Why is the food cold? Wings and fries... Have eaten here about 5 times in the last few months, quite often, the food arrives luke warm. Even mentioned it to the server a couple visits ago. Tonight, same thing. Luke warm to start. I hope they fix this.

Stood in doorway for 10min and no one spoke to us. So we left.

We were disappointed last summer, avoided it for a year and then ended up here again because they were all that was open on a Monday night. I watched our waiter take my empty (very obviously empty) glass that had melting ice, a soggy straw, and my empty can in it take the can out, think about it for a second, and then use the same glass and soggy straw without even adding new ice for my next drink Food is okay. Not great, but it s edible. Forty creek bbq wings were good! Cheap too in the grand scheme of things $13.95/lb. Anyways uh.. they re open on Mondays

My wife, daughter and I stopped by for dinner and we ordered the butter masala wings meal, quesadillas, and the kids wings with fries. I highly recommend the wings. They were crispy, well seasoned and juicy. My wife ordered the spicy BBQ quesadilla and found it to be a bit sloppy with too much bbq sauce. She was expecting the chicken the have a light brush with sauce or a dry rub, but the sauce was dripping out, causing the ingredients to slip out of the tortilla. However, the big dissapointment and only reason I didnt rate higher was the frozen fries. They really should serve fresh cut fries to be a premium wing place. The woman we had as a server was very nice, but because they were quite busy, we had three different servers throughout our meal, so our experience was inconsistent.

The food is actually pretty good, especially the Mexican fries and Cajun dry wings. However the service is really bad, coming from Toronto I m used to really good big city service, they didn t take out the tomatoes on my fries, asked if we could try a sauce before we order which other wing places let you do they refused and then when asked to describe the flavours they said just read whatever is on the menu. The service was pretty awful didn t even feel like tipping to be honest but nothing else is open in that street as late as them.

I use to be able to call and order a delicious meal. I work downtown Bracebridge so I would call place my order, and they would tell me on the phone how long it would be. I dont order online, I like the human touch, and customer service. Alexandra and the other Manager were always kind, and the epitome of customer service. I have been trying for a couple of days to order a meal. I live out of town so going somewhere having to order then wait after a long day is not really indicative to happiness. I am really sad no one ever answers the phone. I will miss the great food. Thank you.

Best wings I ever had, I like to travel and eat different foods, but since I ate from Wing House, I can not skip Wing House. More than 150 flavours are amazing. I am gonna try all the favours. and I am very happy about their service, fast and professional. And prices are so fair and valued. will never disappoint.

Cant speak for the wings but the chicken wrap and fries were EXTREMELY salty. Had a few bites and that was that.

Some really good wings here. The portions are generous, and the staff were friendly on a Friday afternoon. Jamaican Creole, Croatian, and BBQ mustard were some of our favourite flavours, so far. Will definitely be back to try more! Extra sauces for dipping are only $2!.

Wonderful service and atmosphere for a casual dinner on Tuesday night. I had the solo combo, and the portion size was extraordinary!

Today was the second time we were refused a table upstairs. Only offered us to sit at the bar. Place was not busy and the bar tender had a lovely smirk. We were two ladies looking to have a nice dinner. This is the second time this has happened. The first time we were refused a table upstairs yet people that came in behind us were taken upstairs. I guess our money was not good enough for your establishment.

The menu was limited because we were there late, so we had chicken wings, onion rings and jalapeño poppers, everything was good.

Venue was fantastic and clean. Excellent sport collection! Staff were friendly, and service was on point. Wings were delicious and cooked to perfection. Cheesecake was on the house, we were celebrating a birthday! Also delicious. I ordered dry rub wings and Ron ordered hot! Our host went above and beyond vompared to what most restaurants do. Highly recommend! We enjoyed the hospitality, and were amazed by the Sports memorablia! We will take the drive for great wings!

We ordered takeout - Nachos our first night in Muskoka. Food was terrible, it was so soggy and chewy. The next day we went to have couple of drinks but the waitress was so rude and asked us to get up from the table we were sitting saying it s reserved. She put a reserved sign on the table while informing us that we are not allowed to sit there .. without an apology, nothing and her tone was condescending probably because we belong to BIPOC community. My husband asked if there were seats upstairs and she replied we had to wait for the staff working there to come downstairs and let us know if tables were empty or not .. which was, I must say .. very professional behavior

I really REALLY want to like this place. Its really the only wing place in town but every time I order takeout Im disappointed. I pick up on time and usually my wings are either cold or burnt. Ordered lastnight and everything was hot but the wings looked and tasted like they had been forgotten about in the deep fryer. My guess is the order was made before the pickup time so they dropped the wings back in the fryer already sauced and burnt them then tried resaucing them. Would explain the black wings and why all the sauce was on the bottom of the takeout box.

