Great place for food. I found the service to be a bit slow on a slow day. Had to grab her attention a few times. But overall can t complain. Food tasted great and price wasn t too bad either.

Loves the food here, the dumplings were really good. We also tried the general tso chicken and fried fish - both we enjoyed aswell. The only thing we werent a fan of was the hot and sour soup.

We went there to eat, but the server was very rude. Without listening to us, they angrily said, We are not hiring. Our experience was so bad.

Me and my mother LOVE this place. The design of the place is wonderful, modern and isnt too crowded. The food was delicious and our first time here was great. Portions are nice enough to fill you but leave room. Quality and quantity is great and the prices match.

Everything was perfect. Greeted and served by the most kind people. A large selection on the menu and the food was delicious. The price is also affordable, we got SO much food for under $100. 10/10, I will definitely be visiting again next time I am in the city.

Delicious General Tao Chicken

A really pleasant find. Great service, and clean. Food was delicious! We had the crispy orange beef, general Tao chicken and panfried pork dumplings. Also, the Mixed veggies were perfect (which I feel says a lot). Will definitely become a regular.

This place is a hidden gem. The food is amazing especially the crispy chicken wings, pineapple fried rice and crispy beef. Their dumplings are good too. If you havent been, I recommend giving this place a try.

We went there to celebrate my parents birthday/anniversary. We made a reservation for 7 people. The restaurant is not very big so it would be tough to accommodate a much larger group but we were comfortable. The service was very friendly and efficient, even though they were busy. We ordered a number of things: noodles, fried rice, dumplings, wings - all very good and well priced, and we shared them family-style. I couldn t choose a favourite dish, but the chicken wings were really good: crispy and juicy and flavourful. We ll definitely be back! Parking: Lots of parking in the lot right in front of the door. Wheelchair accessibility: There is an accessible washroom and no steps to get into the restaurant. It would be a bit tight to navigate the restaurant with a mobility device but not impossible, and the tables/chairs can be moved around.

Green Bites deserves all the hype! Some food highlights include the chicken wings, pan fried chicken dumplings, beef and gailan, and sesame chicken. Follow them on instagram because they also host dumpling making classes! Welcoming and friendly staff as well.

In desperation for Chinese food Google Map dawned this hidden gem. To be specific, I wanted a variation in beef dishes and the online menu looked promising. Steamed (chubby) beef dumplings, spicy &sour soup, and sliced beef with gai lan (packed to go) satisfied my Asian taste buds. Waitress greets as soon as I enter and is attentive to my liking on the dishes. Good food portion, clean, and bright dining area. Vegetarian options: Veggie dumplings and dishes available.

Second time visiting this restaurant. First time was a dine-in and the food was so good, I decided to try take-out. I got the mongolian beef, beef and broccoli, chinese chicken rice cake, crispy wings (10), crispy fish and crispy squid came to about $95. I paid with cash so theres a 10% off discount. Service was quick took about 15 mins to prepare. Very good chinese food in Brampton if you dont want to drive down to Mississauga or out East.

I wish the menu was 50% smaller. Half of our food was incredible! I loved the tempura veg, loved the dumplings and the chow mein was so fresh with the veggies. But then ordered a stir fry that just was not great. If the menu was way smaller it would be easier for the cooks and they could focus on their greatest hits .

This was genuinely such an amazing spot. I personally am a big fan of dumplings and so are my friends and we were really struggling to find a good dumpling spot within Mississauga / Brampton and somehow we ended up finding this restaurant. The food is super flavourful and at a decent price. The interior is so cute and the staff was so kind. I had such a great experience here and is my new go to spot whenever i want dumplings. Additionally, their basil shrimp was so good too. 10/10 !!!!

Fantastic experience! I was visiting from out of town and was in the mood for dimsum. Decided on Green Bites based on the review score and I was not disappointed. Im used to authentic Asian cuisine, and all of the dishes from here were on point! We had the hargow, siu mai, xiulongbao, and the sticky rice. All were flavourful and fresh. The decor was quaint and fun. Also the service was super fast and very pleasant. Highly recommend!

