Everything is ordered was sooooooo good, like a whole different type of good Chinese food. The fried rice is so flavorful, and every chicken dish on the menu is fantastic (i love the honey garlic). Its an absolute must try!!!

Perfect everything

16.95 for fried rice with Guyanese style chicken on top, when I used to be 14$.. the price went up but the quantity of chicken and quality of the rice has went down. I used to order from here all the time. Take out isn t the same anymore.

Visited here many times. The food here really good and tasty. But the customer service is not good and they are not even giving any respect and behaving as if they are serving for free. The lady here is so rude, this happened same in the past. Ordered soup, asked what comes in it. She questioned back, you are the regular customer here, don t you know what comes in it and how does it taste like .

I recently visited this restaurant, and while the food was good, the experience was ruined by the older lady in charge. Her aggressive attitude and rude behavior toward customers were unacceptable. To make matters worse, she shouted at the workers while we were dining, which really disturbed my family and me. Its hard to enjoy a meal in such a tense atmosphere. I definitely wouldn t recommend this place if youre looking for a pleasant dining experience.

I love the 9 queens fried rice and the house special rice it is very delicious and it s worth the price

Extremely bad customer service. They literally took over and hour to make two hot and sour soups and after taking this long, absolute zero remorse from the management. They acted like, yeah so what. Not even an apology and then to top it off it tasted stale and old. Highly disappointed in their customer service, order making and taste. Never will order again from this place

I placed an order for Singapore noodles and spring rolls. I received fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. The worse part is I called the store to confirm my order TWICE and spoke to a lady that worked there because I had a special order with no onion and no shrimp due to allergies. She even called me to tell me my order was on the way because it was taking over an hour and a half. After I received the wrong order I called the store back and spoke to the same lady. She had the nerve to threaten me and say if I dont report to uber and drive all the way back there that she will give me my Singapore noodles in exchange for the wrong food that they sent me! I told her I want the correct order regardless of what I choose to do!!! I paid for this food, waited almost 2 hours and got the wrong food because they made a mistake, NOT ME! This isnt the first time this has happened. The customer service here is TERRIBLE and they are so cheap its unbelievable!!!! Save yourself the headache and dont waste your time and money ordering from here

Great food but weak service. The restaurant was empty but we still waited long to get served and when we did get served the waitress seemed very awkward and clueless. Boiled chicken dumplings were great though.

Very bad dine in service, was only served with one glass of water right through dinner and when asked for another glass of water, she came up with a warm glass of water. No side sauces were offered at all at dinner table.

I seriously love this place. I moved to Brampton and was looking for a new Canadian-Chinese food go-to. I tried a few places, but this one stood out as my favourite. The dishes are so delicious amazing flavours and good portions. The last time we did a big order they had it ready in a very reasonable amount of time. I wish I could eat here every day!

I ve been here about 5 times I live the mixed fried rice the general Tao chicken and the chicken ball I would give the food 8.5/10 if you re in Brampton this is definitely the top Chinese food spot.

The food was good however I don t eat chicken or beef so I ve only tried a few things. The 2 star rating is for the poor customer service. I went there on a Friday night and had requested a substitution of vegetables instead of rice which it clearly says you are able to do for an extra charge. The employee said she is new and doesn t know how to do the substitution -_-. She tried to force me to take rice which in turn I didn t get anything. I went back on a Tuesday to see if management was available to do the substitution and the manager said it would be a charge of $7.00 to change the rice to vegetables _ . Not impressed. I drove all the way from Caledon to Brampton to get this food but it would never happen again.

I went here last night for the first time since I left Brampton and it was exactly as good as I had remembered it! The chicken wings have been on my mind since the last time I was there and honestly, I haven t been able to find anywhere that can match what they do here. This time I also added the sesame chicken into the mix which was a 10/10 decision. Also had some Chinese broccoli which is always a must every time I come here. Lastly, I tried something which I normally would never eat, but let me just tell you, THE EGGPLANT may be right up there with the chicken wings! Perfect experience yet again. A true Brampton staple! Can t wait to come back

Best Chinese food in Brampton!

