Pathetic and resist place. We ordered brownies with vanilla ice cream for take out for our daughter. Stupid staff forgot to give ice cream. On the top of that they did not put spoon. zero stars for pathetic service. Dear owner please give your staff proper training.

I came here with my fiancée and the pace is good,it s too bad that the old help is gone and that s what turned me off.i order from here when I m with my fiancée and the food is great.( I used to come here and eat with my fiancée in January,so I m really sad that the original employees are gone,they really made me feel welcomed)I even heard it s not busy in there when I walk in and that was so strange because they re usually busy,but now I ve heard things have gone downhill so I a little sad because it was great when my fiancée worked here and now,it s going downhill so yeah,I m a little disappointed.(I really love the food at BP)

Had the spaghetti with meatballs the pasta was not fully cooked chicken pecan salad was missing the mozzarella cheese, and the container was not as full as it should be garlic toast was burned

The service was horrible. Our waiter didnt even come to our table once waiting for straws and menu. I will never go there again. And the place was not even busy at all, horrible.

Not happy with this location as they do not offer an Appy Hour menu like Gravenhurst. I am a senior and Gravenhurst has many seniors who come daily to enjoy the Appy Hour affordable menu. Its a good outing for seniors

Horrible early dinner. Food was less than mediocre. Baked wings were rubbery. They messed up one of the orders and the replacement sucked. The side dish wasn t right. They messed up the kids order. Never offered refills on our drinks, and just a general lack of service. Hopefully this was a one-off, because I genuinely like BP, but this was bad and a waste of $130. Even my 7 year old was disappointed.

At the price of food lately. Your company needs to make sure what was paid for is in the order made. Items are missing in my order, and Im 20 minutes away. Do better.

I know its not shrinkflation because Ive been to the Boston pizza in gravenhurst many times recently. The bracebridge one is the worst Boston pizza Ive been to across all of Canada. Their portions are substantially smaller then any other Boston pizza. With staff that could care less to be working there. Do not order any entrees or appetizers. You will not get quality food. Jim treliving would be genuinely disappointed that you are operating the way you are.

It is almost 11 pm and we were driving from Brampton with bunch of seniors. No washrooms on the way was open. Called up this restaurant and a fine gentleman Daniel answered it and I requested him if they allow dine in. Hearing his tone I just wanted to say the truth I asked him if I can use the washrooms. He was kind enough to allow 8 people to use to the washrooms. Once I walked in he clearly said plz dont order anything you are free to use the washrooms. We ordered salted caramel cookie with ice cream. Departed with thanks and relief. Thank you.. It is instance like these that defines humanity. Thank you Daniel

Waitress was very attentive, and well mannered. My daughter and I enjoyed our meals, they were delicious. Atmosphere was very good, felt comfortable.

Great food, great atmosphere. Waiter was attentive & courteous but didnt seem to enthusiastic to be there. Overall though an enjoyable experience.

Very nice dinner

Food was tasteless. Service was awkward, but fine. We got the chicken Alfredo fettuccine; which was tasteless. The Thai chicken wrap; it was HUGE and hard to eat. It wasn t tossed, so you get a bite of lettuce and then a bite of chicken separately. We also got two kid meals, they were good but we had to remind the server about the ice cream that came with the meal. Overall a disappointing experience

Dont order anything Chicken it comes from Sysco in a bag , although it looks like pieces of Chicken, I can assure you that it definitely in NOT Chicken. Its disgusting. The dog wouldnt even go near it. These companies need to get back to the basics of cooking food, versus microwaving bagged items in the kitchen.

We were a family of 4, seated right away. The food was okay, it was unfortunately overshadowed by a pretty bad service. We waited 20-25 minutes before anyone even got our drink orders. Thankfully we already knew what we wanted, so we put it all in at the same time. And then at the end we felt like we were rushed out, not even getting a dessert order in. Our waitress apparently left midway through our meal and it felt like we were being chased out.

They have no green olives for pizza. This is a deal breaker for me.

Pasta was decent. Cesar salad made me cry. Ice cream was not proportioned, it was only half a scoop, and the brownie had more ice cream then the actual ice cream. But other then that the waiters were extremely nice .

The ice cream is to small in the picture it is 3 scoops and we got half of the scoop and the the brownie got more ice cream than the ice cream Sunday got but the server was really nice

Pretty average Boston Pizza. Service was slow and spotty despite the restaurant being less than half full. Food was fine - exactly what youd expect. Everything was clean.

