We just celebrated our parents 60th wedding anniversary party!! We had 75 people. Vicki, Eric and staff were amazing and very accommodating. The food was amazing. Everyone is still talking about the lechon. My parents were so happy and our guests enjoyed. Thank you Fan D Flame for making this memorable occasion.
Make sure to order the right amount of spring rolls for your guests. Then, order double the amount. We catered our engagement party with Fan, and everyone ate the spring rolls soooo fast. The owner even warned me haha. The sisig is the best I've had, and guests said the same. Chicken wings and mixed veggies were all gone by the end of the night, really good. Really easy to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend them as I plan to cater to other events with them. 5/5 UPDATE: They also catered our wedding. Everyone demolished the food. It was unbelievable. So many of our guests kept telling us how the food was amazing. No issues with bringing the food to our venue. I would highly recommend.

Recently my girlfriend and I organized my father's 60th birthday here and it was time and money WELL spent! FDF has a great space inside for 50+ people (we were under 40ppl) and currently have great promotions for in-house parties and celebrations. We were able to pick for a custom buffet table and add-in a great lechon. My friends and family enjoyed the lechon and were happy that it wasn't too fatty. From Appetizers to main dishes and desserts, they had cooked and prepared really great food for our event. FDF is definitely a great competitor to Intramuros and Maharlika in Mississauga. Big shoutouts and THANK YOUs to Ate Vicki, Kuya Eric and all of their staff for being so nice and kind! Your hard work the past weekend for our event and their booth at Celebration Square Mississauga participating in Phil Fest is recognized. Your accommodations and service were amazing, please keep up the great work!
Went to their restaurant one time to try out their food and they were all delicious! Was really looking forward to tasting their lechon if it passes my standard being a Cebuano 😁 Lechon was soo good! Dinuguan was the best! Great, Filipino family owned restaurant. Vicki was so accommodating. Also, after we tried some of their food, we ordered lechon & party trays for my daughter's baptism. Delivery was on time and all the food were excellent! Every one of my guests loved everything from the party trays!
EDIT: Since I got a reply. Yes I ordered from a delivery platform, but like I said I paid $14.99, but it was well worth it because I used to at least get FULL PORTIONS of the container. I wouldn't have left a low review if I was paying $16 for a full container like before. Doesn't change the fact that the portions are smaller now than before. I have been a constant customer since they opened. The portions were great at first and it was worth the price. But now?? I keep getting LESS AND LESS portions after they INCREASED the price. You could see the PORTION IS SO SMALL YOU COULD SEE THE BOTTOM OF THE CONTAINER. ITS ONLY FILLED HALF. AND THIS SISIG COST $16?? Ridiculous!!
Good food, great place for informal gathering for small group. A friend of mine celebrated her birthday. It was intimate, perfect for 30 ppl. Filipino food, main dishes were delicious. Pancit, BBQ, dinakdakan, lomi (noodle soup) Only complaint is that, I did not enjoy the dessert. We were served with a weird sweet colored pasta that I did not dare to touch so I don't know if it's any good but just the look is not appetizing and another dessert which looked like chicken nuggets but we were told it's dessert. Lol Owner were very polite and accommodating. I highly recommend!
We came here for my mom's birthday (you get a free Deluxe Halo Halo!) Walking in, we were immediately hit with the aroma of the freshly cooked Lechon on display. The place is very clean and the decoration is nice and modern. Our waitress wasn't the most attentive (she was still new/young) but she quickly came to help us whenever we asked. The food is very much worth the price. Everything is made fresh to order, and the portions are very large (our group of 5 didn't finish the garlic fried rice, which was great). The meat portions are also worth the price (ranges from 8-12$ per pound, $16 for the Lechon) and are quite good. The desserts were the best part; we had the halo halo (free, $9), the mini turon ($4 for 6) and the suman ($1 each with bao) and they were all excellent. Overall a nice place hidden away in a corner of Brampton.
Their packaging just keep decreasing in size, along with its portioning, while the price is still stagnant. It s ridiculous that I m paying for this dish for $18. Also, some of their dishes only has soup base and not a lot of meat. Kept using this store for delivery, but it s not worth it.

