This was a lovely experience, the server was very attentive and the atmosphere was quite laidback. Would definitely recommend and i will be going back

Did stay, I had the wrong night for the band i wanted to see, but the place looks great and can have a great time at venue.

First thing I am gonna do is that Ill visit Oscars Roadhouse the moment I land Canada again IA, the ambience, the food, the vibes and the live music all makes you feel that as if you are in Texas or Huston, its a real coooool place !

Had to change my review on here. Twice now weve had to wait for our food which then came out cold. Not sure whats going on with this cook or establishment. Fish and chips, not done well could taste uncooked portions, Medium Steak Sandwiches came out well done grizzly, fries ice cold, corned beef sandwich slimey cold, wings not sauced. Weve always come here for birthdays, special events. We will support another venue this is the 2nd time weve had horrible food. Oscars is not the same value anymore. Service was good, felt sorry for our server who had to apologize over and over. Doesnt seem like they care and I never thought Id say that. Nobody in my family wants to go here anymore and we were a group of 15 sure you did well last night with your very subpar food. Something isnt right with the kitchen and/or cook. Maybe understaffed not sure.

This place used to be really good but in recent years its gone down hill I went there for my birthday and it was bad. The waitress came over and took our drink order but that was the last time I seen her. After 20 minutes she came back with drinks and then We had to up to the bar to get a second drink after another 25 minutes and finally got fed up and had to go up the bar to pay the bill. There was 3 of us and we were in a booth

I am a frequent visitor of this location. The service for the overall experience is excellent and outstanding! Respectful servers and reasonable prices for bar and restaurant dining establishment prices around the Queen St. Area. Nothing short of absolute kindness and respect from the servers are bar tenders and the many TV screens and weekendly having live music has made this local bar a MUST for anyone just looking for anyone looking for a friendly experience, live music or just out winding beer throughout a stressful day. This bar is a definite A++ recommendation

The menu had dome great food choices. However, the prices are way too expensive for the quality of food you actually get. Sadly, we ended up waiting 45 minutes for our food so when the food finally came, we were very hungry. My husband ordered the chicken slouvaki and half of his plate was mostly salad with a small amount of very burnt chicken pieces on the side. I ordered a full rack of ribs which were overcooked. It was so dry I was only finished half the rack and still ended up paying $30 after complaining about it. My son only eats aldredo with the sauce and no meat so they were able to make that off the menu which was very kind of them. But they charged us $22 for it as if we ordered a dish of pasta full with veggies and meat. My second son loved his wings so no complaint there but all in all we payed over $150 for a meal that wasnt worth that much. I dont think Id come back. I was disappointed. We cans because this place has great reviews but unfortunately I couldnt leave one myself.

Glorified sports bar 12 large screens. Everyone was wearing jackets and at least 1 patron a fur hat because temperature was so low. Food servings are good size, fast service.

We visit Oscars on a regular basis and it s consistently great. Service is always with a smile and the food comes out quick and tastes delicious.

The prices are a joke. Chucks is way cheaper.

Wow what a nice venue for Live Music and really good Pub Food. The Staff are very polite and friendly, there is not a bad seat in the house and they have some of the best GTA Bands playing Live on Fridays and Saturdays. Just a very fun and entertaining place to go.

The service was amazing, considering that they must have been close to 80% capacity.

I would recommend for a drink. The food can be hit or miss.My girlfriend and i went here on a sunday which is the deal on wings.The wings are small, had a dark red color when bit into, and the bones were also dark red. I wish i took pictures. But do not get wings here.

The Oscars Roadhouse burger was exceptional. I added the blue cheese to it and had a side of gravy with the fries. I keep tasting it a day later. Its an hour drive but Im seriously considering going back.

Its a sports bar with karaoke and sometimes live music. Its not a first choice for drinks, but the service makes it decent. Head here if youre just looking to get drunk and dont care that its a grungy bar

i came in last weekend and had a significantly large order. when it came time to pay, i was informed that the bar did not take tap whatsoever, therefore was unable to pay-as i lost my card whilst travelling. our waitress, jill was very kind and helpful the whole time-but when it came time to pay, was unsure of what to do. we ended up working something out, and it all got paid. however, no tap is pretty ridiculous-especially nowadays. i know that we aren t the first people to have this issue, and i m sure we won t be the last.

Great bar/restaurant to visit for friends and families. I really recommend everyone to walk in and try this amazing place. Easy access from major roads, in a convenient location with a big parking lot. The service and atmosphere were amazing. Occasional live music and full of TV for major sports events.

First time there. Went to see the band Nowhere Men. Its much bigger than I expected. Food prices are reasonable and very good. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Service is quick. Stage is tucked in the corner and a good size for a full band. Lighting is low and gives it a nice ambiance.

Love Oscars! Oh and their beef dip!! Yummy. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Great live music too

Its been many years since i have returned to Oscars. It has clearly cleaned up and it is bright and clean, excellent service and fantastic grub. I miss Oscars and brought me back to the days when I was much younger. Service was excellent and prompt.

Waitress is rude as hell, told us she couldn t serve us and accused us of doing drugs. Her perception of time is wack, I haven t been to that bar in months and said I was there a month and a half ago. Don t recommend, find better waitress .

We only had drinks, went for the band. They have lots of live music and we need more of this.

Recently stopped by Oscar s Roadhouse to catch the Toronto Maple Leafs playoff game. Oscars is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat, watch any sporting event and play darts.

I always order from oscars at queen & bramalea, their fries are always soft and fresh,I love their Buffalo wings too everything is so tasty good service

Love Oscars! My husband and I come to shoot darts every weekend lately. Drinks are great and Sunday half price wing nights are a great treat. The live music on the weekends is enjoyable!

