Hayo, there was really good food, ther service was really good and the atmosphere was mostly good because it would have been better if they had recycle bins for all the paper, plastic and metal waste objects like cups and cans! If they have them and I just did not see them then good, please make them more visible! We really must do more for our earths environment and have more waste accuracy! Over all I had a really good time there and would definitely recommend the venue to others! ~ Roarr!

Loved the panner (tofu) and nice food

Fod was very good and hot and fresh. The buffet was full of Indian staples. They had alot of vegetarian options, as well as many meat dishes. The service was excellent and they are fully licensed. They also serve fruit, ice cream and desserts.

Travelled from Ottawa for the food and it was more than worth it. The food was amazing especially when compared to the competition. Will be coming back! Vegetarian options: Huge variety in of Veg & Non Veg without sacrificing food quality (I m vegetarian and my friends are not)

Bombay palace has a variety of selections ranging from vegetarian to non vegetarian, including appetizers, drinks, main dishes, and desserts. The quality of the food is always top notch and it s more than great for it s price, if you ever want to go to a buffet I urge you to go to Bombay Palace.

We recently hosted a party at Bombay Palace, and the experience was extremely positive. Manpreet, Mandeep, and their entire team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Every member of the staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making the event special. Mandeep and Manpreet were consistently available to offer helpful suggestions and were accommodating throughout the entire process. Our guests were impressed, and we couldnt be happier with how the event turned out. Highly recommend Bombay Palace for any special occasion!

Its the best Indian restaurant in Brampton by far ,We visit it every year when we visit Canada. We have been here for the lunch buffet as well as dinner .We takeout their food in an icebox to U.S. with us and savor it for days . Its a jewel of the crown amongst all Indian restaurants. Manpreet is gracious ,down to earth amazing individual who treat everyone as we are visiting his home . Highly recommend his place wholeheartedly.

Attended a silver anniversary celebration and throughly enjoyed the food.

My wife and I had a wedding luncheon here. The atmosphere was great, the food was amazing (I still want more of that chilli fish!) and the service was also phenomenal. The staff checked on my wife and I regularly, and brought food and drinks to our table too. I have nothing but nice things to say about this place. The managers were super nice and so very accommodating. Although I may not be planning another event anytime soon, I m definitely going back for more food

I was there for a wedding on August 24th. Having both a garlic and gluten allergy I was concerned about the food. There was no need for any concern. Manprit Singh went above and beyond any expectations I had. He mad a plate of appetizers which were absolutely amazing followed by a full meal which was so delicious. I felt bad that I couldnt eat it all. Should have asked for a to go box. Highly recommend Bombay Palace and would gladly return. Thank you Manprit Singh for making my dining experience exceptional and going above and beyond to make a meal I could eat. It really was delicious. We continue to come back and celebrate our special occasions at Bombay palace! Great staff, food and an amazing facility overall. I tried buffet here, 1. Food quality was good 2. Less vegetarian options 3. Takes time to serve Naan or Roti ( I didn t like tandoor roti at all so I would suggest going with garlic naan as it s the only option.) 4. We had our sons wedding reception party here in Bombay palace restaurant on last 10th August 2024. we were very happy about the food and services. Manager Mr. Mahmud is a very nice person, took good care of us. Mr. Mandeep, Mr. Manpreet and Gaurav all were helpful too. Wish to go back there again to organize an event. I recently ordered catering from Bombay Palace Restaurant for my sons birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. We ordered food for 25 people, expecting it to comfortably serve 25-30 guests. However, the quantity provided barely served 25 people, which was quite disheartening. The biryani was a major letdown. They did not use biryani rice; instead, they used simple rice, and the quantity was very low. The small container provided was insufficient and did not meet our expectations. The only dish that our guests enjoyed was the chicken seekh kebab. Unfortunately, that was the only highlight of the meal. Overall, the catering was a disaster and felt like a complete waste of money. I cannot recommend this service to any of my friends. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements.

My friend treated me to lunch at this restaurant. They have a big buffet with many choices. The food is quite tasty, most of the dishes are fairly mild (perfect for me), but they did have a Vindaloo which was labeled Hot. Naturally I didnt try it . Nice variety of desserts too. All for a very reasonable price.