My family of 5 usually treat ourselves once a month to an amazing 5 new wing flavours, 2 new apps, garlic bread & mushroom cap (staples), and 1 new main. Being team captain I have a menu on the fridge that I check off every item we try - yes; there is that many options to choose from. I know you re wondering because no one EVER takes me at my word immediately- yes, never a bad menu item. We play roulette with spice and for a person kissing fire with half her digestive system, I take my shot every time. Our Friday wing house night is a time we block off to spend together. Adventuring into new items and flavours from around the world. Uh huh, they do cover the entire globe. The friendly helpful attentive staff that always greets me and wonders how one person, orders, picks up and eats enough for the whole town (that s the team part) so flawlessly without skipping a beat. *psst, thanks to that one who saw my determination but knew the extra security of carrying just that one bag* :) Another hometown franchise that stand behind their word. WAY TOO SALTY! I like salt, but this was ridiculous, even for me. Nice staff and good food our 1st dinning experience 2nd experience does not merit a 3rd Will not be going back Every dish was horribly salty for both of us.

Probably one of the top 5 wing places I ve ever tried! I had the devils ranch. (Ranch with knockout sauce) Perfectly hot. I was just hitting the edge of struggling, but still delicious. It s hard to get hot and tasty done correctly. The combo with fries is the perfect about of food! Would return anytime I visit Bracebridge, which isn t often, but definitely worth a stop!

Anyone who complains about the amount of sauces this place carries needs their head examined. The food was great! The price was right! This place slaps! I would recommend going for the more adventurous sauces though. I played it safe and was bored but my boyfriend got an interesting one and it was amazing. This is gonna be a new spot for us for sure

Yesterday was first time ordering for take out. Ordered 2 kinds of wings, Greek salad, and a poutine. Everything was Awesome!!! Great flavors on wings, lots of cheese and awesome tasting gravy on poutine!!! Great prices for all portions!! We will definitely be ordering from here!! And looking forward to eating in too!! Food was ready on time when I arrived to pick it up. Wonderful and cheerful person behind bar who greeted me upon arrival for first time. I asked her if she had a take home menu and she said Most definitely!!

Incredible service! They were very busy during the fire and ice festival, but so quick with the food and drinks. We had wings and let s just say 10/10 if you like breathing fire and volcanoes in your mouth order the Bracebridge boys it s where the fires at! it s a challenge you won t want to miss! And follow it with the Bracebridge girls for a mellow flavour finish!

This is my new favorite wing place! I have always loved a good chicken wing. As a die hard sauce finnatic, I have always been intrigued by a large flavor list. I have been on a bit of a mission to find the best chicken wing sauces in Ontario. Up until now, Wild Wing has held my top spot, Naked wing second, and a couple are tied for third. With this being said, the charts now been shuffled! My husband and I shared a few flavors of wings, and we also tried their Dill fries(yum!) and theyre creatively delicious Lord of the Rings, I was hooked after my bite! The great food is backed by friendly and prompt service as well. We shared laughs with them and left feeling like family. Wing house Bracebridge, well be back with friends. Thank you for a great experience.

Best wings in Muskoka

Food was very good, portions were big! Limited menu at the time due to the Fire and Ice Festival which was to be expected to keep up with the crowd, but there was still a nice variety of options. Nice to see a place that serves a proper pound of wings rather than 5-6 in a basket like other establishments. Only thing is I wish they would use shredded or real cheese curds for their poutines. The cubes of cheese were way to creamy (reminded me of babybel cheese).

Wings are the best in town. Unfortunately the ordering for takeout process is broken. Placed an online order, paid online, and upon arrival was challenged on whether it was ordered for the right store. After a wait, they conceded it was their mistake. Cant say enough how much I liked the wings though, Id just hesitate to go back based on the ordering experience.

We ate here last week with family (group of five) and tried several items on the menu. The service was good, the food was great, and portions were larger than expected. We had to take home the leftovers! Downstairs has TVs on every wall for sports; upstairs has a couple of quiet corners for conversation. We will return!

Service is a bit slow, but its also a busy place, so could be the reason. Bar staff and owner are super friendly. Wings are great and are a great value for money. The downside is after 150 flavours its sometimes hard to decide on a flavour. It would be nice to get a pound of wings and have each one sauced a different so as to be able to try different flavours without ordering a while pound of one flavour. Overall, worth a visit to Wing House. You wont be disappointed!