This is a family owned business they make you feel so welcome and they are such kind people. The atmosphere is cozy, quiet and quaint it s like going to eat at your grandma s place with cool decor . As for the food where do I start ? ..the fresh made to order dumplings whether they re steamed ,pan fried or soup dumplings they are all excellent eating these is a euphoric experience.My husband and I have been steadily trying new things on the menu each time we visit and so far we have loved everything. All pad Thai s are amazing,beef hofun,cashew chicken,shrimp , honey sesame chicken ( our favourite) crispy fish ,squid,vegetables all delicious and expertly prepared.A small dim sum menu is also offered on Saturdays.The dishes are all very tasty and you can feel the love in cooking. If you re vegetarian you will find plenty of options to satisfy. Excellent value for the money and generous portions food quality and consistency outstanding. One of, if not, the best Chinese fried chicken wings in the GTA. Their seasoning is extremely addicting. I always end up taking all the left over seasoning and bits from the wings home to eat with other meals. Its THAT good.

Fantastic dumplings spot! The service was great with the servers giving great suggestions. The highlight was definitely the pan fried chicken dumplings. The pork dumpling filling was a little bland and needed extra sauce. Well done team Green Bites!

We went for a formal dinner and they made it the best experience. Jenny and Charisma make every effort to take care of their diners. Cuisine is sumptuous. We tried dumplings, noodles, soup and Shrimps in their specialty sauce. We were mix of veg and non veg diners. They customized their Singapore noodles for us to accommodate our veg diners. All were made with love by chef. Jenny and Charisma were around to look after with their beautiful smiles. Ambience and cleanliness are commendable. They gave much love to kids too. Their ice cream is a must try. Will definitely visit again.

Fantastic!! I cannot give this place enough stars. Family owned, kind and helpful staff. I have ordered takeout many times over the years and it is always fresh and hot. But its just as nice dinning in. Small restaurant but very nice and clean. Chicken dumplings are a must- homemade. Their chicken wings are amazing. Chicken dumpling soup, hot and sour soup, general tao chicken, pad tai, are all great. Theres honestly nothing I have tried here that I havent liked.

I picked up a takeout order here for the first time last night. The $100 order was ready very fast in 15 minutes. The staff were friendly. The food was amazing. It was all clearly made with love. In my opinion you wont do any better than this place in Brampton. I might dine in next time for some fresh dumplings straight out of the kitchen.

Unexpectedly good!! Crispy fish and Asahi really hit the spot for me. The shrimp-vegetable dumplings (steamed) were so fresh and flavourful, especially with the dipping Sauce. The chicken fried rice and the wontons was very good as well. The service was very fast in spite of how busy the place was. 5 big Stars!! Vegetarians would love this place.. so many options!

What can I say, Im speechless. This was my 2nd time going to Green Bites. The 1st was late 2019 and I had the steamed pork dumplings then and found them to be outstanding. Today I was looking at menu and reviews to ensure I was going to the correct place. I seen a lot of people talking about the Chicken Wings. Well I tried the Crispy Chicken Wings. All I can say is Green Bites has destroyed Chicken Wings from any other place for me. None Ive ever ate come anywhere near as good. I would take a day trip to the area just to eat here. Highly recommend Greeb Bites.

Where do I start, we ordered the orange chicken and the wings for appetizers and I am very picky with my chicken, I am not joking I have never tried orange chicken that is this good. 100% recommend and the lady there was super polite to everyone and making sure we do not need anything else.

The Ambience of the restaurant is great. Out of the two soups we ordered, we liked the Wonton soup much better than the Hot & Sour. And the Honey seasame chicken was amazing (MUST ORDER), whereas for dumplings we ordered both types (steamed & fried) from which I would recommend steamed. For main course we got the Singapore Style noodles, which were not good nor bad, but just bland (could taste just turmeric) and the Kung Pao Chicken which was the same. Overall the experience was good, and so was the service. We will return back to this restaurant specifically for the Honey Wings and would try different item from the menue.

