Disappointing Experience - Not Recommended I used to enjoy this place, but my recent experiences have been very disappointing. The ground beef patties are consistently burnt, and Ive noticed a decline in the quality of the meat. Additionally, the customer service is lacking; it feels neglectful. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.

This place used to be so good when it opened. However, recently there has been a large decline in their meat quality as well as customer service. My burger was burnt and there was so much cartilage in the meat that I had to keep taking pieces out of my mouth. When I asked for some of the smash sauce on the side the worker told me she can t give me any. I didn t get any smash sauce on my burger and I wanted it on the side but still she said no. She is very rude and unprofessional so I guess it falls inline with the quality of this place. I do not recommend. Very disappointing, do better.

The burgers are good but the ordering time is ABYSMAL. It took them 45 minutes prepare 1 double burger and the patties weren t even seasoned, took my whole lunch break just waiting for it and was late getting back to work. They need more kitchen staff. I wouldn t eat here again unless they drastically decrease the wait time because no matter how you slice it, 45 minute wait time for 1 burger is crazy and no one has that kind of time to wait on a lunch break. If you have nowhere to be and have time to spare, definitely try the burgers here but otherwise any other burger joint would be better. The Smash sauce was good though, not 45 minute wait time good but tasty Good food, terrible service

Amazingly Super Delicious burgers, especially Double Smash Burger. Sometime tastes like frying in old reused oil. Hope they can fix that and Ill buy almost everyday, Yum Parking is easily available around the compound. Small shop, not so clean toilet, sitting area is limited inside but have 2 benches outside. Right across is a very nice park with water. You can sit and eat there too without a hassle. Wheelchair accessibility: But with tight space.

The service is extremely unintentive was standing to be served for 20 minutes with no acknowledgment, not even a hi. Over two employee say me and never even approached the counter or stated they will be coming over.

Was looking up local burger joints in the area and noticed Smash had good reviews. So decided to try them out. Location is kinda small has about 3 tables roughly I think fits 4 people per table. My order was for take out. Waited probably 5-10min for them to make the food. Overall after that first bite Wow there really tasty burgers I was really impressed. The fries are good as well they had a slight seasoning to them. Just wish the quantity they give was just a bit more. They are not freshly cut fries they are pre-cut. Overall the burgers and fries tasted really good and the price was close to 5 guys guys. Only difference with five guys you get a ton of fries but you still pay a bit more over there. I would definitely come back to smash burgers.

Not impressed overall, burgers were good - arrived at 7:35, food was ready by 7:48 - considering the amount of time it took to cook the burgers, they should be able to make fresh cut fries and onion rings! Still have milkshakes on the menu even though they are not available, also with seating for only 12 people we we unimpressed with the three youths that were taking up considerable space with their backpacks strewn around that table, talking and cursing loudly! They were present when we arrived and were still there when we left. During that time they did not consume or order any food. Would not consider coming again.

$38 for 2 burgers and 2 fries is a complete ripoff. The justification: no combos after 3pm, all items are individual. Wasted my time for the pickup order because SkipTheDishes wasnt accepting deliveries because the beef bacon was missing at the restaurant. Ordered many times here before, but no more.

First time trying this place. Overall a 3 star! I really wanted a milkshake why have it on the menu if you don t serve it anymore? Cross it out, cover it up. The onion rings are good, the sauce tasted like mayo, ketchup & chopped pickles. Try zesting it up & giving the customer the option of plain or zesty (add some spice). The smash burger wasn t too bad. Again offer it as is or with a little zest. Parking is scarce. The area is not a good place for parking. The restaurant is small, seating for 14. The staff is great, service great.

This tiny burger joint should have been a take out only location. But management decided they could cram it with 3 tables to make the whole place a crowded nightmare. Literally there was no space to even stand when about 5 customers came in to order. One table is literally in front of washroom where the person eating would feel drafts on the face when someone enters or exits the washroom. Food was below average. Nothing memorable about the taste. No hand cut original fries but grocery store bought McCain fries worth $5 of your hard earned money. Just garbage tbh. Never going to try this nonsense again. There are way better options out there.

Burger was decent - not as crispy and charred as I would like. Fries were amazing, but service was very slow and took almost 30 min to get our order. Limited seating and waiting area inside.

We just love the freshness and quality of meat they have used. The cooking time and temperature for beef is really critcical and they did a great job to grill the patty to perfection. The condiments, SMASH sauce and the fresh Brioche bun were all top notch and made for a great well-rounded burger. This is one of the best SMASH burger I ever had and its price is also on the affordable end. I highly recommend dropping in at the restaurant to try for yourself.