I placed an order Saturday June 15th (today) around 4pm for pickup, upon arrival (30 minutes later) I came to find my food wasn t yet ready (despite Uber stating it was) and was told by one of the two girls that were working it would take about 10-15 minutes more. I left and came back after 10 minutes and stood waiting another 10 minutes as the two ladies working avoided me, one making direct eye contact with me and immediately looking away to take care of a customer who did not approach cash before me, leading me to flag one of them down and say excuse me, when will my food be ready? The girl said she will go check on my food. To my surprise instead of checking on my food I hear both workers in the kitchen laughing as the one I had just spoken to imitates me mockingly for asking for an update on my food that has taken over an hour at this point to be made while also saying I m not going back out there so she can continue to avoid me while I stand and wait. I made sure they both know I heard them and was not tolerating their disrespect before leaving. I have been ordering from 9 queen for a long time now, back when the kind old Chinese man was working cash. They have the best Chinese food in all of Brampton. I am beyond disappointment in the fact that they d go and hire two mean girls that would rather stand in the kitchen and talk bad about you than to do their job and update you on your order. I only got an apology because they got caught but I m positive this isn t the first time they ve done something like this and I don t plan on ordering from 9 queen by myself or with friends and family as I usually would as long as those two work there. For reference, the two girls were brown one wears a clip in her hair and the other one wears glasses and has a little bit of chin hair.

Had dinner here with my family because we always enjoy the food when we order via delivery apps but well stick to that from now on. It was not busy in the slightest, and we were the only party in there at some points yet the service was completely lacking. No welcoming energy upon arrival, and then we had to ask for water, menus, etc. despite the fact that I called ahead to let them know we were coming. I had to physically leave my seat at our table to ring the bell at the service counter to ask for extra utensils and order other items. Then we had visit the counter at the end of our meal multiple times to ask for the bill and wait an extra 15 minutes to pay. Overall a huge disappointment, would recommend new management.

Idk who blessed me so much last night, but thank you! It was my first time here, looking for Chinese food late at night (which we all know is basically impossible after 11pm in Brampton), and you guys did not disappoint. I was thoroughly excited to order some food from here through recommendation. Upon arrival, no greeting or welcoming. My partner & I ordered spicy chicken wing fried rice which is listed under the Guyanese section of the menu. On arrival for pickup, the order was only the wings without rice. My partner went inside to show them the incorrect order to which the server responds you didn t say Guyanese so it doesn t come with rice even though we specifically said fried rice. She then proceeds to say if we want the rice we must pay for two additional combos even though both dishes are the same price (the non-Guyanese wings vs the Guyanese fried rice). As a business owner I figured a common solution would be to cook the rice separately and correct their mistake. Wish I could ve had a better experience.

I came in to dine in last week, the food was delicious, this restaurant has a positive environment, i was served by Pearl she was very sweet and made sure of my specifications, great customer service, the staff here is really good. Very impressed.

Extremely expensive pricing , I can t justify 16.95 for Yang fried rice but not only that. I specifically asked the order taker (Pearl) after spending 60.80 before tax if there was a promotion or deal and she flat out said No . Pay and proceed to leave with bill and flyer in hand only to see on such flyer there s a 10% discount on cash purchases over $35.00 (darn I was already in the car but I digress). The portions are small and the garlic spareribs were like stones, and the lying at the register got me the most. Please folks just go somewhere else unless you like to spend your hard earned money on a skimpy a$$ meal with a cold side of lies.

Nobody order from here again!!!!! Worst service ever! First off they told me to pick up my order in 20 min after I called it in. When I arrived my order was not ready and I had to wait another 20 min. My order was over $100 and they forgot two items. I called back to let them know and the owner argued with me for over 10 min accusing me of being wrong and basically lying. Her solution was to pack up all the food my family was already eating and put them back in the bags and bring them back to her so she can see! That is the most idiotic idea I have ever heard.

I ordered my food for take out, once I got home I realized all the food from my order was not there. I called to get the issue sorted and the response was very rude and aggressive. I would not recommend this place.

Chicken wings had lots of batter and very oily, food was tasteless, I definitely will not go back there.

