Nice clean room and lots of convenience.

The reception staff are exceptional, very smiling, attentive and accommodating even though they had a long queue of around 100 people for Check-in (Dec 14). The food is good in the restaurant and there too the employees are attentive. Well done! The rooms are clean, nothing to say. The spa temperature is very pleasant, the pool water a little cold relative to the spa, a little bias. The beds are comfortable and special mentions for the pillows. I think we need to review the price of the hourly charge for EVs that is too high than average. Overall, I highly recommend! THANKS

I was there for a conference. Professional and courteous. Lack of herbal teas and afternoon snack. The caterer is okay.

My wife and I went to the Mortagne hotel for a short stay to relax and treat ourselves a little. We took the Passion Package and really enjoyed it. The welcome was warm and courteous. The reception was nice and clean and everyone had a smile. Our room was already available and our sparkling wine and the tray of sweets were already in place. Everything was beautiful, clean and inviting. We toured the facilities, including the swimming pool and the Spa. Like the rest, it was spotless and inviting. We decided to have dinner there and it was very pleasant, although some of our choices were no longer available, due to ongoing menu changes. The food was delicious. the courteous service. We also had breakfast there and it was excellent. We took our time and the staff respected our pace. We spoke with a few employees and everyone seemed happy to work with this hotel and particularly the owner, Ms. Danielle Beaulieu. This is to his credit. As we are from the region, we will come back for no particular reason, just to enjoy the facilities, the restaurant and the great team of the hotel. Congratulations and thank you to everyone.

To he honest, Beautiful interior lobby, restaurant, foods good... room I got was SO outdated and the bed was a BRICK. It took me all night of tossing on thise flat pillows and brick bed to complain the next day, I had to get cushions to put under my back. Ive had a better stay at a best Western hotel lol. for that price Tag, do better.

We were served both mornings by the charming Michel who is cheerful and smiling. He loves his work and he transmits his joy to us. Starting the day with Michel and his team is simply a joy! An experience to live! The lunches are excellent!

The hotel in general is very good and seems well maintained. However, its still carpet in the rooms and it smells musty which makes it difficult to enjoy the rest of the room which is, all in all, very good. There are no smart TV options, bring an Amazon key or a computer, the TV is useless. The restaurant does not deliver and the fridge made a noise that disturbed me all night. The pillows are SO uncomfortable, after a few minutes, your head hits the mattress In short, at this price, I will continue to go to the Dauphin or even the Sandman which are 3 stars, but more comfortable and where I slept better... Rooms: Good, but smelly carpet and noise that interferes with sleep (the fridge I think) Food and drinks: The restaurant is very beautiful, but much too expensive for the quality of what they serve ($34 for chicken pasta!)

I am a blogger for special needs families and travel in our country. We couldnt get any of the packages. I waited to get here to enquire about the la Ronde package and access 2 card. I got told Im yes buy all tickets when you get to la Ronde. The website says they are happy to answer questions regarding packages. My kid and I were not even in the same room. For 850$ for a night ,I must say we will never be back. Employees need to be trained to work with all kinds of people. Management need to respond to clients and their wishes and what they are willing to pay for.

Stayed there for one night yesterday and this was my second time in this Hotel. It is a nice hotel overall with the very good standard. It is very clean. I only had challenge with the service level of the front desk. It took an long time to check in and to check out. It is supposed to be much faster. Also I did not think the front desk staff was friendly. Edited on sept 16 2024: I always stay at this hotel because it is 5 minutes from our office. Although I like rooms but this hotel does not have a soul and this is because of their indifferent service. Every time i stay there I am Offered to have the invoice emailed. I never received it without a follow up. Very mediocre service.

My partner won a gift certificate for a night in a deluxe room and breakfast included, during an event for this hotel. He booked for last Friday. We were happy to go there for a romantic moment without our children. We found the facilities very welcoming and the room luxurious with tasteful decor. Our only downside occurred during lunch the next day, hence the 3 stars. We were greeted by a waitress who had difficulty expressing herself in French but who made a good effort despite everything. As lunch was included, we asked what was included and the waitress had to ask the supervisor since she didnt know the answer. From this moment, we felt a change in the service provided: waiting 20 minutes before being able to place our order, supervisor Charles who came to take our order without apologizing for the wait and our lunch which took time before being served by another person. We didnt understand the wait since the restaurant was empty. We felt like we werent important to the staff. Another couple arrived subsequently and their service was prompt and courteous. It was at this moment that we felt that the service we had received was uneven and why... the meal ordered was excellent for a positive rating. My recommendation would be to focus on training your staff to provide equal service to all your customers. Because we enjoyed our stay at your hotel for the comfort of it but the lunch service left us with a bitter taste and a big disappointment.

Excellent reservation service! We had booked online a few months ago to spend the weekend there. Unfortunately a situation beyond our control forced us to cancel a little more than 24 hours in advance. The process was simple and the staff very courteous .all at no cost. We will definitely return.