My husband was actually the one who found this restaurant through Skip the dishes about 2 years ago and ever since then, weve been ordering or a regular basis. The food is amazing and delicious while the owner is very friendly and answers your questions professionally. We recently had our sons baptism catered by Fan D Flame and every guest had nothing but positive feedback for the dishes served. Love it

Ordered a lechon for my wedding from Fan D Flame. Vicki was very accommodating, had excellent communication and was easy to work with. Our guests loved the lechon! The skin was crispy and the meat was tender. Delivery came on time as well Thank you Vicki!!! Update March 2024: We will keep coming back to Fan D Flame for their Lechon! We ordered lechon for our New Years Eve party, the bottom half was not cooked. Please see pictures for your reference. Just a reminder of how we have to make sure that every order is fully cooked. Many diseases can be acquired from eating a partially cooked pork. Especially since there is a lot to eat.

Women who was cashing us out dropped food (spring roll) on the front counter was put back in the the bag. Store didn t even offer to make a new one to substitute the one that fell on the counter.
I had my birthday party last April 2. 2023 at Fan D Flame Restaurant. I had 48 guests who expressed their satisfaction with regards to the food (delicious) and the venue (large and comfortable enough for my guests). In the three hours that we stayed at the restaurant, we had a buffet styled dinner and time for Karaoke singing and dancing. It was my son who provided us with the music. It was facilitated by the fact that the restaurant had a small stage and a large TV at one side of the restaurant. The owner, Vicky, helped me with the choice of food trays and the amount to order. I was relieved and happy that we had enough food for everyone and in fact even had extra food given to guests on their way out. The servers at the restaurant were very professional, accommodating and made sure all the guests were attended to at all times. The April 2nd event was my third time to host a dinner event in this place, but it s only in this event that I hosted my own birthday party and had Karaoke singing and dancing, which my guests and I really enjoyed. Thank you very much, Fan D Flame and my guests for a memorable and enjoyable birthday party!

Saturday July 8th: Just ordered 4 take out halo halo about $10 per prder pretty disappointed to find theres only a mix of jellies and a very small amount of it too. See photos of the orders cant really see any toppings inside.
I ordered food from Fan D Flame for my babys 1st birthday. Ate Vicki was very nice and accomodated our orders even if it was close to our event date. She was very helpful, polite and responsive and accomodated all the changes and requests that I made. I ordered a variety of food including their famous sisig and lechon. And let me tell you, that sisig is famous for a reason! At the party, the sisig was gone in minutes! It was soooo good, tasty and crispy, just the way I like it! The rest of the food were so delicious too! My guests were really satisfied with the food and everyone kept asking where I ordered the food from. Fan D Flame will now be my go-to for all occassions moving forward! Cant wait to order from them again. Thanks Fan D Flame!

We recently held my husband s surprise birthday dinner at Fan D Flame for 60+ guests. Hospitable host/owner, great service, delicious dishes and the best lechon. Wouldn t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a good place to eat in/private events. Would have been great if they served alcohol for private events.

I ordered 5 days before our party. I went to pick up the dishes and laid them all on the table when i got home. We began eating, and when i spooned the pork sisig, a long strand of hair came with it. Nobody wanted to eat the dish anymore. The 6 pieces of lechon kawali the size of 1inch is expensive for 12.99. I also ordered LAING and i was so disapointed. It tasted so sour and it was not cooked with coconut milk. Instead, it was so black like a dinuguan. The palabok was barely touched. What a waste of money. I will never order nor buy food there again.
Food is good but the I dont like the styrofoam containers they use even for hot foods. I ordered noodles and some stuck in the stytofoam. They should look at other restaurants the way food is packaged. I will buy more even if they raise price as long they they use proper containers to package food and give it 5 stars.

The lechon per pound is a NO NO. Never tried the whole lechon. The per pound is no good. Skin is like rubber.
We ordered pork sisig and it was yummy. Their specialty really is the sisig. We also ordered empanada. It was delicious bite size. Really like their food but it was small portions now.

It s my first time ordering all the foods for my daughters birthday and baptism since I don t know how to cook, lol. So I ask my friends where can I order foods, especially the lechon and they recommended me this restaurant, Fan D Flame. To be honest, it s the best food I have tried so far and of coarse the lechon is the best and still crispy. Everything is perfect! The woman whom I talked and communicate to the phone is very accomodating, approachable and very friendly . I feel bad I didn t get her name but thank you so much, you know who you are. I really recommend this restaurant. 100/10! Thank you for making my daughters birthday extra awesome and for making my guests happy

I ordered a roast pig (lechon) for my granddaughter s 1st birthday celebration and the lechon was sooo delicious, and very moist. I had many compliments how it was very meaty, savoury and very succulent. This place has also one of the best customer service. They were very accommodating, and very friendly. Special thanks to Vicki. I will definitely will order again and I recommended this place to all my friends and relatives.

