Wow, took pad thai, asked for extra beef. Once i got home, barely any beef and very greasy. They are very stingy with their sriracha as well. Not going back there.
Ordered for spicy battered chicken with fried rice, instead got Non-spicy SHRIMP with fried rice. I felt sick because my stomach don't digest sh seafood. No care for your client nedds. Meal ruined, Disgusting, 0/10.
Is it normal to leave the tails on the shrimps in a pad thai? Tails are not edible. All 5 shrimps still had the tails on. As far as my veggie pad thai the noodles were so over cooked it was very mushy. Oh well I guess I won’t be craving Thai Express any time soon.
Food is always fresh and incredibly warm even after taking it back home, the taste and quality of the dishes are spot on 99% of the time (well prepared). The staff is always friendly and efficient. You just can't lose when you eat here.
Presentation is lacking. You don't get what's on the picture. Prices have gone up. A green the, 4 dumplings and a mini sorbet (one bite) ... 12$

Very friendly staff, excellent service and very good meal. The atmosphere is good there are a few places to sit with torn benches but hey thats not the point of this visit!

Extremely disappointed!! I have been a customer for over 10 years. This Thai express has lost its stars that it had earned so well over the past few years! I believe it has had a change of ownership. Chicken padseewe is not what it used to be. We are far from the Montreal original. This one cut out on the green vegetables. Its a pile of pasta with a few green twigs and minimal chicken with crunch that ends up on the napkin. Damage ! if you want a good express Thai change location!
I dropped my plate and the cashier was adorable! They redid my dish and were great, I felt really bad about the damage The service was fast and really great! Food was good :)

I always have the same dish at Thai Express, my wife also had a dish and I can assure you that there is less meat and less vegetables in the dishes at this one located in Boucherville ...I literally had 5 pieces of beef in my Pad Thai, its ridiculous... I will drive 5 minutes longer from now on to go to the one in Varennes which is more stocked and better prepared...
Wouldn t even give extra napkins when asked for it. Food wasn t cooked properly.
The quality is no longer the same, really downgraded unfortunately Soft chicken without spices and dry food... Ok the prices have increased and thats normal but the quality without taste :(

I bought 2 meal soups twice in the last 2 weeks the first time I thought there was a mistake and that I had come across a bad soup (Mushy and stuck noodles, note.) So a second time yesterday the same experience today, I decide to go at dinner time to see and explain. First question how long I live (Im 5 min.) Except now, Im asked what I want when I bring back the two soups, I expected better customer service, but in short, they offer to sell me 2 pad Thai for the price of one. I explain to them once again that the experience and my dinner yesterday was ruined but the only thing that was on their mind was that I pay if I wanted something and not even offer a refund. I find that more often than not compared to the other Thai Express ones in Boucherville, I am disappointed with the food and I have been going to this one for years. So the best advice is to think about it carefully, because you could stay hungry even though you have spent a good amount of time to eat and receive no sympathy for a bad meal.

Very ordinary! ... I always eat the same thing at Thai Express... basil/chicken fried rice... and honestly the cook was tired or I dont really know... nothing spicy... balls of soft white rice (mix poorly during cooking.. I guess) in short choose another branch at the end of the evening

I ordered a Pad Sew with tofu, they made it for me with beef. So my meal ended up in the trash. I dont have time to go back, I have to go back to work, Im going to have my stomach in my heels all day because of this...