I ordered through Ubereats. Ordered 2 beef items: beef with both choy & beef with broccoli. Both items were submerged in liquid sauce. Almost 3/4 liquid. Not even thicker side sauce. Very disappointing whoever made this. I had these items before and its a little thick sauce just enough to coat the food and maybe 2 TBSP max. Not happy and wont order again from this place

Excessive waiting

I come in here all the time for dinner. Normally, when I am with a parent, I am met with amazing and welcoming services. The staff are nice and the food is really good. I love their spring rolls. Today, I came in with a group of 4. We are high-school students. We were met with dirty looks. My friends and I grabbed menus and sat down. We are indecisive people, and we were looking over the menus for about 5 minutes. We were not being loud or disruptive. The woman behind the counter loudly asked if we were eating here. I said yes, and she continued to ask if we had menus as she walked over to our table when she could clearly see We had some. Her attitude towards us was very cold and rude. We observed the woman serve many other adults with the utmost respect. I understand how many teenagers are rude, loud, and disrespectful, but we were none. Im just a little bit disappointed.

These people are so ridiculous for charging me $59.40 for a cancelation fee! They literally charged me for my entire order plus kept the food, I was not notified of this until next day. I have no issue being charged a cancelation fee, I only canceled as the wait time went from 30 mins, then 30 more mins then again the apps said could take another 30 mins before delivering i assume due to the weather lastnight!!!! Are these people for real? So I should wait 1 and a half hour for my food and when I decided thats too long of a wait for ny kids to wait to eat you charge me the full cost any way???? This is not good customer service, even if I was charged 50% of the cost I could understand but nooo yall so greedy you charged me $60 for cancelation with no consideration! Says alot about you people you deprived my kids dinner plus $60 hope you feel good at the end of the days for ripping off hard working people.

They had a lot of phone orders and did not prioritize dine-in guests. The wait was 25 mins.

This is probably the worst restaurant on the planet. I ordered a sweet and sour pork combo and when it arrived there were 3 small pieces of pork. I called the establishment to complain and they advised that their chef claims he gave a generous portion. So they were calling me liar basically and did nothing to rectify the situation. And after all that, the food wasnt that great. Save your time and money and go to anywhere else. It will be better than this sorry excuse for a restaurant.

Came in with my daughter for an impromptu dinner. Food was ok. Not as good as I remember it being. Server in the front might have been new. He seemed a bit lost. Not sure if we ll be dinning in again. Dine in prices are $2 more than take out.

General TSO is fresh and tasty , the hot and sour soup is very flavorful and even late at night the quality of the food stays consistent

One of the best spots for Chinese and west Indian inspired Chinese dishes. The tenderloin peppered steak is always a go to for me after i come from the gym. Best part is they are open super late at night although google doesn t reflect their actual hours, just give them a call.

Was looking for a new Chinese restaurant in Brampton and was really happy we found this place! Great selection, amazing prices, and the food was delicious. Freshly prepared with each order, definitely coming back. (Ask for a ting)

Food was more authentic than most in Brampton. Some dishes were definitely missing seasonings, but I appreciated that everything was fresh and not drowned in sauce. Their website for ordering was confusing, first it said 15 min to pick up then it said 50 min... I had to call and was told 15 min but it wasnt ready yet when I got there (I ordered 6 dishes). Parking: Parking is hard to find as this is right at a very busy intersection that currently has construction as well (March 2023).

My second time here at a small Chinese place with some excellent food, the naughty Buddha rice one of my fav here. The crispy beef and the eggplant was amazing. Will keep coming back.

Ordered beef and broccoli along with General Tao on crispy fried noodles. I guess I wasnt specific enough about the crispy fried noodles, because the noodles were fried but with no sauce. Luckily there was sauce for the beef n broccoli that I was able to use. It was delicious after. General tao meat was good but not a lot of sauce. Id still go back but make sure Im specific. Parking: The parking was beside the restetaunt but you have to drive around the block to enter it because its one way.

This place is so cheap! Not worth the price. I got a Guyanese style fried rice with fried chicken shrimp and BBQ pork. It was enough for a child. This place should be ashamed of it self! Never will I ever order from here again!

The food here is really good. I ordered a combo of Singapore noodles with spicy peppered shrimp and fried rice with chili chicken. The portions are good. They customize the spice level according to your taste. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you love Chinese food.

Third class food

Absolutely loved my visit this evening! They have a great selection of food that is delivered hot to your table. The portion sizes are filling, especially if you get a few plates to share amongst your friends. I highly recommend dining in especially as the construction is affecting the businesses in this area. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming, the ginger beef that was recommended was amazing. Will definitely be coming here again to try the rest of the menu!