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely locally-owned restaurant in Bracebridge! They graciously hosted an event for our group and the food was amazing. We had excellent service the whole night, which along with a cold beer, and a great atmosphere made our experience one to recommend! You can tell the staff truly care about making your experience a memorable one. We were very impressed with the Wing House!

Great place for Tuesday night beers. Excellent service, great wings and more flavors than you can eat in months... Vegetarian options: Even something for the vegetarians! Good show... Kid-friendliness: Lots of TVs and booths for the kids

I would compare the wings themselves to one of the better wild wing chains. They do, however, have both significantly superior flavours and appetizers to a wild wing. One thing to note is that the flavor naming system is gimmicky and needlessly complicated, which can lead to confusion, miscommunication, and frustration. This may deter some, but I highly encourage people to overlook this and give them a shot as the food is well worth it.

Nice little wing house with unexpectedly good wing flavors! I ordered creamy cajun flavor and it was good! Serving portions and price are reasonable and staff are very kind.

They said order be ready for pick up at 745 my boyfriend went in at 8:00 o clock to pick it up asked 3 different staff, and finally got the food at 8:40 ridiculous.

The food and service were both amazing! They offer so many different wing flavors! But it s just not wings ! Their menu is impressive. The owner is wonderful and he allowed our large group of 35 to reserve the upstairs and he made sure to check in with us all the time Thanks again we will be back .

We went in and were told they would be a few minutes to seat us. Several people came in after us and were waiting. We were told there was a table about to open for us and a while later were told that that table wasnt available for us and that they didnt have any tables and had no idea when one would open. We went and sat at the bar and two staff members were talking right in front of us about how the two people that came in behind us went and took a table without waiting. We asked why they let that happen when we were there first and no longer had a table and the staff played dumb and literally said to us that they had no idea what was going on. We walked out. This is ridiculous. Especially when we wasted time standing there waiting for a table that was promised to us, only to be told that there wasnt one anymore and no eta. I get it if youre busy, but the staff couldve handled that situation so much better. Letting other people do whatever they want and then turning away the people who were waiting patiently is not the way to run a business. So disappointed. I guess the only way to get a table here is to just take one because the staff have no idea whats going on anyways.

We ordered for takeout. The wings were amazing! The better half had the nachos and she loved them. Very well priced for a dinner for two. Highly recommend stopping here if your staying or travelling though this beautiful city.

I was pleasantly surprised with our service at the wing house last night. The owner made a point of introducing himself to us and checking in on us throughout our dinner. Food was amazing, ordered chicken wings and they were delicious with so many different flavour to choose from. Had a great lovers deal on the menu which came with so much food for the price that we paid, we could hardly finish it all! The restaurant is decked out to be a sports bar, would love to go back to check out a game sometime!

My wife and I entered, the waiter came up to us. My wife simply asked.. weve never been here, do we just take a seat, or wait to be seated? The waiter responded in a dismissive, annoyed, and condescending cadence: well, if you read the sign outside, you would know that you wait to be seated. Like every other restaurant. We looked at each other, and decided to leave. Will not be returning.

After a couple of disappointing takeout orders in April (ordered wings with sauce on the side/got soggy sauced wings - twice), we decided to try dining in. We ordered non-breaded wings (and paid an upcharge for them!), but received breaded wings instead. Service was slow, food came warm (not hot, like it had been sitting for a while before being picked up by the server), and no-one came to check on us after the food was dropped off. We waited about ten minutes, maybe a bit less, but the server seemed more interested in a table of heavy drinkers (we didnt order alcohol) and we felt ignored. We ate the wings (the ones that we hadnt ordered) then paid and left. We hate to complain, so after three less-than-positive experiences, we dont plan to return - sad, because we know from reading other reviews that the place is capable of serving good food...just not to us...

I happened to visit this amazing beautiful Wing house restaurant yesterday. I was treated royally by the staff & not forgetting to mention the food was fantastic. I will always recommend anyone who is visiting Bracebridge to stop & try out this restaurant any day.

