Recieved our appetizers before they took our drink order. Brought food out slowly dish by dish and the bathroom soap dispenser was broken. Food tasted ok but my parents had a bad reaction the next day to it. Wont be coming here again.

Well, we went there at 6pm today and there is no doubt that food is so good and delicious. But the customer service is the worst and pathetic. There was a girl who was serving us and treating us very rudely. Moreover, we there were another customers in front of out table and she was fine with them but not with us. You guys should really need to check on that and teaching your staff customer service.

Food no doubt is superb guys. But problem is there serving team. They are so rude they are behaving differently with white people as compared to others which is not acceptable in county like canada. I went there on 4 December around 6. The lady serving us was so rushing just like just eat and go from here. That lady was kind of weird to us. Management should take some action on her to continue for good business. Same thing was happening to others also sitting next to my table.

First time at Hakkalicious, food was awesome soup, me and a friend at the sweet & sour one of the best soups I had in a while, appetizers, main course spectacular. Mango lasee top of tbe line. All the workers were amazing! Shruti served us a lot she was great. Cant recommend this place enough!

Not happy I ordered chilli chicken dry, ask them if they can add bellpaper, they made me gravy chilli chicken , and I had to find my bell paper from the dish, and their chilli chicken and Manchuria taste the same.

We just love this place !!! The restaurant manager Laxman goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best hospitality and food.Saturday, lunch is pretty much at this location every week. Try their chicken fried rice, lollipop, Chkn 65, crispy chicken..Amazing. Service is top-notch . I have been to all their locations, even the one in niagara..Definitely the best hakka chinese i have had so far.

They microwave the chicken. The chicken was cold inside, just put hot gravy on it. They should not be in the business!

Didn t like anything except for the manchow soup. Everything else was awful, full of salt, even the fried rice. I ordered Tofu and it was awfully salty, just had a spoonful of it which I couldn t even swallow, asked them to cancel it but I didn t know they have this terrible policy of not taking it back and still pay for it no matter what. This was my second bad experience here. Never coming back.
