They have gotten our order wrong 3 times in a row. We wont be back

ordered bacon egger on a bun combo. two 3 pieces of bacon a thin slice of cheese and an egg that was so thin it looked like it was run over by a truck. 4$ cup of orange juice and a hash brown. food looked nothing like the nice picture on the wall. table with crumbs. Disapointing never again.

I ordered a breakfast wrap and it was 1/4 the size of a normal wrap anywhere else. Almost took it back because it was pathetic but I was already home. I will not return to A&W.

Teen, onion rings, and a root beer to go. Rings were still a bit greasy.

Today morning, I was collecting one of the takeaway for a customer where I noted there was a spilled coffee in the bag so I informed one of the male worker there and he was mad on me and yelling to me in front of other customers. This people place coffee tray above food due to which there coffee is usually spilled in the bag itself..

The best damn glizzy I have ever had in my life! The two young man who served me at 2 in the morning on a fine Wednesday put nothing but love and passion into the glizzy they prepared for me. I was certainly fully satisfied.

Wow! Worst experience ever at A&W. Service was fast & friendly, food was garbage. Clearly pre-cooked burgers & it was dead like usual. Both my wifes & my burger were cold, dry & over cooked. Got a bacon cheese burger, 1 wimpy slice cut in 2, lol. We both immediately felt Ill after eating this. No way that food safety was considered here. Burger must have been in the danger zone for well over 2hrs. Ill stick to breakfast. Dinner was an epic fail Not recommended in the slightest.

The Indian girl working Night Shift is so rude. We hate going there when it s her, doesn t say anything, seems like she can t even look at us. Disrespectful and often makes mistakes in our order. Though, when it s the other young girl, service is amazing and at least we feel welcomed.

Stop on the way home from airport to get dinner. Order was over $80 and the only thing they didnt screw up was the 3 chicken strips. The 6 burgers, 4 drinks and fries were all wrong. We didnt notice till we got home and opened bags. Called them right away but of course the east indian girl who works counter at Nighy didnt answer. Not really surprising seeing as she wasnt answering the drive thru speaker much when we were there. Left a message for manager to call back but never heard back from them. Called a second time and again it went to machine but still no return call. Very poor customer service

Getting pricey but their food is great

It was busy and here is how they lost stars: Floors were messy. Mens bathroom had the heat on full blast felt like a nasty sauna. Womens bathroom had a sign on the door if the toilet doesnt flush, tell the staff! Seems to me in the time you write a note and stick it on the door you could have called the plumber. On that topic, mens bathroom door and kitchen door are opposite sides of a narrow hall. With a window in the kitchen door. Just felt a bit off. Reasons they get to keep stars was that they are showcasing local authors on a little book table. If there were a community Stars these folks would have a 10 out of 10.

Foods great. In drive through Workers are rude at the speaker and window. can t get there orders in order then blame you.

Open late and service was fast to get me on my way.

First time trying the new hot tea from the Brew Bar - the tea is exceptionally good! Definitely a premium tea blend and a good value in all sizes. Much better than most well known coffee shops and a good price.

The sandwich was cold, and the drinks machine had no ice, just sweet water, no soda.

Best fast food burger in my opinion. no matter the location, always assemble well and taste good enough. Quick too.

All 3 members of my family have gotten sick from food here at different times twice on the chicken and I on a burger.

The food and service were the fastest ive had in Bracebridge. The thursday june 22nd shift at 7pm are to congratulate on this! Please keep it up.

We ordered a kids meal, and even though we asked if the kids fries were in the bag, they werent. Im upset because not only did they make a mistake, but they lied to us.

This location was terrible. The burger was dry , the onion rings were crushed and dripping in grease and salt . The only redeeming item was the A&W root beer. Never going here again. Dietary restrictions: They will make fries and onion rings without salt if you ask. Food is very high in salt Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access

The one reason Im treating A&W is to say that this location had Whistle Dogs! They were my favorite choice years ago and then disappeared from the menu. Very happy to see them back!

Stopped by during lunch rush on a Friday. Drive thru was busy, took a while to get through, but service was friendly and efficient. The food was at par with usual A&W experiences, however it seems they only serve the core pieces of the tomato

First time visiting this A&W location. Staff was friendly and answered a couple questions I had. Food quality was good and service was pretty fast. Plenty of parking and wasnt too busy on the day and time I visited. Would visit this A&W location again if Im in the area and looking to have something from A&W

Wow what a sad visit! Wanted the whistle dog. This is second time Ive been to this store twice in two months! Both time no whistle dog and what makes this the worst...no posting that they were sold out!!! Got stuck in drive thru line both times and it was still up on menu board!!so wasted 10 minutes each time!! This time though when we ordered it again the staff member was so like she didnt care! To bad so sad for us!! Sooo negative! Even the root beer we bought was warm and no ice! I will make it a point not to go to this store again.