BEST Chinese food in Brampton hands down. Highly recommend getting the Crispy Ginger Beef (pretty unique style of ginger beef bc I ve never had this dish in a crispy form - and it s so good!). The chicken wings are also a must-try: hot, fresh, juicy, and great portion sizes in comparison to other Chinese food spots. The quality of ingredients were not missed! And we tried a little bit of everything on the menu: rice, noodle, veg, seafood, pork, beef, chicken - and everything was exceptional. The staff is amazing, friendly and attentive. Service was fast, the food was fresh, and portion sizes were fantastic for the price. Bring your friends, your family and your appetite! They won t disappoint.

Food is good. Only experienced delivery. Depending on the chef sometimes the food is really good and other times it s ok. They also cancel Uber orders a lot like it s weird!

Went in for the first time on the weekend for dinner. restaurant had one table full this was a bit concerning for its dinner time. Went to use the washroom upon arrival and right by the bathroom door was a large bin filled with chicken balls. The bin was uncovered how disgusting. I could see into the kitchen and the meat and food were in bins the bins were filthy we all immediately got up from the table and left. We will never come back nor will we recommend this restaurant. Very unsanitary

What is going on with 9 Queen ???? We have been loyal customers of this restaurant since we went there during their soft launch several years ago. We stuck with them and continued to order throughout the pandemic as we wanted to support small businesses so that they could survive. Over the last year or so, we have seen a drop in the quality of the food and we consistently order the same dishes so we have a balanced perspective on this. We recognize the staffing challenges and and understanding when the FOH staff may be a bit inexperienced and not quite sure what they are doing. We can handle some delays but the last 3 times we have ordered takeout via their website and shown up when we are told to (as they indicate the lead time to make), we consistently have to wait anywhere from 15 - 30 mins on top of our order time. Todays experience was ordering at 6:24 pm, told to pick up at 7:05 and my food was not ready until 7:35 pm. It took over an hour for our food! I asked why it took so long but they indicated that online orders stack up and its faster to call or come in and order. I would of been more accommodating if this was an exception however this happened the last 3 times we have ordered via their online system. Please fix this!!! We can manage a minor drop in food quality but waiting close to an additional 1/2 hour on top of the 40 min wait does not seem to be very customer centric.

Chillie chicken was amazing

Chefs come and go. If you order seafood fried rice its loaded with shrimp but microscopic bits of other seafood. Besides, I fear shrimp that is not sourced with Costco

every time I order food from here it s either hit or miss it s either the fried rice is either burnt or theirs only 2 shrimp and calamari. This is extremely annoying and irritating. Like why can I order food and it be the exact same every single time.

Beef & broccoli was hitting different

These guys are too slow. I went there for uber order pickup and they said to wait for 10 minutes. but I got my order after 30 minutes. The guys who came after me for the pickup s got there order instantly.

Finally found a a place that serves actual spicy food and not whatever sorry excuse other places claim to serve . Really great ambience, food was delicious. Ordered their 9 queen speciality. Really wide range menu. Will definitely go again, and drag some friends along.

Edit to the 5 star review i gave them 3 years ago. It doesnt feel the way it did. Food is still good but the service is so bad now. I went there for my the usual black pepper sizzling steak and I was told it was discontinued. I was told to try the beef tenderloin with potatoes and I must say I have a new favorite meal. Pls try the beef tenderloin with potatoes, you will not regret it.

