THE BURGER BROS in Brampton

We ordered a Chicken Daredevil and Birdzilla burger. Both were horrible. The excessive amount of hot sauce in the daredevil, made it drip all over and dissembled the burger. It was just hot barbecue spicy sauce. Nothing special. Birdzilla and Big Bird show nearly the same ingredients. It was bland with overcooked chicken tenders which were def not tender. Just some softened onions& jalapeños thrown in this one. No taste at all. I wonder if the reviews are real.

I called ahead of time and my food was ready to go by the time I arrived! The burger and fries were delicious! Cooked to perfection and the sauces really brought out the flavour. Food : 5/5

Fries were like the end of the line, cold and got bits and pcs of it, burger was flat and not that good? My favourite thing to order is The Bro , their classic burger. I enjoy going here during my lunch break and eating. The restaurant is clean and the washroom is very nice. The staff is also very friendly, especially Gurman. Would highly recommend

Great music and friendly staff with some of the best food in all of Brampton I hardly ever leave reviews but this place was really good and I will be returning for sure.

Foods pretty good, fine but nothing special. Service leaves a lot to be desired. There was a single person manning the register and serving the food who disappeared into the back often for long stretches. When serving our drinks, he reached close to my spouses face to pass something across the table rather than going around to the other side of the table, causing my spouse to lean back suddenly and a piece of his sauced chicken fell in his lap. The server absolutely saw this happen but just stared at him for a second before ignoring it entirely and did not offer my spouse anything to clean his shorts up with, but disappeared wordlessly into the back while my spouse went to the bathroom to try to clean up the stain. There was only super thin toilet tissue and restaurant napkins, so he was only able to get some of it out, and the employee stayed in the back so we couldnt ask for paper towels or anything. Not likely to eat here again.

Honestly this place is just the best overall burger place. I stumbled upon them on uber eats deals menu, and their food was actually priced appropriately. Instantly I fell in love. The smash patties with the perfect spices, grilled to perfect, topped with that golden chicken tender? Bruh. I wont hold you, its a top 5. So top 5 burger, PLUS the price? Youd be crazy not to get it. I always get the burger with the chicken tender ontop, but the chicken tendies alone are worth getting. The fries are pretty good too, but their poutine? They actually know the right mix and layering.

I got a burger deliver from uber. On uber it s from a place called burger station but its address is the same as this location but menu is different so i don t know what s happening. Anyways, taking the time to write a long paragraph to tell that i found a mosquito fried in the chicken batter along with a hair. Thankfully, I was looking at the food before eating and i saw it. The taste and everything was good but it s seriously concerning what type of safety/health protocol they are following if I am able to see hair and mosquitoes in it. Do better!

Great burger, juicy, tender, and char broiled flavor. The bro sauce was nice, a combination of mayo and hot sauce (not too hot). If youre looking for a great burger, you wont be disappointed.

Portions were big for the price with the chicken burgers having 3 large tenders in it! Definitely not expected. Fries and onion rings were amazing. The beef burger and chicken burger were both good but just didnt feel like the chicken and chicken tenders were crunchy enough....not sure if they werent fried for long enough or what.

Burgers are pretty good, but maybe every 2 out of 10 orders I place, I find some sort of bone or cartilage chunk that is as hard as a rock in the beef. The thought of it thereafter continuously makes me gag and I cant finish the meal. Looked into why these rock like chunks appear in beef and its common in low quality beef. They make a good burger but perhaps their meat supplier or the management is cutting corners? Im honestly too scared to continue ordering from burgerbros and I dont think anything can really garner my faith back except for some sort of ad campaign brand wide on meat sourcing. Thankfully, so far, I havent had this issue with the local competitors

The burgers were good. Very nice toppings, fresh. Upgraded combos to poutines for both combos, they only brought one poutine one regular fry. Took 15 mins for food. Had to wait another 5 minutes for them to correct mistake and bring another poutine. It was very generic, nothing special about the poutine. Regular fries are better. Got a shake instead of a pop for combo. Shake was decent, nothing special at all about it. Small portion. Close to the end of the meal, found a hair embedded in the burger meat on one of the combos. Overall for $40 for two combos, not very good at all. I would recommend just a burger, hopefully you dont get a hair in your burger as well

I just bought this burger tonight 7/3/2024. I had ordered the Big Brother burger and requested no jalapeños, well they got the no jalapeños part right but they drenched the burger in BBQ sauce, like this burger is swimming in sauce. It tastes absolutely disgusting and it s clearly evident that they did not care about the quality of the food they were putting out. To make things worse, after 12pm today I won t be able to eat any solid foods for the next couple of weeks because of my surgery the next day, and I just wanted a good burger one last time, and I end up with this. I can t even wipe off the sauce entirely because both the buns are drenched in it as well, I tried to wipe some of it off but it did not help at all.

