Subject: Unsatisfactory Food Quality Dear Uber Eats Team, I recently ordered food through your platform, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the items I received. Here's a summary of the issues with my order: 1. Manchurian: It was soggy and lacked proper cooking. 2. Chana Kulcha: It contained hair and a white plastic thread, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the dish was poorly cooked. 3. Buns: The buns included in the order were undercooked, not edible and I found a white plastic wire in it as well. These issues compromised the hygiene, quality, and safety of the food. I believe this does not meet the standard expected from Uber Eats. The food was inedible and not safe to consume. Our server, Vanshika, was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The food came out super fast and was presented beautifully. I ordered karahi veg for takeout. I wish I could give them 0 star. It was worst experience ever. Extra spices were added to it. It made me sick. The colour of it was dark brown overcooked. I will never recommend it to anyone.

Wait time is crazy, last time I had to wait for 1 hour 10 minutes, they gave me 25 minutes time when I placed an order. After 10 minutes of phone order, I called to add an item, and it took them 50 minutes to prepare. Every time I asked them, they were saying 5 more minutes. Makki roti is really expensive i paid around 45 dollars for one person meal.. Please take care of that. Food is good....... Thank you.

Went in for pickup and ordered the chicken biryani. Chicken pieces were small and there was basically no flavour at all to the rice or chicken. I mean I m a white guy and could easily make a more flavourful dish than this. I thought Indian food was supposed to be extremely flavourful and full of spices. This didn t have any of that. Very disappointed. You need to change the recipe on that dish. Other than the taste of the food being not what I expected the girl who took my order was very nice. (Short girl with glasses)

The food was awesome. I ordered shrimp curry and bullet Naan they both were amazing. Server (Jasmine) is an excellent girl she served the food very nicely, she is very polite and friendly. Everything is excellent. It was above my expectations. The chef (Rajveer) is excellent he made delicious food which was excellent in taste. I recommend everyone should try bullet Naan and shrimp curry.

i ordered noodle samosa there is more aalu in it than noodle samosa when i called in they said there is allu in our stuffing and said you should asked us before ordering thats whats inside the stuffing .lol advised them to name this as noodle aalu smosa .
