Bill's Pizza & Restaurant in Bracebridge

Was supper sketchy ordered over the phone extremely cheese pepperoni and mushroom pizza some slices had no toppings other then cheese and the slices that did that toppings had 1 or 2 small mushrooms and I pepperoni not worth 35 dollars for a large pizza

Fo you remember the days that you could order a pizza in Bracebridge past 7:00 on a Saturday night? Ah, the good ole days

We have an annual get together, and we ALWAYS start with pizza at Bills Pizza!

First off loved Bills eaten there a lot over the years. Second this place does not serve rice..Italian eatery serve pasta or risotto. Rice isnt even on the menu..Bill deserves better customers.

Awful food! I have been eating there every now and then since the 1990 s we ordered and picked up today for a quick dinner, we have not eaten there in years. We had souvlaki dinner as we have had since the beginning of time. I took my first bite of the souvlaki and it was charbroiled fat and gristle my second bite was tough as nails, the salad was off too and all of it was not fit for consumption. We ended up throwing it out, I don t expect top quality but this was ridiculous. The food was much better previous owners for sure, I do miss that ! I would not recommend Bills Pizza big disappointment !

I was able to call ahead and are food was prepared when we arrived, table was set and the service was awesome. The food was awesome as well. Chatting with the cook, and the other employees. Nothing but satisfaction.. thank you for the great experience. Parking: There is parking and they are also on the main street so plenty of parking around and close by. Kid-friendliness: They were awesome with are 4 children. The kids loved it . Wheelchair accessibility: Yes .

If you enjoy a plate of spaghetti and meat balls, you must try Bills!!! It honestly is the best I have ever had in my 60 year life! And I love my spaghetti and meat balls! Try it out, Im sure you wont regret it!

This was our family of 5 s first and last experience. I ordered the chicken souvlaki dinner ($24) . Not worth the cost and definitely not a good value, given the amount they serve nor the quality. The chicken was okay , however the taste and texture of both the rice and salad were off , in which my husband agreed after tasting it. The rice was mushy and tasted awful. Also, the amount of rice and salad portions served was so little, it was definitely not a good value; I ve never been served such tiny portions of rice/salad before you should be embarrassed. The potatoes did not have much flavoring (for Greek) and looked dried out as if they had been sitting awhile. Needless to say, I only had a bite of the chicken, a bite of rice and a bite of potato, before deciding to send it back. I was polite in explaining why I was sending it back when asked. I was okay to just grab something else to eat somewhere else and leave it at that. However, I was not expecting the reaction or indignant attitude I received. why didn t I like it,? what didn t I like about it? . I was then told that they don t understand why I didn t like it because everyone loves (their) souvlaki dinner (apparently). When it came time to pay it seemed a bit high. After my husband paid I decided to ask to see the receipt. I was told up front that they didn t charge for my meal. However, after seeing the receipt it showed an extra $12 open food charge? Half of what my meal would have cost. When I asked about it, I was then told that they have to charge me something because they couldn t charge me nothing . Huh? I did not eat anything other then a bite of chicken, rice and potato before sending it back and said I was sending it back. I only gave a 2 stars for food because my son liked his fish and chips and you can t go too wrong with fries. You should listen to your customers feedback and not get so defensive next time. It s poor business practice to charge people for sending food back that was not eaten for reasons related to quality. We could accept everything else, but the deal breaker for us was being charged for food that was sent back and attitude. Needless to say, we won t be back.

I Had pasta great sauce. I will go there again I will prabley get a pizza next time Parking: Not much in front or on the side best too park on Willis St.

The kitchen staff was lovely. The pizza was hot and fresh. The waitress was courteous. But that s where it ends. Wait times to take our order, bring out food, bring a box were ridiculously long and there was only 1 other family eating at the same time. The vegetable with the hot turkey sandwich felt like canned vegetables. Rice with the souvlaki was overcooked while the chicken and potatoes felt like a bucket of salt. Too bad I really wanted to like the place.

Great pizza always but the chicken souvlaki dinner deluxe is the superstar of the menu.

It was the end of the lunch rush, so it wasnt too busy. The restaurant was clean. We were greet upon arrival and was served promptly. Only ordered a fries with gravy. They were good and hot. We took our food to go and enjoyed it outside. My only complaint was that there was not quite enough gravy for the amount of fries. It was a good portion of fries and the price was decent.

I came here on the way to Sudbury with 4 young children and the restaurant provided excellent and speedy service. The staff was very patient and friendly as some of the children are picky eaters. The quality of food is excellent and everyone loved the wings and pizza!

This is one of our favorite goto places to eat. They have a wide selection of choices. My favorites are the chicken parmisan and the fish and chips. The restaurant is pretty basic but the staff are wonderful. Their delivery hours are great.

Sorry but as much as I like to support local business this was the WORST takeout meal. Ordered souvlaki on a bun and fries. First of all the bun was so soggy you couldnt even pick it up to eat it, it just fell apart into a pile of mush. The tzatziki sauce was bland and tasted like straight up sour cream and the fries were overcooked and yet they too were soggy. Nothing greek about this meal. Save your money and make your own.

I didnt get to order but when I called the staff was very confused at there hours of operation, I assum one of the managers came on the phone after no one could give me an answer, after I had talked to this person they were also very confused telling me that they might be open or they might be closed. They then repeated to me for the 3rd time what do you want I repeated my question I wanted pizza but need to know when they were closing they had told me that they would not wait around for me and they were closing g. Very confusing people to deal with, I will try and order some other time I guess!