TLDR: If you want terrible stomach issues after spending over 100 dollars, order from 9 Queen Chinese. Im not the type of person to write a scathing review for a restaurant because I often give the benefit of the doubt when it comes to an order that doesnt quite taste right. It just seems petty and a waste of time. But what occurred to my husband and I all of yesterday and today, led me to send my feedback because I feel like if youre spending 137 dollars through ubereats, the food shouldnt make you sick. My husband and I love various Asian cuisines and have our go to places for Thai, sushi, and Chinese etc. We loved ordering from 9 Queen as we found that their flavors and freshness was usually unmatched and have been loyal customers since 2020. We normally always got the General Tso, and the Almond Soo Guy. We expanded our orders over time and would also get the Sesame Beef, Chicken Balls, Orange Chicken and occasionally the Honey Garlic Sesame Chicken. I have also had the Mapo Tofu in the past and it was spicy, warm and comforting. Yesterday we got more than usual in order to have left overs. We were wildly hungry as we hadnt had eaten much all day. We ordered the above dishes through ubereats as per usual. We right away noticed something off about the food upon opening. The sesame beef had an odd solidified dehydrated sauce that was hard and crystallized. Upon tasting we could taste pure sugar. We tried heating it up but the taste/texture remained. The beef also did not taste fresh. We were a bit disappointed but thought, Its fine, its just one dish, normally this place is pretty on point. We ordered 2! of the Almond Soo Guy. We loved it that much. Also tasted not fresh, like it had been sitting out forever, the chicken inside tasted turned, or like they used a different part. The outer layer which is normally light and crunchy was off in texture and tasted softer. Again lending to the possibility that this wasnt fresh. We were again, confused and disappointed but we were hungry so we continued. Unfortunately this trend continued with the other dishes, the Orange Chicken was okay, lacked any punchy orange flavour that it normally does. We couldnt tell the difference between it and the Peking Chicken that we ordered in terms of flavour We sat at the dinner table discouraged, eating because we were starving. Normally when youre hungry as hell everything tastes good, but we couldnt enjoy it at all. At this point we were frustrated, we had spent a lot of money and having one dish taste off is one thing, but all of them? Thats kind of ridiculous. We come from backgrounds where food has sometimes been scarce, we arent the types to throw out food just because it doesnt good. So we continued to begrudgingly eat it a second time when we were hungry. What has motivated me to write this lengthy review is the aftermath of the consumption. Within a few hours of eating we both started experiencing nausea and terrible stomach cramps. I used the bathroom and promptly fell asleep due to feeling sick, my husband couldnt sleep at all because he kept using the bathroom with stomach cramps. I woke up in the morning because of the worst stomach cramps Ive experienced in a long time that kept me in the bathroom for an hour. My husband said he hadnt slept at all due to the nausea/cramping. I wont go into further detail of how sick we have been. We both made a deal that the next time we order from somewhere and the food doesnt taste right, regardless of how much money we spend, we are NOT going to continue eating for the sake of not being wasteful. Due to this experience, we cant order from here again. When it comes to the food industry, consistency is all you have. If the food doesnt taste good once AND makes you sick (let alone over 4 dishes in one order), then every time youre ordering food youre just spending money on a BET and HOPING the food is good as you have had it before. Id rather go somewhere mediocre where I know I wont get sick and the food is consistent.

Wow is all I can say. I am definitely surprised by this restaurant with the Chinese cuisine in the middle of downtown Brampton. Lobster was the star. Normally, I would go eat Chinese food in Scarborough or Richmond Hill but this place has surpassed my expectations. I have been in the area before when I was working for a client and know the area pretty well. The location used to be a coffee / sandwich place that I would go once in a while. Other Asian food in the area was Vietnamese or Japanese but no Chinese restaurant. It is difficult to imagine that there is such a place in downtown Brampton but it has done a good job in my books. Went to a festival nearby and the fam wanted to try them out after seeing the resto. The owner was friendly and told us about the concept of the restaurant using premium quality ingredients plus hiring a chef that has lots of experience at the prominent restaurants in the GTA. We all were looking forward to the food after hearing the story. We ordered 2 veggie dishes to open our pallets. The one with eggplant, potatoes and peppers was our favorite as it was colourful and unique. The beef steak tenderloin with potatoes was amazing and couldnt get enough of it. We could tell that they used quality beef to make the dish as opposed to most other Chinese restaurants. Another dish that was great was the sweet & sour pork shoulder which comes with 3 different fruits instead of just the typical pineapple. They even prepare lobster like the other high-end seafood restaurants. Definitely will return to try out more dishes when Im in the area. What a great find!

Great Chinese food. Made to my liking! Price is reasonable and there s a good variety of food to choose from. Location is great in the middle of downtown Brampton. Easy to walk to with free parking available near by.

This was an interesting spot. I had the chilli chicken and my friend had the general tao. The rice was amazing, and the spring roll was good. We both found that our chicken was well cooked and fresh, but lacking spice. The food was also well cooked, not overly greasy but enough that we were satisfied. The service was great and very friendly. A would try again but I would ask for my chicken to be extra spicy.

