Been to various honest restaurant outlets and this was the best one so far. Really good service and yummy food.

Excellent food. Fast delivery and lot of options for Jain dishes. Jamuna were excellence for service and made dishes as per our teste and restrictions.

We had a terrible experience at Honest Brampton. From the moment we walked in, we did not feel welcomed. The server, Meet, displayed highly unprofessional behavior he literally threw the menu on our table, which was extremely disrespectful. Throughout our visit, he was rude and made no effort to fulfill basic customer service duties. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, and it ruined our dining experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values good service.

The Best Indian Restaurant in Canada !! The taste was so amazing that it toke us straight back to india. We ordered Pav bhaji and Chinese and it was just so delicious and mouth-watering . The staff there was so friendly and polite . Meet was our server for tonight who was attending us , he made our visit totally worthy. He suggested us the best items in the menu and was so friendly and generous. This is going to be our favourite spot to visit from now. Also the manager , don t remember his name but he was very cool and keen , he made sure that everything was on point and the service delivered there is to the best.Honestly I would love to taste more dishes from here and saying this guys are amazing , the way they serve food and make sure about your comfort level with customer satisfaction is just excellent. I recently visited this place and I was very satisfied with their services. They were humble. I ordered Manchurian, manchow soup and bhajipav it was delicious. I recommend all people to visit their and get great experience of this place.

I would say this place is dishonest, never going to visit it again. Ordered shahi paneer, dal makhni and garlic naan. Before ordering it, asked that please make it mild but got both the dishes spicy and naan s were like a tacos.I never ever eat Sahi paneer without sweetness. Seriously I hate this place . We went there and ordered chole bhature it was uncooked and when we said to staff firstly they refused and said it is cooked and then we called their supervisor and then they said yes that was uncooked. The restaurant s ambiance was perfect for our celebration, and the food was delicious with a great variety that everyone enjoyed. Special thanks to the manager, Raj, for his warm hospitality and for going above and beyond to accommodate our group s needs. The staff members, Hely and Deep, were also amazing attentive, friendly, and efficient, making sure everyone was well taken care of throughout the event. Honestly food was below average. Hot & sour soup consistency was like gravy and burnt taste, katappa sandwich was so so but will recommend to try pav bhaji.

The worst possible place in terms of taste of the food , the customer service they provide and the level of complacency they show towards the customers. The taste used to be really good back in 2021-22 which has now totally changed and is not even close to good. The worst kind of taste you might experience and on top of that the staff has no time to look towards you of your want to order something more or anything , all the staff members walk and act as if they do not care about you or your order. They have the same standard apology if anything ever goes wrong and never make any conscious efforts towards changing anything , either the food or their service.

Recently we visited with my parents at this location that time not much crowded. We ordered Pav-Bhaji , Roti and Sabji. Taste was good so far but service is so bad. We ordered extra Pav and roties but it came late almost 8-10 minutes while sabji and Bhaji got cold. I believe Taste is come when food is hot . And another thing there is no hand towel in washroom area but one crew member gave brown roll for use. I would say they should give attention for service.

Had dine-in there for the very first time .. no doubt food is really amazing but service was extremely slow we waited for 25 minutes than started receiving food and the worst thing about service we just need one naan and they took 15 minutes for that !! This place is not hygienic (dust on doors and walls) but table was clean so we ordered some food for us and for our kids , (bahubali sandwich, vadapav ,Bhakti pizza etc.)Cheese sandwich didn t have enough cheese so had to order extra cheese on side for Kids. Monchurian was served cold at first and very dry so we asked to make with gravy which had smoky flavour (burnt) so we couldn t eat. When we asked about it , owner and staff was repeating same that it s as per our recipe and we don t decide our recipe, worst experience not going again at this place .

The quality of food and service used to be great when they opened, but with recent experiences I can say that the food was sub par, extremely disappointing. The quality has gone down way too much, completely bland and stale food. Ordered pav bhaji and sandwich , both of them tasted disgusting, price was ridiculously high, but neither the taste nor the quantity matched up. Definitely not at all worth it. The management should really value customer s time and money and level up their game.

So we went here on Friday night ... They are super slow Service was super slow They directly said we dnt have regular menu we are offering just GARWA NIGHT MENU ... but before this they already took our order We came here with 30 mins drive and THEY ARE INSULTING THEIR CUSTOMERS ON THE FACE We wait here for more than 45 mins for only two items At the end they were insisting us just to cancel the order and left the place DNT WASTE YOUR TIME GUYS BY VISITING THEM ...

Indian style pizza :- crust was like, service sauce on rusk with cheese (not baked) Paneer burji:- first time had paneer bhurji with gravy, asked them is it paneer bhurji or by mistake served gravy paneer Ordered boondi raita :- gave simple dahi (even without puting salt or masala), i was surprised, we ate wrong thing with the name of boondi raita in our whole life, had to google it to check for that.. thankfully we were not wrong.. Sorry never wasted food anywhere even had some bad review for restaurants, first time wasted food, cause of their negligence Had order more items which had to cancel as they told need to wait more after more than an hour!! Don t want to say this but if you are true Indian foody person, do not go with those exceptions!!
