Subway in Boucherville

The employee closes 20 minutes early and says were closed no youre not closed, youre just too lazy to be able to work! Hired better employee or monitor your employees, stupid and arrogant response, when you are open you are open, its your job, last week we came at 9:15 p.m. and the employee was cordial and respectful, but today 9:05 p.m. its closed and the child who was working was very unpleasant, yes a child, you didnt read it wrong, well when you act like a child you are a child!

Very disappointed. I refused myself a quantity of vegetables because you have to say no to somewhere the only vegetables I eat, I cant have any to my liking! Very disappointing. Being refused vegetables in 2024 when Eating healthy is important!

How come I show up at 8:05 p.m. and get denied access because it s supposedly closed!? The restaurant is supposed to close at 8:30 p.m. as posted. Really ordinary.

Updated: May 2024 Since they replaced the stupid employee who worked there in the evening, with two other young people, a girl and a boy, who are also very friendly, I have always received very good customer service from them, and I am satisfied with it!! Thank you October 2023: The young boy who works there in the evening is really very stupid, he always seems angry, impatient, and shouts every time a customer comes in to order, as if it were the end of the world to make a sandwich which takes barely 5 minutes. I have been there several times and each time he is never in a good mood and makes people feel unwelcome, yet I was served by other young people at this restaurant, who were very kind and respectful. In short, change jobs, customer service is definitely not for you. The manager and owner should be made aware of this situation which has been going on for a long time.

Always as good and menu choice

These are good but they should think about making more soup for dinner, every time I go there at dinner time, they tell me they have more. Plus, its not normal to run out of soup when you go there to eat it as a trio. They just make a small recipient, the staff told me, what do they not want to throw away if there is too much??? It heats up like a submarine, so please do more

The subway is dirty when you arrive with no clean table to sit on, the toilets clogged with... Ill spare you the details... The sandwiches and the welcome are more than limited... Not forgetting the overflowing trash cans. .

I dont understand why the employees decide at the time that the restaurant closes, it says 9:00 p.m. on the door and 8:00 p.m. the doors are locked. Or this evening I arrive at 8 p.m. and half the food is packed? And your employee tells me yes its open but theres not much left?? Never seen before.

On arrive pour 8h30 le panneau lumineux est fermé, le petit gars a lair de nous en vouloir a mort et nous dit quil reste plus grand chose , nous etio s limité dans nos choix. Vraiment ordinaire. Nous mangons dans le véhicules car il nous a pas demander si on voulais manger sur place ou emporté. On a choisis de manger dans le véhicule par peur de lembêter.

One is slow as a turtle and puts out chicken as if he were paid from Subways savings, the other works at normal speed and puts out meat normally, but has the mask under his nose and both are rude and unpleasant. Avoid this branch at all costs.

I received the best service from an employee not only of a fast food establishment, but I believe of any restaurant combined. I dont know her first name so I have to describe her: a young woman (young 20 years old, short hair and tattoos on her arms). I hope your boss knows how lucky he is to have an outstanding employee like this young person. And you were right, it was the best sandwich anyone had ever made for me!! I cant wait to go back.

A star is much more than what it deserves, it took over 10 minutes to serve me and then the following customers had time to finish my 12 inches before it was served. The employee was very slow had no manner of chatting and seemed very frozen 4 sandwiches in 30 minutes Came Sunday the 8th at 5:15 p.m. When my girlfriend is getting her makeup done... All the vegetables were also mixed and no supervisor or ominous discipline made it hard