Just wanted to share the really wonderful dining experience I had at Bombay Palace last night. My brother and I were staying the night in Brampton outside Toronto airport due to a flight cancellation. We stumbled upon this restaurant through a Google search. We were blown away by the variety of dishes and desserts and also the quality of the food. They had all my favorites, saag paneer, lamb vindaloo, paneer matar... And their butter chicken is amazing! Also the best mango ice cream Ive ever had. Where Im from in NJ, Ive had my fair share of Indian buffets but nothing comes close to what I had at this restaurant. Its honestly the best Indian buffet meal Ive ever had! Vegetarian options: Out of 16 hot Indian buffet dishes that I counted half were vegetarian. Additionally there was also the salad bar

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting our pre-wedding Sangeet event here last weekend and we are still on cloud 9 from how perfect everything went! Working with Manprit and the team from the very start was easy, professional & efficient. Excellent communication, always willing to try their best to accommodate our needs and going above and beyond to deliver a spectacular experience for our guests. My guests are still messaging me about how good the food was!!! I am so glad we hosted our life milestone event here, great memories were made and Im sure we will make more memories here in the future! Incredible venue, staff and food. Highly recommend!!! :)

Updated review - The quality of the food has deteriorated. Almost all the items tasted stale or re-heated, not freshly cooked. The tandoori chicken was dry, the chicken in curry was smelly, the paneer was rubbery. We couldnt eat much. Previous review - Excellent Indian Buffet. Very authentic. All the items were delicious. I loved their chaat, tandoori chicken salad, chilly chicken and paneer items the most. They serve freshy baked naan ( including garlic naan) directly to the table. The interior is nice, and staffs are cordial.

The Teams Professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to ensuring everything ran smoothly resulted in a very pleasant experience by everyone. From the beautifully decorated venue to the delicious meals served to our guests, every aspect exceeded our expectations. Partner services In-House AV system offered a good choice of Audio-Visual effects and the Angel Stage Decor did a great job adding elegance to the overall ambience. We received numerous compliments from our guests about the excellent service and ambience which made a positive impact on everyone who attended. We just celebrated our sons 2nd birthday this weekend. And the entire experience was flawless and perfect. Having tried and tasted Indian buffet at several of the over hyped, over priced restaurants, I cant begin to say how impressive this place is. The food is fantastic, the staff service is the best. Very well priced. Our guests were so impressed by the food variety, quality and of course the overall ambience and decor - the perfect blend of Indian ethnic and traditional design and chic styling. We definitely recommend this place, for a small or large party or just a simple dine in with family. My wife and I are definitely going soon for a lunch buffet.

Their buffet spread is decent, nothing close to what you get at Tandoori flames. Plus, the food lacks taste. The mutton curry was supposed to be rogan Josh, but it didnt taste anything like it. Their veg options are very limited. The Pani puri and their charts were good.

Bombay Palace was the perfect venue to celebrate my friends retirement, which was arranged by her family. This is one of the earliest Punjabi establishments in the Brampton area, and it is still a nice place to be invited to, for any event.

I truly had such an amazing experience at Bombay Palace. The food was amazing, but the service was OUTSTANDING! We were greeted by such warmth, friendliness, and kindness immediately at the door and presented with the best available table. Although my party was small, we were treated like we were special and received great hospitality with smiles. I came with a small appetite but I left full, more than satisfied, and very pleased with each dish that I tasted! My friend who invited me has been coming here for more than 20 years and I now I know why. More than food, I felt like family, treated with love, care, and respect. I loved the whole experience! I am so grateful for the team, the management, and the servers who I believe go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and also, very affordable price, you will get much more than you pay for! This buffet spot offers a decent selection, with standout items in the Pani Puri and Chaat section delivering a tangy punch. The Chinese dishes also impress, particularly the Chicken Chili. Mutton dishes steal the show, but the chicken options fall little short. Veggie dishes lack appeal, and desserts could use improvement, especially avoiding pineapple in the custard. However, the excellent service compensates for any culinary shortcomings. Overall, Bombay Place has potential with its flavorful recipes but could benefit from enhancing its vegetarian offerings.

I came for a wedding where none of the food was vegan. Guarev helped me and made food that I could eat. The food was amazing. Guarev is the best and I truly appreciate his help.

We have been regular customers for 30 years. The food is consistently excellent in terms of taste and quality and the service is always quick and attentive. We dine out a lot and yet we find ourselves always returning when we crave fine Indian cuisine. A warm greeting from Manprit whenever he sees us is appreciated. They have a terrific selection of meat and vegetarian options as well as dishes with varying spice levels which is appreciated. What an incredible experience at Bombay Palace for my Baby Shower. The manager Shahid + Manprit were amazing, kind and incredible hosts. I liked everything that Bombay Palace had to offer. I brought my family over for an Iftar. The food was great. There was a decent selection. My only regret is that my stomach was not large enough to have everything. I would definitely come back again.