Ordered for delivery with Uber . Food was disappointing. Chilli chicken hardly any taste, chicken fried rice and shrimp fried rice not fresh. My favourite soup , hot and sour soup was so watered down it had hardly any flavour let alone spice . Done with this establishment.

Ordered through Uber Eats and was very happy with my experience! I ordered the Shanghai noodles and the food was fresh, warm and delicious. The portion sizes are big and definitely worth the price. Highly recommend!

Dined in here early on a Sunday evening. Ordered 3 vegetarian dishes: spicy garlic broccoli, three earthly treasures, and naughty Buddha rice. Everything was fresh, light and delicious! Only small criticism is that I would have preferred a bit more flavour in the rice. The service and portions were excellent, and the variety of dishes here really makes the restaurant stand out. The vegetables were perfectly cooked and covered in just a thin layer of flavourful sauce - not drowning in sauce like many other places. I m glad to see this restaurant in Brampton and will definitely come back!

Love their food. Always taste fresh. I do think they should have dessert options as it would really add alot to the restaurant. Anyway, always my number one for Chinese food :)

Ordered UberEats and only received one of 2 combos that I ordered AND paid for already. Restaurant said they ll call me back and never did. Terrible customer service and couldn t even fulfil and order for only 2 combos. Update: it s been almost 24hr a and still haven t received a call back. Food ain t even that good this place is trash.

I loved this place and their food. I went out to eat with friends once and there was such a calm atmosphere. However, today i ordered with uber eats and found what looked like a rusty staple in my sesame chicken which I had almost consumed until I tasted something metallic. This was not only disgusting but highly unsafe. Please be cautious when ordering from this restaurant

- Open late after 12AM for takeout - No parking nearby, have to enter no entry area and park in private parking to pickup; for dine in was told there is undergound parking nearby - Portion size small. I picked Ma Po Tofu for $14.65 after tax. - Dine in vs take out price difference is only 50 cent odd - Hosts find it hard to understand or speak english

Ordered dumplings from here before. Fried and broiled. Definitely did not like the fried ones (too fried for my liking). My favourite are the broiled chicken dumplings. Absolutely so tasty, almost as good as home made. The General TSO chicken combo for one and Spicy fish combo for one were delicious. Pretty good size portion as well. The little spring rolls that come with the combo taste really good as well. I paid cash for my order so I got 2 free spring rolls (those did not taste good too me). Finally found a good Chinese spot in Brampton.

Have been ordering from 9 Queen since the beginning of the pandemic. Have tried many items and they have never disappointed...even when you order at 2am. The food is always fresh and delicious! Earlier this week, I placed an order on Uber eats however, there was an item missing and a specific instruction not followed. I called the restaurant to let them know for future and the man who picked up the phone was so apologetic. He said he would make it right and delivered the missing and incorrect items to our house, during their dinner rush. This level of service goes beyond the requirements of a restaurant and were truly appreciated by my family. I will definitely be back again and have recommended 9 Queen to all my family and friends.

Worst experience ever had..ordered a sesame beef combo through skip the dishes and the food which I got delivered was too disappointing. Rice is not even cooked properly and the beef was a disaster

We used to love this place. But today changed all of that. A box of wings was missing from our order. This was 1 out of 4 items ordered, a $16 item. Not delivered. I called the store and they said they wouldnt forget stuff - the driver must have taken it out of the bag. I said nope, the bag was sealed. They continued to deny it. Like just take accountability and admit you messed up? Or just apologize? I would have preferred that. Then I would have let it go. Instead, Im leaving you a poor review and also letting people know how terrible the sesame honey garlic chicken was today. Dry, chewy pieces. Looks like well need to find a new Chinese food spot. Honestly, happy to stick with Mandarin, their service is usually better anyway.

Service was great, very considerate of dietary needs. I am a vegetarian and so they brought me the list of ingredients to make sure I was ok with it, which I have never experienced at a restaurant. Super kind. Server was polite and courteous, food was delicious. Egg fried rice was fantastic!