Great food relaxed atmosphere. 5 stars was 4yrs ago! March 2023, 2 the food at this roadhouse is terrible now and ridiculously expensive too! Even with a new cook, the food presented had raw flour exposed on their Chicken Tenders, wings which used to be a fan favorite arent worthy of being served. Fries are often cold and poorly cooked (anemic looking, as quoted by a bonified chef). Brushetta and garlic bread is made from small pieces of baguette and cost a lot! Glaze sprewed all over plate but not on the brushetta! Soup bowls are very small and not full, who doesnt serve soup with crackers? - Oscars at nearly $8 a bowl (check out the prices on the menu). My cornbeef on rye last week had tough/dry meat on small rye bread slices that the whole sandwich falls into a mess on my plate. Myself and others have said that after eating there they felt sick. This place WAS a go to place for great food but now, most of our group eat before coming. Alcohol sales are plentiful. Servers have been awesome and a reason we continue to attend. Poor food ridiculous prices! Come on mr/miss/mrs owner you need to step up and do better for your customers who keep your place going and lots of money in your pocket! UPDATE: The place looks like a morgue on Sundays now that theyve discontinued Joes karaoke. Nothing like shooting yourselves in the foot there Oscars! Parking: We arrive early usually and parking is generally fine. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes there is wheelchair access (by law required).

Wasnt going to give a review because I usually dont weather its good our bad but my experience at oscars has been bothering me . Was at oscars on canada day weekend I got the wings which where good thats not my complaint my complaint is regarding my wifes dinner she ordered the boneless wings . Later that night she was violently Ill. The following morning took my wife to the walk in clinic the doctor on call strongly suggested it was food poisoning. The only thing we had that day to eat was the wings at oscars. Not sure if it was not cooked properly our not stored properly but regardless be extremely careful when ordering the boneless wings at oscars.

Decent pub food. We usually go for drinks. Staff is friendly, Patty is amazing. Lots of nights they have live music or karaoke. A fun place to hang out and meet the locals. We highly recommend grabbing a drink here.

Cajun chicken soup was meh, burger was very good. Service was good. Music was interesting too. 3 70 something gals and a hired hand playing classic rock. Call themselves Elton Joan. Ha! Maybe Ill start me up a band and call it The Rolling Stoned.

Always a fan of Oscars! It is one of the best dive bars in the city, in my opinion. The food is fantastic, especially their chicken wings. We ordered the Chicken Souvlaki Dinner, Wings and Fries, Baked Mac & Cheese and Beef Cheeseburger. Everything was delicous! Their fries are super yummy! The food was tasty, staff is friendly and the margaritas were delicious! We also enjoyed watching the live band that played on Saturday night!

Food used to be amazing and portions were great. Went to meet friends there on my recommendation. Band was good but too loud to allow for conversion. Wings were the best but I noticed there was less bang for the buck and the food was not up to their previous standards. Was disappointed about that. Still a good place to go for a good time just not conversations when there is a band.

Visited this location several times this past year. The atmosphere is cozy and comfy with a warm vibe. The service is always friendly and inviting, hence the 4 star review. My only issues are the wings as highlighted with my 2 star review for food. To clarify, Ive only had wings so cannot vouch for anything else on the menu. They look and taste great on the outside, however once you bite into them they have a distinct unfresh smell and taste. This is not a one time experience, but every wing visit I hope for freshness to no avail. The wings are always dark purple/brown from the bone out. Its got nothing to do with the cooking time as I asked for a slightly longer cooking time on a few visits. For me, its a huge disappointment because they look very appetizing on the surface until you bite into the funky (unfresh) flesh. I have visited many bars, esp on wing nights and most serve wings with white fresh tasting flesh to the bone. I truly hope somebody can address this concern because its very disappointing for such a nice little spot!

Half of my salad was soggy and the other half had ice on it. The chicken sandwich tasted like it was microwaved. Only good thing were the sweet potato fries. Disgusting and unacceptable for a food establishment. I wont be ordering from this place again. I would like to update my response after hearing from the restaurant. I made an error, it wasnt a chicken sandwich it was the Turkey club. As for the salad, it must have been kept frozen because as I mentioned, half it was frozen with ice and the other half completely soggy.

I highly recommend the burger there - its excellent. Helpful and friendly staff. Live music on the weekends - cant go wrong

A tad confusing once you walk into the door, and are greeted by two doors. Left is restaurant, right is bar for the unitiated. Seemed to be a seat youself situation, but there was no sign to say so. Once I got settled, the friendly wait staff explained the specials, and we were off to do karaoke amidst good drinks and food.

Friendly staff all the time, but the locals can be a mess sometimes which can ruin a good experience. The food was alright and they do have an amazing deals. The karaoke was way to ridiculous which made some of us leave. I suggest to avoid the headache from the locals to go around the lunch period.

I ordered boneless wings from door dash and they were very good and well portioned. They arrived warm and crispy, I would definitely order again.

Delicious food, great atmosphere!

Went last night for kareoke. The service was okay and we seated ourselves. The drinks were kept topped up and the kareoke show was good We mostly ordered drinks. The onion rings were $8.75 for a very small portion. 6 or 7 rings in a small cerial bowl. I felt ripped off, I think for almost 9 bucks it would be big enough for 3 people to share it for a snack.

The band was horrible worst I ever heard not impressed with cost of food small steak cold potatoes salty veg and gravy 32.00

Great place for beer and appetizers. Spent an hour of leisure with their suicidal spicy chicken wings and Guinness draft beer . Staff was pleasant and helpful. Will go back for sure !

I liked it a lot. However, since I arrived I asked for my beer to wait for my friends, and I think the girl forgot it, because she never gave it to me, much less apologized. Another lady treated me and my friends with great sparkle. We had a lot of fun. The live band is very good.
