i always order here from doordash , and everytime it’s so good
Great food (Opinion) but small unkept tile floor and client testimonials since a buying when they opened and when i went their from highschool. It hasnt really changed too much other their was a two table chair/arm chair thing.. they eventually got rid of it. Their was a dark past also to this store as they dealt drugs called (Ordering a "Heavy Pizza")
I’m not the one who leave negative reviews but after working 12 hours shift placed an pickup order at 8:50pm 9:18pm arrived at store just to hear that they didn’t get the order but after few seconds she came back with my order recipt saying can you wait 15 minutes no explanation no apologies or anything.
This pizza place is pretty good! The crust is perfectly crispy, and the toppings are fresh and generous. The service was quick, making it a great option for a casual meal or takeout. Definitely worth a visit!
The crust was really wierd. It was like a sort of super wheaty crustyness but we didnt order that. Update** the last couple times we tried to order it has been really great. They make panzerotti's amazingly well! The driver is courteous and friendly.
The gentleman was working hard to get the orders done and keeping people happy. I didn't find anything special about the pizza, no different than our usual places. It was delicious food

I was visiting muskoka with my family, we thought we should try pizza from this location, because i have tried other locations. So, I ordered chicken pizza . First service was very slow, they just ignore you like you are invisible.Second, pizza was tasteless, crust was hard to chew. Food
Hands down my favourite pizza spot across bracebridge and surrounding area. Just the right amount of everything and not too much of anything. On a side note I travel lots and happen to eat pizza all the time so I do have quiet a palate. These guys truly know whats up!!!

Just called to order a pizza for pick up and you can t speak to the person working at the actual pizza place. So I spoke to an operator and he said yep come pick it up in 20 minutes. But for some reason this town decides to have a Santa Claus parade at rush hour on a Friday so the whole street is closed and the 2 streets parallel on either side are also closed so you can t park anywhere near it. So i tried to change my order for delivery and they said it s atleast a 60 minute wait. I realize the odds of this situation happening to someone are low but I m not stoked at all lol especially because the lady working customer service said there s nothing she can do about it. And the operator should be aware that the town is having a parade and to tell people if they re picking up to come on foot. Very unsatisfied
We have tried many other pizzas in Bracebridge but I have to say this is the best pizza place in town. These pizzas, the 2-4-1 Tuesday special is the best deal going , the best tasting ingredients, the friendliest staff, the easiest to order over the phone . Our family is very grateful with the new management and the service they are providing in this time. Thanks gang !
241 pizza has a amazing service not even service there food quality also commendable. There is a one manager who s name is Vishal he s very kindly and friendly too

Ordered a pizza was made in 15 mins , pizza was okay but noticed crust to be blah and kinda dry , once pizza was cold it went stale and totally he trash ... I like cold pizza ..
Oh blimey! I tried and I felt in love. The pizza that i had ordered was completely satisfactory. The crust was really well done and crispy as i had expected. Texture was tempting. Best pizza place in town. Must try when you visit Muskoka. Delivers so quickly Affordable price I really appreciate you guys.
Weve ordered their pizza quite a bit in the last two years. The pizza itself is fantastic. I have taken one star away because we tried their poutine tonight as well and it was awful. I ended up throwing it out. Something in it was off. Still if youre ordering pizza itself its been great every time.

So delicious! I ordered 241 pizza for the first time last night and it was amazing. Probably my favourite pizza place in town now. I was so impressed with the pizza and wings. Pizza tasted delicious, extra cheese was amazing. Pineapple tasted like real fresh pineapple. Wings weren t cooked as much as I wanted them to be but they were still really good!! I think I ll order from 241 Pizza from now on

Probably the worst wheel in town, however still very passable, theres just better tadting options. Good option for a quick easy Tuesday night when they have the special.

I ordered for pick up they said twenty minutes I got there twenty five minutes later and they hadn t even put the pizza in yet it took over an hour and the pizza wasn t worth the wait.

Best Pizza in Bracebridge hands down. They may not have a wood oven, they may not have 100 toppings, but what they do have is Vishal. Since Vishal started running this location I have consistently had perfect pizzas every week. The dough is perfect, the crust is perfect, generous amount of toppings. He greets me like a life long friend, knows what my usual order is and will call me to double check toppings if ive forgotten something. A true gem in the franchise world. I only wish he would open a MR.SUB! ;)
Picked up a slice after work tonight and was extremely pleased with the welcome from the staff! Was apprehensive to even go in after my last experience. Glad to hear management is new!

I usually dont go to this place but after new management, this place has been changed totally. The pizza was fresh and the staff was very friendly. I will be looling forward to come here again. I highly suggest this place to my network.

When we ordered, they told us it should be approx 45 minutes until our pizza was delivered. 45 minutes later, we received a phone call from the owner apologizing as he only had one staff member and was very busy. He told us our pizza would be another 15 minutes and offered us free dips to make up for it. The pizza came shortly after. It was hot, and perfectly cooked and delicious! Thank you for making it right. I would absolutely order from 241 again. Things dont always go as planned. They offered great customer service and great food!

The family that runs this pizza store could not be nicer, kinder, decent and more pleasant if they tried. The food is always delicious. The service is excellent and the professionalism and customer experience is the reason this is the only pizza place I recommend. I wish more businesses were like this!
The panzerotti is amazing
This was my favorite place in town until they started hiring new ppl to make the pizza... the pizza was once thick, perfectly cooked and delicious now it is thin, very greasy can see through top of bag, crust is burnt... get the old pizza maker back...