Best Chinese food (equal to China Town Toronto). We regularly attended in person, and then ordered pickup during Covid. Tonight, were back to dine in, and the food was even fresher... straight from kitchen to table. Lovely decor and friendly, attentive server. Very authentic cuisine (light breading, or none at all!). Delicious. My wife (a great cook) is always amazed at the perfectly cooked vegetables, especially the Bok Choy

There is rice on the picture of curry chicken, but actually no on the dish. Both lo mein and chow mein are very greasy. I dont know why people like it.

Although the food I could eat was very tasty, I was very disappointed. I had ordered the dinner for 4 special and specifically asked for accommodation for food allergies which were agreed to upon placing my order only to get the food home and find out those items I had asked to be excluded were present in the food.

For the most part the food is pretty great and the prices are pretty decent for the amount of food you get. I dont know if they had a shortage of staff but took a while to get the food out to me, but were friendly none the less. The chicken dish was slightly lacking in chicken, but otherwise everything was great!

Ordered egg rolls and was absolutely disgusting. All you tasted was nasty OLD oil! The Cantonese noodles was overly sauced and was literally just a soggy mess! The house fried rice was delicious! Very well seasoned. The wonton soup was the best! Overall I wouldnt order again. Very disappointing after reading all the reviews.

Guyanese Chinese food. Absolutely delicious!! Our servers were attentive and friendly. We dined inside and the restaurant including the washrooms were clean. They offer take out as well. Portions are a good size. Very tasty and included a good amount of meat and seafood for the dish we ordered. Parked on John Street and walked in. Will be visiting there again soon!

Not what it used to be. Food was great when it first open but the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the interior of the restaurant has diminished significantly. They changed the type of rice they use for the rich mans rice so now its more like the poor mans rice. The chili chicken was mediocre at best.

Maybe for most there s no issues so that s great. But for me and my taste buds .. I will not be back. I given this place several times to wow me like at least 4 times . a let down. And I keep making excuses for them . thinking okay maybe next time! Or maybe I went too late or the chef changed ! So again if you like it .. perfect !! Keep on going. They claim to make Guyanese Chinese unfortunately I have yet to have it - it just taste like regular Chinese food. Anyway I ordered on Thursday, September 1, 2022 a complete let down. The food needed some tender love and affection - the only thing that had some flavour was the Pop I ordered alongside my meal. Not to mention ordered spring rolls and literally the thing was COLD , then they had the nerve to take it back . Put it in a microwave lol . Then the workers had me try it in front of him. The bag was hot . Lol but then i broke in half in front of him .. still cold !!!! Like Overpriced and just not worth it

One of the main dishes I ordered was beef tenderloin with potatoes, delicious. Ive had it a number of times and it never disappoints. Parking: Parking is horrible because the city has blocked off Lanes for many months now, it would be less annoying if you saw somebody working

These guys are unorganized, slow, and dont even get orders right. Uber eats must keep them in business. Food and wine was fine but the whole experience is very bad. Drink lots before coming lol

We showed up far too close to closing time but the staff was nothing but courteous. Dishes ordered: two combo for one, one spicey pepper beef and one beef withb broccoli. Succulent and delicious. They could stand to cut back on the portion sizes though.

Was craving some pepper shrimp and stumbled upon this gem. We are visiting from Niagara and it was late, and we were searching for a place to eat. This spot is open til 3am! Excellent service by one of the owners. She was an absolute treat to meet... all the food we ordered was tasty!!! The pepper shrimp was the best pepper shrimp weve ever had. This place has a Guyanese section on their menu. Guyanese Chinese food at its finest!!

Absolutely loved the food. We are new to Brampton... was looking for a good place to get Chinese food. We gave the Mandarin two tries to get things right...they did not. We ordered from 9 Queen and was delighted. Will not have to keep trying to find a place....we have found it. Parking: Need more parking

Ordered pick up for 2; salt and pepper tofu, egg fried rice, and honey sesame chicken. Tofu was crispy, rice tasted fresh. We didnt get chicken though, we got beef. We were thoroughly disappointed (always check your food before you leave!). We called the restaurant to let them know and they insisted that we ordered beef. We know for a fact that we ordered chicken (not once did we mention beef, they even confirmed at the register that it was chicken). There was no remorse, apology, or any customer service solution from their end.

Ordered General Tso chicken with fried rice and it was terrible. First few bites left a bitter aftertaste. Unfortunately had to toss everything in the garbage. Never again