I was pleasantly surprised how good the dumplings were.

We ordered it the other night and anything that was fried was super greasy(especially the noodles). The portions were small and barely had any protein in it (like chicken). The cashews were chopped up super tiny and anything that wasnt fried was really gouppy in a lot of liquid.

An absolute hidden gem! Beautiful decor and ambiance, warm and inviting staff round out an already out of bounds delicious meal. The food is authentic and made from scratch, like theyre cooking for family (no MSG, low sodium, low oil). Some of their food is also appropriate for vegetarian, vegan, and other dietary needs. The perfect mix of relaxed yet elegant, the food here is just incredible - we will be back often!

This place has some of the best wings in the GTA! They are perfectly crispy and flavoursome and their dumplings are really good too! Also, my GF says they have great vegan options with their soy-chicken recipes

We had lunch here on a weekend and it was not busy. The staff were friendly and service was good. We liked the food and were surprised by the big portions. Enjoyed the tofu and noodles, and the steamed dumplings were better than the pan-fried version.

I went with my family to eat at this restaurant because we were close to the area and we were hungry. Attention is a common thing, nothing careful. The food is too expensive for what they offer. We ordered a Veal with Ginger and Onion, it was pure onion and using three fingers of steak as a measure, as a carpaccio, we cut and distributed throughout the plate, wow. We told the waitress, and she just said that she would give it to the cook, but she did nothing about it. The drinks are hot, we had to ask for ice, the tables are for two people, anyway, the food is BAD!!! THE ATTENTION poor, and ridiculous prices. THATS WHY THE KEG STEAKHOUSE RESTAURANT (SHERWAY GARDENS) IS ONE OF THE BEST RESTAURANTS IN TORONTO, THE STAFF AT THE KEG IS ADMIRABLE, AS ARE THE CHEFS AND THE FOOD, Green Bites is light years away if it stays that way. Check it out if you want to waste money. As I respect myself, I dont even go for free. I read that someone found a long hair in her food and they only offered her a 10% discount FOR THE NEXT ORDER. The Ministry of Health should fall, disgusting!

We stopped in for takeout while we were in the area and had a great experience. Staff were all lovely and cheerful, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, it was very busy and all the patrons looked happy. We got our food really quickly and it tasted delicious. Pork bun was huge and so good! The dumplings and the dipping sauce were next level! Ill definitely go here again next time Im in Brampton! Parking: In a large shopping center with Walmart and other outside entrance stores, lots of parking Kid-friendliness: There were several families inside and the menu has a lot of options that I would have loved as a less culinarily brave kid Wheelchair accessibility: Its a bit of a tight squeeze around some tables but the bathroom and restaurant is accessible.

Really cute little restaurant! It was my first time, we didn t eat in but next time we will. The decor is really sweet and inviting. I ordered steamed chicken dumplings and the vegetable steamed bun. They came very hot and fresh! Tasted fresh. It was amazing. I didn t catch the name of the girl at the front desk but she was very kind. We came to pick up an order very close to closing and she was very kind and considerate. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience here. The owner and staff are so friendly and thoughtful. The dimsum was delicious and the chicken wings really are a must order! We even enjoyed a pot of tea.

Green Bites has some of the best handmade dumplings in the city. The dumplings are filled generously, the dough is perfectly chewy, not too thick or thin. We tried the pan fried chicken dumplings, pan fried pork dumplings, and steamed shrimp and pork dumplings. All three were fantastic with the delicious dumpling sauce (mix of soy, vinegar, jalapeños, and green onions). The wonton soup here is amazing as well - clean and clear broth with seaweed and lots of umami. They also serve Chinese tea by the pot - the Dragon Well tea goes very well with the dumplings!