The guy from the counter explained that because of the pandemic, we cannot get the boodlefight experience. 1. All restrictions pertaining to covid has been lifted. 2. They could have informed us firsthand when we were reserving so we could have gone somewhere else. 3 they gave us a bill not including service charge. A little honesty will go a long way.

I order in store not in uber and didnt mention any price increase.. I just said the protions got smaller... please dont mention something I did not bring up.
Pre covid we ordered take out from here all the time, food is really good and they had good portions, post covid, the food is the same quality but the portions are half what they use to be.
Fan D flame has always been our go to Filipino restaurant.. If you want authentic FRESH and QUALITY Filipino food this restaurant is a must try! Weve tried almost everything in there menu! Our favorites are the party platter, sisig is so sinfully good! My 7 year old son loves the grilled fish and milkfish. Pancit canton-bihon always so hot and fresh! They have the best halo halo , Ive tried many Filipino restaurants but they have the BEST of the BEST. You feel so good after your meal! No money wasted. You get the quality and freshness for a fair value. The lovely staff are so amazing they treat you like family.

I don t normally write reviews but I will if it s really good or really bad. This falls on the bad! The owner charged me dine in service AND tipped themselves without even asking me! They just handed me the machine to pay! Please don t play Christian music if you are going to do that to your customers thanks for letting me know never to eat at your restaurant again. I have never heard of dine in service until I walked out of your restaurant. That s a rip off. I d gladly tip but don t enforce on yourself HOW much a customer should give without letting them know. I haven t seen that in other restaurants here. The food wasn t that good either. The rice was too fried and the egg was meh. The bangus saved the meal.
We had kamayan/Boodle Fight for the first time there today and the food was sooo good!! And the customer service was also amazing! Very accommodating and they were very nice, we had a bigger group with babies so we were very messy and loud lol. I recommend this restaurant to anyone whos craving Filipino food. We always used to go to Mississauga to get pinoy food, but Im glad weve discovered fan d flame! Thank you for the great food and service, we enjoyed our meal!!
Their pricing is going higher, food is getting lesser worst part is the put really hot soup into a Styrofoam which is very cancerous to who ever eats it. They shoul look at their neighbors how they pack a warm soup they put in into a plastic container not into a very cheap Styrofoam. Ill take back my 1 star review if i will see some improvements.. jeez disappointing i ended up throwing away my order since the styro stick into it. It melted the styro
One of the best Pilipino restaurant in town! We have them cater our childs dedication. We had fried porkchop and chicken w/ mixed veggies and it never fall short of flavor, not to mention the crunch and the right amount of breading! The passion and hardwork of the owners and everyone who works with them manifested to the taste of the food! The litson is the best as well! The head of the litson is what we had by the end of the event. If my dad did not save it for us, there will never be leftover for us! A restaurant worth visiting to enjoy food and fellowship with friends, relatives and even having events! You will never regret making orders here. And the owners are very generous and friendly. I ordered takeout that Im actually eating right now. I ordered the Lumpia and Lechon Kawali. Everything was cooked to perfection and tastes AMAZING! I dont know how you do it. Just because the quality is REALLY, and I mean REALLY good, I will DEFINITELY have to visit the restaurant one day! Id also love to know what the best sellers are so I can try something different. Thank you for bringing back the memories of how much I enjoy Filipino food! :) UPDATE: Ordered the Lechon Kawali & Sisig today (06/29/2020) And the quality is still the same as the first review!! It will be VERY hard to find Filipino food that tastes as good as this! 2ND UPDATE: Ordered Sisig & Garlic Fried Rice (2022-Aug-02) And the quality is STILL THE SAME AS THE FIRST REVIEW!! The garlic fried rice is amazing, sisig still tastes JUST AS GOOD as the first time I had it!! This is the REAL DEAL and I enjoy it so much!!

I ordered the grilled pork belly with steamed rice for my birthday today for takeout. It was amazing! Incredibly flavourful and good portion, plus it s obvious that they made it fresh to order. Will definitely get the pork belly again or try other dishes.
This is the best Filipino restaurant Ive ever been to and Ive been to many The food is freshly made and it taste so good. My favorite dish is the pancit bihon, I love it! I ordered a lot of party trays for my son s baptism and it was amazing!! Out of all the foods, I only got to try the lechon and sisig and I am telling you it was the best. I ve tried sisig from different filipino restau but this hits different. I will keep on buying from them for sure even though I live in Mississauga!! Friendliest owner and staff. The price is affordable. The food is deliciously fresh and good. There were 13 of us who went there and we only spent around $250 which is not bad at all. I would definitely recommend this place.
This is a late review. I ordered one whole roasted pig from this place. The quality wasnt good. The inside of the roast was filled with straws and the middle part was hollow and stripped of meat. I am not a happy customer.
Upon entering we were greeted by the person behind the counter. They immediately went to the kitchen without taking our order. Waited 5-7 minutes for anybody to take our order. Needless to say, we left hungry.

