Chai Pani is an absolute gem! We tried a variety of items—coffee, tea, vadapav, bun maska, railway-style rolls, and Bombay sandwiches—and every single dish was outstanding. The flavors were authentic and transported me straight back to the streets of New Delhi. The vadapav had the perfect balance of spice and texture, the bun maska was buttery and fresh, and the railway rolls were packed with flavor, reminding me of classic Indian train journeys. The Bombay sandwiches were crispy, stuffed with fresh ingredients, and just the right amount of tangy and spicy. I love this place. All the food we tried tasted authentic to Mumbai. Food - we got vada pav, chai, bombay Frankie, sev puri and a pineapple cake. The pineapple cake tasted like the monginis pineapple cake. The vada pav and chai combination were delicious. The Frankie masala was on point. Service - Harman was very friendly and efficient. She spoke highly of the restaurant and it's owners. A great ambassador for the brand. Atmosphere- I loved the decor, especially the chai kettles and the wall painting of the Bhel puri wala and the cycle man. I would highly recommend this spot, especially to mumbaikars. I will be returning the next time I'm in Brampton.
This is one of the very few restaurants, where the food has 'authentic Indian taste!' We visited this place twice. The first time we ordered Railway Cutlets, Nutri Kulcha, Aloo Sabji W/Bedmi Puri and Ragda Puri. All the dishes were awesome in taste and spice. All items were very delicious. The next time we ordered Pav Bhaji and Tawa Pulav. Both dishes were beyond excellent and the taste was very close to authentic Mumbai style Pav Bhaji and Pulav. I remember getting the same taste at few places in Mumbai. Harmanjot's customer service was exceptionally good. Keep it up, Harmanjot! Chai Pani, we will return soon to try out other dishes!

Chai was so good that i drank almost all of it than remembered to take pics...we had mumbai grilled sandwiche and tasted just like india. ..also mumbai wadapaw and railway cutlets tasted just like back home.. 😋 thank you. ... must visit if u r living or visiting in brampton.

We ordered the Tawa Pulao, Sev Puri and ended with the Gulab Jamun. The Sev Puri was very bad, and we threw it away after 2 bites. It tasted like every ingredient on the plate was processed, and it didn't taste natural in any way. The Gulab Jamun was tasty, but it had a slight taste of gulkand which I personally wasn't a fan of. The Tawa Pulao, however, was absolutely fantastic. It tasted fresh and was truly delicious. We may stay away from other items but the pulao is what is going to definitely have us visit again. Edit, Nov 7th: Tawa Pulao again, and the quality is just as consistent.

Chai Pani? And that is exactly what I got the chai tasted like water! First of all it cost almost 5 dollars for a small cup that was not even full. The Karak chai had no taste and I could only taste the actual chai at the bottom. For $5 this is a low tier chai spot in Brampton. Do not recommend this at all.
I had an incredible dining experience! The Vada pav and cutting chai combo was delicious, and Ms. Harman made it even better. She was so attentive and friendly. Her recommendations were spot on, and her positive attitude made the evening memorable. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant and asking for Harman she truly goes above and beyond for suggesting best dish to have.

I want to give negative stars , i was calling them to place an big party order for our store , girl on call just pick the call , i was talking and she hang up call and when i tried 3-4 times she is not picking call or disconnecting, poor customer service, i was hoping to give a big party order for 40 people but due to poor customer service and bad behaviour i am never going to give any order to them . Owner have to look into this matter Employees have no sense to deal with customer why you have phone at google if you cannot take orders

I just ordered food from Skipthedishes. Firstly they were missing one item from the order. Secondly their paav bhaaji was disgusting. Instead of giving bhaaji with paav their delivered some watery daal with no taste. If you cant cook or make things properly, stop the delivery before start serving clients again. Wouldnt be ordering again to say the least.