I stayed there for 3 days and it was an amazing experience. The workers were welcoming and were nice to everyone. The restaurant food is amazing and chic. The had amazing choises to eat and all the meals were very good. The servers were so nice to us and they always care about their customers. If you eat dinner there you have to try their churros because it s delicious. The room was nice with tv and a fridge but they had old furniture which didn t bother us and the ac made few noises but its was not annoying. The jacuzzi was excellent but the pool was not cleaned so it had some hair in it but it was excellent. It s not far from montreal but you have to go through the tunnel which has heavy traffic up to 47 mins. Would definitely go back to this hotel. Spent 2 nights at the Mortagne on a business trip. First stay at this hotel. The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable with unique rooms. The beds, pillows, linens were great. I found the rooms quiet and functional, even thought...at first...I found it different that the bathroom vanity served as he business desk also. It worked well and I adapted with ease. The lounge and patio were very nice. The food looked great, even though we ate off site for our time there. Many restaurants within a few minutes walk. Great hotel.

Great hotel for business! Very clean and spacious rooms and staff are very friendly and responsive! The hotel is a walking distance from a centrum that has several decent restaurants! Tim Hortons is inside the Esso gas station as well and just across the street! There is a little gym for cardio workout and a little pool and jacuzzi! It was a great stay in general although a bit far from downtown Montreal!

Quite far if you re trying to get to F1 not a whole ton to do with the location. The pillows ruined the whole trip. If you like deflated pancake pillows in the morning this place is for you. I need neck support and woke up with my neck tweaked. Couch pull out bed sucks. The restaurant is pretty good but closes early. The guy waiter with short hair was amazing. The women on Monday morning to afternoon sucked. She was rude. Would I spend the money to come back to this Hôtel probably not. It s nice but not that nice. Rooms were great size, but pillows too soft with no support and mattess was like sleeping on cinder blocks. Service was ok, front desk staff was great besides one person we chatted with. Restaurant food was good, when they had what was on the menu available, but servers were spotty, some good some not. Location was decent. Walking distance to some restaurants and gas station for snacks and about 20-30 minutes to drive to downtown.

We reserved three rooms 4 months ago. Our only request was to be neighbors or at least on the same floor. It was for a surprise event. The request was not respected since the employees the day before did not take our reservations into account (this is what the reception employee reported to us. He apologizes When we arrived in our rooms, they had not been cleaned. Effect bed, towel on the floor.... Goes back down to reception, he apologizes and changes rooms. The water temperature is horribly dangerous. The water becomes boiling without warning several times. Notify reception and they apologize. The next morning it was impossible to have my coffee in the room. Both hotel mugs are DIRTY. When checking out he apologizes again for the 4th time.

The hotel is clean and maintained. The shower randomly changes tempature for 3 seconds to scalding hot, then cold. There are a few restaurants and a bit of shopping within walking distance. Not what I was expecting for the price paid. Rooms: Nice Large room. Laminate floor (not carpet). A bit dated. Nearby activities: Not much to do within walking distance. Walkability: A lot of restaurants close by, but that is all.

Not practical at all for wheelchairs. No automatic gate and very, very little disabled parking.

We stayed here for a ringette tournament hosted in Montreal. The rooms and the hotel was clean. My child used the pool area and enjoyed it. The staff were also very wonderful. When we checked out, we left a jacket behind. The staff went out of their way to locate the jacket and ship it to me as we live far away and I could not drive back to pick it up. Highly recommend this hotel.

It was so nice, relaxing, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful as we were a last minute walk in. The pool was amazing and the hot tub (Nordic style) was exactly what my sore back needed. Its open until 22:30hr. We were supposed to stay in St Jean for a graduation but the other hotel made a booking error, which turned out to be very lucky for us. The fee for the night was very reasonable and they offer a military (government) rate. There is a Tim Hortons across the road and a Scores (walking distance) if you dont want to eat at the hotel.

A little older hotel but keep up well. There were a few things that you could tell were aged. The room was comfortable and the bed was great. Air conditioner did not work until later.

Room (504) good and clean. Home #1. The only downside is that the water in the shower becomes hot on several occasions without touching the tap. Quite dangerous.