One of my favourite spots to enjoy dim sum. I will make the 45 minute drive to Green Bites when the craving strikes. The chicken wings are always so delicious, crispy and seasoned perfectly with hot peppers, onions and basil. Love their steamed dumplings too. I had the shrimp and pork ones recently and a wonton soup. Enjoyed my meal tremendously. Service is always perfect.

Better than moms cooking

I thought I had reviewed this place but apparently not. I remember when it first opened up I believe during the pandemic and we got pickup. My god the chicken wings are so good. Recently I went in person and the place is very cute. My wife and I had taken our friends as well. The service is great and the food is delicious. It may seem a bit pricey but its worth it.

Love this restaurant for their pork streamed buns and wonton soup! Which make delicious and affordable snacks. Customer service is also great.

Went to eat on a Saturday night and found multiple hairs in our food. Told the wait staff and was reimbursed for the one dish that the hair had been found in cooked into the tempura. Hairs had been found in multiple dishes and on our plates brought out to share the many dishes. Unfortunately, we will not be going back to give this place any business after the many years we have supported this place.

Beautiful authentic place that serves besides dumplings all kind of Chinese food. We pays $65 and ordered steamed shrimp vegetable dumplings, beef dumplings, chicken curry, oolong tea, shrimp har gown, egg drop soup, hot & sour soup and every single dish was 10 out 10 stars! Highly recommend!!!

My brother and his wife recommended this place to try out. We got the dinner for 2 (A) which included the following: Spring Rolls, Wings, Dumplings, General Tao Chicken & Chicken Chowmein. The Crispy Chicken Wings & Dumplings was probably our favourite dishes out of the whole combo, the chowmein was too oily for our liking and the general tao chicken was very mushy right from the beginning. Overall for the price point the food was good, we would definitely come back here but would probably just order the apps

I visited this place for dinner after seeing the great reviews and wasnt disappointed. I ordered chicken fried rice, dim sim, and steamed dumplings and thoroughly enjoyed these dishes. Service was 10/10. Our server was very courteous and kind the second we walked in. It was extremely fast service and the food delivery was well paced. She was very attentive and was very smiley. My only critique is that the portion size of the fried rice and dumplings were rather small for the price but they were delicious nonetheless. If I am in Brampton again, I will visit this place :)

Decided to host my work Christmas party at Green Bites and it was great. The service was excellent and the food was delicious.

Food was hot, fresh and delicious! Service was good, the person serving us was very nice and friendly. I ordered steamed chicken dumplings and they were pan-fried, but they were still so tasty and full of flavour!!

Saw the reviews were good for this place and thought I would give it a try. Since Kingsley s left the scene in Brampton, it s been hard finding a sit down Chinese restaurant so was really happy to find this one. I ordered shanghai noodles and thought the food was nothing special so was super disappointed. Very bland flavor, not even the hot sauce could save it. Although staff was nice, I won t be back.

Probably the most authentic Chinese food you can find in Brampton. The crispy wings are so good!

I wanted to try this place due to the high reviews and I was disappointed the calamari was like rubber, the wings had a lot of batter and were to greasy I couldn t even eat them . Very disappointed

Usually come here since the dumplings are good. Decided to order something different this time and it was a bit disappointing. The sweet and sour chicken tasted soggy and the steamed baos were incredibly bland/overpriced.

Stopped in after reading the reviews and we enjoyed our dine in experience so much! We didn t know what to order so we tried quite a few items. Honestly, everything we tried was great! You can definitely tell they hand-make their items. Everything was freshly made and piping hot. This is definitely our new and permanent Chinese go to!!

If youre vegetarian or vegan and craving dumplings they have vegetarian pan fried and steamed dumplings but they are not very flavourful in my opinion. One plus is they are filling so they will satisfy your hunger but the filling they use in the dumplings doesnt have much flavour so its not really worth the cost to me. I also got their stir fried mix veggies with the puff tofu and that was tastier so I do reccomend that if you dont want meat but crave chinese food.

