Update: Quality fell off hard since the outdoor got a remake, I gave them several chances since then, but won t go back. The problems are too numerous. The old, half-decomposed smelly lettuce was the deal breaker.

Order taker here was miserable with customers ahead of me and with me. Pop machine dispensing warm pop. Ice machine was not working at all. When I brought this to this same person taking orders, he told me if I wanted cold pop, I would have to pay extra for a bottle from the fridge with my combo. Which he did charge me extra for. Myself and other customers noticed the workers placing filthy resturant food trays with wrapped burgers under the heat lamps with the trays touching the unwrapped burgers under the heat lamps. This is disgusting! The resturant itself appeared dirty with french fries on the floor in front of the food station as well as the resturant floor. Our table was sticky to the point that our napkins were sticking to the table. In my experience, Harveys resturants are usually pretty clean and pleasurable to visit. This location was the opposite. I am very disappointed with this location. On a positive note, the young lady dressing the burgers at the counter was very polite and friendly. She herself deserves 5 stars.

Harvey would be rolling over in his grave if he was to see the pile of precooked burgers that you heat up as the orders come in and the 1/4 piece of bacon on the Bacon/Cheeseburger. Harvey always took the time to cook every burger fresh as you waited. Yes there was a Harvey and I remember the original Harveys Restaurant in Richmond Hill on Yonge St at Observatory Lane.

Store was very dirty, tables floors everywhere. Took 20 min just to order food. One of the worst experiences at Harvey s I ve ever had!

Ordered the angus burger combo July 12/ 2024. Fries were hot and good but the burger was only warm. They need to be mindful of their serving temperature, this is how people get sick.

My wife was at this location today and grabbed an angus burger combo, she had three bites of the burger and tossed the rest away as it was inedible, by the time she got back to our house she started to feel lousy and is now suffering with mild symptoms of food poisoning, we used to live in Bracebridge and used to frequent this establishment quite regularly, the last few times we ve been in the food and restaurant have been subpar at best. We normally choose Harvey s over the McDonald s across the street because they used to serve fresh burgers. But this seems not to be the case anymore, not sure if there s a new owner but they may want to pay more attention to the poor reviews and work towards improving things before someone is hospitalized as a result of undercooked food and people getting a severe case of food poisoning.

We had lunch th8s past friday July Store is doing renos. We witness several construction workers walk behind the serving counter while our food and condiments were being added, we voiced our concerns to the gentleman who was the only one with no hair net no hat preparing food that construction workers who visibly had dust on their clothes were walking in the food prep area shouldnt be walking back there while food is being prepared a d his response was there working ... Also having been there a few times, why are the table tops and floors always sticky...like unclean...

Im sharing this message, all the staff at our Harveys is the best, especially Vaeesha and Sayitti they always smiling and happy. I use the drive thru and my order is always right

Ordered a kids cheeseburger meal and an original with cheese meal. First burger up was announced as kids burger. Asked for the toppings my child wanted. Next was the original. Noticed the original was a very small patty compared to the first kids burger. I asked if they switched the two burgers in error, counter staff told me It doesnt matter, kids and original burgers are the same size. I said it doesnt look the same size, I paid for a regular sized burger. Counter staff rudely told me Im not changing it. Compared the burgers at the table, definitely not the same size. Buns were stale. Restaurant was filthy with unclean tables. Terrible experience, wont be back.

The burgers were cold, obviously not freshly grilled. Fries were cold as well. Tables were dirty, no ketchup packs or utensils. No ice in the pop machine. Over 50.00 for 3 combos? Im done, after 30 years of patronage to this chain .

Staff were okay. We stood at the register to order and one of the staff walked by not to even acknowledge us. Food was okay. Burgers were hot. Restaurant was not very clean. Garbage area was full. Floors were sticky.

