I wish they delivered directly to your house. Every time I order it seems like they go beyond the time that is listed on the pick up online.
Was told 2 outa 3 items i tried to order in store were not available tonight due to staff shortages. Also the 20+ minute wait time for the one item i did order was less then ideal aswell. Not a good experience.

This place is awful. Staff do NOT speak English and cough on your food order. Public health should close this location! Do not go here
I took Chicago style , wings and stuff crust yesterday 👌🏻 it was quite busy there was a line up and only 2 people was handling quite fast. Very happy with my Order thank you i preffer must visit try.
HORRIBLE customer service!!! Placed an order for pick up. 1 stuffed crust, 1 regular crust, 2 orders of bread sticks & wings. Called back not even 1min after placing the order to cancel JUST the regular crust pizza. It took me calling them 8 times for them to finally pick up again. The lady over the phone was so rude saying it was already in the oven so I couldn’t cancel it, I was super apologetic even suggesting if they just put it in their case in hopes they could sell it that way. She said no because it was stuffed crust, I said “well that’s funny it’s a good thing I did call back because my order would have been wrong anyways because that pizza was supposed to be regular crust”…. The lady then argued with me insisted that I was lying and was only saying that because I wanted to cancel that pizza…. When that was clearly not the case so I simply said “fine I will just cancel the WHOLE order”. The lady was so rude and said “That’s fine I don’t care” then hung up on me. Clearly this location doesn’t care about customers satisfaction, perhaps getting nicer staff to take the correct orders over the phone/in person and then dealing with the customers with respect. Pizzaville got my money at the end of this.
I Love Little Caesars, ever since I first tried it twenty years ago. Great location in BB, lots of parking, friendly staff, and a great Pizza, Hot n Ready, gotta love that. N Crazy Bread

Excellent Chicago style pizza!
Called to inquire if I could move up my pickup time and was hung up on. When I picked up my order it was another debacle. Also none of the sauces I ordered and paid for were in the takeout containers. Very poor customer service in the front of house.
Well gosh forbid a customer orders they get the order wrong I call to tell them to get the right order, but NOPE I guess it s a scam haha like really. You scam us all the time just admit you messed up. You have my number like you said to the delivery guy, so you know it s not a scam the pizza you messed up on will be on the side of the road as I said come pick it up I won t eat it!!! Lol So make sure your orders are right as you ll be there next scam

Dont waste your time go to Dominos or 241 never have anything ready even at lunch time.
Sometimes, quality is excellent. Other times, we are served wings with broken bones, unidentifiable pieces of meat served as wings, and feathers still attached. I wish it were consistent and I knew when its a good day to order.

Why are you open till 10 if you are all cleaned up and ready to close at 9:30?? They did not let us order a pizza as they said they had everything cleaned and needed 45 min to close
Little undercooked
The Bracebridge location for Little Caesars has to be the absolute worst I have ever been to period. Very little sauce very little cheese and some pepperoni. in centre of the pizza approximately 1 and 1/2 inches around the entire Center had no cheese no sauce nothing it was all curled up. On top of that it was a hot and ready which wasnt hot and I dont think it was ready but there was a considerable amount of dough had to be 3/4/ of an inch thick

I order veggie Pizza on Sunday which is totally taste less . I got same pizza in Orrilia they made so tasty I really don t under how. But here it called veggie but it was just only tomatoes on pizza, plz guys do not order veggie pizza here . I think they don t have cheese that s why they didn t put .

They advertise hot and ready yet even when you order a classic pepperoni they are never ready (at Bracebridge location) and then when you do finally get it they re way too hot to eat. The pizza isn t that great. I only go for the convenience when I have a carload full of children who want dinner fast. We always have to wait tho. I won t bother anymore

I have been in the Bracebridge location several times during lunch and they never have pizza ready. One day they took my money before telling me it would be 7 minute for the so called ready pizza. I was watching the lady that just took my money go to the back and start putting cheese on pizzas without washing her hands. I waited closer to 15 minutes because other people outside the store were waiting for their pizza. I called customer service and they told me they would look into it and call me back. They never did. They also said they would send me a couple of free pizzas and they never did that either. That will be the last time I go in there with so many better choices in town.
Whats not to like. Every single little Caesars Pizza taste the exact same wich says alot about a pizza company. LITTLE Caesars Rocks! For the price you cant go wrong!
Love this pizza and bread sticks and you cant beat the prices, hands down the best in Muskoka. Great staff as well.

Pretty good if you stick with a hot and ready like cheese or pepperoni but I have found the lesser selected pizzas like Hawaiin is dried out by the time you get it.

The kitchen was full of young kids sitting around, and one person was in-training, but he had to be coaxed into coming out to take my order on cash. Pizza tasted fine tho
Slow service. Staff at the counter were rude to customers and to each other. Too busy yelling at each other to take my order, would not return to this location. Such a shame because the pizza is good for the price.
