Went to get Garlic sticks. We ordered chrispy wings and garlic sticks for dine in. The wings were good but we were served cold Garlic sticks. When I told the lady staff she didn't even acknowledge, meaning she knew that our garlic sticks were not freshly prepared. If you guys have it on the menu then you must prepare the order freshly, regardless of its monetary value. Don't just try to impress customers purchasing pizza as it is of higher value. Utterly dissatisfied with food and staff response.
They used to be really good, we've ordered from here for a few years, but we have twice now ordered from here and twice now the pizza wasn't cooked .. made my mother in law sick.. the bottom looked cooked but halfway into the slice, and the dough was so undercooked it was gooey .. the toppings were not cooked .. just warm.. I think there is something wrong with their ovens. That's too bad because I really like their pizza but can no longer order from them.. I'm gonna have to do 2 for 1 pizza or pizza hut from now on .. disappointing 😞

Hi there, Im a fan of Pizzaville. Ive ordered here for years. I truely enjoy the taste of your pizza. I used to order at least once a week. I always choose in the app for my pizza to be 'well done'. (I dont mind a few burnt spots.) Because there have been a few times my pizza is uncooked in the middle, leaving the first few bites sort of a raw floppy and slimey pizza... even though I choose this, its basically a 50/50 chance my pizza is cooked in the middle. This is a reoccuring issue thats been happening for years. I hope this can be resolved in the future but I wont be ordering from here for a while. (At least the bracebridge location)
Pretty impressed with this location as they make some nice Pizza for a Franchise chain.It was fresh with crunchy crust overall best & best we can say.
When the delivery driver complains because you didn't tip them the amount the last person did, then proceeds to inform you that he takes stuff such as drinks and dips to give to high tipping customers for free... then continued to complain about the distance he had to drive to deliver a gross burnt but still uncooked somehow pizza to me like it's not his job. I ordered because earlier today a rep dropped off flyers and I figured why not give em a shot, those flyers have since been placed into the fire bin and destroyed, I will not recommend this place for anybody staying at our motel. The business practice here is shameful at best.
This was the worst experience I have ever had with any company ever. Today at the motel I work at they dropped off some flyers so the new manager and I decided to suggest them to a guest and try ourselves. To start the driver demands a 10 tip, got rude when he didn't get it, the guest we suggested try was left in tears after being told they are too poor for pizza (exact words from the person taking the order) and to cap it off one pizza is burn and the other still doughy. Never again save your money don't order from them.
Pretty impressed with this location as they make some nice Pizza for a Franchise chain. Much better than most locations in Toronto so we’d definitely order from here again when we’re up North 👌🏼

Amazing customer service and the staff are very friendly. The pizza was cooked to perfection every time. I usually place my order for pick up and there has never been an issue ever. Once in a while, when the weather is bad my family and I would order deliver, and even in a snowstorm the staff were amazing. I highly recommend this location.
Just average. The artisan pizzas are terrible. Nice employee but had a hard time getting the order done anywhere close to on time

Im a huge fan of the deep fried panzorotti. I dont have a pizzaville where I live so I stopped in here when I was in the area. Every bit as good as I remember.
Ordered online 1hr ahead of time. Arrived 5 min before pick up to find order out order wasnt started. Waited 20 min for pizza to be made. Offered a free dipping sauce. What a joke. They are good at taking the order but bad at the most important part - fulfilling the order. Dont order online.

Worst pizza ever! Pizzaville is usually my go to but this was my first time at the Bracebridge location. We waited for slices as they only had 1 cheese slice available at 3:00 on a Friday (with 5-6?employees in site)!! I prepaid for them while I was waiting and didn t see them before they were bagged up for us. The lady working there clearly has no sense of urgency as she was the slowed Pizzaville employee I have EVER seen!!! When we opened the bag in the car the pizza was completely undercooked, there was WAY to much sauce on it (literally sauce slid off slice and pooled in bottom of bag) and the undercooked crust was as thin as paper!! I never would have bought these slices had I saw them before hand! We threw them out they were so bad! Will NOT be returning to the Bracebridge location!!

This location used to be our favourite pizza! But the last 2 times they were quite bad - dry, not hot when picked up on time, and skimpy on toppings. Hoping they were just 2 bad nights, so well maybe try one more time.
Just order my last pie from bracebridge store. VERY VERY HORRIBLE .did not listen to my order. Did not get what I ask for after telling them about my previous pizza was not what I ask for as well.Never again store SUCKS.
Very professional and patient service from the young gentleman for a group of us that changed their orders multiple times. The pizza, by the way, was excellent. Were definitely coming back!