Heard a lot of good stuff about this place but came to check it out tonight in person. The place was super busy but the staff was quick and attentive. The food was amazing. Got garlic some fries and some wings . The wings were huge and super delicious and so were the fries . 10/10 would recommend

Basic wing spot .... great location

The wings are spectacular. There are plenty of sauces to choose from. Over 100, I think. The sauce menu is well laid out with a cheat chart showing you what each one is made with. 5 levels of spicy. Although the hot is more like medium. I would say a standard hot wing would equal their homicide. The service is phenomenal. Ive been here while its super busy, and while its slow and the service is exactly the same. There is a really good group of people working here. Last is the price. For the number of large wings you are getting, the price point is perfect. I usually get the single combo. 1 pound of wings, fries, and a drink for $16 and change. But I think if you just get a pound of wings, its around $13. Id give Wing House a 6-star review if possible. This is now my go-to eatery in Bracebridge. A must try.

I called the Wing House in Bracebridge to set up a little work gathering. Id driven past the place, but never been. I didnt have much hope as the place looked pretty small and I was trying to pack ten sweaty labourers into a single building. I voiced my concerns to the woman on the phone and she assured me that it wouldnt be a problem. When we arrived I was a little disheartened as the place was already packed. That was until we were led upstairs to a SECRET PARTY LAIR full of like fifty televisions and a super-table with one of those extra comfy wrap-around padded benches. Our poor waiter watched as this loud pile of hooting gorillas took their seats and began pawing hungrily through the menus as if pretending they could actually read. Despite my brood of manchildren watching him and wondering if he was edible, the guy really stepped up and handled the situation like a pro. Somehow he was able to make sense of the barking and hand-flailing and, not even a minute later, we were all pacified with beer in hand. We got the MEGA DEAL. Note: if the mega deal no longer exists, its our fault and I apologize. I promise you they lost money on this deal. I thought the deal only came with twenty pounds of wings. No, no. It came with onion rings, salads and french fries. And can we talk about the french fries for a moment? I dont know what these people are trying to pull being a wing place and having the best fries Ive ever tasted. Big thick honkers cooked to crispy perfection and some crazy magical spice that makes you forget about all your problems, even your wife and kids leavin ... all your problems. Maybe it was the tribal ritualistic bellowing and calls for a blood sacrifice coming from my crew, but the wings arrived insanely quick. I kept looking for the entrance to the secret underground compound that was managing all this food. How do they make it all happen in such a small building? This was enough food to satisfy a small army just popping out onto the table in no time flat. The place was packed! How do they do it? Some people complain when a menu has too many options. Let me tell you why this place maintains its ONE HUNDRED FIFTY flavours. Because theyre playing the long game. These wings, it turns out, are the meaning of life and the happiness they bring are the key to longevity. So when youre two-hundred years old and still coming to the wing house every friday, theres still like five flavours you havent tried. We picked eight totally random flavours. All of them, BANGERS! Check this place out. Staff are awesome and the bathrooms are clean (like, spooky clean. Like, are they doing discount surgery in there during down time? Never seen a bar bathroom this clean). Give your waiter/waitress an extra big tip for me, the one I gave wasnt enough to cover the hellscape we left upstairs.

Appetizers were cold. Lipstick on a glass and food didn t come out all together. Service was great, I think the kitchen had an off night on July 31st. All the other reviews look good, so maybe an off day for the restaurant. Food

Visited on Saturday afternoon with my partner. Exactly what you d expect. The sauce list is large & diverse. Holy moly everything was DELICIOUS. The wings were nice and saucy, the bacon cheddar poutine was phenomenal. I can t recall our server s name but wow was she ever good. She worked that whole restaurant alone and it was pretty busy!

We came on the wrong night - only two people working in a busy restaurant. One of them new? Everything took forever. Basket of fries to start we were so hungry - but no plates and utensils, had to wait / flag down. Normally can understand, but we were all hangry. I ordered to 2lbs wings, brought only one dipping sauce. Asked for another, and they brought two more with a brought you an extra. Then charged us for it. At least tell us in advance if that is the case. Corona, no lime. Asked for hot sauce they brought sriracha (its a wing spot, at least some franks hot sauce or something). Asked for to go container, one person got it while another took our food and cleared the table so fast we could not tell them we were waiting for the take out box - so leftovers thrown out. They did fire us up some new boneless as a result. But now could not even leave we have to wait for the refire. Add long periods of wait between all communication. Wings were good size but only ok in flavour. Like I said, possibly a comedy of errors (new staff, short staff, accidents, etc) but we were on the receiving end. Hope this helps. Honestly very shocked about how much we enjoyed this place! We split wings and Greek salad, and everything was super fresh and came out hot. Lovely spot for a quick bite to eat :)

Not super impressed with my last visit. I ve been here many times and every time, my order has come out wrong. I love the wings here but unfortunately we always get the wrong flavour. Our sides come out 30 mins after the wings and cold. Again, love the food, just wish the quality of service was a bit better.