Lots of pros about this place and some cons. It seems like a family owned restaurant and its very nice inside, not your average restaurant. The food is really good and the prices arent super high but they arent low either. Ive only come here twice but both times I enjoyed my time. The staff is very nice and polite. I feel like theres 2 cons. 1 is they need more staff. It seems like everyones always running around. And the 2nd is I think they need to expand or find a bigger space because the food is really good so they wont have an issue filling the place. You have to call in advance to eat here for sure and most of the time its 45 min wait. Overall I highly recommend this place. All the cool Chinese culture they have displayed gives a nice vibe/atmosphere. Ill come back again of course great food.

Love the restaurant decorations and finishes but most importantly, their dumplings pan fried, steamed and veggie pumpkin wrap were super tasty! Would definitely go back.

Amazing service, beautiful decor, deep and intense flavour in each and every one of the dishes. Highly recommend the soups for a cold day, especially the chicken wonton :)

We still order our regular staples of basil chicken and crispy tofu. Just on point with the seasoning and freshness. Now we sometimes add the pork pan fried dumplings with their savoury dipping sauce to the order. OMG!! So full of flavour and filling. The portion serving is substantial. Highly recommend ordering some take out or dining in for some awesome food. The staff are very friendly and the service is still too notch. 2021-05-07_So Green Bites has officially become our Friday-night-after-a-hard-work-week meal. We are really glad that they did not close down during the past year because of Covid. Crispy chicken wings, crispy tofu and basil chicken. We have ordered other dishes and they are just as tasty. However, I have yet to taste crispy tofu the way Green Bites does it. Cannot wait when we can finally get to eat at the restaurant again. The food is always peppered with fresh slaw cabbage and thin slices of jalapeño and the seasoning for the food was on point. We return again and again. Support the great restaurant and keep it going. Ordered the Crispy Tofu (BEST TOFU EVER) and the Cashew Chicken to share with my wife. The food continues to blow us away. Simple but flavourful and clean-tasting, the components of each dish comes through, especially the vegetables. The Cashew Chicken had the right amount sauce. The Crispy Tofu bites went well with some.of the chili sauce at the table. This was all chased down with Jasmine tea for two. My wife and I have our favourites already. The Crispy Tofu ranks NUMBER ONE and a must every time we go. The Green Salad with Sesame Dressing is one of the tastiest plate of greens I have ever had. And we typically have to resist ordering those amazing wings. They are crispy and light. It is quickly becoming our favourite weekly restaurant. And the service is friendly and efficient. 2019-04-02_It is official. Green Bites is our go-to-once-a-week local establishment. Green salad with sesame dressing, crispy tofu and 1/2 dozen crispy wings. The rest of the menu that we have tried just as tasty but we are addicted to those three items. Worth the trip. 2019-06-20_ We had gone there last couple of times over the past month. The atmosphere is still cozy and the service is still excellent. However, what happened to the awesome seasoning that accompanied the Crispy Tofu and Crispy Wings. It was the first thing that hit our taste buds and made the tofu and wings especially savoury, with that hit of salt, pepper and five spice. We were told they had a new chef but I hope that they bring back that SPICE. We still recommend coming to eat here. Their other dishes are still great.

I don t think I can rave enough about this adorable restaurant! Who knew high quality food with such a warm atmosphere could exist in a strip mall steps away from a Walmart! So glad we stopped in to give it a try. Turned into an impromptu date night Honey sesame wings were great, and the dumplings are stuffed full of fresh tasting ingredients with a nice thin dumpling skin. 10/10 loved it!

Cute restaurant. Food is okay. Ordered fried chicken and beef dumplings and some noodles, food didnt really have much flavour but tasted fresh. Dragon sauce (soy sauce mix) is not particularly spicy or noteworthy but enjoyed the chili/hot sauce at the table to give most of the food zing. Good price and portion size.