This is a very nice discovery. In all confidence, I work nearby and I always thought the location might be weird. When visiting the hotel, what is remarkable is that we completely forget that we are in Boucherville on the side of Highway 20 near an industrial district. The terrace is intimate and so well appointed, the Sens restaurant is really good, the foyer is very well appointed with hanging chairs, a lounge, a pool table and a convenience store area. The rooms are new, spacious and really welcoming. The service is really helpful, courteous and smiling. The hotel also has a conference center (see photos in the review) capable of receiving 400 people. In the rest of the hotel, conference rooms, bar, lounge, other meeting rooms are also available for meetings between 8 and 300 people. We arrived, the place filled with flies and was very humid inside. The wait to be serviced took us 45 minutes before they told that there is no room for us and would have to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes. To which the completely unqualified hotel manager gave us a room which was untied up, seems like the people just left the room and what a STATE it was left in .sheets thrown all over the room, the towels all soaked in the bath. Hairdryer was on in the floor, it was disgusting we took our things to request for a new room, although we should ve left the hotel at that point, to which the incredibly IQ lacking manager said that there is no other room AT ALL in the hotel. Worst experience ever wouldn t wish it on my worst enemy

Unfortunately this new hotel has poor front desk service. Hire more staff or change your checkin software. Rooms were very modern and comfortable, so if the service was better would recommend it.

Nice hotel though... No mini fridge in the room, the bathroom door does not lock, The hotel swimming pool is not very clean and is not supervised so people do what they want, shout as they want and can be stupid which is a bit dull when you want peace in the swimming pool... no lunch included. It costs between $30-40 for lunch at the hotel.

Where to start. We celebrated our wedding in July but the organization was a disaster. We have more than five people taking care of our wedding. This had to be repeated every time someone new took charge of the file. Several things that were indicated in our contract were not respected. We had to go to the terrace for our promised cocktail at the signing of our contract. Unfortunately, we were asked to tell our guests that they had to leave the terrace by 5:00 p.m. when the restaurant opened. We had to spend $250 on drinks during our evening. It was indicated when we signed our contract. However, they increase the amount to $800, telling me that its been a long time since I signed my contract... I manage to get it down to $600. In addition, they wanted to charge me for the dance floor when it was included in my contract. In addition to having my credit card blocked for errors on their part when it came to paying the balance of our wedding. No email from them to explain their error but rather a call to tell me that I owe them money and that the payment on the credit card is not working. It was after questioning on my part that I was told the truth about why my credit card company decided to block my card. The sales director is the one with whom we signed the contract and it is with her that we completed the organization (Nathalie Beaulieu). I am very disappointed with his service. Little room for discussion. She didnt even follow the seating chart for our ceremony. She is the one who is right and no one else, even if it is indicated on the contract and it is she who signed this said contract in the first place. Fortunately, the team that was in place on the evening of our wedding offered us exceptional service which put a balm on the bitter taste we had following the poor management of our wedding. Thanks to Norge Ochoa, banquet director and his team. Thanks to you, we had a very nice evening and our guests had an excellent reception.

The facilities are beautiful and renovated. The service at the reception is terrible, the employees are all new and dont know anything. They gave me the wrong type of room I had booked and the supervisor didnt believe me. She absolutely wanted me to prove it to her by showing her proof. She answered the phone and served other customers at the same time as she took care of me. My children were meanwhile waiting in the hallway outside the wrong room. The wifi doesnt work well. I had to use my cell to share my connection. Clean room but very firm bed. For $250 per night I dont recommend

Very nice hotel and room but horrible customer service unfortunately the worst I have received in a hotel. If we call reception for help we are put on hold for more than 30 minutes then we are hung up for no reason, this happens several times. And no explanation of the services upon arrival. When I go down to reception to get help since its not possible by phone, they give me a sheet and tell me to read the instructions and do that without more and when I try and thats it. doesnt work, I try to call back and still get no answers except for being put on hold and being hung up on. Really no professionalism so I couldnt use the chromecast and I lost a lot of time. Very expensive for what we received, I do not recommend

I experienced very serious safety concerns at this hotel where access to my room was granted by hotel staff to a person claiming to be me. I wrote this review to warn those travelling here. I loved the hotel but will not recommend or go back due to the response of the hotel employees and manager. After reports were made to the employee and manager, the manager attested that she had a lot of new staff and offered me a free drink from the bar or coffee.

La deuxième, le restaurant était fermé pour déjeuner, et c était un buffet. 30$ par personne pour de la bouffe d aussi mauvaise qualité - ce genre de bouffe en carton, ça passe quand c est inclus dans le prix de la chambre, mais 30$ pour ça, c est VRAIMENT excessif.

Nice lighted hotel restaurant. Velvet seats at some tables making it hard to move. The breakfast was good. The bacon especially good. The service was poor. The were very little people in restaurant and 4-5 young waitresses all chatting together or looking at their phones. My elderly father had to walk across the restaurant to get a coffee refill because the waitresses werent paying any attention. Not very well managed and above average prices

On faire tour rapidement. Le café filtre est vraiment pas bon et les cafés spécialisés ne sont absolument pas conformes à de vrai café spécialisés , les portions sont inadéquate. Noteworthy details: Un lieux exceptionnel pour les conférences ou rencontres professionnelles. Les salles dans le complexe peuvent desservir beaucoup de personnes. Une grande capacité de visiteurs donc idéale pour des party de bureau ainsi que de grandes assemblées.