Had a conference in bracebridge and came here because it was the only place open after 8 pm on a Wednesday on our way up. Ordered the Thai shrimp bites. the flavor was ok . Portion huge. Food was cold. Others I was with also had Cold wings and chicken Thai bites. And said pizza was also not great. Service was good

Went to eat last night was not pleased took forever to get order taken when I finally got my food it was wrong and the fries where cold. At one point my wife asked someone a question she did not even get finished and they walked away before she could finish. Had issue at Huntsville location thought I would try Bracebridge not any better!

Terrible experience! Went for lunch today with a coworker. He ate half of his burger and told staff it tasted like freezer burn. My salad was gross! And chicken was very dry and flavorless. Noisy environment with disheartened staff. Lunch bill was $70 and neither of us left satisfied. Will not be going back.

I took the wife for lunch and the food was great and our server was very pleasant, we have been there a bunch of times and will continue to go there so definitely recommend

Excellent food and atmosphere. Staff are always attentive to our needs. Friendly. Helpful. Sign up for their BP program and get notices about offers plus free dessert for your birthday (with several weeks to use it!!). Super close to Walmart, Dollar Store, and Home Depot, to mention a few.

When ordering I specifically asked if a meal was spicy as I do not tolerate it well. After being told it was not spicy I ordered it and was disappointed when I couldnt eat more then a couple bites because it was too spicy.. the waitress ended up bringing me another sandwich (without fries) but charged us for both meals... she also forgot the Bandera bread we ordered... the hostesses was really nice but disappointed with my service..

Vegetarian options: Go for medditarian as well as vegetarian pizza Food

Karson the manager helped me with my catering order and it was fabulous- everyone enjoyed the Mac and cheese and garden salad.

I have been to several Boston Pizza restaurants and have never had a negative experience like I had at the Boston Pizza in Bracebridge. Carsen (the owner) had the opportunity to rectify our experience however he pugnaciously refused by sarcastically stating we wont be receiving a refund or a credit towards our next visit. I dont know where Carsen learned how to run a business, but he certainly lacks skill in managing customers concerns and feedback by becoming efficasiously defensive and unapologetic for his staff and cooks errors. Coming from a family that owns several businesses and have been successfully running them for over 30 years, this is no way to treat customers and it is certainly not a way to receive repeat or future customers. I would not recommend eating at this Boston Pizza. Here are a few reasons why: -Owner lacks customer service skills -Owner will not make it right if there is a problem with your order or food -The food is undercooked and soggy -Charged for food that wasnt ordered -Staff is unorganized & forgot to place our order with the kitchen staff -We had to wait for the staff to place the order again. -Our young children didnt get to eat until 9:30 due to the staffs mistake -Order was incorrect -Customer pays for staffs mistakes -Owner refused to apologize -Owner outright refused to offer any compensation -Owner was extremely sarcastic and belligerent Management and owners can make a world of a difference and receive repeat customers when an unsatisfactory experience occurs, however if the owner (Carsen) is unwilling to apologize and outright refuse to do anything for the customer they will unfortunately receive a decline in the amount of customers in the future. Carsen also sarcastically encouraged me to write a review.

Food is the usual road house stuff BUT they do have a gluten Free menu if you ask for it.

This place is by far the worst Boston pizza I have ever been to in my entire I can not believe a franchise would allow such people to work there! The manager and bartender I believe their names were Joe and zack displayed not only homophobia but also had a problem with the fact I could not eat bacon!! When I informed the bartender of this he proceeded to say he does not like to waste alcohol and made my friend purchase the drink instead. Then slammed my new drink infront of me aggressively and stormed off .not only was it an inconvenience for him to serve us every time we ordered anything it came with a side of attitude! He also cut us off after a few drink while we displayed no signs of being intoxicated while tables around us ordered 5x the alcohol and we re screaming and rowdy!! We then attempted to voice our frustration to the manager Joe she immediately took his side!! Getting rude and equally aggressive. We decided to pay our bills and leave when we did, the bartender decided to make homophobic comments and tell us not to come back!!! Mind you we work here from out of town and spend 50-100 a day for TWO WEEKS HERE!!! Unbelievable

Stopped in for a Guinness, gin and tonic, and honey and garlic wings. All good.

Ordered a large spicy perogy pizza with chicken for delivery. Arrived without any cheddar, green onion, or sour cream. When I bit into it, there was so little garlic sauce or cactus cut potatoes that it felt super bland. Compare my picture against the online menu, the photos dont lie. I used to come to BP specifically for this pizza, but the quality has gone downhill. This cost almost $60 after tax and tip; dont waste your money.

I have met with rude service the last three visits which indicates to me it is a company culture issue since it has been different people each time. It is a very convenient rest stop for us when we travel North but they continually seem overwhelmed and understaffed. I have all the patience for that when met with transparency and kindness but acting like I am inconveniencing their business with my patronage has guaranteed I won t be back.

