Clean, overpriced buffet style restaurant that can accommodate large groups. Very busy with high turnover. Beware they do charge you for wasted food. Food was okay but I wouldnt recommend going there if youre a serious vegetarian. They cooked my friends veg meal in the same pan immediately after cooking my non-veg meal at the stir fry station. Limited dessert station. Service is a strong word to use as you plate your own food and grab your own drinks, tables werent always cleared by the time you returned. I personally would not go back. I suggest if youre looking for a large Asian style buffet then Mandarin is your best option - better overall service, better food quality with more food options. This place was so good! Food was amazing, lots to choose from. The station where they cook your food for you was great too! Restaurant was super clean, we were able to get a table quick and lots of drinks to choose from as well.

I attended this spot for a wedding reception. The food was okay nothing special certain items were good others were okay. It was all you can eat so I guess it wasnt that bad for the price.

Was there tonight with a huge group and 2 people threw up due to the food that was eaten. Never again will come back. First time and bad experience. My 5 year old daughter had noodles and had food poisoning and my other friend threw up due to food poisoning as well.

Stir fry station is great, but otherwise, the selection was a bit limited, and the quality was mostly average. Good service, but the price point was a little high considering the selection/variety of the food offered.

Cautious workers & good food

Nothing good. The steaks, salmon, and chicken cooked on the grill to order were below standard. The live cooking ahhhh. Rhe sushi bar is a joke. 3 items on the buffet I found to be good are the beef tendon, the chicken potato patti, and the green bean. Its not worth the buffet price. Low-end food like chicken nuggets was the menu. All in all, below standard.

While the restaurant is big and some servers cook your choice of noodles, with whatever ingredients you choose, I didnt like the fare much.

I randomly went to this restaurant. We had gone maybe once before. We had fresh mussels and Shrimps, not a fan of Shrimps with the heads on but they were super fresh. The cooks have great seasoning on the cooked mussels with mayo. Great that you can serve your own soft drinks.

This is the experience to go for: Skills of mastery at the open grill, the great variety of choices in vegetable and meat make you wish that you had two stomachs and more time. Everything is suited in the creative design that welcomes different styles yet makes you feel like you moved to better times. The music is pleasantly not overshadowing the conversation that you want to have. When you are finished you definitely know that you will come back and you never forget the people and that place. Thank you!

We tried this for dinner tonight. The atmosphere and the service were great. I like that the soft drinks are included in the price and it was a nice surprise to have a complimentary mocktail for ladies night. Unfortunately we ran into an issue with the Wok station because they drop all of the raw ingredients into the same hot water and use the same Wok for all ingredients and for someone with an allergy to fish/seafood this is problematic. The food selection was OK, taste was good. Honestly we wouldnt return mostly because of the cross-contamination issues.

Great place. Its busy so you have to queue for the fresh cooked steak, fish and noodles but its worth the wait. There is something for everyone and all the food tastes freshly prepared.

I put in a perfect review of this place 2 years ago and has been coming here once every few months when my household is celebrating or we have out-of-towners we are treating and want to impress. This friday lunch we came shocked on how suddenly bare the buffet is for weekday lunch. the whole row beside the live grill now sits empty and is now a dinner exclusive. No more waffle area, no more creme brule, the sushi area now only have maki (not a single sushi or sashimi offering). the whole place is now just a very expensive Manchu Wok with whats left. Never going back here again with family.

Came here on a Saturday for lunch to try it out. I thought they have sashimi since I saw it in the menu but they didn t served any that time so that s a bit of a let down for the price as Mandarin has sashimi all the time. This place did serve sushi and maki and these are fine. Lots of food choices nevertheless and I did enjoy the experience. I like the sesame balls and desserts. They have a stir fry section where you pick your own uncooked food first and then let them cook it in front of you though I didn t tried it. I did ate a lot of seafood dishes - basa, salmon and I think cuttle fish? can t remember 100% the last one. I prefer Mandarin than here but I don t mind coming back here once in a while for a change.

