Easy access, good service, good pizza and subs selection.
We had a big group and everyone was happy with the food. Service was great, food came out quickly and atmosphere was good. More menu options than we remembered at Mike’s Lunch. International pizza was fresh and great.
I was driving when I was almost rear ended by an obnoxious Mikes delivery car, which also didn’t have a functioning front light. The driver was erratic and then proceeded to cut me off at the exit by driving over 110km/h. Not only is this road rage and a hazard on the road, the car itself wasn’t maintained either. I really question the types of people this establishment hires. Whoever was driving that car tonight was reckless and could have caused an accident. I will not be going to Mikes knowing that they clearly do not care about safety!
The pizza we ordered was absolutely delicious. Service was prompt. Online ordering was easy. The only knock is it is somewhat expensive. ($40 for large delivery plus tip)
Tonight we visit Toujours Mikes and Maude showed us our place. She advised us in our wine choice and we ordered a small appetizer. Our tomato/boccancini was good in tast. As a main dish we ordered Lasagna and Pizza Carnivore. The chef made a very nice dish. Flavour was good and crispy bacon on my pizza. The lasagna was nice layers of pasta sauce and cheese. We were very happy with our dish and took a part home. Maude service was quick and with a big smile. She advised us well and we where happy with her expertise.
Good food and good service :) Edit: I had to come back to change my review based on tonight's service. It's a Saturday night and the restaurant was about 60 or 70% empty (which is weird). Still, the server was struggling to keep up. It took a long time to receive my order, he never checked on me and I had to wait 15 minutes to get his attention to bring me the bill. After getting the bill, I had to wait 10 more minutes to get the credit card machine to pay for my meal. Thats almost half an hour wait just to pay. Im sure he wouldn't even had noticed if I had left without paying. Although the service was terrible, I ended up giving him 15% tip, because I think people should be paid for work, but I don't think I'll come back a 3rd time.
Pizza wasn't cooked enough, some parts of the dough were still raw. But first time this ever happen to me. The wings were great and service was awesome as usual.
There was nothing special with the lunch special. The soup was very normal and the pasta is just bland. The service wasn't very fast. Not sure if I would go back. Anyone can easily cook better at home.

we had lunch with 5 friends we ate omelettes and eggs we all got sick we thought the eggs were not good we called the manager he was away he never called us back the waiter told us it was dead for 1 month

We just went to dinner on a Sunday evening. The service really leaves something to be desired. There were about 6-7 tables occupied throughout the restaurant and we didnt really see the waitress in the 2 hours we were there. I had to get up and go get her to get the bill and pay. Once we paid in money, money came back to us and she took it all and left saying thank you. Unfortunately I didnt appreciate at all the fact that the waitress gave the impression that the money I was getting was her tip despite the outdated service she was able to give us.
Seafood pasta was excellent
Online order. Everything was ready and hot at the requested time. All the items on the head for lobster menu were great! Special mention for the lobster and shrimp linguine!!!!!

Good food, friendly and attentive service and lunch specials. On weekends, the lunches/brunchs are very tasty. Yes, its a chain, but the pastas, pizzas and subs have been very successful for over 50 years. A rare family restaurant that has remained a must in Quebec for 53 years.
The waitress Justine is really smiling and kind! She made it a very nice experience at Mikes last night with her good humor and her service with a smile! The food is also awesome and very good! I highly recommend you go!

We had a bad experience a little over a month ago. Customer service contacted me and convinced me to give Mikes de Boucherville a second chance. My family and I went there this evening. We had a very pleasant time. Our meals were served fairly quickly. The waitress Daphnée was more than exemplary. The toilets were clean. I am very satisfied overall.

Very bad experience for us this evening! We ordered 3 meals and 3 desserts but we only received 2 meals! I call reception to explain to them, not even the girl checks! She almost calls me a liar, that there is nothing left at the restaurant that it would be the delivery girl. So I ask the delivery girl she tells me that they only gave her 2 bags; be 1 with 2 meals and 1 with the 3 desserts! I ask the girl at the restaurant to check, she refuses and tells me to deal with Uber eat for their mistakes! She didnt even bother to check in the back, nor our bill NOTHING! So the customer service at this Mikes is very poor!
I went to Mikes this Sunday and I was served by Daphnée who gave us excellent service with the help of her chef plonplon!!! I give a rating of 11/10
Ordered chicken noodle soup with my sub, a real stuffing, no chicken no noodles and the container could only hold 100ml. of a broth x. Paid with Doordash more than $13 for this semblance of soup, well done Mikes.

Service unfortunately not very present even if very cordial. Asked to fill the glass of water in the middle of the meal and finish the meal without having any even though the glass was very visible after receiving the dishes we unfortunately no longer see the waitress even if the restaurant is not full (around 7 -8 tables). The doordash and others as well as the people who take out have more service according to what I have seen.

We were 13 ppl with no reservation after a funeral and they accommodated us with smiles and pleasure. Our waitress was fabulous. Wheelchair accessibility: Only small problem was the door jam. Was difficult to push the wheelchair over it.

Sunday May 9, I placed an order for takeout and once there to pick up my order. I was told that they no longer had the dish that I had ordered, in this case lobster. Totally unacceptable. I left empty-handed and furious. BUT Mikes management responded well by contacting me to offer me an apology and a very good discount on my next order. Order that I made the following Tuesday, May 11 (the same order as the previous Sunday). This time everything was perfect. Order ready on time and food (lobster) delicious. We can therefore say that even great people can have failures but the important thing is to know how to redeem yourself. Mikes knew how to do it. THANKS

There were several electrical outages that affected the restaurants all around the place where I usually go for dinner, and the only restaurant still open was Mikes. Despite the longer wait than usual, which is understandable given the circumstances, the service was very professional and they knew how to keep a smile despite everything. Finally, the food was delicious and I will return without hesitation!

I love the seafood casserole with linguine alfredo. Its rich but once in a while its good. I gave 4 stars because the pasta was pre-cooked and lukewarm... Usually they are freshly cooked but again on Saturday evening there were not many people. Soon normal will be back.