It was such a horrible experience. They are only playing client on the basis of we are in this game from 30 years and yet the management didn t learn how to stay commited to their words. To be specific 1) they (guy 1) invite us with approx amount to discuss further. 2) upon meeting (guy 2) they provide us WRITTEN quote with all the services and inclusions. 3) while finalizing the booking they increased the amount by a 1500 (guy 1) 4) instead of working out with the COMMUNICATION within their team. They (guy 2)start YELLING at me on call for not telling them 5) next day they ignored us for a while 6) then later upon multiple calls they told us the guy 2 is new and didnt know the details while they guy 2 was stating he is here since 10 years lol. 7) they refused that too very rudely for tasting items even stating we are here since 30 years so no tasting. This is really unprofessional, I don t know how easy they have made money so far in life but ours is very hard earned money WE DONT EARN by RIPPING OFF others. LEARN TO RESPECT each and every new customer. You might get multiple events each day, but customers have once only. Also, learn to be MAN OF WORDS, if you are quoting something in written then no matter what stand by that. For anybody approaching them don t just go there because you see large number of reviews be wise in decising your only event.

We hosted our daughter s 1st birthday at Bombay Palace in April 2024. Manprit Ji and team did a phenomenal job on all the details, planning and execution of the event. We have fairly high standards of client service and Bombay Palace exceeded them. Manprit had amazing ideas for small details of the party which we incorporated into the event. The staff were attentive and made sure we ate as hosts. The food was amazing and good quality. There were lots of menu choices to choose from to cater to our crowd. I highly recommend Bombay Palace as a place to host your next party!

Less sometimes is better. I am a fan of buffet restaurant and I believe this restaurant has done it well. First off, the staff is extremely helpful. Its hard to get those people who care. Food - well as I said it doesnt have to be 100s of items in the menu but whatever you have should taste good, fresh and tasty. It was exactly that. I didnt try panni puri and other snack items but what I heard from my family who tried that it was good. Will go again.

Worst place in my lifetime. Firstly it takes ever for the someone to take order not because its busy but because no one cares for all a cart. Our personal experience, first visit, and were served meat whereas we order vegetarian and confirmed 3 times that food should be vegetarian. When out of frustration we said few things about the service and not any individual specifically, Manager said Get Out of this place. This has been the worst place I have ever visited with family for food. First you serve non veg to pure vegetarians and say Get Out and abuse them in front of entire restaurant. Someone talked to us, saying he is owner, apologized but didn t ask his Manager to apologize whereas he insulted us. There is no 0 stars but this place deserves it.

One of the best vegetarian biriyani Ive had recently. Portion was generous. The place has a luxurious ambiance and service was top notch. Theyre happy to accommodate special requests.

I wish I can put some negative stars. Worst food ever I had. Not even one item we liked. Rasmalai is like just rubber. Chilli chicken is spoiled and giving bad smell. Mutton has horrible. Only Naan was ok, how we can eat that without any curry. Overall worst good ever I had in my life. Not even desserts are good. Low quality food. I will never prefer this place again.

The staff were very courteous and friendly, food including the appetizers, main course and dessert were so good. The whole wheat tandoori roti paired with all the gravies perfectly. Only request it to have them include some South Indian items like dosa, Idli and vada in the menu if possible.

The food is really good here and the service is wonderful. I love their rice, garlic Naan and chicken Tikka Masala. The chicken Tikka is delicious too. They have little mini samosas that are bite sized and good for an appetizer.

One of the best indian restaurants in Brampton. The food is amazing and delicious as always. They do offer dinner buffet at a really good price. I will for sure prefer Bombay Palace over any other buffer place in town. You can also order from their A la carte menu if you dont want buffet. The only complaint we had was that the food came in parts and not all at once. Other than that, nice ambiance and wonderful staff.