Used to be my go to pizza order in Bracebridge for over 10 years but the ownership changed and the ingredients in the pizza have aswell. The worst part for me is the sauce now has random tomato chunks in it rather than just being sauce. It really is a shame I used to order from these guys every week but they dont seem too keen on feedback
I have never seen anyone eating in the restaurant, but this place is a powerhouse on the take-out and delivery front. Consistent high quality for a fast food place. Great staff and lots of options. What more can you want?
Stopped in on a us trip to Toronto. Staff was busy and very polite during my visit. Service was excellent. The slice of pizza...oh, it was a great slice of pizza. Perfectly made and it tasted great.

I like the variety of toppings and the price is pretty good but the quality seems to be hit or miss. Sometimes its great and other times it isnt. Ive never had a pizza that was terrible but sometimes its just okay.

Food was good! Ordered delivery, and the delivery man knocked on my door ferociously and I got to the door in less than 30 seconds, but before I could get to the door he had opened it up for him self and just welcomed himself into our house!

This location cannot seem to get things right. Not sure why my online order took 40 minutes on a 20 minute pickup. If I had to guess, it appears they forgot my order until I arrived to pick it up, then quickly made it = 40 not 20 minute order. Each time this location finds another way to mess up and we keep giving them another chance. Will no longer accept wrong orders, consistently late pickup orders, or poor quality Pizzas. We are done with this franchise and have deleted our Pizzaville App. There are other pizza places in town.
We have ordered from Pizzaville many times in many different locations. This is by far the worst I have ever had. Crust tasted like a cheap pre-made crust. Lack of toppings and not even the same taste as I am used to from every other pizzaville Ive been to. Will not return to this store. For the price I could have bought many frozen pizzas and had the same satisfaction.
Ordered pizza last night. Average at best. Used to be very good but has changed hands so many times not even close to what it used to be. We ordered normal tomato sauce on the pizza and got what looked like diced tomatoes for a sauce. This isn t bruschetta.
Ordered a Pennsylvania for delivery at 10:18 and they close at 11 they didnt feel like delivering it so they canceled the order add 1125 And didnt even call me to let me know was waiting at work

Tried pizzaville twice now and both times items were forgotten (pop and dips) that I had to go back for. Pizza quality didnt make up for it. Not going back.
With the way the world is right now, I expected my pizza to take forever but they where rather quick! The pizza was delicious and they offered free social distancing pizza so I didnt have to make direct contact with me!

Worst ponzo ever, I ordered one with extra sauce on the side, and so she puts no sauce on the inside, and marinara sauce as a side, like seriously how did that old lady cooking it even think that was remotely close?

Very disappointing! Ordered pizza and wings. Ordered pizza well done and wings crispy and emphasized this to both the girl and guy working the counter three times. Guess what I got, soggy uncooked pizza and wings that were the most disgusting I have ever seen. Ended up throwing them away as we noticed this only when we got back to our hotel room. Last time we go there for anything.
Delivery was 30 minutes late, pizza was cold, wings were not good supposed to be crispy but ended up more like soggy and garlic bread was harder than a rock
Ordered ground beef, bacon and extra cheese. Drove an hour home to find that it did have those toppings AND mushrooms, LOTS of red onions and LOTS of ranch sauce all over it. Mushrooms would not have been to bad, but we dont like onions on pizza and I HATE ranch dressing. Dinner went in the garbage.
Have ordered from Pizzaville a few times and it seems to be hit and miss. Sometimes it s hot and fresh where other times it is barely warm. Best advice.....walk in, order and wait 15 min. Ask for walk in special

Worst customer service, I called them twice and they hangup right when I was about to place my order.
We ve been ordering pizza from them for a while now but I feel the quality is a bit different From before. It tastes like an actual pizza and their service is a lot quicker and friendlier than before. I would definitely stop by when in town again.

We frequent the Pizzaville in Bracebridge Ontario.....this rating is solely for that location as Im sure they all vary in service and quality...we have always had amazing pizza from this location, their ingredients are always fresh and abundant....we always order online & pick up our order....honestly the best fast food type pizza we have ever had!!!

Needs to be renovated. Service was ok, nothing special. Wings under cooked, had to ask to be put back in the oven. Pizza was good but I ve had better in other locations....lots of staff working and it s a busy location.

We dont order takeout very often, so it is considered a treat to us- the last time we ordered pizza we got it from Pizzaville and it was just ok, but we decided to give them another chance. Last night we ordered pizza late in the evening (arrived by delivery at 8:30pm): a large pizza, 4 garlic strips and wings. The delivery driver was wonderful and pleasent (which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1) Our pizza, unfortunately for us, was still raw in the center and the toppings were not cooked. I used my pizza stone and tried to fix the situation, and although it did crisp up the top and cook the toppings, the pizza crust itself was mush. Very disappointing for us. The wings were ok and the garlic strips were about a 5/10. I am sorry to say that I will now be ordering from Dominos or 241. I am not sure why our pizza came delivered to us not cooked but unfortunately it has forever turned us off Pizzaville.