We went through the drive thru so I have no opinion on the cleanliness of inside. The food was delicious and exactly what I ordered, napkins and sauce were in the bag. The friendliness of the staff wasn t up to my expectations. We received a hello at the speaker but when we got to the window she was polite but didn t greet us or offer any salutation or anything just debit? Was the first word out of her mouth so you lost a little simply for skipping the pleasantries altogether.

There are a lot of harsh reviews on here, but I found the service friendly, food was fresh and place was clean. Looking forward to my next Harvey s burger already!

What is the point in having advertised hours when theyre not open? Arrived yesterday to get some dinner at 7:50, drive thru what closed. Parked the car, went to the doors and doors were locked, but all staff standing at the counter socializing. Checked the website which said they were open until 8... Why advertise what time your open until, then lock doors to refuse business prior to that time?! On top of long waits, and dirty facility... This store just does not impress or live up to the standards of other Harveys locations...

Bought dinner for my family including a junior cheeseburger for our toddler. Green mould was all over the bottom of the bun. Dont go here, it couldve poisoned our daughter.

Manager served us. Used wrong bun on my grilled chicken burger and argued with me and rolled his eyes at his cook when I asked for a the right one. He was more concerned about being right then making nus happy. They did not have any salads and was told they havent for a while but still leave it up on the menu board. My 5 year old said that they have lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers right there mom, why cant you hey make you one?? Food was over cooked. Fries were so dark , they need to clean the deep fryer. Restaurant it self was filthy. Tables were not washed and all covered with food and crumbs. Floors were dirty. Walls were covered in cob webs. Wont return! Heres hoping bwe dont get sick!!! Blah!!!

Over the past 3 years I have tried to patronize this Harveys location and have left several reviews. Despite raising concerns with Harveys management several times this location continues to provide inaccurate orders, low quality food, including improper use of the warming trays and failure to provide fresh cooked burgers on request. The customer service ranks as the worst I have ever experienced and I have been a loyal Harveys customer since 1968. It takes a determined effort to alienate a 55 years customer but this location has succeeded. Other reviews confirm my experience.

Ordered online. Pick up was easy and food was good. But my credit card was compromised and now I have to get a new one. Dont order online from this location. Someone there is stealing peoples credit card info.

Drive-through food was ok, although my crispy chicken wasn t hot. Hubby got a quarter chicken dinner but when we stopped the truck to eat it, there was no cutlery in the bag. Couldn t understand the person at the drive through speaker very well, but he was friendly enough at the window.

No one should have to wait 25 minutes for a poutine and a hotdog while watching other people drive off with their orders.

Visiting Bracebridge for the day and after stopping at the Canadian Tire around lunch time walked over to grab a burger. The entire establishment is filthy inside and out. The front entrance is littered with cigarette butts and garbage and walking through the front doors we found the same conditions. We turned around and walked out. If this is how you take care of the front of the business I can t imagine what the kitchen looks like. Good luck.

Worst service & worst food. They made a mockery of me asking for extra onions by giving me onions with a side of a burger. They also burnt my onion rings to where it was not edible because I asked for extra crispy. This place is disgusting with how they treat customers & they need help. I drove 2.5 hours out of Brampton to escape the stupidity of people there just to have it follow me to muskoka. Disgusting.

Service qas slow and unattentive. Waited 26 minutes for a burger and chicken. Was told 3 times 5 more minutes. How can a chicken restaurant run out of chicken. And to finosh off this lousy experience, not even an apology!!! Service team should be fired or retrained on how to provide SERVICE. Was going in to get some lunch made a stop into the bathroom first and it is extremely disgusting all three stalls filthy. Makes you wonder on how your kitchen is kept and food made in it

Only 1 other person in the place, yet every single table was dirty. At least 5 employees standing behind the counter talking and it took them at least 5 minutes to greet us and take our order. Extremely slow service and unsatisfactory food. The bathrooms were disgusting as well but probably cleaner than the dining room! Would not recommend.

