Placed an order and when I showed up they said that it might have been a different location. Check the number and it the same place. Quality isnt consistent, always a long wait. So few years later and it still sucks. Placed an order online for pick up and saw someone walk in, ordered and got their food before me. While waiting someone came in and said they bought a bean buritto and it has no beans.

I live nearby and burrito boys at queen street east location always been my go to spot for over a decade and to my surprise there was full Indian staff there, I didn t get an order number saw the staffs only focus on making online orders and was standing watching like my order Can you say? wasn t a priority the burrito was cold and taste disgusting

End of an era, not what it used to be anymore. New workers are incredibly stingy with the toppings. They have pre-measured spoons but they still go out of their way to use their fingers to give you the least amount of toppings and get irritated when you tell them to put more on. Ill miss this place.

This place used to run like a well oiled machine. Now we have 1 person manning the grill. 1 person watching the pot in the stove. And another taming their sweet time to fill a sauce bottle. I ve been waiting 25 min and I still haven t gotten to the counter to tell them what fillings I want. Burrito boys you made a huge mistake replacing the efficient staff you had with this garbage

The chicken burrito was just bad not taste at all. Nothing had flavor except the chicken and not great at that. Service was slow as they were busy filling food app orders I assume. I personally had a hard time communicating and understanding them as of course English was no ones fist language in there.

STOP GOING HERE! STOP ORDERING DELIVERY FROM HERE!! I went Saturday Oct 19 at night to get a naked chicken with extra guacamole. I ordered and paid. It seemed very busy with delivery orders. Besides being extremely cheap with the amount of toppings. I had to ask for FRESH GUACAMOLE as the one out WAS DARK BROWN. But they were still using it on orders... not mine tho, i wont willingly eat brown guac. As I was waiting for my order to be packed up, I see something scurrying on the glass where the toppings are... its A COCKROACH. . If you know anything about COCKROACHES they usually only come out at night and scurrying away from the lights and people. There must be an infestation if the COCKROACHES are running around in plain sight. I tried to get my phone out to take a picture and Im telling the employees at the same time, she just brushed it off... NO CLUE WHERE IT WENT, in the food, on the floor no idea. I asked for the mgr and asked for a refund. As I was waiting another COCKROACH scurried by again, bigger than the first, definitely not the same one as the first. I felt bad as there were about 5 delivery ppl waiting for orders, and Im sure not one of them wouldve told the customer upon delivery theres visable roaches running around. If I saw that, Id inform Uber/Skip/Door that theres roaches and cancel the order. Or tell the customer when I arrive. I couldnt consciously delivery a meal from a place that had visible roaches. I posted about this on Redditt and another redditor commented with a link, and the Peel Public Health visited there this year September and noted they were not in compliance with prevention of pests... seems like they didnt do anything to change this and its WORSE!!! And the employees are MISERABLE, dont understand anything. Bring back the Original Amazing Burrito Boys. Its so bad now.

The downfall of this place needs to be studied.

Update: I visited this location again after the following incident. Found out that the management and staff has changed and also met with a Quality Control personnel who was on site. They were aware of the past issues and were very welcoming to discuss and further resolve them. Significant improvement in the food quality, portion and preparation. Changed my review to five star after the visit. Please keep it up. They were one of the best locations of Burrito Boyz but now the quality and portion has decreased significantly. I ordered a Shrimp and steak burrito and it almost felt like there was no steak in it. Tiny little chunks of steak almost felt like ground beef. There are a lot of poor reviews already regarding the food portion but doesn t seem like they care anymore. There was almost double the quantity of rice and everything else was sprinkled on top.

Burrito Boyz used to be the best but now its garbage just got a steak quasadilla and it was so thin the steak was like mushed up meat the cheese was really weird it had more of a cheese wiz texture and it just didnt taste good! Would not recommend this place to anyone now!

The place is really congested. The service is also average. Also they do not even follow the offers that they have in store. We went there yesterday and ordered food for 5 people. The quesadilla taste was really average and didn t even met the taste requirements which we normally order from other burrito boyz. Also we ordered large burrito and they had a deal for Sunday that we get something free with that burrito. The staff didn t even mention that deal to us and we just ate and left the store. It was just while we were leaving after lunch, we saw a flyer outside the restaurant that they had this deal that wasn t even mentioned to us and not written in the store.

At a 6:21 PM on Thursday March 28th My husband got a chicken whole wheat burrito and I got a calamari white burrito, the employee that served us at the location mislabeled the burritos and normally it wouldnt be a big deal except Im allergic to guacamole and told the Employee as much, I am extremally thankful that my husband dislikes guacamole however if he enjoyed it, this would have killed me and it is unacceptable that I have to be worried about my health because of the employees ignorance. My husbands also got a steak whole wheat burrito that physically made him sick.

It was a company order that was placed! Appreciate the prompt response and the perfection of the order. I had asked to label the names for everyone for their order and it was done perfectly without any mistakes as well the food was superb. They also gave us complimentary chips tray for everyone to enjoy! Had the best experience, smooth communication and delicious food! What more can you ask for? I could give more than 5 stars!

Portions of chicken are an absolute joke. Basically a tablespoon. I m offended I paid 15 dollars plus tax for this much chicken. Piling up on rice and veggies just so you can cheap out on the 1 thing I m looking for in this burrito bowl is probably why I haven t gone herein a while, and probably won t in the future.

This place used to be good. Last 2 times I went there ordered large burrito. It was so small I asked for my money back and I even tipped them. I returned it. Second time I went ordered same thing the burrito had nothing but rice and veggies in it. I had to look for the chicken!

I ordered a shrimp bowl and all of the shrimp were overcooked and inedible. It was about $5 to add-on the shrimp, and so I would expect the shrimp to be cooked properly, especially since you are only given 6 pieces.

Been a regular at this location for years, safe to say quality has significantly graded in the last month or so. Went on a Wednesday and noticed the staff has changed/is new - which was evident from them messing up my order and blaming its a system bug(pulled my order history from phone number). Nevertheless, chicken in the burrito was VERY salty this time, burrito was mostly filled with rice, barely any veggies or sauces (even though my order had extra cilantro and corn). Disappointed, might try a different location going forward.

Let me start off with saying I have been going to this location for over 10 yrs. I haven t been in the last 2 yrs due to me moving to a different city, however I figured since I was in the neighborhood let me check it out. For starters when you walk in the upgrades that was done was amazing. It s bright and opened. Then when you go to order your food. I had ordered a large CHICKEN burrito with extra cheese and guacamole. When they were making the food I noticed that there was a lot more rice then usual. Didn t think anything of it. For my food went home. When I started eating it I noticed something was off. For a LARGE burrito you would think there would be a good amount of chicken with every bite. Boy was I wrong. Half way through my burrito I tasted chicken twice. They put so much rice to make the burrito look full so that they don t have to put the right amount of chicken. And for $18 I should be getting what I paid for. I was not impressed and threw it out without finishing as I was disgusted with so much rice that was there. If your a vegetarian it s perfect for you but if you want to get your moneys worth pls stay away. I m so sorry

One of the WORST experiences I have ever had. I tried to call in to place an order and after repeating my phone number 6 times they still could not get it right. I then went in and places my order instead, there were only 2 people in the restaurant and they still ended up giving me the wrong order. They are unorganized and unprofessional, they have not been the same since the establishment has been bought over.
