Most pathetic place when it comes to customer service and specially the guy name Abhishek. I wish there was an option to give negative stars for their pathetic customer service. They just ruined the entire evening. Started with asking us to wait out in car for 30 plus minutes. Finally got a call from them after 35 minutes I told them I would be there in 8 minutes and when I showed up they had given away the table after confirming me. And the guy simply disappeared on us and showed up after 15 minutes to acknowledge that he had given away the table after confirming and wanted us to wait another 20 minutes. I didn t even eat at this place as the whole experience was very unpleasant. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Avoid such places who are so careless towards customers

Always delicious, and we especially love the Kale Ki Chaat! Today also had Gobi 65, Crispy Fish Tikku, Mangalore Chicken, Lachha Paratha, Butter Naan, Veggie Biryani, and finished with Coconut-crusted Mango ice cream. Went with a group of 9 guys and ate to the fullest. Garlic naan were good. Tandoori non veg platter was amazing and Malabari chicken curry was delish. Mango mocktail was a new try. Everyone loved it. Vegetarian options: Paneer lababdar and Dal makhani were good options.

We came to celebrate my father s birthday and everyone enjoyed the food. Our server Aman was very attentive to our needs and very friendly. We will definitely come back!

We are regulars up in this mother and spend close to $200 hundred every time. My baby mama ask 2 boosters for our kids and the host told I don t think they going fit 3 times. We literally come every week and I think most parents would know if kid fit in booster seats, the baby mama felt disrespected and preet much ruined dinner specially by upsetting her. I would have give 4 star. She spoke to manager but didn t really make her feel better and I owed 2 restaurants much busier then this one and if I saw one regular this upset I would have discounted food or offered something for next to make sure they come back. We will not be coming back to restaurant who doesn t know how to value it customers! Not to mention it was little to dark at table we sat in this time as you will see in video I m posting below

We went to try for the first time and we ordered their special chicken platter which we expected to be eatable but it wasnt eatable at all very hard, no taste and waste of money and time and the naan was third class People doesnt come for nice looking table and chair they come for goof food and thats what we tried to tell them by giving feedback and didnt expected them to do anything about the food just gave them feedback and the guy whos the supervisor didnt had the courtesy to do anything about it he provided us the rasmalai dessert saying its on house and even the rasmalai was fermented and worse than a frozen one but their soup is great thats all we enjoyed looked like they provided us the rest from some bulk made buffet but we came for fine dining but because the supervisor didnt upreciate the feedback I had to give one here thanks

Exceptional customer service! Our waitress was Parneet and she was so nice. Loved the Kesari Paneer and the Malai Kofta. They brought out a double chocolate brownie with a candle for my mom s birthday. It was amazing.

Went there for dinner and ordered chef s special paneer lababdar and lamb rogan josh from the menu. The paneer lababdar was okay very basic and the lamb was really so rubbery textured and old stale meat. The gravy had only tomato and was too sweet. Don t recommend trying their lamb at all.

Avni restaurant has a promising ambiance but, unfortunately, our dining experience didn t meet the high expectations we had. Visiting for dinner on a busy evening, we were lucky to get a table for two without a wait, though larger parties had a 30-minute wait time, so reservations are advised for groups. We ordered the chili paneer dry, malai soya chaap kebabs, and hot and sour soup. The meal started on a rough note with the soup, which lacked any hint of salt, requiring us to request table salt from the server. Shortly after, we were served chili chicken instead of the chili paneer. Fortunately, we noticed the mistake before digging in, and the staff promptly corrected the order. When the replacement chili paneer arrived, it tasted surprisingly sweet more like honey chili potatoes than a spicy Hakka Chinese dish. It seemed prepared with a sweet chili sauce, leaving the dish tasting uncharacteristically sweet. When we raised this with the server, they explained it should have a tangy flavor, though that was not what we experienced. The server offered to have it redone, and while the replacement was indeed spicier, it still lacked the rich flavors typically associated with Hakka cuisine. The malai soya chaap kebabs also fell short of expectations. The description led us to believe they would be made from a textured soya mix, but what we received resembled ordinary readymade soya sticks, often heavy on refined flour. The malai sauce was insufficient, leaving the dish rather bland, with flavor coming mainly from the accompanying green chutney. On a positive note, the tamarind mango spritzer mocktail was refreshing and well-balanced, easily the highlight of the evening. Given the chaotic service and inconsistencies in taste, it s hard to say if our experience was a one-off due to the busy night or a general mismatch in flavor profiles. Coming from West Delhi, where expectations are set high for such flavors, this experience fell short of the standards we anticipated.

Amaaaaazing discovery: they do dairy free upon request due to allergies! I always went to the Mississauga location but this Brampton location is more convenient sometimes for takeout. Im so happy they have my fave dish Jackfruit+Kale Masala dairy free! I was able to get my friend whos a meat lover to fall in love with this dish too (who was so against trying vegetarian food) Bhindi is also on my fave list! thank you thank you thank you. already cannot wait to order again. ps. This is sum next level tasty restaurant. The prices were so affordable. This will greatly reduce the green-house gas emissions caused by me driving 20 minutes away, now down to 2 . We love their Veg chowmein as a family and it was amazing paired with their Veg. Anything you order comes to the table only after 20 to 30mins, even though the restaurant is not busy. And even the drinks come late. No waiter is available when you would like to order. The food is too expensive for the quantity, I think they are charging that amount only for the oil in that food. It is so oily, and after eating the food for lunch, our whole family had problems with digesting the food. Rumali roti is supposed to be thin, but its thicker than it should be. The curries are so oily, the pulao rice is all filled with turmeric and peas. The stars that I gave are only for drinks and the lollipops starter that we had.