I am suprised that there is a tip cup at each cooking location. It is right in front on the counter while taking the food. Now it is so much focus on the tips. It makes me uncomfortable as I forget to carry changes to drop of at the cup or enjoy my meal. Plus after our meal an additional tips of 15% or more. These tip business are costing more than HST

I have dined here twice in the past 3 months with large groups. The live cooking stations include salmon and steak options, they have a wok station which is always a unique experience. They have tons of cooked food selections. I love that the food quality was consistent on both visits, which is why we will continue to dine here. The service was great and the atmosphere is a bonus.

The atmosphere was nice and the service was really good too. They had a nice variety of food and most of it was good. The steak I think would work better if it was marinated overnight as opposed to seasoning being added while its being cooked. For my first time there it was a nice experience.

I was here a few weeks ago, Google just reminded me to do a review... Compared to other Chinese Buffet Restaurants, this one needs some work. Our large group of 20 people arrived at lunch opening, like we were the first ones in the Restaurant, you would think the food would be nice and fresh... Nope, rice was dry, other items looked like it had been sitting out for awhile, Im curious if they were leftovers from the night before? There was also a lot of super weird food items, some of it looking okay, but when you read what its called, BIG NOPE! Also some of the ingredients in some of the items, which is great that they list it on the labels, again some things looked great till you read the label. The live cooking was just okay, the steak was cooked way too hot, being crispy and charred on the outside and rare on the inside, I guess thats their idea of medium rare, also the fish was super dry. The mens washroom, theres NO door for privacy, and the Staff Only room is accessed by walking past the wide open mens washroom... And there was always a female Staff member lurking around, peering into the mens washroom, this was super uncomfortable. Service was just okay, but then you get all the food and soft drinks on your own, so the Staff just clears plates (in some cases after youve stacked up a few on top of each other), and they bring any specialty drinks that you might want. Its a nice looking place, I dont go here that often, once every few years, and now I remeber why. I got quite the upset stomach after my meal, and I didnt eat again till late the following day.

Went here for a birthday party. Bad food. Bad service. Drinks were ok. Do not recommend this place. Take the money and go to any other restaurant in the area and youll be better off.

This restaurant was amazing my husband just celebrated his 60th birthday last Saturday the food was tasty very accommodating & honest employee.

Loved the food and the atmosphere. I went in for a buffet and there was a large number of dishes to choose from. If you like authentic Chinese foods, this place is a must try.

The location and parking are very accessible. The restaurant has a nice ambiance, and the staff are friendly and attentive. There is a good variety of food available; however, the quality of the food could be improved. The desserts are good, and beverages are included. The price is reasonable at $30 per person.

Food was trash. Went right when dinner started. Lots of items were cold and not fresh. An entire section of hot food was closed (lights off). Not many selections for kids not even pepperoni pizza. 2 adults and 1 kid total came out to $101 plus tip for a total of $115. A complete rip off if you ask me. Should of gone to Mandarin, much better selection and quality.

Went here years ago for my sons birthday. It was pretty good. Not spectacular, but above average for a buffet.

Service is minimal, atmosphere is fantastic. The buffet food is meh. A lot of frozen reheated products. The sushi tasted like something from metro the desserts are boring too nothing was fresh just all items you could buy at M&M s or the frozen section of your grocery store but you pay a premium price. They serve Basa fish, as cheap as you can get Vietnamese poo fish look it up. Left disappointed.

I went with my daughter for an early lunch. The food was amazing! All trays were full, and the food was hot and fresh. the salad bar was amazing, my daughter loved the ice cream bar and I appreciated the fruits table. We will definitely be back!

Terrible all around Greeted by the most miserable staff you can imagine. No hello / how are you / welcome , just miserable faces that clearly don t care you are about to sit down and eat in an establishment they represent. This goes for both entering and leaving. Food. What an utter joke, selection is pathetic I have seen more options at local mom and pops owned buffets. Foods are labeled incorrect, including pork items as shrimp, shrimp as chicken and so on. Pathetic Prices and times, yes I love being told that we have until 3pm on the website for a group of 20 but told in a disrespectful manner we have to leave at 2 pm with no legal reason, not to mention the useless staff hovering around us wanting us to leave. But guess what they said they would charge us an extra 5 percent if we stayed an additional 5 - 15 minutes. Pathetic again This place is a joke, don t waste your time and money with this place. A great place to eat out with family and friends

Went there after 4 years . Choice of food not great like before . I guess because everything is expensive to run a restaurant .