Was at Chai Pani (Brampton) last evening and had a great time! The ambience was bright and happy with peppy Punjabi numbers running in the background. We ordered the signature Pav Bhaji, Matar Kulcha and Bhalla papri chat with a cutting and a cardamom chai and everything was beyond delicious:) Shruti and Harman made us feel really comfortable and served our dishes with a hearty smile. Hands down the BEST Mumbai Grilled Sandwich I ve eaten in Canada! The sandwich is exactly like Mumbai and tastes so good! The chutney was amazing! Harman was kind enough to share the back story of this restaurant and how it started. The cutting chai, however, was not how I used to drink in Mumbai. But the sandwich compensated for it! Looking forward to a branch in Toronto soon! :)

Food: Chai: We came here for the Kulhad Chai. They didnt have any Kulhads. So we agreed on 2 Cardamom Chais and Cutting Chai. Imagine the frustration when we drove for a conversation with Chai and the Chai was a Machine Made Chai which I used to have at my Office. Very very disappointing for a $3.99 Chai. Cutting was just ok. Railway Cutlets: With the nostalgia of Konkan Railway Cutlets we ordered this but to our disappointment it wasnt freshly prepared but a microwaved dish. The exterior of Cutlets were hard and tasted like leftover food. Dal Kachori: Same with Dal Kachori. Not too interesting. The location is the Khau Galli of Brampton with too many options around. Its a small place but the interiors were nice and the Ambience was ok. It felt crunched for space and the entire restaurant can hear you or be bothered unless you whisper in each others ears. Understand that restaurants are struggling to stay afloat in these difficult times but with such foods and expensive prices you must compromise too much with quality. Just sad about any westerners hopping in to try Indian items and the nostalgic ones like us. Not recommended.

Chai pani is a must go to place guys , I m from Nepal but I miss my regular coffee and less spicy sandwiches , so I visited this restaurant this weekend and for my surprise , there was a girl named Simran . I don t know what was her role or doing but she was so nice and generous , she recommended us some drinks like the way she was obsessed with it , she told us about their chai like irani famous from Hyderabad , cutting chai making and all , she was so honest and make it sure everything is perfectly fine , I loved her spirit to work and her obsession to serve customers the best . That was so great , even she was so sweet that she told me about the kitchen that the staff working inside is also from Nepal . I was so happy to hear that . After reading the reviews, we wanted to try this place. We ordered papadi chaat and kulhad chai. It was disappointing. Kulhad chai was ordinary and was served in a kulhad that had broken rim. Papdi chaat was not good at all. Ingredients used were bad quality. So salty and no taste. Looks like they buy Papdi from the grocery store and just put together few ingredients to make it. No chutney taste, they put very thin sev (also store bought) on top of the chaat which makes it even more salty. Was disappointing and will definitely not recommend. Also, for a self serve place they add tips. You are obligated to pay the tip even before trying the food. What an inappropriate way to tip a place that serves horrible food. Only good part is the atmosphere as it is decorated neatly and people do come and go. Such a disappointment to try chaat and chai in a place that claims to be authentic.

We recently had an incredible meal that featured a variety of delicious Indian street foods. The **Pav Bhaji** was perfectly spiced and buttery, with a rich, flavorful bhaji that paired excellently with the soft pav. The **Chole Bhature** was a standout dish light, fluffy bhature and chole that were bursting with bold flavors. The **Chat Papdi** was a delightful mix of tangy, sweet, and crunchy, making for a perfect appetizer. To top it all off, we enjoyed two types of chai: a classic **Masala Chai** that was soothing and aromatic, and a **Kashmiri Chai** that had a beautiful pink hue and a subtle nutty flavor. My experience at chai paani was amazing. I was there with my fiancé and had Hyderabadi Irani chai, it s a must go place. Their server Sahil was really nice in his service. Next time it has to be hyderabdi Irani chai and Kachori

Really sad to see the situations of restaurants in Brampton,AC doesnt works in hot day in summer , try to make an order for sahi faluda as they offered can see in pictures posted but said no material left to make sahi faluda wow .... then why you offering such deals and displaying signs you cant fulfill deals

Their knowledge of the menu was impressive, and they offered helpful suggestions. Even though the place was busy, they remained calm, professional, and efficient, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone. Highly recommend for their great customer service!