Service was outstanding! Everyone that walked by our table made sure we were taken care of. Simon the owner takes special care of his quests and personally makes sure everyone is being served and answers any questions. The wings are amazing! We came in for a second time and tried several different flavours as we could, as it was too hard to decide, Simon came over and told us which ones were which. Definitely recommend to anyone. Im from Toronto and these are hands down the best wings Ive had!

When you spend an entire hour waiting for a pound of chicken wings you have a lot of time to count things. Wing house has 24 tvs and, when we visited, 6 staff and 11 customers. We were served our beverages and had our order taken within minutes of entering, which is great. We were then ignored for over an hour despite sitting directly beside the bar. When we enquired about a second round of drinks (one beer and a soda) we were assured they were on the way immediately. 15 minutes later when we enquired again we were asked what those beverages might be and what food we had ordered well over an hour previously (2 pounds of wings) then presented with the bill. I suggested of course that we should perhaps get our food before we worried about our bill. Only 15 minutes later our wings arrived. The order was wrong of course (I have a gluten thing, they were flour dusted) but they looked very tasty. Our server, when she quality checked the table assured assured us the untouched wings would be removed from our bill. It wasnt (of course) but we were presented with a $20 gift certificate in lieu with a bewildering request to review the establishment on Google. So this is that, I guess? My wife and I were really only there to enjoy each others company and to that end bad service is actually more fun than competence, so were not mad and none of this is out of spite but rather heart felt, genuine bemusement. I wish them luck, everyone seemed genuinely friendly and I wish them nothing but the best.

Foods good but the service is absolutely horrible I ve currently been standing her for 20 minutes now and neither of the girls behind the bar have asked if I need anything, if I have an order nothing. Staff clearly need some training.by the time I got my food 25 mins later it was cold. That s for the terrible service girls Parking: Parking is horrible

One star is generous. Our server clearly wasnt trained for her job and didnt even know any of the wing flavours so we couldnt ask. I called 3 hours ahead (opening time) to make a reservation and it wasnt ready when we showed up. My food didnt arrive till everyone was finished eating and it was wrong. Other table members only received half their orders and didnt get the rest until we were paying. Our server constantly forgot our drinks and had to be reminded minimum 3 times. It was terrible customer service. We also were promised 50% off my meal due to the tardiness, but never received the discount. Fries are delicious though.

I ve been twice now and the service has been always been fast. We got our food within 15 minutes (both app and main). Love the variety of flavours. They have a sheet that describes all them too so make sure to ask for that when you go. We always see the owner there checking to see how everything is, that s great to see. You can tell he definitely cares about his business

Love this place. The owner Simon is very attentive and makes it a great experience caring about the lights and music and just the little things that add up and mean a lot all together. Best wings in town. Me and my fiance make up excuses to go because it is always amazing.

Terrible experience multiple times. Forgotten food. Ice cold food. Terrible customer service. Actually sad that a new restaurant would perform so poorly. I will not return and I will recommend others not to attend as well.

We had the best experience tonight at the wing house in bracebridge. Walking in to warm and inviting place where the staff greeted us with a friendly smile. We were sat at a table right away and althought they were busy all staff including the owner Simon were on the ball making sure we had everything we needed. As soon as we sat down the owner came by to see if my three year old would like a basket of fries while we waited to order, this is unheard of today! The wings were incredible! Bigger than I have seen long time and usually I have to ask for extra sauce but no they made sure to make them saucy and tasty! Portions are large and pricing is reasonable! I would suggest going on any occasion! Try them you wont regret it!

Very wonderful sports bar, food and service! Simon, the owner, made room for us upstairs, despite being full and busy. He is such a gem!!! Jon served us, also a gem! And Alex (Alexa? Wasnt sure)!!!! We really enjoyed our meals! Definitely recommend 100%. Also as if you didnt have a better reason to come to Wing House Bracebridge, the seasoned fries are hands down the best Ive ever had! Will definitely be coming here again!!!! Love the staff, love the environment, love the food!!!! Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options, wraps and salads

We went on a Friday-had some drinks and some wings. It was busy and lively had fun music playing, sports playing. Wished it stayed open a bit longer!

We visited for the first time tonight. The atmosphere was good. We sat upstairs. Nice and clean and new feeling. Our waiter was fantastic. Our food came and there was something missing but they fixed it and made up for it. I recommend checking it out. The garlic parm fries are delicious!

Simon went over and above for our work party!!! excellent service and amazing wings!!!! (get the Mexican onion rings they wont disappoint)