One of my fav places to grab a bite when Im in town. Burgers are made to order and our wait time was in the 7-12 minute range. We watched the cashier deal with an a-hole bigot of a customer with grace. My table of 3 was standing by to defend her, but she didnt need it. I found the fries VERY crunchy, maybe a bit overcooked, but still good. They remind me of those golden crispy fair fries, and they dont skip on the portions, so be ready to leave full. Youll spend about 3 or 4 dollars more than the classic fast food joints, but the food quality dwarfs that competition. Very small patio, but at least they have one. 5 stars, no complaints.

Really enjoyed the food here. The big brother burger was awesome. They often have a deal on Uber eats.. buy one, get one free. Amazing value for what youre getting. The Step Brothers burger is a favorite of mine. Good selection of topping in addition to wrist the burgers come with. And the option of doing a lettuce wrap.

Probably the best burgers I ve ever had! Wings were also very enjoyable. Parking: The only parking I could find was the street parking in front of the place that was convenient. There is a parking lot across the street but that was a pay to park lot and we were just taking out so we just parked on the street. The street does get busy so I can understand why it may be a little difficult to find parking.

Visited here with some friends the other day and was surprised by the quality, taste, presentation and customer service for this sort of restaurant. The chicken sandwiches were excellent - perfectly crispy and not oily.

Bad food quality. Too oily and resutled in indigestion to most of us.

We thought we were going to get takeaway bags, but instead we got table service, proper cutlery, table water and plates. The food was fantastic and the service from Rajveer was awesome, checking to see that we were ok.

Definitely will be back. Had the Innovator, MY husband the big brother very good..

First time ordering. Ordered broski chicken burger with fries and strawberry shake Order was taken girl in front told me it would be a couple of minutes. Order took 21 minutes to make..others waiting before me were also asking the girl how long till their order ready a few times. Place inside is clean and Some cool neon signs inside. Seats around 10 people at a time if you want to dine in. Strawberry milkshake. Priced at $5.49 before tax. Soon as I saw it I was surprised by the size very small portion for the price they sell at it. Milkshake lacked strawberry flavour and was very thin and watery. Felt like I was ripped off. I ll give it 2/5. Fries. The fries were fresh and portion was decent. Lacked seasoning or very little salt. I ll give them 3/5 Broski burger. Highlight of the meal the bun was soft and garlic sauce was excellent. The chicken was fresh, crispy and well flavoured. It s a messy burger because it s not one large chicken piece but instead three tenders. I ll give the burger a 5/5 Will definitely go back but next time try their beef burgers. Will always avoid their milkshakes since the price is high..quality and portion doesn t reflect the price. Shame they don t do fountain pop but only cans/bottles. Best to order ahead on the phone too.

Their team is very very hard working when ever I walk in I feel like they are short of staff but even then the staff tries their level best to serve the best juicy halal burgers and hand cut fries in our neighbourhood it seems like a hard working team they do deserve a bonus or at least a appreciation.. good work keep it up guys..

Understaffed. Terrible service

We went for a burger after a nice skate at Gage Park. The burgers were just spectacular. Absolutely gooey good with just the right amount of sauce. The Fries were very good, and freshly cooked.

Amazing food, step brother burger is one of the best in GTA. Only thing they can improve on are the buns. Highly recommended.

Best burgers taste really authentic. I order a few times now and have never been disappointed one bit, they definitely know what they are doing and know how to run a business. Everything I ordered was delicious and freshly made, also I love how everything is packed well and very clean. This is going to me my go to place all the time now the food is yum! I would recommend the buffalo shrimp and calamari they are fresh and not frozen the sauce is also perfect. Thank you.