Its a decent place that could use a revamp. Food quality can also be improved upon. The service was pretty good. The staff did a great job. I had chat, and the papdi was oily. That just ruins the experience. The location is awesome. Lots of parking and very easy to get to. The name brand is very well recognized, and thats why I believe a renovation can really make the place more enjoyable. Oh, also. The Naan was very tasty and perfectly made. We have been to this restaurant few times and we like their food. Today I called in to enquire about their party hall and I believe it was their manager on call (no name provided). The worst experience you can imagine to have from a manager of such a good reviewed restaurant. - No sense of hospitality - Rude behavior - Disconnected call - No patience to hear Needless to say, this experience left a sour taste in our mouths. We were looking for a venue that would provide a pleasant and accommodating experience, but instead, we encountered a manager who seemed completely disinterested in our business. Its disappointing when a restaurant manager, who is typically expected to provide a warm and welcoming environment, behaves in such an inhospitable manner. We have decided to take our event planning elsewhere and will not be returning to Bombay Palace due to this unfortunate encounter with the manager. Everything was excellent!! The food was awesome. We got the buffet and there were so many varieties for veg and non-veg options. The staff were kind and careful about my food allergies as well. The ambience is great and gives a very upscale feel. Overall, it feels elegant while giving you the taste of comfort and home :)

Reasonable pricing compared to other Indian Buffet Restaurants.

The establishment runs a restaurant and banquet facility and their food tends to be on the good side. Also a word about service which also tends towards cheerful efficiency. Where they have dropped the ball is their decor. It is dated and jaded and needs a serious update. Carpets are probably clean but so faded that you can barely see the design on them. Looks like some reddish curry fell on it which I know is not true. You may ask why they have not done anything about it ? They are popular inspite and probably nobody ever told them.... So now they know! Vegetarian options: They do have ample vegetarian choices on the menu. Parking: Plaza has lot of parking and I got one in front of the door.

This is a review which is a little overdue. We have ordered catering services from many places for different occasions, and did the same with Bombay Palace for my sons birthday. From the very first all where we spoke to the manager, our experience was delightful. They carefuyanswered all our questions and were able to guide us in placing the perfect order of food that went along well and catered to our crowd. It didnt stop there. They also put customer first and took car of business without affecting our experience. Our food was ready for pick up on the time decided and was hot and fresh and importantly well packed as well. I would definitely recommend you try Bombay Palace for your catering needs. I sure will again.

I would like to start off by saying Thank You So Much to all the staff members and management at Bombay Palace, Brampton. I am a DJ by profession, everytime I came to this place to perform, get excellent service. They coordinates really good to all outside vendors. Moreover the food was really delicious, space is realy good. To be honest This Banquet was one of the most Gorgeous Venues I ve ever seen. They have two beautiful halls. We hosted our baby girl s first birthday party at this location. Beautiful and clean restaurant with delicious food. Very friendly and welcoming staff and our guests loved it. Some of my guests were trying indian food for the first time and they loved it. Thank you Bombay Palace for making my baby s birthday special. Went here for a birthday party, the food was top tier! The butter chicken and dal makhani were the hits, in particular.

Had a decent time in the smaller banquet hall for a party! Although the space was a little crowded, I felt that the staff were very hospitable and made time for special requests like additional coffee after hours. Food was also quite excellent for a banquet hall, especially the appetizers

We had our baby shower today at Bombay Palace and Manprit ji did a great job of managing the event. We loved the arrangement, everything was organized, food was great! Event started with breakfast, followed by snacks, finger food passed around by staff members, welcome drink, lunch, everything was on schedule! Staff members were present around throughout the event for any assistance. Our guests were very happy and praised the arrangement, service and food. We absolutely had a great time. Our family has been ordering food from Bombay Palace for all of our events for years, and we are so happy with the service and the quality of the food. We always have people raving about how tasty the food is. Manprit was so professional to deal with. I highly recommend Bombay Palace! You wont be disappointed.

I ordered for a chicken biryani do be delivered from this place through Uber eats today on December 08,2023 . Nothing wrong with packing , presentation , delivery etc. The issue was with food. The chicken was stale and had a foul smell . Also the quantity of chicken was not adequete to justify the value. Most likely wont order from here again. Not happy.

We went for a Lunch Buffet on a Friday afternoon . Was suprised to see only a few people at the restuarant . Some items are good but some of the items were reheated for previous day for sure . Some of the curry Taste was not good either. The deserts cake were not good either as it tasted hard and felt like it has been out there on the air for pretty long time . The fewer people on the restuarant suggests that this is not a favourite place to eat a lunch buffet causing them to serve reheated food

We just ordered some food for pick up through skip the dishes and upon arrival, we had to wait a couple of minutes and the staff was SO kind. They asked us to sit down at a dining table while we wait, offered us water and even brought us some complimentary mini samosas. We are so impressed with the kindness of the staff here and we will definitely be coming back to have their dinner buffet in the future. 10/10! Oh and the food was delicious !

The friendly and accommodating staff and management ensured our event ran smoothly in the banquet hall. Food as always was delicious and got a ton of compliments from the guests!