Got fish n chips , fish was good chips were ok. $16 for 2 pics of haddock. Not many local restaurants open so at least we got a bite before hitting the highway back home

Fabulous service and food was excellent. Had excellent pizza & went back the next night for roast beef with the rest of my family. Kids ordered pizza & again, was very good. Good portions & will go back whenever we are north again.

Love this place

I ordered a turkey club sandwich from their premium sandwiches on their menu the other day. The turkey was a thin slice of lunch meat. Also one piece of bacon didnt help this very sad looking sandwich that was $14 plus tax. Not acceptable! The server was great and thats the only reason Im giving 2 stars. We will not return.

Its the best club sandwich Ive had outside of Montreal. Im back for my second one in 2 weeks. Lovely staff (Victoria) took care of us and now Im excited for my second sandwich. They roast the turkey in-house and follow the Montreal style of club sandwich beautifully. Ill snap a photo of my sandwich and fries. Im so excited for my second one! Even half the sandwich looks huge! They put the Mayo and the gravy on the side for us as requested. Cant wait to go back again!

The food here is excellent. I had the Bavarian pasta..excellent and lots. My husband had the Hot Hamburger he loved it. The pizza smelled so good we ordered one for later..

Wish I could rate less. For a town when you can get anywhere in less than 15 minutes from downtown Gravenhurst to Taboo Resort that s ridiculous how do they expect to make any money. That s fine! We have 15 people here wanting to order food! They lost their money there! But they don t drive past 8 minutes away from their location! Horrible customer service! I ll drop by tomorrow in person and post another review if all goes well!

Bills is a fabulous place for lunch or dinner. The food is very good. There is a good selection of menu items and the Pizza is great The service is friendly and fast given the food is fresh.

The Salads are good the pizza is great ,the sandwiches are great especially the club sandwich ,the BLT sandwich and hot chicken sandwich yuummm!

Ordred a cheese burger an spouce got a chicken burger. Just the both alone an 2 sprits. Came to 25$ a little pricy. Quality is okay tho.

Loved the Pizza here! We ate here while planning our wedding and decided to order a bunch of pizzas for the day after our wedding at Camp Muskoka which was AWESOME! Bills Pizza is great and our wedding guests loved it and they delivered it to us on site!

This pizza restaurant has been a staple in Bracebridge. The good news they serve much more than pizza...good food with casual dress everyday!

Perfect place for pizza and salad! The pizzas are huge! Their medium is the size of every one elses large! I ordered way to much food! I was happy to support a small business at this time and would love to eat here again if I ever come back to the Muskokas!

Food was served promptly. Food was good. Room is cold. We did mention a concern with one of our meals and were dismissed as a too bad. Being shut down when the meat was overdone was not the greatest customer experience. Bit of a yuck really. Family of 4 eats for $90.00 which was pretty pricey for a mid week meal. Mixed vegetables consisted of frozen corn niblets. They have amazing amazing .

Great place to eat. They have a liquor license so you can have a drink as well. Great diner style atmosphere, great food. I used to live in Bracebridge 2 minutes walk away so this was my preferred spot. Cant say enough good things. Paul the owner is often there working and is a great guy. Prices are very reasonable as well. And they have a lot more than pizza!

Visited twice now. First time was fish and chips. Fish was delicious but chips were terrible. Second time liver and onions. Liver was delicious and fries were terrible. Carrots had been in water all day.

Quality not as good as their other place.

Mostly, I love this place!!! The food is good and the prices are good too!! On Tuesday evenings a group if us go mostly for pizza.....it use to be done so efficiently!! But lately, there is a new server who messes something up every week!! Sometimes its a few people dont get what they ask for, some have just been getting their food when the majority if us are almost done, or things are forgotten all together!! Some in our group are getting tired of this and gave suggested we go elsewhere!! Its a tough decision since weve been coming here for many years!!

Their Greek is the only Pizza Ive tried & Im nuts about it. The cheese is so thick n cheesy. The combo of that with the olives, onion etc...Mercy! Its good stuff people!

Stayed the night in Bracebridge and went here for dinner the food was good and prices were good the waitress was awful she acted like we were a bother we had to ask a few times for the same things she never came back to see how things were I said I didnt want tomatoes in my chef salad she said they didnt put tomatoes in the chef salad when my salad came it had tomatoes in it I told her the salad was to have no tomatoes she asked me if I could pick the tomatoes out when I said no I want a new salad she was mad and there were fruit flies all over not sure why

My favorite pizza place. Great size, toppings and crust are fantastic and I find the price to be pretty good. I dont have much eat in experience, the couple times I have been there, it was clean, service fast and friendly and great food.. of course.

have been coming here for years...food is always good and consistent. Some staff are very friendly and some act like you are bothering them...we keep coming back because of the food and we tip accordingly depending on the service.

Im in town from alberta and Ive had pizza from every corner of this country, so while I was looking for supper I wanted pizza Im so glad I called Bills pizza my far the best pizza Ive had in a very very long time from Ontario to British columbia Bills is tops in my books very fresh & homemade great job

I had the chicken souvlaki. It was good. My husband had the two piece fish and chips. The fish was low quality and it was more batter than fish. My son had a Pogo which was $4.50 and it didnt come with any type of side dish. Overall, just okay food at an okay price. Probably wouldnt go back.

Wonderful meal and great service. We arrived and the place filled up after us within 20 min. It was obvious they were receiving numerous calls for take out and delivery as well. Kitchen and staff must have been swamped. We ordered spanakopita and a pizza. Service was fast and our drinks were frequently replenished. 1.5 hours later we left after enjoying wonderful service and terrific food. They even apologized as one of their servers didnt show. Amazing staff and great food in a casual atmosphere. We will be back!
