I visited in Popyes in morning and there was a girl her name is Manpreet Kaur she is such a great girl as well as her gesture is very sweet . I am really happy with her hospitality.

Every time you come here expect to wait an hour for the most mid, greasy chicken you ll ever have. Total waste of time, longest wait times you ll ever experience even if the place is totally empty.

what is on the original burger? there is mayo and pickle what is on the deluxe chicken burger? there is lettuce tomato and mayo. Ill have the deluxe burger only please Now not realizing that I was paying for the original instead of deluxe and wait only a few minutes for my order. out to the truck and bite right into a Gosh darn pickle! Back in I go! Manager sees me coming and quickly gets onto fixing the error. I realized the error was of the cash person putting it in as a original. I am ready to pay the difference but not asked. Apologies from both manager, and myself if I sounded snarky. I got a complimentary apple pie. Take off after seeing my lettuce and tomatoe. Driving along and get my first bite into me to promptly chomp on ******* PICKLES! Are you kidding me? What did I do to deserve the pickles back? Parking: for only a few people in the restaurant there were only a couple of spaces available but I was towing a utility trailer. there is one other restaurant that shares parking and also a motel at the rear of the building that basically have no parking to deal with.

i went to store to get my food and one girl said wait which i can understand, but afterlong time i said i am waiting so she turn karen and insult me front of people . she threatened me and said i am calling cops. she said i am the general manager , she had red hair , she is not deserve to work there

Just went there I got home the chicken was so dry I didn t even eat it seems like it was sitting out all day the girl at the window took my order and kept talking to someone else at the same time so I had to repeat my order 4 times I asked for all white meat and got one dark one white

Chicken is chicken but the young lady /manager Muskan was a sweetheart so polite with a great smile made are dinner fresh and gave us the choice of witch pieces of chicken we wanted.

I have purchased here a few times and the food was excellent. Today however I must have received food that had been sitting for a while. Chicken was dry fries and onion rings were cold and dry. I will certainly try again but will check on freshness. This was purchased at 5:00pm so I assumed turnover would be fast and fresh.

I tend to go late after work occasionally so naturally it is quieter. Service has always been great and I love the ghost pepper sandwich.

Love Popeyes Chicken.

Fast friendly service. Delicious chicken. Until our last order it was our go-to spot. We usually order the 3 pieces of chicken for $8 deal, and they make sure to include a selection of white, dark and a drum. Last time in they dumped 3 drums. Please pay attention in future. Thanks!!!

Very good food compared to KFC and such a little pricey but good shrimp is not upto par I dont know but still good there chicken sandwich is fire and especially the spicy one lol

Picked up an order there and when I got home the chicken was so greasy it went in the woodstove along with the salads and the biscuits could have been used for hockey pucks , called the manager and she said come back we will make it right so I called before going back in to confirm. Apparently they have lost all my information. GARBAGE NEVER AGAIN

When first opened, this place was booming and everything was fresh and the quality was amazing. Now that things have calmed down, the quality and freshness have slipped a bit - still better than their competitor across the street, but not as good as they were. Hopefully just growing pains because their food is usually really good!

About time Bracebridge got a good fried chicken spot again! Incredibly fast, delicious, hot,and the staff were very friendly. The competition across the street ought to watch out!

The long line up was deceiving as it moved quite quickly resulting in hot, fresh and CRISPY chicken to take out. I struggled to read one menu board as well as a gentleman looking for clarification of the menu. The font was small and slightly difficult to read. Food

What a welcome addition to town! Weve always loved Popeyes, but going to Orillia for it was pretty much a non starter most of the time. A couple of minor issues, the online ordering would not work (not the locations fault ), the drive through seemed to be closed, and they forgot to add the 2 breasts upcharge we asked for (but we didnt get charged either ). It was hot, crispy and it was very quick inside. We were delighted and this will become a regular staple in our take out options. it will be great if they start delivering too!

Been here 3-4 times sense they have opened . Great food and super friendly staff. If they stay consistent with all of this. It will be great for the town.

Terrible service and workers

I know they just opened around a week ago, however, this Popeyes should learn how to hire people who are actually qualified for customer service jobs. I work at a restaurant/bar near Toronto, so yes I know all about correct customer service. Let me tell you, the customer service at this specific Popeyes was atrocious! They were rude, they messed up our order, and they were very slow. The food was fine, very greasy compared to the several Popeyes I have back home (even worse than an en-route that I stopped by coming up here ) I could definitely tell that the customers that were in that Popeyes were also wondering why their food order was taking an extremely long time. But that may be because they re new. Honestly, my main issue with this location was with the employees who shouldn t be working in customer service with their attitudes and their lack of skills to talk to people in a professional way

Quick, friendly service and delicious food! Beyond expectations and food quality was above par compared to other popeyes locations.

Must say delicious! Crispy, fresh, and nice spice to the fries. Service was super friendly and fairly quick (although it wasn t that busy). My only negative is the online ordering doesn t work.

Horrible, horrible food!!! Chicken was dry, biscuit was dry, coleslaw had a funky taste, had 15 fries in a 3 pc tender box and not many more in my husbands chicken dinner! There was No lids or straws! The manager was NOT very pleasant and quite rude when asked about lids for the cups. She was sweeping (so called) the floors as we ate and watched, and was giving the areas she did sweep a quick swipe. There was garbage under a table she completely ignored. The tables had crumbs that werent attended too. Poorly ran establishment......with a lot of garbage out around the parking lot. We will not return nor recommend!!

I would not have gave any stars if that had been an option. Absolutely terrible experience. Food was not very fresh or hot and very skimpy on the fries. Certainly the worst of the Popeyes weve been to, to NEVER return. Manager is rude and unfriendly to both customers and staff. Tables and stools were dirty as well as garbage outside around the parking lot. The only positive was the lady who took our order. We will not return to THIS POPEYES.

Different to other Fast Food Outlets.

We got wings from the twice and both time they were burnt. We called them and told them that the wings are burnt and you can smell the oil. But the person on the other side kept arguing and said that s how they come out and that s how they make it and never made us another order or took them back. Never going back there again.

Food was great . Quick service . And good staff . Weird how they have staff being a new store . When other places do not . What are the other places doing wrong? Point to pounder .

My Chicken tastes like deep fried shrimp. Do you not use seperate deep fryers?

The chicken is good and crispy which is great but the service time at lunch was abysmal. CO worker and I waited 25 mins for a 2pc and a 4pc combo. The building inside has been redone so everything is nice and clean

Was overcharged a significant amount for the 4 can dine meal for $35. Also did not receive the 4 biscuits which were promised as part of the deal, we only received one. When I attempted to get our missing biscuits, I was turned away prematurely. Very disappointed with the service. Dietary restrictions: Halal

Whilst deep in the midst of my spicy chicken sandwich, an urge of a robust primal variety always consumes this sentient being.

If you like salt. You will love it! Had a 2 piece chicken and fries. I could barely eat the chicken it was so bad. Thought i was eating a salt shaker. Fries were ok. May give a second try to see if it was unusual. KFC is good but they are never open when i go there it seems.

1st time using the drive thru..when food was brought out 15 minutes later they substituted macaroni and cheese for another French fries because they ran out...unfortunately we already had ordered 2 large fries for 3 of us...should have at least asked instead we threw the fries away.

Advertised wings that they didn t have rude staff ordered honey bbq wings came home to ghost peppers wings with just honey bbq sauce over them . Definitely Mary browns next time !!!!