Extremely slow drive through...all the time... BUT good food.

This is the worst Harveys location Ive ever been too. Food is consistenly COLD. It makes you wonder what theyre doing back there. My husband has loved Harveys his entire life so we have gone back to this location many times hoping it would improve, sadly it has not. Of all the times weve been there this past year I only had a warm (not hot) burger once. We obviously gave up and will not be returning. I have never written a review before, but the food was so bad so often I thought it worth my time if it saves one person from wasting their money and having a miserable meal. Also worth mentioning the positive review struck me as not very authentic as it seems an odd thing to positively comment that your food was hot. Is it not a standard expectation that your food be hot?

We have been coming here for years and Ive never received service like I did today. They had our order ready but brought it out to another vehicle parked, where the person came running outside opening the bag showing the employee what was inside was not their order. They then tried to give us the exact same food that had been in someones car and opened up with other people touching it. I told them I saw they gave that order to someone else, they tried to deny it. I told them they need to remake the order. With health and safety protocols during covid something like this should have never happened. When I tried to ask why they would give me an order that was given to someone else, the employee just tried to say oh no I didnt do it I dont know, when they were all standing there, including the manager and heard everything. Terrible customer service and I got nothing but attitude!

Very poorly managed, orders are always incorrect, basically have to order twice because they are so unorganized.

Not very clean, tables and chairs stacked in a corner, no napkins, drink machine was out if the drink I wanted. My friend had to ask to get a cup with his order. Food tasted fine though.

It s amazing that apparently ownership responds religiously to these Google reviews but obviously doesn t do anything in response. Also quite amazing that Harvey s corporate doesn t seem to be concerned in any fashion about the shabby reviews on this location either. Food was surprisingly decent and staff was clueless but at least courteous, but the cleanliness of this place was completely disturbing. Fogged windows, sticky floors, dusty ceilings, filthy tables, flies circling around. Take some pride in your operation.

Went to get a quick bite to eat and stood at the counter for 10ish minutes. 2 workers walked right past me (one looked like a manager). Only other two were handling the grill and drive through. Ended up leaving without being served. Pretty horrible, would avoid this location!

I usually get lunch here at least 2 times a week, on Friday March 12, I ordered my usual combo, got up to the window and paid debit tap, the gentleman walked away only to return and ask if I had ordered the combo I ordered and asked me to pay again, I told him I paid already and he got a little ignorant and said it didnt go through. I politely paid again and carried on my way only to find upon returning to work that my account had been charged twice for my meal. Sorry Harveys but thats the last money of mine you will get.

Irresponsible management.... one expects to pay the price posted on drive thru menu. Instead the price is higher at the window. They said they havent changed the price on the sign menu yet..... Super slow drive thru. We were the 4th car in line and it took 20-30 minutes to order our food and receive our food. As per Harveys reply, I have filled out the Feedback form (1:24PM Sept. 9/2021)

Staff here does not know they are doing. I asked for two simple customization to add a patty and onion rings in the sandwich like I do everywhere and they said they cant do it..And they were rude.

This is the first time I been at this location and I was so disgusted and disappointed how the lobby was. There was a lot of staff in the store and no one was cleaning the lobby trash all over the floors all trash bins filled to the top. All table dirty chairs all out of place. Staffs are very rude, don t know how to behave to the customers,Proper training needed, will never be back and won t recommend to anyone !!

Our burgers were burned and cold, the bread was cold and we didnt get the toppings we asked for. Edit: I gave them a second chance and it was as bad. Very dey, made mistakes on our orders.

Worst Harveys there is! Asked for extra tomatoes (my only toppings) and got two little pieces. Burger was burnt and dry, bun was dry. Asked for onion rings and got a mix container of fries and rings. So cold and dry! I cant believe one place can be so different than another location

Often times staff act strangely. They seem insulted if you use a coupon for example. Anyways that was pre covid. Now they just seem really overworked and tired.
