I used to love their pizzas. We ordered one large half pep and all dress pizza and wings from there last week. I woke up the next morning with the worst stomach ache ever...i had to be rushed to the hospital because i was pooping blood,vomiting, fever and diarrhea. After two days at the hospital the doctor told me i had infectious colitis. It wasnt the first that we ordered at this pizza express and most of the time i would have a little stomach ache but this time was enough for me to not order there anymore. Its the only pizza place that always left me feeling some way after consumming their pizzas. Sorry
They closed 33min earlier than the written hours when I came, the employee saw me and locked the door in my face..
Pizza was good, nothing too exceptional, just a classic slice. Fries were good aswell. Would reccomend.
I had the 2 for 1 Hawaiian pizza 10" a few days ago. The lady at the counter was nice however she misjudged my nationality. When she noticed I couldn't speak French very well she started saying some words in Spanish. Not sure if I look like a Spanish or Mexican person, but I'm not. I don't get easily offended so no biggie but just thought she should be more careful. The Pizza was very good. They were very generous on the cheese. They could've added just a bit more pineapple & ham even if that would sacrifice a bit of the cheese. I'm taking away 2 stars because the deal 2 for 1 is misleading. When you say something is 2 for 1 it means you get 2 items for the price of 1. But what they give you is just a small discount on the second pizza. They should rename it so people don't get frustrated.
Created a large order online. It took roughly 40 minutes to arrive when they are 8 minutes away. All 8 pizzas had their toppings falling off. The pizzas were good. However, they forgot an order. I called and they were to call the driver to bring it back. i had to call another 15 minutes later to find out that they wanted to redo it because it wasn't fresh enough. It's good that they wanted to do that, however, now the order took over an hour to arrive. They were apologetic over the phone, yet giving me multiple excuses. I understand mistakes can be made, but when you place an order for over $130, you would expect it to be better handled. When the delivery person showed up, he was arguing that he gave us the salad, which was most definitely not the case. I had to call them four times regarding my order. Not sure I will be ordering from them again, unless out of last resort.
I ordered takeout. The drink was left out although it was part of the trio. The poutine was cold and there were no napkins or utensils in the bag. Thank God, i had utensils and napkins in my car. The restaurant was empty. No excuse for this incompetence. But the guy at the counter was nice.

Great delicious pizza. Fast service too. We ordered 2 XL Express pizza and everyone enjoyed the pizza. The pizza was made with mushrooms and pepparoni underneath the cheese which was great because my kids don't normally eat mushrooms but they are them with the pizza and were none the wiser! I would order from here again if I was in town.
I place an order by phone for delivery after 1 hour 20 minutes of waiting, I call back to ask if my order has gone and he dares to tell me that his delivery man has come by and that I would have told him that I never ordered. while in reality the delivery man never spoke to me. I was offered to return my pizza that the delivery man brought back to the restaurant and that I would have to wait another 45 minutes... I told him to let it go and believe me next time I prefer to pay a little more expensive at one of their competitor but at least I would have my order and above all RESPECT from their employee. Good luck to you but in my opinion you should not be in business.

I place an order for the counter by phone at 11:50 a.m., the person who takes my call tells me it will be ready in 15 minutes, I warn him that my sister will be there in 45 minutes. When she goes there to collect the order, the person tells her that there is no order in our name and that she has not received a call. So I checked if I was in the wrong place and decided to call them back because the mistake was not mine. Response from them: we were in a big rush, we had a printer problem and we just realized it. So supposedly a big rush but the orders havent been coming in since 12 p.m. since the printer wasnt working anymore?! The person in front of my sister lied and said she hadnt received a call at all. Does not take responsibility for their mistakes at all, does not offer any solution (they could have offered to make the pizza when my sister was there), no commercial gesture, and not possible to speak with the manager. BRAVO, great customer service all that.
Okay, where to start... Firstly, we are light years away from regular 2for1 pizzerias. The quality of their pizza is exceptional! I ordered the Deluxe and Im not disappointed AT ALL! lots of filling and the crust was tender and crispy! what can we say about the homemade fries! FINALLY a restaurant that has the strength to make good fries! Bravo to this pizzeria! I will return without hesitation!

