I am expecting some sort of acknowledgent after my 63 year old wife slipped and fell inside your store. I am more shocked to hear that rather than offering assistance your staff decided to laugh and ridicule her. Absolutely shamefull and inexcusable!!! I've already contacted head office and yes we will be going to the hospital to get her checked.

Food is fine. Place makes their own hours. Several orders now gone unfulfilled or phones unanswered during business hours. 241 is near right across the street and is eager to do business with fantastic employees; Pizzaville down the road. Probably best to avoid this team of slackers.
Ordered here many times and the pizza has always been excellent! The quality is consistent from visit-to-visit, which can't be said about every other pizza location in Bracebridge. They also did a great job fixing a mistake they made back in April. I ordered a pan pizza for pickup and unfortunately they made a hand-crafted instead. They offered to make another one but I didn't really want to wait another 15 mins, so they said come back again and they'd give me half off another medium when I came in next. I decided to go in and get that replacement pizza as part of a bigger order and they just gave me the medium for free! (as opposed to 50% off). Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised; you just don't get that kind of service anymore! This location will be our regular pizza joint going forward.
Alright I have decided to start rating pizza places. The main factors are is it a clean restaurant, can they actually make a veggie pizza that is not soggy or raw tasting?(that isn't easy to do as veggies give off steam and moisture when they cook)Are they friendly? I used ro own a pizza place and I know what to look for. Well this place passes with flying colours! Look at the pic of the conveyor.. clean. Bathroom clean. The people are super friendly with Dhaval Patel (the guy in the pic running the place) and finally the pizza was perfect. Not soggy, cooked just right. This is not a paid solicitation it's my opinion.

One pizza had the wrong ingredients and was over cooked. The other pizza was burnt and barely edible. Bad service bad pizza.

Best pizza place in Muskoka. This one is my all time go to place in Downtown Bracebridge. Loved the all the staff and their customer service. They re very friendly. Also, their delivery guy MEGHAL is always on top notch service and quick. They always follow the guidelines I provided for my customized Pizza.

The best pizza in BB right now. The deep dish crust and amount of toppings and cheese is so much better than any other place in town. If your going to pay 40$ for 2 large pizzas than they should at least fill people up and PH pizzas do just that, lots of cheese and toppings.

Stuffed crust was the best Ive had, and we like Pizza Hut! Actually could sit down here, a few tables to take a break from take out only. Staff were friendly and service was quick.
The homestyle dough is delish, toppings fresh and the delivery driver was pleasant. Everything was perfect.

Pizzas were pretty good. We had 8 different pizzas with 2 or 3 toppings and came in under $90. They do a decent pizza. When they have good promos going theyre the guy. Food : 4/5

Bracebridge has a well run pizza hut takeout location. Pizza Hut is more expensive than most other pizza chains,but its worth it if you like their stuff. Nothing else is like it.

I ordered a meal and was told 45-55 minutes to have delivered to my home. However, delivery driver didnt show up for 1 1/2 hours from time of ordering. I refused the order and the manager was rude and insisted I pay regardless of how much time it took. Second time I called the manager he hung up on me. So in my opinion, food ok but people working there, huge language barrier and rude. Will not be ordering from the Bracebridge outlet ever again!!
We have gone here 3x and all 3x have been horrible. 1st time the female employee behind the counter?.....my mother who placed the order who is 68 yra old had a hard time understanding the tipping service on the atm machine and asked for help.....the women behind the counter put a 50$ tip!!!! She didnt notice till she got home and I saw what they did....I called them and they denied it and said it was a mistake......I have a hard time believing how someone can mistakenly put 50 rather then 10... 2nd time I tried calling over the phone......I couldnt understand them at all :( The last time......my mom tried going In again ( 2 years later ) the atm wasnt working properly and she needed help using it..........they started laughing at her like she was stupid!!.......Im sorry but the staff at the bracebridge location is horrible!!!!!! Now if you guys want to treat the locals that help you get through the winter months like trash and ripping off the elderly , thats your business.....but keep in mind that this is a small town and word travels fast.....i have seen so many restaurants close down because of the mistreatment of the locals.
After reading multiple comments I don t think so this gona bother the owner of this particular location but the employees was working during the night shift on October 03 2023 don t know how to put lite jalapeno on pizza. Excuse was it isn t in pizza hut system to punch,i was ready to pay for the full topping and my request was just to put little pieces of the topping instead pf the whole piece. So please arrange some good trainers for the team and sorry to disturbed you while you enjoying music in your AirPods.

Ok...so I order my pizzas, online, at 4:32. Door bell rings at 4:52... my pizza is here! This place has THE BEST pizza in Bracebridge! And the best service! And, lets face it, Pizza Hut knows how to do pizza! You will not be disappointed!
Just made an online order and was told eta would be 45 minutes. An hour over the eta I tried to call with no luck so I went to the store in person and got a full refund with absolutely no care in the world that my family didn t get their food. A phone call saying you re running late would have been nice but this was a total we don t care. Great job Pizza Hut Bracebridge, bravo!

We order Pizza Hut in bracebridge often and the pizza is good, however there is no attention to detail. We sometimes order pizza with extras that are always forgotten. Considering Pizza Hut charges 3.00 for one topping you think they would remember to put they extra toppings on the pizza or include the stuffed crusts or dips we also order. This has happened multiple times and I probably won t order from here again.
I tried to call 2 other pizza places and no one answered but Pizza Hut did!!!

I have always loved Pizzahut its my favourite pizza place. But when I tried to order out from the Bracebridge store I couldnt understand what they were saying to me about my order over the phone. I kept asking them what they meant so they put me on hold and hung up on me. If you sell pizza you should be able to talk English over the phone especially in Ontario Canada. Its only fair.

Had pizza and boneless bites from them disappointed never going to any Pizza Hut because of this only Pizza Hut location pizza was not well done as I want look like half done and bites were cold
People here are super nice the food is great. Nothing at all to complain about. 2pm to 8pm is busy but they stay on top of the timing very well. I didnt have to wait long. Try the Indian butter pizza its a new experience very very nice.
This was the most discusting pizza I have ever eaten that came out of any pizza shop in Bracebridge