We went to celebrate and they served us very well. We really liked the food, there is a lot of variety and I really liked that the drinks are included, and I really liked that they cook live. You can mix the ingredients and have them cook it in front of you, so its something new. The food has flavor and the price is good. The desserts are super delicious and also a lot of variety. The only thing is that I think there is little light or the light is very dim. Excellent location with plenty of parking. There is a variety of meals, meat dishes, chicken, vegetarian. Good spread of buffet.. from sushi, four kinds of soups, pop, sugar juices to stirfry . The place is huge! Only one thing icecreams were bland although they had 6 kinds. But there were other different kinds of desserts from mango custard, caramel custard, creme brulee, tiramisu, jello, and different kinds of mini cakes and sweets. They dont have chocolate fountain anymore( as per one server). update : Went there recently Fri evening. Not busy at all. By 9pm some of the buffet items got over and they were not filled up again. When asked for plain no-ice water, server just pointed to the machine near the buffet (which is not no-ice water). For $100 for 2 people, the least they can do is bring water to the table and /or give complimentary green tea. (But they charge for pot of green tea and will bring to table all beverages which costs extra) Now I think, it is very overpriced for the zero service. Time to look for another buffet for us.

Very nice and sweet staff at the sushi station, staff named Star at the sushi station made this plate of sushi. She was absolutely amazing and nice. Also made a plate at the stir fry station, staff named Victor made the plate and it was really good, friendly staff. Thank you!

I was here to celebrate my daughter s 9th birthday with her friends, and the staff who is the supervisor for the said we will need to pay 10% of our bill for TIP because we are more than 4 person, so I requested he split our table into 2 instead of table for 8. There were lots of empty tables around but he was giving us table far away from each other, so we can eventually pay the tip, I told him that Tip should not be 10% of my bill and that is not justifiable because it s not as if any of the staff is serving us food, we are getting it ourselves. TIP meaning does not require a percentage, it is a compensation given to someone for a job well done not a forceful payment. I will suggest this management review their policy on tip and not extort people.

I used to get 10% discount on cash payment, today wasnt offered and when I asked was told you dont anymore, verify please, and on july 25 2024 bought a house fried rice and got metal wire string with it. Please be care with your custumers.

A true 8, but well worth the 5 stars. Great food for buffet, service and staff are very welcoming. Includes beverages, grilled chicken, fish, beef, fresh made to order pasta, sushi rolls, desserts, and even some American food for picky children. Nicely decorated with the Coy pond in the entrance, lots of trees throughout. Options for hot wok where you take raw ingredients and they cook it infront of you, a sushi bar with about 12 options, and all the sides like ginger, Wasabi, seaweed. There is a salad bar, soup bar (4 options) with all the fixings, entree bar (pork, chicken and fish options), dumplings and then a fruit and desert bar. Also there are 4 fountain drink stations with the regular softdrink options. Overall I was happy with the food taste, quality, options and ambiance of the place. Spent $31 on lunch.

The restaurant is extremely spacious but lacking meal selection during Lunch buffet. The staff were very awesome though! They are all friendly and very attentive. Toilets were clean but liquid soap dispenser are all empty though

This is my go to Chinese buffet. I really love their sushi/sashimi, stir fry and grill sections. Also having pop included with you meal is a big bonus. Wheelchair accessibility: The building is wheelchair accessible and numerous tables have space for a wheelchair to be at the table.

One of the front door staff was so gracious for helping me with my phone. I am truly appreciative of her generosity. Not too many people would do that So it led to a great dinner with my nephew. The rest of the people working were very pleasant, courteous making for a great experience overall.

The food is really good. It is $35 per adult, and $16 for kids under 13. They have a really big variety of foods, as well as desserts. Inside is really cozy and has a warm feeling. The washrooms are INCREDIBLY clean. The staff are all really friendly. We came with a group of seven, with 3 kids. We were received well.