Love the food here! Such great burgers and fries. I also love looking around at the decor and cool vibe of the place whenever I m waiting for my take out order. Parking: Free street parking but can be hard to find a spot if the community center/ library is busy.

I ordered the sup chicken burger,It was too big to eat.Quality was fresh.

We visited the restaurant and had to wait a bit to get the waitress s attention. Our burgers arrived, but the fries were forgotten. While the burger was a bit too salty and had more sauce than I would have preferred, the waitress was friendly and had a nice smile!

The place was really small and they didnt have the steak burgers. But overall the staff were friendly and the burger was super delicious! I cant believe this was my first time trying this when its been around for so long. Ill definitely try another one near my home soon.

Truly the best chicken tenders on earth. Large tender chicken breast pieces and awesome crunchy batter. Very surprised. Beats KFC, Popeyes, Mary browns, and all others Ive tried. They should win an award for this one. Its not on the menu, you have to ask for it. They make a sandwich out of it usually.

Beef patty was so fresh and went well with all their ingredients. I had the Bang burger. I also tried their beef bacon from my sons burger, the smoke flavor was awesome. The fries were also good, as well as their onion ring, cooked just right.

Burger was tasty. Good portion of fries. The patties could be a bit bigger. Also watch for how they price out your meal if you buy a combo. Service was slow though and the place is freezing.

Wanted to look for a nice burger joint and saw good reviews about this place. My kids and I ate here for the first time and were pleased with our experience. Service was good and welcoming. The place was clean and not dirty what so ever, fries were good and well seasoned and the burger tasted great! Overall, good experience. :)

Their lunch special is good, $11.30 tax inc. for single, fries and drink. Takes some time to place order and get it though but overall good burger, freshly made. Their fries are better than when I first had a few years ago. Seems to be fresh cut now.

Ordered the strikeout with fries. Amazing, it was delicious and fresh tasting and the fries were seasoned well and fried to a golden crisp. Hard to find a good burger spot especially in Brampton but this place is a diamond in the rough.

Great place for burgers. No fancy stuff , just plain good burgers if you appreciate one. Would rate these over the ANWs and the HEROs. Parking: Its close to mount pleaant station so if you dont find a street parking spot you can just park at the go station parking lot thats walking distance.

My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. Upon entering, there was an unpleasant odor, and I observed with concern that the chef was handling avocados while touching objects at the reception. I sincerely hope that the restaurant takes steps to improve hygiene and customer service in the future.

The burger is so yummy and the sandwich is huge for single patty. I loved the place and the service was good thanks Manas, I added it in my favorite places now

we were in the area from a tournament and saw this place and all the great reviews so everyone was excited...long story short...it was awful. Burgers were burnt to chalk...almost no toppings...cold stale bun...fries were also cold and tasted like they had been cooked and reheated in a microwave...its was $105 for 5 of us to eat. Service was also very poor.....rude and extremely slow...this was a Sunday afternoon and it was no busy at all.....super disappointing.

I recently ordered a burger and fries from Smash on Uber. Although the burger was good, I was disappointed to find out that they did not honor the 2 for 1 fry deal on Uber. Nonetheless, I still reviewed them. During my next order, I told them about my previous experience, and they only charged me for a single burger but provided me with two fries. Unfortunately, when I opened the fries, I found a few hairs in them, which was a significant hygiene issue. I was disgusted and immediately threw out the fries. Although I should have taken a picture for proof, I didnt think of it at the time. As a result of this experience, I have decided not to purchase from this location again.

There were two young men working and they did absolutely amazing! Both were friendly and the food was fresh and delicious. Our second time coming, will definitely return soon!

This a very excellent and busy burger spot! They have a nice tangy/spicy home sauce for the burger which was seemingly seasoned too and simply delicious. They have spiced fries which were seriously addictive - I usually get poutine - which they dont actually have, but the fries alone were very good due to the seasoning they use on them. Ill be back to this spot for sure. I recommend getting the double smash burger as obviously smash burgers are on the smaller side, get the double trust me. Worth it!

Absolutely nailed it! Me and my fiancé got the super hit and the double smash, and we couldn t keep our hands off either of them! Beautiful taste on each burger, sauce is incredible, the chicken was nice and crispy and the staff was very friendly! 10/10!

I was craving a homemade smash burger and this place delivered! Really enjoyed the crispy edges, flavourful sauce and well-seasoned fries. It s hard to find places like this in the suburbs as we re inundated with large chain burger places so I ll definitely be ordering again!
