Getting a little pricey...

No more hard taco shells. This new corn tortilla is raw even though they put it on the grill for like 15 sec, it disgusting. Portions are not consistent. 35$ for a bowl of rice and 3 tacos ... My wife and I used to order out quite often. Today is our last day. Good luck

Good food, quick and pleasant service

Burritos taste great, filling, healthy toppings, but they limit to 4 extra toppings, and not cheap. I would give 5 stars if they were about 10% cheaper

Used to go to Chipotle when it comes to Mexican food, but after visiting Mucho Burrito, I became a fan of the their fresh food. Service was friendly and efficient. We ordered a salad bowl with chicken and beef. Also ordered Quesadillas. We truly enjoyed the food. Next time Mexican? My vote will go to Mucho Burrito for sure.

The burritos are made well and of a generous portion. Friendly service. As for atmosphere, the place is clean and the decor is nice.

We were staying at the quality on Saturday night and wanted to get some dinner. We went on skip the dishes and saw about 5 places to order from. We saw Mucho Burrito had the family build your own taco set so we went for the one that feeds four. It exceeded expectations. First it was well-packaged and they even included the extra bowls I requested so we would have something to eat on at the inn. The portions were perfect. Plenty of ingredients to make the tacos, including meat! We ordered the chicken and beef. The mango salsa was so good. Everything tasted extra fresh and flavourful with a wide variety to make the tacos with. Including sauces. We were all very happy with the quality, quantity and presentation. Thank you!

If you re gluten free, watch them carefully. She wanted to put my gf taco shell on the same grill where they warm flour tortillas. I stopped her but she tried to tell me that the extreme heat wouldn t allow cross contamination. btw - cold gf taco shells are not very good.

Great food at fair prices

Originally I gave this a 3 star review because the staff had no personality when ordering... they just wanted to take my order and get close to the end of their shift. I went back today more then a month later and the staff seemed much better, they did a friendly greeting, had more life in their voice when asking questions and just a better all round experience.

I keep coming back because of the freshness, its a clean establishment and the staff is super friendly

Wasnt overly impressed about being charged for toppings you going to bigger cities to other locations and they dont charge you for toppings and it was a little on the considering what I normally pay at another location where Im a regular customer

Fantastic Burritos!

Maybe I dont eat enough Mexican food to know what is normal but I ate here for the first time and I wasnt really impressed. I ordered a burrito with rice as the base and honestly, it felt and tasted like that was all that was in there. Maybe thats how it was supposed to be but it tasted like a rice wrap. Very little chicken, corn or fajita veggies as requested. For the cost of the meal, I dont feel like I got my money worth. I probably wont be back.

Great food but they never have shrimp. That or they are too lazy to cook them. Almost every time I go in and ask for shrimp, they say they dont have it. Okay so maybe put a sign up informing customers of the main ingredient being out of stock. When they DO have the shrimp, they cook it wonderfully. Maybe its certain people working that shift but I just see it as laziness. Cant blame covid for not having your stock forever guys.

Uncooked expensive fajita veggies. I got there at open and veggies not cooked. Meat is good if expensive. I had to ask for nachos n cheese three times. Probably wont go there again. Sad, cuz I like the chain.

I always eat at Subway so I want to try something else. Ordered the steak burrito and the amount of meat is ridiculous, way less compared to other places. You pay extra charge after 4 toppings. Do yourself a favor ang go to the Subway next door. Taste is ok but not worth the money.

I try to visit this place whenever Im in town. Everything looks so delicious. Last time I was there I tried one of the burrito bowls. It was HUGE! The staff are so friendly and accommodating if you have certain food restrictions. You will not be disappointed. Try them out.

Fresh and delicious

A decent Mucho Burrito. Love their burritos and tacos. Not as fully packed and juicy as some Mucho Burritos Ive been to but a soild and delicious place to eat.

Great food with good price

i was looking for something quick but healthy and i found this place. service was friendly and efficient. i ordered a bowl with chicken and beef. i also added a churros. The bowl was great and tasty. The churros, however, was not so good. i would not get the churros next time.

I placed an order for pickup at 1:05 to be ready for 1:35. When I arrived to get my order at 1:50 the staff hadnt prepared anything because they were out of one of my ingredients. I received no notification or any attempt from staff to contact me at the phone number associated with my order. Staff failed to grasp that the purpose of online ordering is to have things ready ahead of time, I will not be returning.

I love mucho burrito!! The gentleman who served me last was especially kind and gave me lots of sauce which was great! He even made sure I took napkins because of the sauce lol! The owner also came around to see how everything was. Place was very clean, as it is also new, but toppings were prepped nicely and looked fresh. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Decent enough. At least as good as Chipotle. Hot sauce not a challenge though.

Im only putting two stars because my star insisted. I said three. So lets meet in the middle of 2.5 stars. Our burritos lacked the meat that all other mucho burritos supply. Im afraid to say. They dont live up to the mucho burrito standards. Sorry

I was on my way to Parry Sound and I saw a board of Mucho Burrito located in Bracebridge. I went there and it was fabulous. I have been to many Mucho Burrito but the quality and freshness of the product was outstanding. I think this was my best burrito experience till date. I would definitely come back again to have another bite...!!!

it was good..we had initially given 4 stars and decided to do a 2nd visit and now we get the ordering options and the Heat options its awesome.. great service ..great food.. if we cant go to Mexico why not get a little taste at home! our only ask is that we have a another fish option for those that dont eat meat.

You folks serve tasty food but you really need to take a look at your advertising and how you administer your offers. Two for one on road sign said offer was Sept 21-28. Saw sign and stopped in today on 28th. Was told the offer ended on 27th. Mentioned the sign and they claimed they had corrected it. Checked and sure enough they had written 27th over top of 28th but only on the east facing side of the sign. The west facing sign, which we saw, still said the 28th. Cmon get your act together here. #falseadvertising

I generally order it online via mucho app but Saturday I thought why not to just go there and see how they make it!!(keeping in mind the basic hygiene rules) I had the best customer service experience! The girl working there was a multitasker, she made sure that she would change the gloves while making my vegan burrito and she also suggested me other interesting options The store and the front unit was neat and clean! Now I can sit back home peacefully and order without having a second thought of how they would be making it.

Food is best fresh healthy you can buy ! Everyone should go over there and try it. Just love it.

I usually love coming to mucho burrito. favorite Mexican place in town but I came in one night to learn that I couldnt order a mucho burrito and i was told there was no ingredients for the burrito. now normally I love this place but i think not being able to serve the food of the name of the store is a little ridiculous. aging really love this place just 1 bad time.

My wife and I just went for the first time (in Bracebridge) - Ive been in Barrie a few times, always enjoyed it. There are now so many good choices in that plaza that it is definetely a go-to for quick, (also) healthy food! Welcome to Bracebridge Mucho Burrito!

This is a awesome place to eat best food and the staff are so polite and helpful. I went to the restaurant for the first time today and my friend and I were treated so nice. The man that served us was very helpful and explained what was very hot and what was not. It made me feel like he cared that we were there. We will be back all the time.

So exciting to have this in town! Super clean, and just what youd expect from this chain. Lots of tables - and even though the staff is new, seems like things are going well! Lots of fresh toppings and very clean working areas. Yay!

The quesadilla literally had nothing in it and it was $15 bucks. It was soggy and I could make one better at home. Should have.....