I tried the new Smash Burger Express plate. Very simple hamburger. Normal dumpling. Tomato . Salad, pickles. Nothing spectacular. Your not worth it.really disappointing. Their pizza and donair on the other hand are still 5/5.
We ordered their delicious pizzas for an event. They arrived hot Unfortunately, there was an error in the order but one call was enough to obtain compensation and the correct pizza.

Ordered on 01-24-2024 two large pizzas: 1st Quebecois and 2nd Mediterranean. We were 4 adults and we devoured 3/4 of it! Both the filling and the crust, everything was delicious and well garnished! Above all, dont change the dough recipe! For a moment, we thought we were sitting at the table/terrace in Italy! Bravissimo!
Very bad experience! The service is rotten for us! The young girl at the checkout spent her time chatting back and forth and cruising a young person in the restaurant! 40 minutes of waiting for 2 chicken/fries pitas! Luckily the pitas were good.

I was hungry, exhausted and had been walking for over an hour. It was 10:45 and I was still far from any rest, when in the distance, I saw it: The Pizza Express 2 for 1 sign which shone like a single star in this dark and cold April night. My pizza was delicious, the customer service friendly and my $20 well spent.

I would like to say that I am very disappointed I ordered on April 17! My onion rings that I had asked for very crispy arrived very soft and disgusting ! 15 minutes to wait without being served! The 99 year old lady walked past me 3 times without serving me. So I left without ordering anything, only having wasted 15 minutes of my life. I will never go back there again!
I came home at 11:35 for lunch. The restaurant was empty. I was served a 5.25 COLD tip haha. I dont even think that by law its legal to sell it without putting it back in the oven...Never again, I wouldnt serve it to my dog like that.
Monday we ordered an extra large pizza, as we are regulars, I pay and leave, only to realize that I was charged $7 more than usual. The companys explanation is that we didnt specify that we were taking the Monday special... I dont remember that we ever specified. Then they explain to me that people dont take the special because there would be a difference in the quantity of ingredients. However, there are none. Very disappointed with the lack of honesty, and for trying to sell me a lie rather than owning up to the mistake... as they no longer respect their specials, we will no longer order there.

I call to say I didnt receive the fries in my order, they say I didnt pay in full. If we hadnt paid the bill in full, the delivery guy would have said so. For some time now, telephone service has been terrible and deliveries have been slow to arrive. Its valuable, because Ive been ordering there since the very beginning, Pizza Show, Le Grand Monarque, Pizza Express but this mishap took away the desire to call back!!

The pizza is good, the customer service is not particularly good. And to specify that this restaurant is anti-covid, let me explain; the cooks make the pizzas without a mask, which is rather unacceptable... Other than that I recommend.

Après 1h sans avoir reçu ma commande jappelle pour faire un suivi, on me répond que ça ne marche pas bien et que je vais recevoir ma commande comme si elle avait été faite directement au restaurant. 2h minimum pour une simple pizza. Si au moins on mavait informé que la première commande ne marcherait pas.

Very good pizza, never disappointed here! It always happens hot. The only thing is, dont trust the delivery time they tell you on the phone... they often say 30-40 minutes, its more often 50-60 minutes... Little advice, it would be nice to say 45-60 minutes and surprise your customers with faster delivery!!! I think it would be better than creating an expectation that is not met... but as we know, we always order earlier now and we dont trust predictions

The best decision I made today was to order poutine from Pizza Express. Incredibly good. Thank you for taking the time to do something good. Completely delicious homemade fries and fresh cheese. My boyfriend never eats poutine in take out but he ended up eating 3/4 of it The pizza is clearly the best in Boucherville. Good service too. Delivery a little long but the food was super hot despite being a good 10 minute drive from the restaurant.

Telephone service boff fast delivery but fried potatoes with old oil they were black and soft. The pizza was smaller than it appeared and the chicken pita came in the form of a naam bread and not a pita. Expensive $35 for 2 people and very ordinary ingredients we didnt like.
