Food was totally disappointed not worth it. The food had no taste at all sorry to say. Only salt in every thing. The mango shake was just mango shake with lots of water in it no sugar added. Burger was all about vegetables nl flavour at all totally wasted money. But the girl at counter was very good and polite. She is respectful to all customers.

I came to Balista and was blown away by the food. I had the Schezwan Paneer Burger with Peri Peri Fries and I loved it! The customer service is phenomenal and the food is served in a timely manner. The burger had a great spice level and was flavourful and zingy. The fries were nice and crispy with a nice sprinkle of spice. I loved the aesthetics of the restaurant and can recommend this place to everyone!
Visited for the first time, and it was quite disappointing. No ginger or flavored chai options were available. The restaurant was very unclean dirty floors and untouched tables. Food was served on trays without plates, and the paneer in the club sandwich smelled stale, like it wasn t reheated properly. Only one staff member was working, which affected the service and cleanliness. Overall, a bad experience; I won t be visiting again.

We recently visited this place, they serve you fast and the Restraurant is need and tidy, I really appreciate Muskan, she was running to and fro, upon our asking she told she was the only one but her service is amazing, she handled restaurant single handedly. Restraurants need more employee like you, overall it was good experience but I would recommend if you can change the taste because it was ok, but can be done much much better.

I had an amazing experience yesterday, I went there for the first time and asked the server Muskaan what s her recommendation on the famous pasta, and she replied go with the pink pasta. Guess what, that is the best pasta I had in a long time, Muskaan was so kind and helpful!

Honest opinion: The paneer makhni pasta was amazing, 5/5! Ive always loved their pasta, but they could definitely add more broccoli next time. The garlic bread wasn t great it had an oven taste, and I think it could be much better if they made it in-store with proper dough. I d give it a 2.5/5. The burger lacked flavor, so it s a 3/5 from me. However, major props to the hardworking lady managing everything by herself the kitchen, orders, and customers. She deserves a 5-star rating for her incredible effort! Plus, its a vegetarian-only restaurant, which is perfect for veg people like me. Overall, this place is a vibe you must come and experience it!

Best taste and best food!
Food is good but the qty of food served is less. Basically for the price the qty they offer is little less. Considering they do not have a good seating and worst thing is if you eat in the restaurant they dont even have proper cutlery to serve customers. They serve in disposable plates, spoons and folks. If someone is sitting in your restaurant at least give them proper plates and cutlery, worst of all they dont even have drinking water for dine in customers, one has to buy bottled water only. I mean these are basic amenities you can provide to a dine in customer. When you take into account all these things the overall rating of this place goes down significantly. Last is the staff, they have bare minimum staff (kids) running the store and these kids don t know anything about serving customers or customer service in general. Nothing against the kids working here, the blame goes to management as they should be the ones training the staff before asking them to start serving customers. I mean how will these kids learn if you don t teach them anything. Therefore when you consider all these things then even though the food is good but since the qty. is less and the atmosphere and service is poor it makes overall experience really below average and thus 2 stars

Pathetic Services, we went only for jamun shots and waited 40 minutes to get Jamun shots . Also we were charged for 4 shots of Jamun and person gave one full glass of jamun mix . And jamun shots are also frozen jamun crushed with Ice.

Dont get tricked with Instagram reels and fake-fluencer, the food was hot garbage, that is me being generous because I spent my money . The white sauce pasta was creamy and appealing, but bland AF. The frozen Spring rolls were undercooked. Dont even wanna type about the burger I am still recovering from the trauma . The only thing that was good was the peri-peri fries and the Classic Cold coffee was decent.

We tried the Balista Special Burger, Shahi Paneer Burger, Tandoori Paneer Baked Bread, Pink Pasta, Hot and Cheesy Fries, Tandoori Smoky Momos, Punjabi Spicy Samosas, and Paneer Chilly Samosa. Every dish was fantastic, especially the jamun shots they were mind-blowing! The Apple Custard Shake was also amazing. Their pizza is mouthwatering, and the jamun shot was a delightful experience. Plus, dont miss their BOGO offer on pizza and burgers during weekdays until June 30th. Highly recommended.

Wonderful staff and superb food
Balista offered a variety of diverse foods, a combination of many cultures! We had ordered the peri peri fries, which were sprinkled with flavourful Masala and a wonderful taste! It is one of their most popular options and absolutely recommended! We had also ordered the tandoori paneer baked bread and it was baked exceptionally well with melted cheese, flavourful sauces, and amazing toppings. Along with the food, the service was impeccable and quick, ensuring you were not left starving and satisfied! Lastly, the arrangement of Balista was super cute and simple with a peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend this place!
We used to order tandoori paneer baked bread and it was awesome before but now a days they change some ownership and the lady who used to make it she s now employe (she used to be owner ) and making it worst . Now she s not making any efforts , and before they used to make bread by their selves but now they use some ready frozen bread which is making huge difference and quality is worst . Food is stale now like no freshness. Very disappointed

