily the burgers are good.

Very surprised by the behavior of the cashier named JULIE, an aggressiveness characteristic of a Fathers Day Sunday. My partner and my three children are really in a bad place to suffer such inconvenience, such behavior is shocking. shame for the brand and for the rest of the staff.

As always, it helps but its better than McDonalds!

I loved coming to this place for breakfast...yesterday morning I wanted to order at the drive-thru after 9:00 a.m. and I never got served....then I headed in...the door is blocked but I see someone sitting on a table (a child) and the adult must have been somewhere... but no service or anything... very disappointed... its supposed to open at 9:00 a.m. . not 9:10 or 10:00!! But at 9:30 a.m. I went there without being able to be served... not very well.