Our family Christmas Eve dinner get-together was held here. Great place for parties, very spacious. We had decorations and the owner was very gracious in letting us drop them off the night before. Food was very good, led by their very very excellent lechon. The owner went out of her way to accommodate our special requests to the menu. Even though it was a very busy time of the season for their restaurant, I can honestly say that customer service is a priority for them. Thank you Vicki and staff for helping to make our family party a roaring success! By the way, try their halo-halo and crispy pata too :)

It was my first time to try both dish. Both were very tasty especially, fresh lumpia. I went back to buy it again and the owner remembered me. Great chef cooks. Highly recommend!!

Food is great and tasty, staffs are corteous and accomodating..The only thing is that its quite hard to locate the place at night due to no lighting at the sign board, but other than that, its a good experience

It was our first time at this Filipino restaurant. Simple place but people are friendly and the food is good. We had Seafood rice, Pancit Bihon, Lumpia, Spring rolls and Halo-halo deluxe. We had 2 full containers to take home. Food was good and didnt have to wait long for the food to come. Good job and yes we would come back again. Salamat. Bubba.
Food there is alright, but the place is nice and clean
First time to experience boodle fight in Canada. Fan D Flame didnt disappoint. Its a good way to introduce my niece and nephew to the kamayan style of eating. They have all the delicious Philippine dishes were craving for. The lechon tastes really good!

The food in this place is triple really good and all the people are nice too . The number 1 in my list of foods is the lechon, is super delicious, tasty, and juicy. Full lechon.

Awesome service. Breakfast Xsilog is far better value than any other breakfast place in Brampton. Includes coffee! Breakfast filled me up, and if you know me; it takes a lot to fill me up.

We went here for birthday celebrations. Not so much to celebrate but to try Filipino food. We ordered a bunch of stuff. I really enjoyed my meal, and the server was so nice, he patiently explained all the items in the menu, or atleast attempted too. Overall the food was good, some better than other . But that is my personal opinion. I would definetly go again to try something new
The staff is so nice and the food is always amazing! Ive had the grilled chicken, fried chicken, tilapia and milk fish and it was all always so good! Keep in mind they cook everything fresh so call in maybe 10-15 minutes if before you get there if youre taking out and in a hurry. Thanks everyone at Fan D Flame!

Just left with my wifes order and part of it was 4 bbq skewers now 3 maybe just even 1 by the time I get home. Best bbq pork skewer maybe even better than my own dads. Lol we will be back for sure!!!
This restaurant is great. Its nice to find seafood and other meats that isnt smothered in cheese or butter. They even have an interesting take on Eggplant where it has a smoked flavor. The staff is so friendly, they make you feel like family. The only reason they have a 4 rating is their seating is limited. They are also almost hidden in the plaza off Gillingham.

I wish this restaurant was in Scarborough. It s the only authentic Filipino restaurant we truly liked. Most Filipino restaurants are oily and cheap out on ingredients. But not Fan d Flame, we ordered grilled pompano, chicken and pork bbq, pancit canton and Lechon kawali, and they were delicious and weren t oily. Food is made fresh to order, it s not turo turo style, so make sure to call in your order if picking up and in a hurry. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Bramptons hidden gem! Went to Fan d Flame last night as my husband was really craving for pork sinigang. I called the resto to make sure they offer it and not only was the owner friendly, he also offered to cook it ahead of time so itll be ready to serve when we arrive! The sinigang didnt disappoint! It was sooo good and taste exactly like the ones back home. We ended dinner with a nice halohalo. We were so happy with our food last night that we went back again tonight and ordered Beef Bulalo, Palabok (tastes better than Jollibee in my own opinion) and puto and they were all good! Every bite gives you a taste of home.

The staff are pleasant and weve always had a great time doing Filipino Kamayan here. The food is decent but we definitely come here for the Kamayan experience.
Food was super delicious--very tasty and perfectly cooked. The squid was very tender (unlike some rubbery ones elsewhere), the fresh spring roll (lumpia) was also very good, and portioning was pretty good too. We ordered the seafood platter which was good for 4-6 people and it was more than enough for our family of 5--we even had leftovers! Highly recommend this place. Will definitely visit again. Thank you for cooking such amazing food!