Arrived here to have lunch with my wife and her friend. We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant, the decor and the welcoming staff. The vegetarian options are plenty and unique. I really enjoyed the loaded fries and variety of burgers. Also the chikoo shake is amazing and tastes really fresh. I highly recommend you try it after your meal. Keep up the great work! Overall a bad food experience. It tasted stale and frozen. I ordered a burger which was okay but pizza was literally just ketchup with too much oil and corn. It was really really bad. I went there on 23 December around 10:40 the lady was sweeping I ordered pink pasta and burger and fries, the pasta had no sauce at all the fries was without dipping sauce and it regularly comes with sauce because 8 dollar fries cannot be very less and with any sauce, the pasta was very dry and uncooked seems like they made already made it. The lady was in so rush that she made me everything in 3-4 minutes, so it looks like she gave me someone s else food and charged me 35 dollars for uncooked pasta and worst fries. You know this is the reason why we INDIANS come be always behind. She was in so rich to go home that she didn t even cared about the food. Please if you like your money don t go over their.

Love the sandwiches here burger is okay but still it does have good Indian taste I would recommend going here.
i have good experience with balista food brampton branch .i went with my family .i orderd pasta ,fries ,wrap, burger etc.. food is awesome test is good ,medium spicy .peace atmosphere,staff is very good .i recommended to visit this place .for my side 5 star.
Food was excellent, more like home-made.. spices were just added right, and food was tasty. Must try. We had the schezwan paneer burger , fried momos, Mexican pizza sandwich. The masala tea was very good as well.
I don t know how this restaurant has so many positive reviews and star. I went there because of the reviews. But food was too bad. They are not following the recipes according to the menu. Doesn t recommend to go there. Just wastage of money. Food
I ordered food and just wanted to cancel just after 1 min i called her again. She said are you serious stupid this is the way that lady speaks. The lady works at the front doesnt have manners to speak with the customer. So rude and arrogant even we tried to talk she said just go out of my restaurant
I ordered food over the phone and asked how much time it will take she was so rude and loud regarding this. Secondly i requested her to make mild food she replied we only make spicy food if you want just take it otherwise you can cancel the order. Honestly such a bad customer service
I went for dine in with my family and we ordered food. She said it will take 15 mins and honestly she took more then 40 mins. My brother tried to ask her that how long it will take she was so rude and said once ready we will bring for you not going to keep in my kitchen. I requested her to talk nicely and she was that s how i am. Such a poor customer service

I have been dining at this restaurant since it first opened, but my recent experience was a bit disappointing. My sister and I tried the paneer burger, a regular burger, and peri peri fries for dine-in. While the fries were as amazing as ever, the burgers didnt meet our expectations. Additionally, we ordered the pink sauce pasta for takeout, but it didnt taste like it used to; the sauce had a different and unappealing flavor. Hopefully, it was just an off day, but it didnt quite live up to the delicious standards I remember from before.
Peri Peri fries and tandoori paneer pizza is awesome. But Jamun Shot and Red Guava Shot is next level. Must try

MUST TRY Jamun shots!!!! we tried Paneer Club Sandwich , Tango Wrap , Jamun shots and Guava Shots. Guava shots were ok but Jamun shots were worth a try. Definitely coming back to try more things on menu.

Amazing food and people
Extremely expensive to start with. The meal server gave us an unpleasant attitude, and the customer service was quite bad. Water is not served at the table; we had to buy a bottle. They had such a attitude and was rude, for example when she was taking our order she completely ignored us when another person entered the restaurant. The quantity is terrible. The meal is not what the photographs depict. For instance, we ordered an Oreo milkshake, which was brought in a plastic cup whereas on the picture it was beautifully adorned in a glass. All in all, a rather disappointing experience.
10 of us was there with kids. We all liked the food and atmosphere. Hidden gem I must say! Amchi wrap, Indian garlic wrap, peri peri fries, double decker burger, sandwich, white sauce pasta & fries ( for kids) & Jamun shots were all good. Only club burger was not worth it. We will sure visit again

One of the best experiences I have ever had in a restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. The Pink pasta, veggie burger and peri peri fries in particular were out of this world and the prices were absolutely wallet friendly. A happy customer for life and will definitely be ordering many times in the future. A shoutout to the great service as well.

I found out about Balista through Google search, especially for vegetarian burger options. Usually, the veg burger options you find in North America are made of soya/plantbased meat pattie. Which is not my cup of tea. I was dying to find a place where I could eat Indian style burger, and finally I found it! It is lip smackingly fresh and spicy! There are lots of options on the menu, though Ive just tried Sandwich, Burger, and Peri Peri fries. All were really delicious. Only one change I would suggest is that it would be great if you use big triangular sandwich bread for your signature Club Sandwiches. Usually, Club/Grilled sandwiches are prepared in those special bread. All in all, you cant go wrong for choosing Balista for your next food excursion! Keep it up, Balista ! Tried pasta, fries, pizza , burger and Jamun shots. Everything was super delicious and specially it had the Indian fusion taste. Paneer tikka, Pasta was the winner of our meal by ambience was super clean and hygienic. Also we could say that it is got a home-made touch. If you re in Brampton, don t even think twice to visit this place