Met up with a friend for lunch. Not much of a deal for their lunch special, so, we opted to share a pizza. Since we are both on a watch what you eat for your health as per our doctors orders we went for the cauliflower crusted pizza with mushrooms and green peppers for our toppings. When we informed our waitress that we were sharing the pizza she was like oh, and gave us a funny look. As she was getting ready to walk away she said no sides or a salad? Umm I guess she could have been double checking with us but, pretty sure we are old enough to have said if we wanted anything else. But, all in all, she was polite and at least smiled. Service was pretty quick. Have to say I personally did not really care for the cauliflower crust. Will have to double check to see if they have a thin crust option as that is better than the regular crust. Otherwise, I will order something else instead.

Portion size for chicken thai bites was brutal. Paid $17 for a small chicken breast cut into thin overcooked slices. ( 6 small / thin) Supposed to feed 2 people. Salad was really wet Kids meal was decent.

Worst service took 30 minutes just to take order, other 30 minutes to prepare and it was so rude

Took my grandmother and daughter to lunch here today. Unfortunately service was mediocre and we did spend almost 5 minutes waiting at the front to be seated. Then when we got home about an hour later we spent the remainder of the evening with upset stomachs and in the washroom. Little sad to have just wasted $70 on lunch. Such a waste

Food isnt bad but every time I order through Skip The Dishes theres something missing from my order, or it simply does not arrive.

I m shocked- the service was some of the worst I have ever received. We waited long to be seated, waited to get our drinks/ food order. We ordered everything at once. After the waitress brought out drinks she never came back. After we finished our meals we finally just got up to leave. We waited at the front to pay- three children were waiting to order their dessert, our waitress came to the front and when she saw us asked how many for lunch? I told her she was our server and we wanted to just pay so we could leave. Our order went in at 13:26 and we payed at 14:23. Almost an hour without any attention or service. Plus side- food was good!

i can t stress enough how horrible this restaurant is. hair is always in my food, atmosphere is eerie, and the food is constantly unappetizing. i wish i could say better due to how sweet the workers usually always are. not even a month ago me and a couple of friends ordered nachos, went home throwing up. same deal with the pizza a few months ago.

Ate there today for lunch with the family. I got the honey dill fried chicken sandwich and it was very tough and chewy in the middle. Service was okay, a bit slow.

Well. Where to beginning.. we went to BP because a friend suggested it. Menu prices were crazy high.. I ordered an individual small pizza .. 8 for $14 because thats like the cheapest thing I could order. But server put in the order for the small size.. 10 for like $18. At the end, she still charged me like $22 with taxes and tip... for a 10. I could get a large pepperoni pizza for $10 elsewhere.. So disappointed.

My order was finally ready 1/2 hour after expected pick up time. When I got home I realized my pizza wasnt even fully baked. Had to finish baking it using my own oven. This place used to be half decent.

If youre seeing customers and closing the doors at 10.19 Pm to make an order then why dont you guys put open Sign untill 11 pm. Be professional

Definitely will be going back! Kid-friendliness: We had a larger group and they were great with making sure the kids had lots of napkins;) and everyone had colouring stuff! Sept 2022: Still great. Good food and good customer service. We love coming here when we come up to visit family. Clean restaurant and great atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful, but not annoying and in your face . They did Last Call at like 10:30pm though? Maybe because its a small town? Still great though!

Parking: Not the greatest parking lot because its usually 95% full so you might have to park in the other lot thats right across the way so its a little further to walk and its directly through a relatively busy parking lot Wheelchair accessibility: Only about 5 wheelchair parking spots but theyre close to the sidewalk so youre not having to maneuver through parked cars

My first time here, the place was packed, there was a wait time to get in. The manager did everything he could to accommodate everyone quickly and efficiently. Food and service was great. Came back again the following weekend. Would definitely recommend this place.

Went here after a long day at Santa s Village and they did not disappoint. My family and I did not have a reservation and they were able to seat us very quickly. They were quick and efficient and had excellent service. The food was delicious and came out perfect, no complaints!

Well, there is some work here to sort out. Trouble hiring staff. Food was ok but chicken was dry and over cookod. Sause was greate, noodles excellent. Overall not bad but needs more workers..

2nd post, Had another visit this weekend and service was great. Good waitress that was fast and friendly. Food was served hot and plenty to eat. Beer cold. Wing are really good and I love the chips. 1st post, The food was great and out in a timely manner but our waitress really needs a better attitude! I dont normally center out staff but Cassie H really seems to have a chip on her shoulders. You can have a bad day but when your relying on tips try at least smiling and act like you appreciate having a job. Having cold service really took away from the experience.
