Worst restaurant i have ever seen in my life.

Bad customer service, they accepted my uber order i waited for 2 hours straight and then they cancel the order and i call the restaurant from three different mobiles but they say that your voice is not audible.

I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The food was subpar; my meal was cold and lacked flavor, making it hard to enjoy. To make matters worse, the service was incredibly slow and the staff seemed disinterested in addressing our concerns. We waited a long time for our orders and when we finally received them, they were not what we expected. I left the restaurant feeling disappointed and unsatisfied. I hope they can improve their food quality and customer service in the future.

Avneet was an outstanding server during our recent visit to Mehfil , and she truly made the experience special. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us warmly and was incredibly attentive throughout the meal. She took the time to explain the menu and offered excellent recommendations, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable. As for the food, it was nothing short of amazing. Every dish we ordered was flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. Mehfil really knows how to deliver delicious, authentic cuisine. They are bums, they put deals on curries and when the customer actually order curry with naans it tells you sold out so the customer end up adding the curries without deals, why not change it in the app if the things are not actually available in your store, just a stupid and unprofessional way of making money from innocent people.

SHAME SHAME SHAME, i waited for 1 hr 30 mins and they cancelled my order( sold out) , waste of my money and time. Unprofessional management leads to unsatisfactory services, wont be ordering from here again.

Ordered 2 times at night 12 o clock from skip both the times driver arrives at the location to pick up the food and this guys start preparing the food when the drivers arrives to pick that up.. gets order very very very late and also making it worst.. no sense of thing i got my order at 1:30 instead of 1 in the night..

I recently ordered from Mehfil Indian Cuisine, and my experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, the food was severely overpriced for the quality and quantity provided. I expected rich and authentic flavors but was met with mediocre dishes that didn t justify the high price tags.The icecream tastes salty. Adding to the unpleasant experience was the rude behavior of the girl on the phone. She was dismissive and unhelpful when I had a few questions about the menu. Customer service is a huge part of the dining experience, and this interaction left a sour taste in my mouth. Overall, I found the experience to be less than satisfactory and certainly not worth the expense. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements..

Worst staf i have ever seen .. i ordered food on doordash of 52$ which was 5 garlic naan and buy one get one paneer butter masala .. and they send only one paneer butter masala that was one small bowl in quantity when i call the restaurant that i order buy one get one they said you only selected one paneer butter masala then for what the offer was .. is this taz hotel or any 7 star cuisine where one small bowl paneer is 20+ $ .. nowhere in brampton a small bowl is for 22 or 23 $ i ordered it because its BOGO

Yesterday, I Was checking the menu options and preparing the Uber eats cart for todays dinner and by mistake submitted the order. Canceled within less than 2 mins . They charged for full price! Like really who prepares the order in 2 mins !! Very disappointed. Replying Your Response: 1. Uber informed us they have to pay restaurant due to their policy & I need to contact you. 2. I used to manage restaurant where we used to revert the transactions from our merchant portal if something like similar happened only by one click. (Its all about honesty) 3. I paid the money for the food which was not even started preparation.

I visited Mehfil on 11th Nov 2024 and it was a fantastic experience. We were served by Sehaj who is a very dedicated person. She frequently asked if everything was okay and if food is to our liking or not. I order online from this Mehfil frequently as well and everytime the food hits the bullsye. Although I wouldnt suggest any of the dishes to anyone as I want everyone to try the dishes and figure out their own favorites, I will make an exception for Ra Ra Paneer. Its a must try trust me.

I visited there today for my friends birthday dinner. Overly priced food, poor and pathetic customer service section. Had to ask for glass, spoons twice and no napkins on the table. No smiling face by the server. I dont think so the staff was interested in doing work. Will never ever visit again. Not worth it

Mainly Miss Avneet kaur is very polite and her nature was amazing. She delivered a fantastic meal and service. Overall it was a great experience over there. Staff is really under trained. I wouldnt blame them for not giving proper service, rather the person responsible should be more observant. Also we totally understand that music and everything is part of the experience but I like to have atleast decent chat with my friends without screaming. Anyway food was just absolutely amazing. Seeing the reviews tempted us to visit this restaurant. The food was overall good Our lovely server, Lovepreet was very welcoming & helpful in ordering food. Options of sabji for vegetarians are limited to Just PANEER, there is NO option for vegetables with saucy curry/ gravy !! I was very surprised to know this! Being vegan, i look for yummy punjabi sabjis with gravy. Unfortunately i had no choice but to order soya chaap curry & Hariyali soya chap in appetiser! The chef wasn t accommodative in trying to make a vegetable gravy wali sabji when requested! (Honestly it s not hard to make a vegetable sabji when the gravy is already ready .., you just have to be open when a customer can t order your standard menu) Kadai Soy chap was good Hariyali soya chaap could have been placed more in tandoor & could have been more marinated, but the minty taste was great! I wonder if i will visit this restaurant again due to limited option for vegetable sabji for me! Highly recommend to consider vegan options to attract a wider range of people having restrictions in diet due to preference or health, specially when you are serving in GTA !!
